 The aim of the research  to find out whether there is a relationship between conformity and consumptive behavior of Muslim fashion products on online shop hijup consumers during the covid-19 pandemic?, to find out Is there a relationship between celebrity support and consumptive behavior in Muslim fashion products for online shop hijup consumers during the COVID-19 pandemic?, and to find out  is there a relationship between conformity and celebrity support with the consumptive behavior of Muslim fashion products in online shop hijup consumers during the covid-19 pandemic?. . The research focuses on the relationship between conformity and celebrity support with the consumptive behavior of Muslim fashion products that are marketed online. The population of this research is online shop consumers who have purchased muslim fashion products at online shops and the sampling technique uses incidental sampling. The data collection method used a questionnaire with a Likert scale model given to online shop consumers. Data analysis used multiple regression stepwise method using bivariate and multivariate method. The results of the analysis found that there is a relationship between conformity and celebrity support with consumptive behavior in online consumer muslim fashion products with a contribution of 67%. Thus the results of this research can state that the higher the conformity and support of celebrities, the higher the consumptive behavior of online shop consumers and vice versa

<p><em>Achievement motivation can encourage students to learn. In achieving success requires the support of parents. Poverty makes some parents from poor families have little time to guide the children. Consequently, parenting is not going well. This research aims to describe the relationship of  parenting and achievement motivation of students who come from poor families. This  research is quantitative descriptive with correlation metod. The population in this study are all students of SMP Negeri which in category BSM receiver in Padang. Total sample of 170 students, selected by cluster random sampling technique. Data was collected using Likert scale model measurements. Analysis of data using statistical techniques of correlation with the data collected in interval form Then analyzed using percentages. Testing the hypothesis by using the Pearson product moment correlation. The findings of this study are: (1) parenting students who come from poor families in Padang are in good enough category. (2) achievement motivation of students who come from poor families in Padang in low category. (3) There are significant positive relationship between parenting and achievement motivation of students who come from poor families. This result meant that better the care of the parents, the higher achievement motivation of student. Counselor in cooperation with school personnel and parents to encourage students increase achievement motivation.</em></p>

The research aimed to investigate the relationship between conformity and consumptive behavior in female adolescents. It applied a quantitative method with ex-post facto design. The sample was 97 female adolescents in Yogyakarta and was determined using a convenience sampling technique. They completed two questionnaires of conformity and consumptive behavior. The instrument validation technique used content validity, and the validity of the instruments was measured by psychology measurement experts. The instruments' reliability was analyzed using Cronbach Alpha with coefficients of 0,914 (consumptive behavior) and 0,790 (conformity). Data analysis techniques used Pearson product-moment correlation analysis. The result of the research shows that there is a significant positive relationship between conformity and consumptive behavior in female adolescents. In other words, conformity can be a strong predictor of consumptive behavior in female adolescents.

The purpose of this research was to measure the relationship and the impact of promotion and product differentiation on Jukajo consumer purchase decision. This research was a quantitative research with a questionnaire as the data collection method. The sampling technique in this research is purposive sampling technique. Then, the questionnaire was measured by Likert-scale and multiple linear regression. The result shows that promotion and product differentiation variable have positive impact on purchase decision partially and simultaneously. Bothvariables have 50,5% of impact towards consumer purchase decisions of Jukajo. Moreover, product differentiation becomes the most dominant variable which partially affects consumer purchase decision.

Abstrak. Membanjirnya iklan produk fashion di berbagai media dan mudahnya mendapatkan produk pakaian, membuat keputusan berbelanja anak-anak muda lebih didasarkan pada aspek emosi. Keputusan berbelanja seringkali dimaksudkan untuk mendapatkan gengsi atau penghargaan dari orang lain dapat mendorong mereka melakukan belanja kompulsif.  Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peran avoidance coping dalam memediasi hubungan antara contingent self-esteem dengan belanja kompulsif pakaian. Subjek   penelitian ini berjumlah 276 mahasiswi Universitas Muhammadiyah Malang Angkatan 2018 yang diambil dengan teknik stratified sampling. Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan dalam proses pengumpulan data adalah: skala Contingent Self-esteem (CSE), skala Coping Respon Inventoty (CRI)  dan skala  belanja kompulsif pakaian.  Analisis data dilakukan dengan metode  Mediation Analysis dari Hyes menunjukkan  bahwa avoidance coping mampu memediasi hubungan antara contingent self-esteem dengan belanja kompulsif yang ditunjukkan dengan B=0.322; dengan p=0.006 (<0.01).Kata Kunci: avoidance coping, contingent self-esteem, belanja kompulsif Abstract. The flood of advertisements on fashion products in various media and the ease of getting clothing products, makes the decision to shop for young people more based on emotional aspects. Shopping decisions are often meant to get prestige or appreciation from others, which can encourage them to do compulsive shopping. This study aims to determine the role of avoidance coping in mediating the relationship between contingent self-esteem and compulsive shopping for clothing. The subject of this study amounted to 276 female students at the University of Muhammadiyah Malang Force 2018 taken by stratified sampling technique. The measures used were: Contingent Self-esteem (CSE) scale, Inventory Response Coping scale (CRI) and clothing compulsive shopping scale. Data analysis was performed by the Mediation Analysis method from Hyes showed that avoidance coping was able to mediate the relationship between contingent self-esteem and compulsive spending as indicated by B=0.322; with p=0.006 (<0.01). This research was conducted to determine the effect of consumer safety and information quality on purchasing decisions through trust in fashion products in shopee. The location of this research is in Yogyakarta. The population of this research is shopee users in Yogyakarta. A sample of 100 respondents was taken using the accidential sampling technique. The data collection method used a questionnaire. The analysis used is multiple linear analysis with the results of the study showing that consumer security has a significant effect on trust, information quality has a significant effect on trust, consumer security has no significant effect on purchasing decisions, information quality has no significant effect on purchasing decisions, trust has a significant effect on consumer confidence. Security can explain the indirect relationship between consumer security and information quality with purchasing decisions.

This study aims to determine the relationship between religiosity and sexual behavior in dating adolescents in Merdeka Square, Langsa City. The research focuses on the relationship between religiosity and sexual behavior. The method used in this research was the quantitative correlation method. The research sample was teenagers dating in Merdeka Square, Langsa City, as many as 40 couples aged 17-21 years. The scale employed was a Likert scale model and the semantic differential. The sampling technique used accidental sampling. Data analysis employed the Product Moment correlation method from Karl Pearson. The study results revealed a significant relationship between religiosity and sexual behavior. The reliability of the religiosity scale rbt = 0.898, and the reliability of the sexual behavior scale rbt = 0.968. The data analysis technique used was the Product Moment correlation technique, utilizing SPSS version 18.0. Based on data analysis, it was found that a significant positive relationship between religiosity and sexual behavior in dating adolescents in Merdeka Square, Langsa City. It was indicated by the coefficient rxy = 0.401 with p (0.000) 0.010. The hypothetical results obtained from this study are that religiosity was classified as low with a hypothetical mean value of 80 and an empirical mean value of 93.19, while sexual behavior was classified as high with a hypothetical mean value of 136 and an empirical mean value of 139.79. From the results of this study, religiosity contributes to sexual behavior by 16.1%, so that the proposed hypothesis was accepted.

This research was based on how important to increase the students self regulated learning. Self efficacy and parent social support were the factors assumed to affect the self regulated learning. The purpose of this research were to describe: (1) self efficacy, (2) parent social support, (3) self regulated learning, (4) the relationship between self efficacy with self regulated learning, (5) the relationship between parent social support with self regulated learning, and (6) the simultaneous relationship between self efficacy and parent social support with self regulated learning. This research used a quantitative method with correlative descriptive type. The population in this research was the students at SMP Negeri 29 Padang many as 522 students. The sample in this research was many as 213 students who selected with a proportional stratified random sampling technique. The instrument was a Likert scale model. The results of instrument reliability test showed that self efficacy was much as 0.851, parent social support 0.946 and self regulated learning 0.860. The data were analyzed by using descriptive statistic, simple regression, and multiple regression. This discover research show: (1) students self efficacy was at high category, (2) students parent social support was at high category, (3) students self regulated learning was at high category, (4) there was a positive and significant relationship between of self efficacy to self regulated learning, (5) there wasa positive and significant relationship between of parent social support to self regulated learning, and (6) there wasa positive and significant simultaneous relationship between of self efficacy and parent social support with self regulated learning. Implications of these results could be used as suggestion to arrange programs of guidance and counseling service at the school.

This research is based on the phenomenon that is happening related to the relationship between teacher role models with disciplinary behavior and the influence of role models on student disciplinary behavior. This research is quantitative with descriptive correlational research. The sample in this study replaced 272 students who were determined through a proportional stratified random sampling technique. The instruments used were the teacher’s exemplary questionnaire and student disciplinary behavior questionnaire. Besides that, the researcher also used a Likert scale model instrument with five alternative answers. Data analysis techniques using simple regression analysis. And the results of the study show the influence of teacher exemplary behavior on student disciplinary behavior at school.

Speaking of teachers, in the present with high urban living needs, if only looking at how the type of work is also at the same time obtaining job satisfaction then most people will choose jobs with more income and leave lower income. Aims to determine the relationship of spiritual intelligence with job satisfaction teacher Tahfiz Alharamain Banjarmasin. The hypothesis proposed in this study is that there is a significant positive relationship between spiritual intelligence and job satisfaction. This research is quantitative with Purposive Sample sampling technique. This research data collection instrument uses a Likert scale model and data analysis uses Product Moment correlation with the help of SPSS. The results of this study indicate that the calculated r value (0.710)> r table (sig 5% = 0.404) (p value <0.05). Then the hypothesis which states that there is a "Relationship between spiritual intelligence and job satisfaction of teachers of Al-Haramian tahfiz Banjarmasin.
