Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk (1) mengetahui bagaimana partisipasi orang tua dalam mendukung kegiatan pembelajaran online pada siswa dan (2) mengetahui apakah terdapat perbedaan partisipasi yang orang tua berikan pada siswa kelas tinggi dan kelas rendah. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan metode survei. Jumlah subjek dalam penelitian ini yaitu 60 orang tua siswa dari kelas I-VI SD Negeri 1 Seren. Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah probability sampling dengan tipe simple random sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah angket dan dokumentasi. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah lembar angket. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah statistik deskriptif dengan menggunakan rumus persentase dan uji T. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa partisipasi orang tua dalam mendukung kegiatan pembelajaran online pada siswa diberikan dalam bentuk orang tua sebagai: pendidik, pembimbing, motivator, dan fasilitator. Selanjutnya hasil uji hipotesis diperoleh nilai Sig.(2-tailed) 0,000 < 0,05 menunjukkan terdapat perbedaan partisipasi orang tua terhadap pembelajaran online di rumah ditinjau dari fase kelas di Sekolah Dasar. Rata-ratapersentase partisipasi orang tua terhadap pembelajaran online di kelas rendah yaitu 75,14% lebih besar dibandingkan rata-rata partisipasi orang tua terhadap pembelajaran online di kelas tinggi yaitu 61,85% sehingga partisipasi orang tua terhadap pembelajaran online di kelas rendah lebih baik. Kata Kunci: Partisipasi Orang Tua, Pembelajaran Online, Fase Kelas Di Sekolah Dasar Abstract: This study aims to (1) find out how parents' participation in supporting online learning activities for students and (2) find out whether there are differences in the participation that parents give high class and low class students. This research is a quantitative research with a survey method. The number of subjects in this study were 60 parents of students from class I-VI SD Negeri 1 Seren. The sampling technique in this study is probability sampling with the type of simple random sampling. The data collection techniques used were questionnaires and documentation. The instrument used was a questionnaire sheet. The data analysis technique used is descriptive statistics using the percentage formula and the T test. The results of this study indicate that the participation of parents in supporting online learning activities for students is given in the form of parents as: educators, mentors, motivators, and facilitators. Furthermore, the results of the hypothesis test obtained the Sig. (2-tailed) value of 0.000 < 0.05, indicating that there are differences in parental participation in online learning at home in terms of the class phase in elementary schools. The average percentage of parental participation in online learning in low classes is 75.14% greater than the average participation of parents in online learning in high classes, namely 61.85% so that parents' participation in online learning in low classes is better.  Keywords:Parental Participation, Online Learning, Class Phase in Elementary Schools

The threat of Corona Virus (Covid-19) has presented unique challenges for the institution of higher education, and it hit most aspects of life, including the education sector. This study aimed to investigate the effectiveness of online learning during the COVID-19pandemic. Data collection in this study was 113 respondent active students participated in this study at the Faculty of Islamic Education and Teacher Training, the State Islamic University of Banten. The sample collection method used simple random sampling conducted online. This research was a quantitative study using a survey method. The study analysed the effect of gender, age, and years of online learning experience differences on students’ perception of learning activities. This paper also explained about kinds of online learning used during the COVID-19 pandemic. It can be concluded that online learning was effective because the conditions that required online study and the lecturer-students talk as not as effective as in the normal classroom. The results of the study have implications for online lecturers, students, and administrators. Supports from institution and government are needed for the success of online learning.

This research aims to knowing description data of individual learning activities and determine whether there is a positive and significant relationship between individual learning activities with learning outcomes of Electrical Circuit. This research was conducted at SMKN 26 Jakarta. The method used is survey method with correlational approach. Data collection of dependent variables using the test of learning outcomes. The population in this study were students of class X TIPTL which amounted to 60 students. The sampling technique using simple random sampling. The sample of this research are 51 students. The collected data will be processed by hypothesis test, correlation coefficient test and coefficient of determination test after the data fulfill the normal and linier requirements. The results showed that the average of individual learning activities is 94.35 it means individual learning activities of students of class X SMKN 26 Jakarta entered into enough category of individual learning activities, the detail frecquency of each individual learning activities category as follows: Students who entered very high category of individual learning activities is 19.60%. High category of individual learning activities is 25.49%. Low category of individual learning activities that is 15.69%. The most students included into enough category of individual learning activities is 35.29% and at least into very low category of individual learning activities is 3.92%. The result of this research is tcount > ttable (7.89 > 2.01) and correlation coefficient value 0.748, this result showed that there is positive and significant correlation between individual learning activities with learning outcomes of Electrical Circuit.   Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran aktivitas belajar mandiri siswa dan mengetahui apakah terdapat hubungan yang positif dan signifikan antara aktivitas belajar mandiri dengan hasil belajar mata pelajaran Rangkaian Listrik. Penelitian ini dilakukan di SMK Negeri 26 Jakarta. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode survey. Pengumpulan data variabel terikat menggunakan tes hasil belajar dan pengumpulan data variabel bebas menggunakan kuesioner. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas X TIPTL yang berjumlah 60 siswa. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan simple random sampling. Sampel penelitian berjumlah 51 siswa. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa nilai rata rata aktivitas belajar mandiri siswa yaitu 94,35 sehingga aktivitas belajar mandiri siswa kelas X SMK Negeri 26 Jakarta masuk ke dalam kategori aktivitas belajar mandiri cukup tinggi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa nilai rata rata hasil belajar Rangkaian Listrik yaitu 83,94 sehingga hasil belajar Rangkaian Listrik masuk ke dalam kategori tinggi. Hasil penelitian diperoleh nilai thitung  > ttabel  (7,89 > 2,01) dan nilai koefisien korelasi sebesar 0,748, hasil ini menunjukan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang positif dan signifikan antara aktivitas belajar mandiri dengan hasil belajar Rangkaian Listrik.

This research aims to knowing the influence of peer group function of purchasing decisions (information search) cosmetic products in teenagers. This research was conducted at the 140 Junior High School in Jakarta. This research method using survey method.  Population inthis reseach is student grade nine, with the total sample is 70 respondents. Data was taken by using simple random sampling. The hypothesis test data used is product moment correlation coeffcient with  result     rxyhitung  >  rxytabel,  atau 0,704 > 0,235. Result of t-test with significance level  0.05 obtained 8,17 > 1,995 or thitung > ttabel  means that is correlation beetween peer group function of purchasing decisions (information search) cosmetic products. Result of regression obtained Fhitung 66,78, and Ftabel 3,985 so that Fhitung < Ftabel means that there is a significant influence between peer group function of purchasing decisions (information search) cosmetic products in teenagers. Contribution peer group function of purchasing decisions (information search) cosmetic products in teenagers as big as 49,56%, and the remaining 50,44% is determined by other factors which is not examined. Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh fungsi peer group terhadap pengambilan keputusan pembelian (pencarian informasi) produk kosmetik  pada remaja. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Sekolah Menengah Pertama 140 Jakarta. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan metode survey. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah siswi kelas IX, dengan jumlah sampel 70 responden. Teknik pengambilan data menggunakan teknik simple random sampling. Uji hipotesis data yang digunakan adalah korelasi koefisien product moment dengan hasil disimpulkan rxyhitung > rxytabel , atau 0,704 > 0,235. Hasil uji t dengan taraf signifikansi 0,05 diperoleh 8,17 > 1,995 atau thitung > ttabel yang berarti terdapat korelasi antara fungsi peer group terhadap pengambilan keputusan pembelian (pencarian informasi) produk kosmetik. Perhitungan uji signifikansi regresi diperoleh hasil perhitungan Fhitung 66,78 dan Ftabel 3,98 sehingga Fhitung < Ftabel artinya terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara fungsi peer group terhadap pengambilan keputusan pembelian (pencarian informasi) produk kosmetik. Konstribusi fungsi peer group terhadap pengambilan keputusan pembelian (pencarian informasi) sebesar 49,56%, sedangkan sisanya yaitu 50,44% ditentukan dengan faktor lain yang tidak diteliti.

ABSTRACT Government agencies today must follow accounting developments to create accountability and transparency. This study aims to obtain evidence of the influence of understanding of human resources and the implementation of government accounting standards on the quality of financial information. This research uses survey method. Sampling method used by writer is simple random sampling. Respondents are all planners, financial managers, financial statements compilers within the Ministry of Social RI as many as 779 people, with a sample of 88 people. Hypothesis test using multiple linear regression. The results showed that the understanding of Human Resources and Implementation of Government Accounting Standards have a significant positive impact on the Quality of Financial Information. It also shows that there is a synergy between the understanding of human resources and the implementation of government accounting standards in achieving the quality of financial information within the Ministry of Social RI in line with expectations. ABSTRAK Lembaga pemerintah saat ini, harus mengikuti perkembangan akuntansi agar tercipta akuntabilitas dan transparansi. Salah satu upayanya yaitu penyampaian laporan pertanggungjawaban keuangan pemerintah yang berkualitas. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memperoleh bukti tentang pengaruh pemahaman sumber daya manusia dan implementasi standar akuntansi pemerintah terhadap kualitas informasi keuangan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode survey. Metode pengambilan sampel yang digunakan penulis adalah simple random sampling. Responden adalah seluruh perencana, pengelola keuangan, penyusun laporan keuangan dilingkungan Kementerian Sosial RI sebanyak 779 orang, dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 88 orang. Uji hipotesis menggunakan regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan Pemahaman Sumber Daya Manusia dan Implementasi Standar Akuntansi Pemerintah berpengaruh signifikan positif terhadap Kualitas Informasi Keuangan. Hal ini juga menunjukkan bahwa terdapat sinergi antara pemahaman sumber daya manusia dan implementasi standar akuntansi pemerintah dalam mencapai kualitas informasi keuangan dilingkungan Kementerian Sosial RI yang sesuai dengan harapan. Pembelajaran jarak jauh menjadi alternatif pelaksanaan pembelajaran ditengah pandemi coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19). Pelaksanaan pembelajaran secara daring tentunya akan berdampak pada keefektifan dari capaian pembelajaran itu sendiri. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui keefektifan pembelajaran jarak jauh bagi siswa kelas X jurusan Otomatisasi dan Tata Kelola Perkantoran (OTKP) pada mata pelajaran korespondensi di SMKN 2 Blitar berdasarkan 4 indikator keefektifan pembelajaran, yakni mutu pengajaran, tingkat pengajaran yang tepat, insentif dan waktu. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian survey dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Teknik pengambilan sampel dipilih berdasarkan teknik probability sampling jenis simple random sampling dengan jumlah responden sebesar 106 siswa/i. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data menggunakan teknik analisis kuantitatif dan deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pelaksanaan pembelajaran jarak jauh bagi siswa berjalan efektif, hal ini terbukti dari perolehan hasil rata-rata sebesar 70.4% yang berada pada kategori efektif. Indikator mutu pengajaran kategori efektif (70.4%), tingkat pengajaran kategori efektif (76.1%), insentif kategori efektif (67.1%) dan indikator waktu kategori efektif (65.4%). Hasil penelitian ini dapat memberikan informasi berbasis data bagi pihak sekolah terkait pelaksanaan pembelajaran jarak jauh yang telah dilaksanakan. Sehingga dapat dijadikan sebagai salah satu bahan evaluasi dalam menyusun kebijakan yang tepat untuk menciptakan pembelajaran daring yang efektif serta dapat dijadikan bahan kajian peneliti lain. The Effectiveness of Distance Learning for Students in Correspondence Subjects Distance learning was an alternative for learning in the coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) pandemic. The implementation of online learning would certainly have an impact on the effectiveness of the learning outcomes themselves. The implementation of online learning would certainly have an impact on the effectiveness of the learning outcomes themselves. The purpose of this study was to determine the effectiveness of distance learning for class X students majoring in Office Automation and Management (OTKP) in correspondence subjects at SMKN 2 Blitar based on 4 indicators of learning effectiveness, namely teaching quality, appropriate teaching levels, incentives, and time. This research was survey research with a quantitative approach. The sampling technique was chosen based on probability sampling technique, simple random sampling, with a sample size of 106 students. Data collection techniques using questionnaires, interviews, and documentation. The data analysis technique used quantitative and descriptive analysis techniques. The results showed that the implementation of distance learning for class X students was effective. This is evidenced by the average result of 70.4% which is in the effective category. Teaching quality indicators are effective category (70.4%), effective category teaching rate (76.1%), effective category incentives (67.1%) and time indicators are effective categories (65.4%). Results of this study can provide data-based information for school regarding the implementation of distance learning correspondence has been implemented, can be used as an evaluation material in formulating the right policies to create learning online effectively and can be used as study material for other researchers.

Participation of waste bank management is the involvement of physical, mental, and emotional a person to participate actively, contributing, and responsible for the group's goal, in this case the waste bank management activities. One of the factor which participation of ‘Gawe Rukun’ Waste Bank management affect is perception. The purpose of this research was to determine the correlation between housewife’s perception about waste bank and participation of ‘Gawe Rukun’ Waste Bank management. This research was held in RW 01, Kelurahan Kunciran Indah, Tangerang City on April to May 2016. The method used was survey method with correlational study. The sample of this research 151 housewife’s were selected by using simple random sampling. The prerequisite test showed that the data was normal and homogen. Hypothesis test using linear regression test and simple correlation. Regression model obtained Ŷ = 92.511 + 0.737X had a significant and linear correlation. The coefficient of correlation obtained was 0.7502, which means there was a positive relationship between housewife’s perception about waste bank and participation of ‘Gawe Rukun’ Waste Bank management. The coefficient of determination obtained was 0.5628, which means housewife’s perception about waste bank contributed 56.28% to the participation of ‘Gawe Rukun’ Waste Bank management.

<p>This  quantitative  research  is  to  measure  the  quantity  of  tolerance  attitude value  in responding the difference tendency in affiliating school of thoughts (madzhab) among youths especially university students. This research is quantitative research which applies survey method, probability sampling-simple random sampling data collection technique, skala likert instrument and theta formula analysis technique. The result shows two main findings; 1) there is no significant relationship between sex and tolerance attitude toward school of thought affiliation among university students. However, female students are more tolerant than male students.2) there is no significant relationship between school background and tolerant attitude towards school of  thought affiliation among students. by contrast, non–islamic senior high school graduates are more tolerant than those Islamic senior high school graduates.</p> <p> </p> <p>Penelitian ini berusaha mengukur secara kuantitas nilai sikap toleransi dalam menyikapi perbedaan mazhab fiqh terutama bagi generasi muda seperti mahasiswa. Jenis penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif dengan metode survey, teknik pengambilan datanya dengan probability sampling-simple random sampling, instrumen penelitiannya dengan model skala Likert dan teknik analisis datanya dengan rumus theta yang diuji dengan uji hipotesis chi-square. Hasil penelitian ini adalah (1) Tidak ada hubungan yang signifikan antara perbedaan jenis kelamin dengan sikap toleransi bermazhab fiqh mahasiswa. namun mahasiswa dengan jenis kelamin perempuan lebih toleran daripada laki-laki, (2) Tidak ada hubungan yang signifikan antara perbedaan latar belakang sekolah dengan sikap toleransi bermazhab fiqh mahasiswa. Namun mahasiswa dari latar belakang sekolah non Madrasah Aliyah (MA) lebih toleran dari yang MA.</p> <br />

This study aims to determine the extent of student participation in student organizations and learning behavior on mathematics learning achievement. The research method used in this study is a survey method. Data analysis technique using multiple regression. The sample size is 95 students taken by simple random sampling. The instrument used is a questionnaire/questionnaire to measure student participation in student organizations and learning behavior, as well as documentation of report cards to see mathematics learning achievement. The results of the hypothesis test are: (1) There is a significant effect of student participation in student organizations and learning behavior together on mathematics learning achievement (2) There is a significant effect of student participation in student organizations on mathematics learning achievement (3) There is a significant effect significant learning behavior on learning achievement in mathematics. ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui sejauh mana partisipasi siswa dalam organisasi kesiswaan dan perilaku belajar terhadap prestasi belajar matematika. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode survei. Teknik analisis data dengan menggunakan regresi ganda. Besar sampel sebanyak 95 siswa yang diambil secara simple random sampling. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah angket/kuesioner untuk mengukur partisipasi siswa dalam organisasi kesiswaan dan perilaku belajar, serta dokumentasi nilai raport untuk melihat prestasi belajar matematika. Hasil uji hipotesisnya yaitu : (1) Terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan partisipasi siswa dalam organisasi kesiswaan dan perilaku belajar secara bersama-sama terhadap prestasi belajar matematika (2) Terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan partisipasi siswa dalam organisasi kesiswaan terhadap prestasi belajar matematika (3) Terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan perilaku belajar terhadap prestasi belajar matematika.

The objective of this research is to study the effects of work environment, leadership and work motivation on the performance of state elementary school principals in Kramat Jati the subdistrict of East Jakarta. The research was conducted by survey method with path analysis. The sample size was 59 principals of state elementary schools, by using the simple random sampling technicque.The results of the research are as follows: (1) there is a direct effect of the work environment toward work motivation; (2) there is a direct effect of leadership on work motivation; (3) there is a direct effect of the work environment on the performance of the principals; (4) there is a  direct effect of the leadership on performance of the principals; (5) there is a  direct effect of the work motivation on performance principals. Based on the findings of this research that the performance of state elementary school prinscipals in Kramat Jati the subdistrict of East Jakarta was significantly influenced by work environment, leadership and work motivation. It could be concluded that enhanching performance of principals would be determined by increasing the work environment, leadership and work motivation.
