This paper explores the issues in the emergence of growth equity as a private class of asset in a company portfolio. The independent variables investigated will be investment size, duration, risk and return, exit or repayment of funds, and timing. The driving factors of all five variables assist in the understanding of the emergence of growth equity. The driving factors in the paper include the availability of capital, competitiveness, regulation of the business atmosphere, stability of the firm, home-grown marketing of the products, and honesty in both regional and global trade. The paper further investigates the problems of each variable and the potential hindrance to the emergence of growth equity. The paper provides a significant contribution to corporate finance professionals and practitioners to better understand the problems and the potential in the emergence of growth equity as a private class of asset.

If the company continues with this situation, the company would not know the next strategies to develop the company. There are many factors that connected with customer such as trust, facility and service quality. This research objective is to analyze if there is a positive influence, both individually and simultaneously between independent variables which are trust, facility and service quality to the dependent variable which is customers. In this research the object are the customers of PT Panah Persada Logisindo Semarang. The data sources are primary and secondary data using sampling technique of 80 respondents. The results of multiple linear regression equation show that there is a positive influence and partial significant between (t= 3,543 > ttebal = 1, 99167) Trust, (t=4,976 >ttebal=1,99167 ) Facility and (t =3,908 > ttebal= 1, 99167) Service Quality effected by customer satisfaction.

Keywords: Trust, Facility, Service Quality, Customer Satisfaction

Kepuasaan Pelanggan merupakan faktor penting terhadap kelangsungan hidup sebuah perusahaan. Purpose To explain the US Securities and Exchange Commission’s (SEC’s) June 29, 2017 announcement (as updated August 17, 2017) that the staff of its Division of Corporation Finance will accept draft registration statement submissions from all companies for nonpublic review, thereby expanding a popular benefit previously available only to emerging growth companies (ECGs) under the JOBS Act and, in limited circumstances, to certain foreign private issuers under historical Staff practices. Design/methodology/approach Explains the rationale and limitations of the new policy, the existing confidential submission process, the expanded class of issuers and transactions that now qualifies for the nonpublic review process, and content and staff processing details. Findings Recognizing that the confidential submission process for EGCs proved highly popular and quickly became standard practice for eligible companies seeking to conduct an IPO, the SEC has made the nonpublic review process available to an expanded class of issuers and transactions. The expanded confidential submission process for IPOs addresses some of the typical concerns associated with engaging in the IPO process by giving a company more time and flexibility to determine whether it actually will be able to achieve the benefits of going public before it incurs the burdens and expenses of doing so. Originality/value Practical guidance from experienced securities and corporate finance lawyers.

The research obtained data from 144 respondents out of 210 total employees. A questionnaire was prepared to catch their perception on leadership style and compensation and how they affect their performance in the company they work with. From the data obtained and the analysis result shows that the relationship and the contribution of leadership style and compensation on the performance of employees is strong and significant, either partially or simultaneously. Therefore as managerial instruments, leadership style and compensation are extremely important factors to be considered and continuously updated in order to keep and maintain employees motivation that in turn will boost their performance,

This research is grounded on the fact that a lot of civillians are unemployed as they do not have enough knowledge and skills to work. On the other side, the increasing number of conversions from horticulture plants to rubber plants has caused the people’s demand for top rubber seeds to increase too. This research therefore wanted to find out the type of KWD Model to increase the entrepreneurship competency of the learning participants. Based on this objective, this research developed correlational and differential research questions. The correlational investigation was needed to examine the contribution of the independent variables toward the dependent variable (the increase of the entrepreneurship competency) of the learning participants. Meanwhile the differential investigation was needed to examine the effectiveness of the model. The result of the research indicates there is a positive and significant contribution of the learning participant’s interest, achievement motivation, the learning participant’s participation, technical resourceperson’s competence, the training curriculum, the infrastructure and facilities, the intstructional process, and the executing institution toward the increase of the entrepreneurship competency of of the learning participants both individually or all together. The test of model effectiveness proves a positive and significant difference between the designed model and the existing model.

How can risk of a company be allocated to its divisions and attributed to risk factors? The Euler principle allows for an economically justified allocation of risk to different divisions. We introduce a method that generalizes the Euler principle to attribute risk to its driving factors when these factors affect losses in a nonlinear way. The method splits loss contributions over time and is straightforward to implement. We show in an example how this risk decomposition can be applied in the context of credit risk.

Market segmentation is a classic topic in marketing which is never loss its attractiveness. In addition to market segmentation, customer satisfaction is important in the field of marketing. Customer satisfaction is a person's feelings after using goods or services produced by a company. High customer satisfaction shows a company's success in producing goods or services. Statistics provides many tools for segmentation research. One of statistical tool for segmentation research which takes the dependency method as an approach is Chi-Squared Automatic Interaction Detection (CHAID) analysis. CHAID analysis would provide decision tree like diagram which provide information about degree of association from dependent variable to the independent variables and the information about segments characteristic. In this case, the CHAID analysis is used to determine the type of service revocation segmentation by Indihome customers. Based on CHAID analysis, 25 segmentations were obtained, which consisted of revocation of the downgrade category of 45314 customers and the number of revocation of the Churn Out category by 11137 customers.
Keywords : market segmentation, customer satisfaction, CHAID, Indihome
