The student's life is full of problems, the solution of which leads to stressful situations. First of all, this is a change in the social status and a change in the preschool activity of the child to the educational one. The status of a student requires more responsibilities, responsibility, discipline, structured daily routine, and control of one's own actions. Even in the most thoughtful and well-established life, there are situations that negatively affect children and lead to stress. First-graders are not always ready for such changes, which causes a number of psychophysiological and behavioral manifestations. In a state of stress, the child's behavior is disorganized, uncontrolled movements are observed, certain speech deviations appear, emotions that do not correspond to the culture of relationships. Stress-this strong manifestation of emotions causes a complex physiological reaction, this is a state of mental and behavioral disorder associated with the inability of the individual to act appropriately in appropriate situations. Due to the lack of formation of the emotional sphere at school age, with frequent stressful situations, the child's appetite disappears, depression sets in, interest in learning, communication decreases, and apathy sets in. Stressful situations negatively affect the health of the student, the child has a whole "bouquet" of dangerous psychosomatic diseases: migraine, hypertension, asthma, arthritis, allergies, diabetes, skin diseases, and the like.

New cases of the novel coronavirus, also known as severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2 (SARS-CoV-2) continue to rise worldwide. A few reports have showed that mortality due to SARS-CoV-2 is higher in elderly patients and other active comorbidities including cancer. To date, no effective treatment has been identified and management for critically ill patients relies on management in intensive care units. Patients with lung cancer are at risk of pulmonary complications from COVID-19. Furthermore, the use of chemotherapy might have a negative impact in patient’s outcome. Therefore, the risk/benefit ratio of systemic anticancer treatment (SACT) has to be considered. For each patient, several factors including age and comorbidities, as well as the number of hospital visits for treatment, can influence this risk. Each hospital around the world has issued some internal policy guidelines for oncologists, aiming to limit risks during this difficult time. We hereby propose a tool to support oncologists and physicians in treatment decision for patients with lung cancer. There are several variables to consider, including the extent of the epidemic, the local healthcare structure capacity, the risk of infection to the individual, the status of cancer, patients’ comorbidities, age and details of the treatment. Given this heterogeneity, we have based our suggestions bearing in mind some general factors There is not easy, universal solution to oncological care during this crisis and, to complicate matters, the duration of this pandemic is hard to predict. It is important to weigh the impact of each of our decisions in these trying times rather than rely on routine automatisms.

The learning process that takes place in educational institutions such as schools and even universities are still dry from the effort of planting value for learners. The process that lasted more dominated by the transfer of knowledge (of pouring knowledge) instead of internalizing the values that are important matters in an educational activity. Meanwhile, adult learning methodology has evolved so rapidly, so there has been a learning paradigm shift from teacher-centered learning centered on the learner. As these changes raised concerns some educators to the growing dryness of the learning process of internalization efforts on students in various educational institutions. This study seeks to present a common thread among the various concerns, efforts to internalize the value in educational practice on the one hand and the spirit of the implementation of learning approach centered on the learner on the other side.

This paper focuses on the functional variable of educational content with an aim to analysing the incidence of said variable on the learning process and at the same time offer guidelines for its integration within the curricula. The question has been approached from a constructivist perspective, clearly revealing that learning to think requires the assimilation of metacognitive strategies and abilities regarding the processes of social interaction. Cognition, with affective and behaviour-related aspects composing its central core, is regarded as being the driving force behind said processes. The diadic relationships which occur within these processes affect all of those involved -teachers and pupils- creating a set series of responsibilities as regards establishing a relevant integration of «what» and «how» to teach and learn, a question which leads to an analysis of the double perspective from which said integration can be facilitated: - from the perspective of educational action, based on the «help» -conceptional and operational scaffolding- supplied by the teacher. - from the perspective of educational activity, based on the actions and operations carried out by the individual during his process of learning. In the of both perspectives, process «standards» are offered together with a compendium of educational techniques directed towards implementing three key aspects: the self-adjustment of learning, the construction of «meanings» and the «profound» processing of information.

Objective. The article examines the legislation of Ukraine in the framework of library reform. It is noted that in the presence of all changes and additions, the wording of the Law of Ukraine "On Libraries and Library Affairs" of 2021 regulates the activities of mostly public libraries. The peculiarities of the activity of libraries of higher educational institutions (HEI) are not reflected in the law. Methods. The methodological basis of the study were: general methods of thinking; general scientific and interdisciplinary methods. We can also distinguish: analysis and synthesis, abstraction, formalization and dialectical, as a general scientific method of cognition. Results. An example of a legal conflict regarding the legitimacy to use the status of a research and educational worker by the director of a University library is analyzed in detail. The study proves that libraries of higher education institutions are not obliged to conduct research and educational activities. However, in the absence of scientific lectures, workshops, and research, the library is reduced to the level of a subdivision of the HEI, whose activities are aimed only at providing information on scientific and educational activities of teachers and students. Conclusions. On the example of the Scientific Library of Ivan Franko National University of Lviv, known in Ukraine and abroad for its scientific lectures, art projects, research and explorations, the relevance and importance of conducting scientific and educational activities by Scientific Libraries of the HEI is shown.

Abstract: Introduction: Although Primary Health Care (PHC) is essential for medical students’ training, the perceptions of primary care workers about the teaching-learning process have been overlooked, particularly in municipalities where PHC management is performed by a private organization instead of the government, such as in the city of São Paulo. Objective: to analyze the perceptions of primary care workers about barriers and facilitators of medical students’ teaching-learning process in PHC in the city of São Paulo. Method: we conducted a qualitative research. We performed in-depth interviews with 12 primary care workers from the family health teams (four physicians, four nurses and four community health workers), who worked in primary care clinics in the east region of the city and received medical students, from 1st-year to internship students. The interviews were recorded, transcribed and afterwards, they were repeatedly read. We identified thematic units following the content analysis principles. Results: the barriers to medical students’ teaching-learning process in PHC were the following: (1) excessive number of scheduled patients and scarcity of time for discussion; (2) inadequate infrastructure of primary care clinics; (3) lack of training; and (4) ineffective integration among faculty, healthcare workers, managers and the assisted population. The facilitating factors of the teaching-learning process were: (1) high quality of healthcare services; (2) integration among primary care teams, interdisciplinary teams, and students; and (3) well-trained medical preceptors. Conclusions: our results have implications for PHC professionals, educational institutions, and managers. The improvement of the integration among educational institutions, health services managers, primary care workers, and the population is a condition to reach the effectiveness in the teaching-learning process, and to ensure the development of essential competencies for PHC assistance quality. Thus, the training of health professionals, improving the primary care clinic infrastructure, and creating strategies to ensure enough time for discussion and feedback could contribute to mitigate barriers to medical students’ teaching-learning process in PHC.

The article examines the problem of the influence of virtual reality and digital society on the formation of the professional ethos of medical students. Undoubtedly, the totality of digital society, its diffusion into all spheres of existence determines the formation of a person's identity in personal, social and practical modes. At the same time, due to its Biophysics, medical activity is focused on practical activities and direct communication. Virtual reality creates conditions for any person, including students, to form an ideal narcissistic projection that exists within and according to the laws of digital society. The abstractness of the ideal Self comes into conflict with the real Self, creating new ways of alienation and hitherto unseen modes of meaning-loss and existential trauma. In addition, virtual reality limits the content of the communication process, reduces it, formalizes it, and restricts it with artificial rules. The article describes the basic content concepts through which the issues of digital society are denoted. The study sample is fairly uniform and includes 116 TvSMU students aged 19 to 22 years. The article presents data from descriptive statistics and psychodiagnostic techniques. The analysis conducted between the indicators of meaning-life orientations of the individual, the subjective feeling of loneliness and the status of ego-identity, allows us to conclude about the formation of the phenomenon of self-alienation, loss of meaning and existential trauma. The formation of professional identity is a complex symbiotic process that involves qualitative changes and a transition to a new worldview level. It is during this period that the student's psyche is most labile and subject to external influence. The dichotomy of the virtual and the real affects the formation of personality, depriving this process of concreteness and violating the integrity of the socio-cultural and professional thesaurus.
