This study aims to determine the effect of motivation, training and compensation on employee performance at PT. Wahyu Septyan Bengkulu. The sample in this study were 60 employees of PT. Wahyu Septyan Bengkulu. The data were collected using a questionnaire and the method of analysis used was the rank spearman and the t test.The results of the Spearman rank analysis show that there is a significant influence of motivation (X1) on employee performance (Y) with the value of rho (ρ) = 0.631 in the criteria from 0.60 to 0.799 (strong), there is a significant effect of training (X2) on employee performance ( Y) with the value of rho (ρ) count = 0.687 in the criteria 0.60-0.799 (strong) and there is a significant effect of Compensation (X3) on employee performance (Y) with the value of rho (ρ) count = 0.678 in the criteria 0.60- 0.799 (strong). The results of the t test prove that there is a significant effect of motivation (X1) on employee performance (Y). It is known that the t value is 6,190 and this value shows that t is greater than t table (6,190> 1,671), there is a significant effect of training ( X2) on employee performance (Y), it is known that the t value is 7.192 and this value shows the t count is greater than the t table (7.192> 1.671) and there is a significant effect of compensation (X3) on employee performance (Y). t count is 7,017 and this value shows t count is bigger than t table (7,017> 1,671).

The purpose of this study is to examine the effect of compensation, work environment and organizational culture on employee loyalty and performance Result of t test that is Organizational Culture have positive and significant influence to Employee Loyalty, Compensation have positive effect and not Significant to Employee Loyalty And Work Environment negatively and Not Significant to Employee Loyalty. This research raises the title of influence of Islamic leadership and the Islamic work motivation on the performance of BMT (Made) employees in Demak District. One of the obstacle which doesn’t make any advanced and the developed of BMT is the low performance of employees. The formulation of the problem in this research is whether there is a significant influence of Islamic leadership and the motivation of Islamic work on the performance of employees either partially or simultaneously on the performance of employees? This study aims to find out how much influence of Islamic leadership and work motivation and to know the most dominant influence between Islamic leadership and the work motivation on the performance of employees BMT Made in Demak District. This type of this research is field research by using quantitative methods. The population in the study there are 34 employees, who sampled 28 employees consisting of main employees and sub branch employees. The test used in analyzing the data (questionnaire) is a test of validity and reliability, and statistical tests that include; classical assumption test, F test and T test. The result of regression equation test is Y = 4.510 + 0.076 X1 + 0.679 X2, this means that employee’s performance variable get influence from Islamic leadership variable and work motivation with value equal to 0,079 and 0,679 every employee performance variable have 1 score increase. While for Islamic leadership T test obtained value of 0.533 2.060. This means that Islamic leadership variables do not have a significant influence and employee motivation partially have an influence on performance variable of BMT employees. F - test obtained value equal to 18.782, while F table 3,385, because F count > F table then simultaneous test or jointly variable of Islamic leadership and work motivation of Islam have influence to performance of BMT Made employee. Among the two independent variables that are most dominant in influencing employee performance variables is the Islamic work motivation with a value of 5.415. To improve employee performance, managers are expected to improve intensive communication with the employees and provide an opportunity to convey what the wishes and expectations of the employee are. On the other hand, managers must also open themselves to accept criticism or input that is constructive in order to improve the institution. The purpose of this research is to examine the influence of the working life and leadership for employee performance in Satuan Polisi Pamong Praja (SATPOL-PP) Office Kabupaten Indragiri Hulu. The relevant data are taken with quantity and quality analyses. Data analyses method used are interview, validity and realibility test of multiple regression analysis, correlation coefficient, t test, and f test. The conclusion from the results above is the working life and leadership for employee performance in Satuan Polisi Pamong Praja (SATPOL-PP) Office Kabupaten Indragiri Hulu. F test show that variable of the working life and leadership have significant influence for employee performance in Satuan Polisi Pamong Praja (SATPOL-PP) Office Kabupaten Indragiri Hulu at the 5% significant level. T test show that variable of working life and leadership have significant influence for employee performance in Satuan Polisi Pamong Praja (SATPOL-PP) Office Kabupaten Indragiri Hulu at the 5% significant level. Correlation coefficient show that variable working life and leadership have significant for employee performance in Satuan Polisi Pamong Praja (SATPOL-PP) Office Kabupaten Indragiri Hulu. Working life and leadership could explain the changes in the employee performance in Satuan Polisi Pamong Praja (SATPOL-PP) Office Kabupaten Indragiri Hulu for 82.5 percent and the balance of  17.5 percent is explained by the other variables which did not included in the this research.

The purpose of this study is to determine the development of agrotourism Kampoeng Kopi Banaran and to analyze employee performance in supporting the development of agrotourism in Kampoeng Kopi Banaran, in Semarang Regency. In particular the goal is to find out how management efforts in developing agrotourism Kampoeng Kopi Banaran, management of human resources, employee performance in supporting the development of agrotourism.The study is mixed methods using 56 respondents as samples. While data analysis in this research using multiple regression analysis using F test and t test. The results of the data analysis of socio-demographic explain that influence on the performance showed that age, gender, education, family status, employment status and work experience positively affect employee performance. While F-test states that jointly age, gender, education, family status, employment status and work experience affect the performance. t test in this research shows there is no significant influence of gender on the performance, no significant influence of the family status on the performance. The conclusions of this study are that there is a positive and significant influence of socio-demographic on emplyoee performance and there is a positive and significant influence between employee performance against agrotourism understanding in Kampoeng Kopi Banaran. This study aims to determine the influence of Employee Performance at PT. Karyaindo Sejatitama Suku Tengah Lakitan Ulu Terawas Subdistrict,  Musi Rawas Regency. Technique of data collecting were observation, interview, questionnaire, and documentation. The sample of this study used saturated sampling, that was all 96 employees. Technique of data analysis is done by testing the validity test and reliability test, the classic assumption test consists of normality test, linearity test, linear regression test, correlation test, determination test, and hypothesis test. Based on the t test, the value of tcount (10,944) > ttable (1,986) then Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. This means that communication  has a significant influence on employee performance at PT. Karyaindo  Sejatitama Suku Tengah Lakitan Ulu Terawas Subdistrict, Musi Rawas Regency. Based on the t test,  the value of  tcount (8.691)  > t ttable  (1.986)  then Ho  is  rejected and Ha is accepted. This means that K3 has a significant influence on Employee Performance at PT. Karyaindo Sejatitama Suku Tengah Lakitan Ulu Terawas Subdistrict, Musi Rawas Regency. Based on the F test, the value of Fcount (69.343) > Ftable (3.09) then Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. This means that Communication and Health and Safety (Occupational Health & Safety) has a significant influence on Employee Performance at PT. Karyaindo Sejatitama, Suku Tengah Lakitan Ulu Terawas Subdistrict, Musi Rawas Regency.

This  study  aims  to  determine  the  influencet  of  education  and  training  as  well  as  emotional intelligence on the performance of employees at the State Attorney Office of Palu, Central Sulawesi. Sample consists of 31 people, who were selected with census method. Model of analysis multiple linear regressions  with  SPSS  computer  program  for Windows  Release  22.0.  The  research  concludes  that education and training (X1) and emotional intelligence (X2) simultaneously have significant influence on employee performance (Y) in Attorney Office of Palu. This is evidenced by the F test that shows the significance value below 0.05 of 0.000. Education and training (X1) partially has significant influence on employee performance (Y); this is evidenced by the t-test that shows significance value below 0.05, of 0.001. Emotional intelligence (X2) partially has significant influence on employee performance (Y), which is evidenced by the t-test that shows significance value below 0.05 of 0.000. Penelitian  ini  bertujuan  untuk  mengetahui  pengaruh  pendidikan  dan  pelatihan  serta  kecerdasan emosional  terhadap  kinerja  pegawai  di Kejaksaan  Negeri  Palu,  Sulawesi  Tengah.  Sampel  dalam penomoran adalah  31  orang,  metode  pengambilan  sampel  menggunakan sampel  jenuh  atau  sensus. Model analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah model analisis regresi berganda (multiple regression analysis) dengan bantuan program komputer SPSS for Windows Release 22.0.Analisis data menggunakan  regresi  linier  berganda,  uji  F  dan  uji t.  Hasil  penelitian  menyimpulkan  bahwa pendidikan dan pelatihan (X1) dan emotional intelligence (X2) secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap  kinerja  karyawan  (Y)  pada  Kejaksaan  Negeri  Palu.  Hal  ini dibuktikan  dengan  uji  F  yang menunjukkan  nilai  signifikansi  kurang dari  0,05  adalah  0,000.  Pendidikan  dan  pelatihan  (X1)berpengaruh  secara  parsial  terhadap  kinerja  karyawan  (Y),  hal  ini  dibuktikan dengan  uji  t  yang menunjukkan nilai signifikansi kurang dari 0,05 yaitu 0,001. Kecerdasan Emosional (X2) berpengaruh secara  parsial berpengaruh  terhadap  kinerja  karyawan  (Y),  hal  ini  dibuktikan dengan  uji  t menunjukkan nilai signifikansi kurang dari 0,05 adalah 0,000.

This study aims to determine the effect of (X1) Motivation, (X2) Work Discipline, (X3) Work Competence on (Y) Employee Performance pada Dinas Lingkungan Hidup Kabupaten Batang Hari. Day. This research is a quantitative descriptive study. The sample of this study was 53 people. Based on the results of research and discussion, then some of the main points of research conclusions can be explained as follows: Based on the results of the partial test (t test). Obtained tcount for (X1) Work Motivation of -0.272 and value of ttable of 1.67655 because tcount is smaller than ttable, it can be concluded that work motivation does not significantly influence employee performance. Whereas (X2) Work Discipline obtained tcount value of 5,542 and ttable value of 1.67655 because tcount is greater than ttable, it can be concluded that work discipline has a significant effect on employee performance. And for (X3) Work Competence obtained tcount of 3,805 and value of ttable of 1.67655 because tcount is greater than ttable, it can be concluded that work competence has a significant effect on employee performance. Based on the results of the Simultaneous Test (Test F). Obtained Fcount value of 75,665 and Ftable value of 2.79 because the Fcount value is greater Ftable, it can be concluded that work motivation, work discipline and work competence show a significant influence on employee performance. Based on the results of the Coofesien Determination (R2) obtained an Adjusted R Square value of 0.812 can be concluded the percentage influence of Work Motivation (X1), Work Discipline (X2) and Work Competence (X3) on Performance (Y) of 81.2% and 18.8% influenced by variables - other variables not examined in this study.

The objectives of the study were to assess, the perception of farmers on the program for demonstration area of healthy rice cultivation, examine the characteristics of the factors forming the perception of farmers participating in the program for demonstration area of healthy rice cultivation, analyze of the correlation between the factors forming perceptions farmers to demonstration healthy rice cultivation area program. The study used the method of descriptive by using survey techniques. The location was in Polokarto, Sukoharjo, taking 2 villages implementing the program. The population was the member farmers of the Pilangrejo farmer group and the Kenteng Farmer Group. The study used a proportional random sampling technique and respondents were taken as many as 60 farmers. The data in this study were presented with a Likert scale and to test the correlation used Spearman rank analysis and t-test. The results showed that, the factors forming perceptions were age, formal education, non-formal education, land area, income, experience, and motivation,  Farmers’ perceptions of the understanding, goals, benefits, and activities contained in the program demonstration area of healthy rice crop cultivation were good, There was a significant correlation between income and experience of farmers to the program demonstration area of healthy rice cultivation. Whereas age, formal education, non-formal education, land area, and motivation were not significantly related to farmers’ perceptions of the program for the cultivation of healthy rice.

This study aims to determine the effect of (X1) Work Motivation, (X2) Career Development on (Y) Job Promotion Di Polsek Bajubang Kabupaten Batanghari.  This research is a quantitative descriptive study. The sample of this study was 31 people. Based on the results of research and discussion, then some of the main points of research conclusions can be explained as follows. Based on the results of the partial test (t test). Obtained tcount for (X1) Work Motivation is 10,032 and ttable value is 1.69913 because tcount is smaller than ttable so it can be concluded that work motivation does not significantly influence employee performance. Whereas (X2) Career Development, the value of tcount is 5,977 and the value of t table is 1,69913 because tcount is greater than ttable, it can be concluded that work discipline has a significant effect on employee performance. Based on the results of the Simultaneous Test (Test F). Obtained Fcount value of 19,379 and Ftable value of 3.93 because the Fcount value is greater than Ftable, it can be concluded that work motivation, work discipline and work competence show a significant influence on employee performance. Based on the results of the Coofesien Determination (R2) obtained an Adjusted R Square value of 551, it can be concluded that the percentage influence of Work Motivation (X1 ), Career Development (X2) on Performance (Y) of 55.1% and 44.9% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study.
