The rapid development of technology, especially in the digital field, has had a huge influence on the development of laptop features and specifications today. With the development of increasingly diverse features and specifications, it often makes users confused in choosing a laptop that suits user needs. Based on this, the authors are interested in creating a decision support system to assist users in choosing a laptop that fits the desired criteria using the Topsis method. The type of data used by the author is primary data obtained through interviews and direct observation of laptop users. The purpose of this study is to assist laptop users in choosing a laptop that suits their needs. There are 10 criteria obtained based on observations and interviews, namely price (C1), RAM (C2), Hard drive (C3), processor (C4), screen size (C5), VGA (C6), battery (C7), Laptop Weight (C8), and Warranty (C9). Secondary data were obtained through literature study and scientific writing related to laptop selection and the TOPSIS method. This research produces output that meets the objectives, which can assist users in choosing the laptop that best suits their needs and can facilitate users in the decision-making process so as to produce accurate, effective and efficient information.

Riset ini bertujuan untuk mempelajari faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi pengambilan keputusan dalam pengadopsian paket teknologi budidaya udang telah dilakukan pada tahun 2006 di kabupaten Tanah Laut, lokasi riset adalah Kabupaten Tanah Laut Propinsi Kalimantan Selatan. Riset Ini menggunakan metoda survey. Data yang dikumpulkan dalam riset ini adalah data primer dan data sekunder. Data primer diperoleh melalui wawancara menggunakan kuesioner terstruktur kepada responden, Jumlah responden dalam riset ini adalah 30 orang. Disamping itu dalam riset ini untuk mengali informasi melibatkan pembudidaya udang, tokoh masyarakat, kelembagaan terkait dan Dinas Perikanan setempat serta observasi lapangan. Hasil Riset menunjukkan bahwa faktor faktor yang mempangaruhi pengambilan keputusan secara diskriptif adalah 66,66 % keputusan diambil secara individu. Akan tetapi apabila dilihat dari karakteristik internal hasil analisis statistk, koefisien korelasi (rs) faktor faktor yang mempengaruhi pengambilan keputusan dalam pengadopsian paket teknologi budidaya udang adalah umur ( 0,820**), pendidikan formal (0,529), tingkat pendapatan (0,821**), kekosmopolitan (0,785**), pengalaman berusaha (0,660**), pola nafkah (0,744**)dan tingkat kepercayaan (0,486*). Kemudian apabila dilihat dari faktor eksternal, faktor yang mempengaruhi adalah keuntungan (0,789**), mudah untuk diusahakan (0,493*), referensi group (0,724**), akses modal (0,747**) dan ketersediaan informasi. (0,818**). Hal ini memperlihatkan bahwa faktor tersebur mempunyai hubungan yang erat pengambilan keputusan. Tittle: Indentification of Factor Enfluencing to Decision Making Process in the Adoption of Shrimp Culture Technological Package in the Tanah Laut, Kalimantan SelatanThis research aimed to study factors enfluencing decision making process in adopting technological package of shrimp culture in 2006. The research was done in Tanah Laut, the district in South Kalimantan. The research used survey method, Primary and secondary data were used in this study. Primary data were collected by interview using structured questionaire to 30 respondents, consisting of shrimp farmer, informal social leader and related institution. Result of the study showed that factors that influence decision making were taken individually (66,66%). Moreover, it can be seen from internal characteristic of coefficient corelation statistic by which, factors that influence decision making in shrimp culture technology package adopting were age (0,820**), formal education (0,529), income level (0,821**), cosmopolitan (0,785**), capital access (0,747**) and information availibility (0,818**). It showed that those factors have a tight relationship with decision making usiness.

Purpose This paper aims to study and compare variables such as location, industry, socio-demographics and business factors of several companies located in Western Macedonia. Design/methodology/approach Research method is based on primary data the authors collected through questionnaires and secondary data obtained from State Statistical Office. Besides, the research sums up data classification of companies in the aspect of geomarketing and how location determinants and geo-information of certain cities can influence their business development and decision-making. Lastly, the results of data and Structural Equation Modeling integration are presented. Findings Since Republic of Macedonia is more than 25 years in transition, experts have often foreseen that companies in their country most of the time make intuitive decisions and do not take into account many elements during decision-making process in the business aspect. But on the other hand, results reveal interesting facts about companies involved in their research. For a majority of companies, the influence of geomarketing on business development is positive as long as during decision-making process its determinants have been taken into consideration and reviewed. Practical implications The paper helps the entrepreneurs to develop their businesses and decision-making process based on geomarketing determinants. Originality/value This is the first paper that investigates and compares variables such as location, industry, socio-demographics and business factors of companies located in Macedonia.

A rational decision-making process is essential for municipal governments, as it promotes progressive development and makes them more democratic and service-oriented. This study explores the decision-making process in Bangladesh’s Sylhet City Corporation (SCC). Both primary data via a survey of relevant respondents and secondary data were collected. The study found that, although both the mayor and councillors participate in making decisions at the SCC, it is the mayor who plays the dominant and vital role, exercising power by convincing councillors of his leadership qualities. For these reasons, the decision-making process of the SCC is not fully democratic. If councillors were able to play a greater role, the decisions of the SCC would be more collective. The implementation of court in Indonesia has not fulfilled as expected because any parties involving in court has a lack of capacity, consistency, and integrity to provide legal service seriously. Some people assume that court services are not still optimal. To settle the problems, the Supreme Court just has officially issued Regulation No. 1 of 2019 regarding the Administration of Cases and Legal Proceedings in Courts via Electronic Means on 8 August 2019. This regulation is believed as an appropriate solution to face those problems. To elaborate more, this study illustrates a judicial reform in Indonesia, e-court, and access to justice, the conception of e-court including the performance of e-court and its drawbacks and challenges in the digital era. The research method uses normative research by approaching legal review and literature study. The technique of primary data collection applies Supreme Court regulation while means of secondary data are collected from concept or theory as set out under bibliography. Judicial reform in Indonesia is indicated by issuing new regulation regarding e-Court and e-Litigation, the implementation e-Court itself has been attributed to 32 courts consisting of general religious, and state administrative courts. Through e-Court, access to justice more transparent and accessible. Besides, justice seekers have no worries regarding distance issues as of e-Court may allow them to fight in court without face to face. Parties have no doubt relating to the acceleration of court to settle any dispute in Indonesia.

This study aims to analyze causes of the low uptake of the budget and formulate a strategy of maximizing the absorption of expenditure on Balai Penelitian dan Pengembangan Lingkungan Hidup dan Kehutanan Manokwari. Respondents involved are 20 people that consist of: treasury officials and holder output of activity. The data used were secondary data in the form of reports on budget realization (LRA) quarter I, II, III and IV of the fiscal year 2011 to 2015, and the primary data were in the form of interviews with the help of a questionnaire. While the analysis of the data used was descriptive analysis using data tabulation, and the analysis of the three stages strategy of the decision making used IFE and EFE matrix, SWOT matrix and QSPM matrix.The results showed that there are 19 factors causing low of budget absorption until the end of the third quarter, and there were 10 drafts of policy as a strategy for maximizing the absorption of the budget on Balai Penelitian dan Pengembangan Lingkungan Hidup dan Kehutanan Manokwari.ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis penyebab rendahnya penyerapan anggaran belanja dan merumuskan strategi maksimalisasi penyerapan anggaran belanja pada Balai Penelitian dan Pengembangan Lingkungan Hidup dan Kehutanan Manokwari. Responden yang terlibat adalah 20 orang yaitu pejabat perbendaharaan dan pemegang output kegiatan. Data yang digunakan adalah data sekunder berupa laporan realisasi anggaran (LRA) triwulan I, II, III dan IV tahun anggaran 2011 sampai 2015, dan data primer berupa wawancara dengan bantuan kuesioner. Sedangkan analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif menggunakan analisis tabulasi, dan analisis analisis strategi tiga tahap pengambilan keputusan menggunakan matriks IFE dan EFE, matriks SWOT dan matriks QSPM. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat 19 faktor penyebab rendahnya penyerapan anggaran belanja sampai akhir triwulan III, dan terdapat 10 rancangan kebijakan sebagai strategi maksimalisasi penyerapan anggaran belanja di Balai Penelitian dan Pengembangan Lingkungan Hidup dan Kehutanan Manokwari.

The buy back guarantee agreement in the cooperation agreement aims to protect the bank frombusiness risks in the distribution of machine ownership financing. Buy back guarantee is defined asthe ability of the supplier as a guarantor against the bank, to "buy back" the machine object afterthe debtor is declared in default to the bank. Based on the description, the writer tries to examine theimplementation of the buy back guarantee agreement related to the distribution of machine financing,and legal remedies for the bank applying the contents of the buy back guarantee if there is default onthe debtor. The research method used in this research is normative juridical with analytical descriptivespecifications.The research was carried out through literature study, then looked at the relationshipbetween one law and another and carried out an analysis related to the application of its practice.After getting a description of the research results, the writer analyzes and draws conclusions fromthe research results obtained. Primary data collection is also carried out to support secondary data,which is obtained by documentation and bank interviews related to the machine ownership agreement.The results of the study concluded that the implementation of the buy back guarantee was carriedout in several stages, namely the stage of the debtor's statement of default, the negotiation stage,and the stage of the agreement, the application of the buy back guarantee. Apart from that, the buyback guarantee that applies to PT. BPRS XXX Bekasi, there are two types of definitions: "buy backguarantee" and "help resell" by the supplier. Legal action has never been taken by the bank whenthere is default from the debtor. The bank is more concerned about the good ethics of the supplier tobuy / help sell the machine goods. The suggestions that the writer can give include, banks must applyprudential banking principles more selectively, suppliers do not only pursue sales targets but payattention to the side of the bank so that cooperation remains well established. n addition, research isneeded regarding the perspectives of the bank, supplier and debtor in addressing the problems thatexist in buy back guarantee in more depth and breadth.

In the past, women migrants are considered as passive migrants following their parents or husbands. However, the increasing number of Indonesian women migrating to work abroad, even outnumbering men, suggests the importance of understanding the reasons underlined their movements. This article examines the decision-making process of working abroad among the returned Indonesian women migrants. A quantitative approach was used to analyze secondary data from several government institutions. Also, the qualitative approach was utilized to understand the migration decision-making process. The study was conducted in Cilacap District, one of the major labor migrant sending districts in Indonesia. The result showed that women have no other choice than working abroad, mainly due to the economic reason. Moreover, the initiative to work abroad commonly comes from the women themselves, while other family members, especially father and husband, only give their consent. It can be said that women are more autonomous and self-assured when deciding to work abroad.

The purpose of this research is to solve variousproblems in business which include services, product costs, and business strategies. Thiswhole system is used in order toanalyze other information systems on the implementation ofan organization's operational activities.The case study used in this research is a market expansion approach using targetmarketing opportunity analysis, system model design, customer interface facilities, marketcommunication and implementation design. The research instrument used interview andobservation techniques as well as literature study. Sampling using purposive samplingtechnique. The data of this study were obtained from primary data and secondary data. Thedesign of the application is to use the Waterfall approach. This approach is a classic modeland is systematic so that it is easy to understand because all the processes work sequentiallyin the stages of building a software.The results of this study were carried out with several research methods, namelythe Black Box method and User Acceptance. Black Box testing is a test with the system onlyobserving the results of execution through test data and checking the functionality of thesoftware, while the User Acceptance method is a testing process carried out by users which isintended to produce documents that will be used as evidence that the software or softwareused and developed has been accepted. by the user.

This research have a purpose for to know about the management system and condition of 4A (Atraction, Accesibility, Amenity and Anciliary) from the Tourist Attraction of Dream Island  Beach. The qualitative Method with the data sources from primary data and secondary data used to collect data.  The Primary data of this research is the data that was come from the observation and interview, while the secondary one come from documentary or literature study to complete the primary data.  The technique to choose the informant that was being used is Purpose Sampling. The result of this research pointed that the management system of Dream Island Beach didn’t went smoothly, because the planning system not reach the maximum point.  The organization system already went smoothly, and all of the staff already put on their position according to their responsibility over their task.  The connection between manager and the staff already on good terms, and the condition of tourist attraction on this beach already in good terms with many attraction inside the beach.  The accessibility on this tourist destination still need more improvements especially on Toilet whom inadequate. AbstractThe author conducted this research with the background of the implementation of Mediation in Kuningan Religious Court in Kuningan. The purposes of writing this paper are to know how the Implementation on Divorce Settlement in Kuningan Religious Court and to know the factors that affect the success of mediation in the Kuningan Religious Court. The method used in this research is with empirical juridical approach using primary data and secondary data and data collection techniques are interviews, observation and literature study. The results of this research are the mediation arrangements set out in the Supreme Court Regulation (PERMA ) Number 1 Year 2016 about Mediation Procedures in Courts and more specifically stipulated in the Decree of the Chief Justice Number 108 / KMA / AK / VI / 2016 on Mediation Governance at the Court. Mediation is the means of dispute resolution through the negotiation process to obtain agreement of the Parties with the assistance of the Mediator. Mediator is a Judge or any other party who has a Mediator Certificate as a neutral party assisting Parties in the negotiation process to see possible dispute resolution without resorting to the disconnection or enforcement of a settlement. Its implementation has been regulated in Law Number 1 Year 1974 about concerning Marriage, Compilation of Islamic Law, and Supreme Court RegulationNumber 1 of 2016 concerning Mediation Procedure in Court. The conclusion of this thesis writing is Mediation which should be one of the alternative process of dispute settlement which can give greater access to justice to the parties in finding satisfactory dispute settlement and to fulfill the sense of justice, and become one of the effective instrument to overcome the problem of case buildup especially for the case Divorce, in the end has not been effectively implemented.Keywords: Mediation, Divorce, Marriage.�AbstrakPenulis melakukan penelitian ini dengan latar belakang yaitu bagaimana pelaksanaan Mediasi pada Pengadilan Agama Kuningan. Tujuan penulisan ini untuk mengetahui bagaimana Pelaksanaan pada Penyelesaian Perceraian di Pengadilan Agama Kuningan dan untuk mengetahui bagaimana faktor-faktor yang memepengaruhi keberhasilan mediasi di Pengadilan Agama Kuningan. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah dengan pendekatan yuridis empiris dengan menggunakan data primer dan data sekunder serta alat pengumpulan data yang digunakan melalui wawancara, observasi dan studi pustaka. Hasil penelitian ini adalah pengaturan mediasi diatur dalam Peraturan Mahkamah Agung (PERMA) Nomor 1 Tahun 2016 tentang Prosedur Mediasi di Pengadilan dan lebih spesifik diatur dalam Keputusan Ketua Mahkamah Agung Nomor : 108/KMA/AK/VI/2016 tentang Tata Kelola Mediasi di Pengadilan. Mediasi adalah cara penyelesaian sengketa melalui proses perundingan untuk memperoleh kesepakatan Para Pihak dengan dibantu oleh Mediator. Mediator adalah Hakim atau pihak lain yang memiliki Sertifikat Mediator sebagai pihak netral yang membantu Para Pihak dalam proses perundingan guna mencari berbagai kemungkinan penyelesaian sengketa tanpa menggunakan cara memutus atau memaksakan sebuah penyelesaian. Pelaksanaannya telah di atur dalam Undang-Undang Nomor 1 Tahun 1974 tentang Perkwinan, Kompilasi Hukum Islam, dan Peraturan Mahkamah Agung Nomor 1 Tahun 2016 tentang Prosedur Mediasi di Pengadilan. Kesimpulan dari penulisan skripsi ini adalah Mediasi yang seharusnya menjadi salah satu alternatif proses penyelesaian sengketa yang dapat memberikan akses keadilan yang lebbesar kepada para pihak dalam menemukan penyelesaian sengketa yang memuaskan dan mmemenuhi rasa keadilan, serta menjadi salah satu instrumen efektif mengatasi masalah penumpukan perkara khususnya untuk perkara perceraian, pada akhirnya belum efektif dilaksanakan.Kata Kunci : Mediasi, Perceraian, Perdata
