Latar Belakang : Istirahat dan tidur merupakan kebutuhan dasar yang dibutuhkan oleh semua orang. Jika kebutuhan tidur tidak adekuat maka kualitas tidur seseorang akan menjadi buruk, kualitas tidur yang buruk dapat mengakibatkan gangguan keseimbangan fisiologis dan psikologis. Mahasiswa kesehatan yang tinggal diasrama atau biasa disebut dengan mahasiswa santri, kegiatan pengajarannya dihitung 1 kali 24 jam. Hal ini akan menyita waktu tidur mahasiswa santri dan mempengaruhi jam tidur serta menurunnya konsentrasi belajar dan prestasi akademik mahasiswa. Solusi yang tepat untuk meningkatkan kualitas tidur mahasiswa santri di asrama adalah melakukan terapi komplementer yang mudah dilakukan secara mandiri.Terapi tersebut ialah terapi wudhu dan aromaterapi. Kedua terapi tersebut menimbulkan efek rileks pada fisiologis dan psikologis pada mahasiswa, sehingga membantu untuk meningkatkan kualitas tidur. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah Untuk mengetahui Perbandingan Terapi Wudhu dan Aroma terapi terhadap kualitas tidur Mahasiswa keperawatan semester V STIKes Surya Global Yogyakarta Metode Penelitian: Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif dengan desain penelitian pre- Eksperimen dengan menggunakan rancangan One Group Pretest-Posttest.Jumlah populasi sebanyak 148 mahasiswa semester V angkatan 2018 di STIKes Surya Global Yogyakarta. Sampel diambil dengan teknik random sampling sebanyak 40 responden  terbagi dalam dua kelompok yaitu 20 mahasiswa kelompok terapi wudhu dan 20 mahasiswa kelompok aromaterapi. Analisis data menggunakan uji non parametric Wilcoxon dan mann whitney karena data tidak berdistribusi normal. Hasil Penelitian: Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa terdapat penurunan nilai pre post yang signifikan pada kelompok eksperimen dengan nilai p value <0,05 (p=0,000) dan tidak terdapat perbedan yang signifikan nilai delta kelompok terapi wudhu dan aromaterapi dengan nilai p value >0,05 (p=0,883). Kesimpulan : Terapi wudhu dan Aromaterapi sama- sama memiliki efek terhadap kualitas tidur sehingga tidak ada perbedaan yang signifikan antara terapi wudhu dan aromaterapi terhadap kualitas tidur Mahasiswa Semester V STIKes Surya Global Yogyakarta ABSTRACT Background: Rest and sleep are basic needs needed by everyone. If the need for sleep is inadequate, a person's sleep quality will be poor, poor sleep quality can lead to disturbances in physiological and psychological balance. Health students who live in dormitories or commonly referred to as santri students, have their teaching activities counted once 24 hours. This will take up the sleep time of the students and affect the hours of sleep and decrease the concentration of learning and student academic achievement. The right solution to improve the sleep quality of students in the dormitory is to do complementary therapies that are easy to do independently. These therapies are ablution and aromatherapy therapy. Both therapies have a relaxing physiological and psychological effect on students, thereby helping to improve sleep quality. The purpose of this study was to determine the comparison of ablution therapy and aromatherapy to the quality of sleep of the fifth semester nursing students of STIKes Surya Global Yogyakarta. Methods: This study used a quantitative research method with a pre-experimental research design using the One Group Pretest-Posttest design. The total population was 148 fifth semester students of class 2018 at STIKes Surya Global Yogyakarta. Samples were taken by random sampling technique as many as 40 respondents divided into two groups, namely 20 students of the ablution therapy group and 20 students of the aromatherapy group. Data analysis used non-parametric Wilcoxon and Mann Whitney tests because the data were not normally distributed. Results: The results of the analysis showed that there was a significant decrease in the pre post value in the experimental group with p value <0.05 (p = 0.000) and there was no significant difference in the delta value of the ablution therapy and aromatherapy groups with p value> 0, 05 (p = 0.883). Conclusion: Ablution therapy and aromatherapy both have an effect on sleep quality, so there is no significant difference between ablution therapy and aromatherapy on sleep quality for the fifth semester students of STIKes Surya Global Yogyakarta.

<p><em>Bad sleep quality causes fatigue, difficulty concentrating, and often drowsiness in the elderly. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of aroma of lavender therapy on the quality of elderly sleep at Wisma Cinta Kasih Padang. This type of research is quantitative with pre-experimental design using One Group Pretest-Posttest Design design using T-test dependent test. Sampling technique in this research use purposive sampling 30 responden as intervention group. The research to do in Wisma Cinta Kasih Padang. The results of the study found that all elderly (100%) had poor sleep quality before lavender aromatherapy and only 40% experienced poor sleep quality after lavender therapy. The statistical test obtained p value = 0.000, where there is influence of lavender therapy to sleep quality of elderly in Wisma Cinta Kasih Padang. The smell of lavender therapy can improve the quality of elderly sleep. Officer Wisma Cinta Kasih Padang in order to provide lavender therapy every 2 times / week at bedtime so as to improve the quality of elderly sleep.</em></p><p> </p><p>Kualitas tidur buruk menyebabkan kelelahan, sulit berkonsentrasi, dan sering mengantuk pada lansia. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh aroma terapi lavender terhadap kualitas tidur lansia di Wisma Cinta Kasih Padang. Jenis penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif dengan desain preekperimental menggunakan rancangan One Group Pretest-Posttest Design menggunakan uji T-test dependent. Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan purposive sampling 30 responden sebagai kelompok intervensi. Penelitian dilakukan di Wisma Cinta Kasih Padang. Hasil penelitian didapatkan seluruh lansia (100%) mengalami kualitas tidur yang buruk sebelum diberikan aromaterapi lavender dan hanya 40% yang mengalami kualitas tidur buruk sesudah diberikan aroma terapi lavender. Uji statistik didapatkan nilai p= 0,000, dimana terdapat pengaruh terapi lavender terhadap kualitas tidur lansia di Wisma Cinta Kasih Padang. Aroma terapi lavender dpat meningkatkan kualitas tidur lansia. Petugas Wisma Cinta Kasih Padang agar dapat memberikan terapi lavender setiap 2 kali/ minggu saat menjelang tidur sehingga dapat meningkatkan kualitas tidur lansia.</p>

Excessive smartphone use has a higher risk of sleep disturbances and affects a person’s sleep quality.  The purpose of this research is to determine the relationship between respondent’s characteristics and smartphone addiction to the sleep quality of adolescents at Budi Cendikia Islamic School Depok.  This type of research is quantitative with a descriptive analytic approach and a cross sectional research design.  The population is all 359 students.  Sampling in this study using stratified random sampling technique with 112 respondents.  The SAS-SV questionnaire was used to measure the level of smartphone addiction, while the PSQI questionnaire was used to measure sleep quality in adolescents.  The statistical test used Chi Square and Mann Whitney with a significance level of α = 0.05.  The results of the univariate statistical test showed that most of the respondents were male (52.7%), 13 years old (35.7%), had a high rate of smartphone addiction (61.6%), and poor sleep quality (70.5%).  Meanwhile, the results of the bivariate statistical test showed that there was a significant difference between gender (p = 0.020) and smartphone addiction (p = 0.007) with sleep quality, but there was no significant difference between age and sleep quality (p = 0.938). This study concludes that there is a relationship between gender and smartphone addiction on students' sleep quality, but there is no relationship between age and sleep quality of students.  Hence, it is necessary to limit the use of smartphones so that smartphone addiction can be minimized and sleep quality is good.”

Electronic gadgets, psychological behavior and quality of sleep among adolescent Background: In the development stage, adolescents are faced with problems of health problems including poor sleep quality. Globally, the prevalence of sleep quality disorders in the world varies from 15.3% to 39.2%. Data in Indonesia shows that most of the quality of sleep in adolescents is less than 63%. Poor quality of sleep can harm health. Factors that can cause poor sleep quality include the use of gadgets, where 80% say using gadgets> 4 hours 17 minutes a day.Purpose: Known the electronic gadgets, psychological behavior and quality of sleep among adolescent.Methods: The type of research used in this study was quantitative. The design of this study used analytics. The research subjects were class X and XI students at SMKN 1 Terbanggi Besar, Central Lampung, totaling 119 people. Collect data with the Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index (PSQI) questionnaire and Smartphone Addiction Scale (SAS). The statistical test uses the chi-square test.Results: Univariate analysis was obtained by the majority of respondents who had bad behavior in using gadgets, as many as 68 people (57.1%) and most respondents had poor sleep quality, as many as 77 people (64.7%). Analysis data resulted p-value = 0,000 and OR = 4,696.Conclusion: There were the electronic gadgets, psychological behavior and quality of sleep among adolescent. The advice is to increase health promotion counseling about sleep patterns and the excessive use of gadgets, and for schools to set regulations on the ban on the use of gadgets in-class hours. Keywords  : Quality of Sleep, Gadgets, Adolescent; Psychological; BehaviorPendahuluan: Dalam tahap perkembangannya, remaja dihadapkan pada masalah-masalah kesehatan diantaranya kualitas tidur yang buruk. Secara global menunjukkkan prevalensi gangguan kualitas tidur di dunia bervariasi mulai 15,3% - 39,2%. Data di Indonesia menunjukan sebagian besar kualitas tidur pada remaja kurang terpenuhi yaitu sebanyak 63%. Buruknya kualitas tidur dapat menimbulkan dampak negatif bagi kesehatan. Faktor yang dapat menyebabkan kualitas tidur yang buruk diantaranya adalah penggunaan gadget, dimana 80% menyatakan meggunakan gadget > 4 jam 17 menit dalam sehari.Tujuan: Diketahui hubungan perilaku penggunaan gadget dengan kualitas tidur pada remaja.Metode: Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif dengan rancangan menggunakan analitik. Poor quality of sleep in the elderly may lead to several disturbances, such as vulnerability to diseases,forgetfulness, psychomotor disorders, disorientation and difficulty to make decision. Some intervention may include pharmacological and non-pharmacological therapy. One of non-pharmacology therapies that isused to increase sleep qualityis rose aromatherapy. Objective: To determine the effect of rose aromatherapy on the quality of sleep in elderly at PSTW Budi Luhur Kasongan Bantul, Yogyakarta. Method: This study was a quasi-experiment research,with one group pretest-posttest design. Samples were taken with simple random sampling technique, involving 24 respondents. Each respondent was given rose aromatherapy for 5 minutes for 5 consecutive days. Result:Statistical analysis with marginal-homogeneity test showed p-value of 0,000 (p value<0,05).It suggested that there was a significant effect ofrose aromatherapy on the quality of sleep in elderly atSocial Institution of Tresna Werdha Budi Luhur Kasongan Bantul, Yogyakarta. Conclusion:Roses aroma therapy has effect in improving sleep quality in the elderly at Social Institution of TresnaWerdha Budi LuhurKasonganBantul, Yogyakarta. AbstrakKualitas tidur seseorang dikatakan baik apabila tidak menunjukkan berbagai tanda kekurangan tidur dan tidak mengalami masalah dalam tidurnya. Gangguan tidur banyak ditemui dikalangan dewasa muda terutama mahasiswa yang nantinya bisa menyebabkan berkurangnya konsentrasi belajar dan gangguan kesehatan. Hal ini bisa menyebabkan tidak tercapainya prestasi akademik secara optimal karena proses belajar menjadi terganggu. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menentukan hubungan kualitas tidur dengan prestasi akademik mahasiswa pendidikan dokter angkatan 2010 FK Unand. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode analitik dengan rancangan cross sectional. Total responden sebanyak 177 orang yang dipilih dengan teknik random sampling. Data kualitas tidur diambil dengan menggunakan indeks kualitas tidur Pittsburgh (PSQI) dan prestasi akademik dari nilai ujian blok 4.2. Pada akhir penelitian dilakukan uji statistik chi square untuk mengetahui hubungan kedua variabel. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sebanyak 51 mahasiswa (65%) memiliki kualitas tidur dan prestasi akademik yang baik, 27 mahasiswa (35%) memiliki kualitas tidur yang baik dengan prestasi akademik yang kurang baik, 43 mahasiswa (43%) memiliki kualitas tidur yang buruk dengan prestasi akademik yang baik, dan 56 mahasiswa (57%) memiliki kualitas tidur yang buruk dan prestasi akademik yang kurang baik. Berdasarkan uji chi square didapatkan nilai p=0,004 (p<0,05). Penelitian ini menyimpulkan terdapat hubungan antara kualitas tidur dengan prestasi akademik mahasiswa pendidikan dokter angkatan 2010FK Unand.Kata kunci: kualitas tidur, prestasi akademik, mahasiswa kedokteran AbstractThe good quality of sleep is there is no any disturbance in their sleep. The condition of sleep disorders commonly found among young adults, especially college students who can later cause a reduction in the concentration of learning and health problems. This can lead to failure to achieve optimal academic achievement because learning becomes impaired. The objective of this study was to determine the relationships between sleep quality and academic achievement on medical education student class of 2010 medical faculty of Andalas University. This research used analytic methods with cross sectional design. Total of 177 respondents were selected by random sampling technique. Sleep quality using the Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index (PSQI) and the academic achievement of test scores 4.2 blocks. At the end of the study, conducted chi-square test to determine the relationship between the two variables. The results showed that as many as 51 students (65 %) have quality sleep and good academic achievement, 27 students (35 %) had a good sleep quality with poor academic achievement, 43 students (43%) had poor sleep quality with good academic achievement, and 56 students (57%) had poor sleep quality and poor academic achievement. Based on chi square test p value=0,004 (p<0,05). Introduction. Sleep disorders and psychological disturbances are common in end-stage renal disease (ESRD) patients. However, despite their frequency and importance, such conditions often go unnoticed, since all patients do not clearly manifest fully expressed symptoms. Objective. This study aimed to determine the prevalence of depression and poor sleep quality and to examine the association between these disorders and demographic, clinical and treatment-related characteristics of ESRD patients on hemodialysis (HD). Methods. The study included 222 patients (132 men and 90 women), mean age 57.3?11.9 years, from 3 HD centers in Central Serbia, which provided us with biochemical parameters and demographic data. Sleep quality and depression were assessed using the Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index (PSQI) and Beck Depression Inventory (BDI), respectively. Results. The average BDI was 16.1?11.3. Depressed patients were significantly older (p=0.041), had a significantly lower dialysis adequacy (p=0.027) and a significantly worse quality of sleep (p<0.001), while they did not show significant difference as regarding sex, employment, marital status, comorbidities, dialysis type, dialysis vintage, shift and laboratory parameters. The average PSQI was 7.8?4.5 and 64.2% of patients were poor sleepers. Poor sleepers were significantly older (p=0.002), they were more often females (p=0.027) and had a significantly higher BDI (p<0.001), while other investigated variables were not correlated with sleep quality. A statistically significant positive correlation was found between BDI and PSQI (r=0.604; p<0.001). Conclusion. Depression and poor sleep quality are frequent and interrelated among HD patients.

The current phenomenon is about the addiction of korean drama which has an impact on the quality of students sleep, because students who like korean drama often forget the time to rest and feel curious about of each episode. Sleep is a besic need that must be fulfilled by every individual in order to carry out daily activities properly. The purpose of this research is to find out the relationship between korean drama addiction and the quality of studen’s sleep in STIKes Payung Negeri Pekanbaru. This study was quantitative research with a cross sectional design. The sample of this research as much as 246 students STIKes Payung Negeri Pekanbaru from D3 Midwifery study program as much as 38 students, D3 Nursing as much as 31 students, S1 Nursing as much as 144 students and Public Health S1 as much as 33 students with technique sampling that is stratified random sampling. The instrument of this research used questionnaire compiled by the researchers with 25 statement items obtained from the validity test r result > r table (0,602 > 0,361) and the reliability test result are obtained 0,968. While the sleep quality of questionnaire using Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Indeks (PSQI) which has been translated into indonesian the result of the validity test are obtained 0,365 > 0,361 and reliability 0,741, then the data analysis is tested using chi square. The result of this research found that the majority of students were not addicted to korean drama as much 124 (50,4%) and the majority of poor students sleep quality is 181 (73,6%). The result of this research indicate that there is no relationship between korean drama addiction and quality sleep of studen’s STIKes Payung Negeri Pekanbaru with p value 0,429 > 0,05.   Keywords: addicted to korean drama, sleep quality

Preeclampsia is some of the symptoms that occur in pregnancy, childbirth, and puerperal women, which are characterized by hypertension, edema, and increased proteinuria. Preeclampsia usually occurs when pregnancy enters the age of 20 weeks to 48 hours after the birth process. In that condition, there are undesirable complications during pregnancy that can make mothers more vulnerable to psychological disorders, one of which is stress. Stress experienced during pregnancy can affect the health of the baby and can also improve poor sleep quality. This study aims to analyze the relationship of stress levels with the quality of preeclampsia sleep in the Tempurejo Community Health Center in Jember. This research was conducted on 31 preeclampsia mothers using a correlational research design with a cross-sectional approach and total sampling techniques. Data collection using questionnaires stress and sleep quality. The results showed 19 (61.3)% of respondents experienced mild stress, and 26 (83.9)% experienced poor sleep quality. The results of data analysis using the spearmen statistical test obtained p-value 0.001 and r = 0.894, which means there is a relationship between stress levels and sleep quality or ha is accepted. R-value = 0.396 means that the correlation between stress levels and sleep quality in preeclampsia has a positive correlation with weak correlation strength. Nursing implications for further research can intervene in interventions that can reduce stress levels with the quality of sleep in preeclampsia mothers to reduce the factors of preeclampsia.

Kualita stidur adalah suatu keadaan tidur yang dijalani seseorang yang menghasilkan kesegaran/ kebugaran saat terbangun. Dampak karena kualitas tidur yang buruk adalah stres yang meningkat dan sering lupa. Hasil penelitian yang dilakukan menunjukkan 86,4% lansia mengalami kualitas tidur yang buruk dan 13,6% memiliki kualitas tidur yang baik di Balai Pelayanan Sosial Tresna Werdha pada tahun 2018. Salah satu penatalaksanaan untuk meningkatkan kualitas tidur adalah dengan melafalkan dzikir. Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mengidentifikasi pengaruh melafalkan dzikir terhadap kualitas tidur lansia di Balai Pelayanan Sosial Tresna Werdha. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan desain quasi experiment. Teknik sampling yang digunakan adalah purposive samplingdenganjumlah 21 responden yang sesuaidengankriteriainkulsidanekslusi. Intervensi dilakukan selama 7 hari berturut-turut. Evaluasi skor kualitas tidur menggunakan kuesioner Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index (PSQI). Analisa bivariate denga nmenggunakan uji paired t test. Hasil penelitian rerata kualitas tidur pada pengukuran pretest lebih tinggi (7,00) dibandingkan dengan rerata postest (5,90), yang memiliki arti bahwa kualitas tidur lansia setelah melakukan dzikir menjadi lebih baik.Hasil dari analisis ujipaired t testpengaruh melafalkan dzikir terhadap kualitas tidur lansia didapatkan nilai signifikan dengan p-value = 0,000 (α<0,05). Poor sleep quality will have an impact on the body of the elderly. Impact because of poor sleep quality is increased stress and often forgets. The results of the research conducted showed that 86.4% of the elderly experienced poor sleep quality and 13.6% had good sleep quality at the TresnaWerdha Social Service Center on 2018. One of the management to improve the quality of sleep is to recite dzikir. The purpose of the study was to identify the effect of reciting dhikr on the quality of elderly sleep in the Tresna Werdha Social Service Center.This research method uses a quasi experiment design. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling with 21 respondents who were in accordance with the criteria for inclusion and exclusion. The intervention was carried out for 7 consecutive days. Sleep quality score evaluation using the Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index (PSQI) questionnaire. Bivariate analysis using paired t test. The results of the average sleep quality at pretest measurements were higher (7.00) compared to the posttest average (5.90), which means that the quality of elderly sleep after doing dhikr is better. The results of the paired t test analysis of the effect of reciting dhikr on the quality of elderly sleep obtained a significant value with p-value = 0,000 (α <0.05). The conclusion of this study shows the influence between dhikr and the quality of sleep. Keywords: reciting dhikr, sleep quality, elderly
