This research is a study of leadership values in the Tajusalatin that developed during the Surakarta and Yogyakarta palaces. Tajusalatin is growing very rapidly and contains moral teachings that can be a reference in today. One of the contents in the Tajusalatin is an example of a leader in work and social relations. The study of leadership values in this literary work can be called a Javanese-Islamic leadership model. This research is qualitative, this type of research is literature study. This research makes classical archives and literature as the basic foundation and the main tool in searching scientific facts. This research focuses on the forms of educational values and moral philosophy of leadership in the perspective of the Tajusalatin.

ABSTRACT The study of the values of leadership of Hamengkubuwono V can be found in the literary works that developed at that time. The literary work of Hemangkubuwono V period is growing rapidly and contains moral teachings that can be the reference of today. One of the emerging literary works, namely Serat Jatipusaka Makutharaja which exemplifies a leader in acting, values leadership as exemplary form and values of leadership that are implemented in life. Digital technologies in education are a way of organizing a modern educational environment based on digital technologies. Dynamically developing digital technologies offer new tools that effectively complement the traditional tools for the educational process, which many teachers quickly introduce into their methodological system and work with intensively. The use of digital educational resources provides fundamentally new opportunities for improving the efficiency of the educational process. Digital educational resources are an operational means of clarity in teaching, an assistant in working out practical skills of students, organizing and conducting questionnaires and monitoring students, as well as monitoring and evaluating homework; have a large place in working with diagrams, tables, graphs and symbols, editing texts and correcting errors in students’ creative works. The goal of this article is to analyze the features of the application of methods of using digital technologies in the education system. Achieving this goal required setting and solving the following tasks: to consider the essence of digital technologies in the education system, to determine the role and importance of effective digital technologies in the educational process, to study the practice of using effective digital technologies, to develop proposals and recommendations for methodological improvement of the use of effective digital technologies in the education system. The object of the study is the social relations that develop in the process of applying digital technologies in the education system. The subject of the research is digital technologies in the education system. Research methods: literature study, generalization, logical, questionnaire, comparison, and other research methods.

Theories used to analyze the problem are: Structuralism Theory of Ratna, Theory of Functionalism of Kaplan, The Theory of Value of Max Scheler. This type of research is qualitative research. The research location is in Adat Village Tiyingan, while the determination of the informant using purposive sampling technique. The methods used to collect data are: observation, interview, document study, and literature study.</em></p><p><em>The results show (1) Ngajaga-jaga ceremonial procession consists of three parts, namely: preparation process, implementation process and final process. (2) The function of the Ngajaga-jaga ceremony are: (1) Religious Function, consisting of 3 parts: Purgatory Function, Function Offering, Nyomya Bhuta Kala Function, (2) Social Function, (3) Educational Function. (3) Educational Values contained in Ngajaga-jaga ceremonies include: (1) Tattwa Education Value, (2) Value of Ethics Education, (3) Value of Educational Ceremony, (4) Value of Aesthetic Education.</em></p>

This study aims to discuss and see the evaluation of entrepreneurship education in elementary schools / madrasah ibtidaiyah. Elementary schools and madrasah ibtidaiyah that have implemented entrepreneurship education that can be used as references include: SD Entrepreneur Muslim Alif-A Piyungan Yogyakarta, SD IT Alam Harum Purbalingga, and MI Terpadu Qurrota A'yun Ponorogo. This research uses a qualitative approach. This type of research data is qualitative data and the data source is secondary data. While the data method used is library research (library research). Data analysis techniques through data reduction, data display, and withdrawal from the literature study conducted. Meanwhile, to check the validity of the data using triangulation of data sources. The results of this study explain that, the implementation of Entrepreneurship Education in elementary schools / madrasah ibtidaiyah can be carried out in three stages, namely: (1) The planning stage, including: formulation of program objectives, program vision and mission of entrepreneurship education, material which then incorporates educational values. entrepreneurship that will be developed in the Learning Implementation Plan; (2) Implementation stage, including: class, entrepreneurship, integrated with subjects, self-development activities, school culture; and (3) The evaluation phase, including entrepreneurial education activities based on entrepreneurial values that have been internalized and implemented in the behavior seen in the activities of students at school.

Despite the efforts of the Nigerian government at tackling the problems of terrorism and corruption, the terrorist activities of the Boko Ḥarām added to those of herdsmen, cattle rustlers, farmers, cultists, and militias who kill, vandalize, rob, rape, and kidnap with impunity all over the country have virtually destroyed the country, especially Northeast Nigeria. Its tourism industry has virtually gone into extinction in addition to the challenges of human, arms, and drugs trafficking; money laundering; child soldiers; and internally displaced persons in the region. All these take place while the country is also confronting the challenges of corruption. In what ways has Muhammadu Buhari administration tried to free Nigeria from terrorism and corruption? How are the challenges of terrorism and corruption tied to the development of the country? What role can Islamic leadership model play in bringing an end to these multifarious challenges ravaging the country? These are some of the questions that this papers answers using the leadership model of the Sharī‘ah.

This study aims to 1) determine the values ​​of Aqidah Education in "Novel MARS How Meaningful a Mother in My Life" by Aishworo Ang. 2) find out the relevance of Aqidah Education Values ​​in the novel "MARS How Meaningful a Mother is in My Life" by Aishworo Ang with current Islamic education. The research method used by the author is content analysis. This analysis is used by the writer to reveal, understand and capture literary works. Meanwhile, data collection techniques are literature study techniques or documentation by examining various writings related to the object of research. The collected data were then analyzed using the stages of data processing, categorization, and data interpretation. After analyzing the data, the authors obtained the following conclusions: 1) The values ​​of aqidah education in the novel "MARS How Meaningful a Mother's Figure in My Life" by Aishworo Ang includes: a) Illahiyat, (a matter of divinity such as about His Essence) b ) Nubuwat, (prophetic issues, scriptures, etc.) c) Ruhaniyat (unseen problems such as spirits, angels, jinn, etc.) d) Sam'iyyat, (problems that can be known through revelation, such as barzhakh , heaven, hell and others) 2) The Relevance of Aqidah Educational Values ​​in Aishworo Ang's Novel "MARS How Meaningful a Mother's Figure is in My Life" with current Islamic education, which is in accordance with the aims of education aimed at improving the quality of Indonesian people, namely humans having faith and fearing God Almighty, this is in line with the contents of the story in the novel "MARS How Meaningful a Mother's Figure in My Life" which generally contains the values ​​of faith, including faith in Alla. h, faith in the book of Allah, faith in the Angel of God, faith in the Prophet, faith in the Last Day, and faith in the destiny of Allah.

<p><em>Nowadays social relations in a society are less aware of, be it with nature, society, and society with God, especially in today's young people who are mostly influenced by digital technology that is growing very rapidly and is inherent in life which makes them very focused with cellphones and indirectly make them individualistic creatures. Through this article, the writer hopes to provide insight, especially to young people, that awareness of social relations is needed that can be realized through culture. The relationship between humans and God, humans and nature, and humans with each other has indirectly formed a social relationship, such as the Karo traditional ceremony, which is worship of the spirits of the ancestors in which there are several rituals as an expression of gratitude for a good harvest. . The Karo Day traditional ceremony involves village communities, one of which is in Tosari Village. The relationship between society and God, society and nature, society and each other, which is formed from the implementation of the Karo Day traditional ceremony, indirectly has a social relationship. This relationship was investigated using the social construction approach of Peter L. Berger and Thomas Luckmann. Data collection includes: 1) observation, by looking at the phenomena that are directly or indirectly related to the subject and object of research; 2) interview with the perpetrator; and 3) literature study and documents in the form of photos. The results of this study indicate that traditional ceremonies have an important role in maintaining and forming a social relationship. The Karo traditional ceremony is carried out every year by the Tengger tribe who believe in their ancestors, making a community that is full of tolerance, and adheres to values.</em></p><p><strong><em>Keywords: </em></strong><strong><em>Karo Traditional Ceremony, Tengger Tribe Community, Social Construction</em></strong><strong><em></em></strong></p><h2> </h2><p><strong>Abstrak</strong></p><p>Pada jaman sekarang hubungan sosial dalam suatu masyarakat kurang disadari, baik itu dengan alam, masyarakat sesamanya, dan masyarakat dengan Tuhan, khususnya dilingkungan anak muda jaman sekarang yang kebanyakan sudah terpengaruh oleh tekonologi digital yang berkembang sangat pesat dan melekat dalam kehidupan yang menjadikan mereka sangat terfokus dengan handphone dan secara tidak langsung menjadikan mereka makhluk individualis. Melalui artikel ini penulis berharap dapat memberikan wawasan khususnya kepada anak muda bahwa diperlukan kesadaran tentang hubungan sosial yang dapat direalisasikan melalui kebudayaan. Hubungan manusia dengan Tuhan, manusia dengan alam, dan manusia dengan sesamanya secara tidak langsung telah membentuk sebuah hubungan sosial, seperti pada upacara adat Hari Raya Karo yang merupakan pemujaan terhadap roh para leluhur yang didalamnya terdapat beberapa ritual sebagai pengungkapan rasa syukur atas hasil panen yang bagus. Upacara adat Hari Raya Karo melibatkan masyarakat desa, salah satunya didesa Tosari. Hubungan antara masyarakat dengan Tuhan, masyarakat dengan alam, masyarakat dengan sesamanya yang terbentuk dari pelaksanaan upacara adat Hari Raya Karo secara tidak langsung telah terjadi suatu hubungan sosial. Hubungan tersebut diteliti dengan menggunakan pendekatan konstruksi soial Peter L. Berger dan Thomas Luckmann. Pengumpulan data meliputi : 1) observasi, dengan melihat fenomena yang berhubungan langsung maupun tidak langsung dengan subjek dan objek penelitian; 2) wawancara dengan pelaku; dan 3) studi kepustakaan dan dokumen berupa foto. Hasil dari penelitian ini bahwa upacara adat memiliki peranan penting dalam menjaga dan membentuk sebuah hubungan sosial. Upacara adat Karo yang dilakukan setiap tahunnya oleh masyarakat suku Tengger yang percaya dengan leluhur, menjadikan masyarakat yang penuh toleransi, dan mentaati nilai-nilai.</p><p><strong>Kata Kunci : </strong><strong><em>Upacara Adat Karo, Masyarakat Suku Tengger, Konstruksi Sosial</em></strong></p>

This article discusses the social facts experienced by Americans in literature, especially novel. Literary work as a social documentation imagined by the author is a reflection of the values of a nation or ethnicity. The main objective of research is to trace the reality of slavery that occurred in America as a social fact in literary works. This research is useful in strengthening the sociological aspects of literary works as well as proving that literary works save a social reality at the time so that readers are able to judge literary works not merely as fiction, but also as social documentation. The writer in this study uses one of the literary research methods, namely Genetic Structuralism Approach. This method emphasizes three main aspects, namely literary work, the background of the author's life, and social reality. Novel Incidents In The Life Of A Slave Girl written by Harriet Ann Jacobs in 1858 was used as primary research data, then a number of references about the author's social background and the reality of slavery in the history of the American nation became secondary data. Primary and secondary research data obtained through literature study. Based on the results of this study found the events of slavery in the history of the American nation. Slavery was the act of white Americans forcibly employing black Negroes on the lands of plantation and agricultural also mining areas. Slavery is a valuable lesson for Americans in protecting human rights today as well as a historic lesson in building the American national spirit, namely freedom, independence, and democracy. The reality of slavery is reflected in the novel Incidents In The Life Of A Slave Girl as well as the life experience of its author, Harriet Ann Jacobs.

<p><em>The purpose of this study was to determine the implementation of leadership values in the Pancasila paradigm as a character-building value. This research uses descriptive qualitative type and literature study by applying the technique of observation, documentation, and interviews. The data analysis technique is done by categorizing and classifying based on the logical analysis, then interpreted in the context of the whole research problem. The findings of the research show that students of basic leadership training do not understand the values of leadership in an applicative manner, this can be seen by the incomplete understanding of leaders and leadership. This research is expected that students are able to implement leadership values in the context of the Pancasila paradigm through character building in everyday life.</em></p>
