Effectiveness of Online Learning and Teacher Performance on Islamic Education Learning Outcomes of Class VIII Students at State Madrasah Tsanawiyah 4 Karawang

The purpose of this study was to determine the effectiveness of online learning and teacher performance on learning outcomes of Islamic education Class VIII at State Madrasah Tsanawiyah 4 Karawang. This research uses quantitative research with a descriptive analysis approach. The independent variables in this study are the effectiveness of online learning and teacher performance. In contrast, the dependent variable is the learning outcomes of class VIII students at State Madrasah Tsanawiyah 4 Karawang. The population in this study were all students of class VIII State Madrasah Tsanawiyah 4 Karawang, totalling 160 students. In contrast, the sample in this study amounted to 32 students who were collected using a stratified random sampling method. Data collection techniques in this study used the methods of observation, questionnaires, and documentation. At the same time, the data analysis techniques in this study used the validity test, reliability test, normality test, and partial t-test. Based on the theoretical discussion and analysis of the research data, the following conclusions were drawn: 1) The implementation of online learning in class VIII State Madrasah Tsanawiyah 4 Karawang was quite effective with a score of 48.6% of the total sample in learning Islamic education; 2) The performance of Islamic education teachers for class VIII at State Madrasah Tsanawiyah 4 Karawang obtained sufficient criteria with a value of 51.4% of the total sample, in online learning the teacher's performance was less than optimal with the results of data calculations showing that the value of Sig = 0.0005 < 0.025 or ttable = 2.00 < tcount = 3.367.

This research is a type of quantitative research that aims to determine and analyze how educational qualifications, work experience and work discipline influence the performance of teachers at Frater Makassar Senior High School. The independent variables in this study are educational qualifications, work experience and work discipline while the dependent variable is teacher performance. The population in this study were all teachers of SMA Frater Makassar consisting of ASN status teachers, permanent foundation teachers, contract teachers, and apprentice teachers as many as 41 teachers, while the sample used saturated sample techniques, namely the entire population was used as the research sample. Research data obtained by using a questionnaire, observation and documentation. The data analysis method used was validity test, reliability test and spearman rank correlation test. The data analysis techniques used were descriptive analysis (average score, standard deviation, variance and percentage), classical assumption test (normality test, linearity test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test) multiple regression test, t-test, f-test and determination coefficient delta test (ΔR2). The results showed that educational qualifications, work experience and work discipline simultaneously affect teacher performance, the amount of influence given is 24.2%, while the remaining 75.8% is explained or influenced by other variables not selected in this study.

Cooperative learning model Think Pair Share is a process of learning activities that includes providing material, group division, giving questions, giving questions and delivering the results of group discussions conducted by students. Cooperative Think Pair Share type centers on students so that students play an active role and are directly involved in the learning process. This research process was carried out because of the learning process which was still classified as classic and less effective. In addition, the role of students is still not maximized then the learning process which takes place in the morning and afternoon today makes students bored and bored with the subject matter. This is the lack of understanding of students about prayer, especially Sunnah prayer and lack of interest, enthusiasm and learning outcomes of students in the learning process in Islamic Education subjects. This study aims to improve students' understanding of Sunnah prayer in Islamic Education subjects by applying the Think Pair Share Type Cooperative learning model in class VIII.3 SMP Negeri 2 Mattirobulu, Pinrang. The variable that becomes the target of change in this study is the result of increasing student understanding, while the action variable used in this study is the Think Pair Share Type Cooperative learning model. This type of research is a classroom action research conducted in 2 cycles, each cycle consisting of four stages, namely planning, acting, observing, and reflecting. The data collection techniques used was observation, interviews, tests and documentation. The data analysis techniques used were quantitative and qualitative descriptive analysis techniques. The results showed that the learning outcomes of students from cycle I to cycle II had increased. Thus, it can be concluded that the application of the Think Pair Share Type Cooperative learning model can improve the results of students' understanding of Sunnah prayer at SMP Negeri 2 Mattirobulu, Pinrang.

Abstract Religious behavior student become a benchmark for the success of learning, especially learning Islam. Where the results of learning Islamic education not only from the aspect of cognitive but also affective and psychomotor aspects. Therefore, it is very interesting to do research if there is a relationship between religious behavior with Islamic education learning outcomes. The purpose of this study was to determine whether or not the relationship of religious behavior with Islamic education learning outcomes . The method used in this research is descriptive analysis method with quantitative research forms. The results showed no relationship between religious behavior with Islamic education learning outcomes. This conclusion is based on the correlation test was done using the formula Kendal tau test with SPSS. The test results show significant figures 0548> 0.05. Shown significant values greater than 0.05 means that there is a relationship between religious behavior of students with the learning outcomes of Islamic Education in SMA Negeri 1 Ambarawa Pringsewu. Abstrak Perilaku keagamaan siswa menjadi tolak ukur keberhasilan sebuah pembelajaran, khususnya pembelajaran Agama Islam. Dimana hasil belajar Pendidikan Agama Islam bukan hanya dilihat dari aspek kognitif saja namun juga aspek afektif dan psikomotorik. Oleh karena itu, sangat menarik untuk dilakukan penelitian apakah ada hubungan antara perilaku keagamaan dengan hasil belajar Pendidikan Agama Islam. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui ada atau tidaknya hubungan perilaku keagamaan dengan hasil belajar Pendidikan Agama Islam. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif analisis dengan bentuk penelitian kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukan ada hubungan antara perilaku keagamaan dengan hasil belajar Pendidikan Agama Islam. Kesimpulan ini berdasarkan uji korelasi yang telah dilakukan menggunakan rumus uji kendal tau dengan bantuan program SPSS. Adapun hasil pengujian menunjukan angka signifikan 0.548 > 0,05. Nilai signifikan yang ditunjukan lebih besar dari 0,05 berarti ada hubungan antara perilaku keagamaan siswa dengan hasil belajar Pendidikan Agama Islam di SMA Negeri 1 Ambarawa Pringsewu. ABSTRAKPenelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh rendahnya kemandirian belajar matematika siswa selama proses pembelajaran online  kelas VIII SMP Negeri 2 Kota Jambi yang mempengaruhi hasil belajar matematika siswa yang perlu diteliti secara sistematis. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah bertujuan untuk mengukur pengaruh yang signifikan antara kemandirian belajar terhadap hasil belajar matematika siswa. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas VIII SMP Negeri 2 Kota Jambi Tahun Ajaran 2020/2021 dengan jumlah keseluruhan 251 orang yang terbagi 7 kelas. Sampel dalam penelitia ini berjumlah 154 orang terbagi 7 kelas yang diambil secara random sampling (teknik acak). Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan pemberian angket dan tes uraian. Analisis data dilakukan dengan menggunakan uji regresi sederhana dengan bantuan program SPSS 23 terdiri  dari  analisis  deskriptif,  uji  persyaratan  analisis  data,  dan  pengujian  hipotesis. Berdasarkan analisis deskriptif diperoleh gambaran kemandirian belajar siswa kelas VIII di SMP Negeri 2 Kota Jambi secara umum termasuk kedalam kategori sedang dengan persentasi 68,18%, skor terendah 41, skor tertinggi 78, rangenya 37, dan gambaran hasil belajar matematika siswa kelas VIII di SMP Negeri 2 Kota Jambi secara umum termasuk kategori sedang dengan persentasi 64,93%, skor terendah 8, skor tertinggi 65, dan rangenya 57. Berdasarkan analisis inferensial terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan kemandirian belajar terhadap hasil belajar matematika pada pembelajaran online siswa kelas VIII SMP Negeri 2 Kota Jambi. Kata kunci : Kemandirian Belajar, Hasil Belajar Matematika ABSTRACTThis research is motivated by the low independence of students in learning mathematics during the online learning process for class VIII SMP Negeri 2 Jambi City which affects students' mathematics learning outcomes which need to be studied systematically. The purpose of this study was to measure the significant effect of independent learning on students' mathematics learning outcomes. This research is a quantitative research. The population in this study were all eighth grade students of SMP Negeri 2 Jambi City for the 2020/2021 academic year with a total of 251 people divided into 7 classes. The sample in this study amounted to 154 people divided into 7 classes taken by random sampling (random technique). Data collection is done by using questionnaires and description tests. Data analysis was carried out using a simple regression test with the help of the SPSS 23 program consisting of descriptive analysis, data analysis requirements test, and hypothesis testing. Based on the descriptive analysis, it was obtained that the learning independence of class VIII students at SMP Negeri 2 Jambi City was generally included in the medium category with a percentage of 68.18%, the lowest score was 41, the highest score was 78, the range was 37, and an overview of the mathematics learning outcomes of class VIII students in SMP In general, Negeri 2 Jambi City is in the medium category with a percentage of 64.93%, the lowest score is 8, the highest score is 65, and the range is 57. Based on inferential analysis, there is a significant effect of learning independence on mathematics learning outcomes in online learning for eighth grade students of SMP Negeri 2 Jambi City. Keywords: Independent Learning, Mathematics Learning Outcomes

Abstract Purpose: The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of teacher creativity and professionalism on the performance of teachers in SMP Negeri in Trimurjo district, Central Lampung regency. Research methodology: The research design is quantitative research or verification research. The method used in this research is an ex post facto approach with a correlational design. The objects of this research are creativity, professionalism and teacher performance. The study population was the teachers at the State Junior High School in Trimurjo District, with a total sample of 63 respondents. The data collection technique used a questionnaire. The analytical tool used is descriptive analysis, simple linear regression analysis and multiple linear analysis with the SPSS program. Results: The results of hypothesis testing partially have a positive and significant effect on creativity on teacher performance. There is a positive and significant effect of teacher professionalism on performance. Simultaneously the creativity and professionalism of teachers together have a positive and significant effect on teacher performance. Limitations: This study is still not optimal due to the COVID-19 pandemic, so the authors cannot conduct face-to-face research and observe real school conditions. Contribution: The results of this study contribute to evaluating and improving the creativity and professionalism of teachers in Trimurjo.

This research is conducted to analyze the influence of service quality toward costumer loyalty Mujigae Resto Depok. This is quantitative research with descriptive analysis. The sample of this research are people who ever come to Mujigae Resto Depok minimum two times in last six months. This research using validation test, reliability test, normality test, linearity test, and hypothesis test consisting of simple linear reggresion analysis, determination coefficient analysis (R2), partial statistic analysis (t test), and simple linear reggresion analysis. Based on the result of determination coefficient analysis (R2), amount 34,9% of costumer loyalty Mujigae Resto Depok is influenced by service quality. It can be concluded that service quality has a significant influence toward costumer loyalty Mujigae Resto Depok.

This study was conducted to determine (1) the effect of learning facilities and learning discipline on student learning outcomes, (2) the effect of learning facilities on student learning outcomes, (3) the effect of learning discipline on student learning outcomes. This research is descriptive and associative causal. The population in this study were class X Office Administration students at SMK N 1 Lubuk Basung with 133 students. The total sample was determined using the Slovin formula and proportional random sampling. From this pattern, 100 students were obtained as research samples. Data collection techniques used in this study were questionnaires and documentation. The instrument of validity test uses Corrected Item-Total Colleration and for reliability testing using alpha coefficient formula. Prerequisite tests were carried out by normality test, heterocedasticity test, and multicollinearity test. The technique used to analyze data is multiple regression analysis. This study aims to determine learning outcomes and the scientific attitudes of students at physics education study programs using virtual lab. This type of research is quantitative research. It uses descriptive statistical analysis and inferential stattistics to illustrate data learning outcomes and the scientific attitudes of students at physics education study Universitas Flores using the virtual lab. Data collection techniques used in this study were test for learning outcomes and observatory techniques for the scientific attitude. From the results of descriptive analysis for learning outcomes, it shows that the average is 75,05 in the enough category. The results of inferential statistics show t count is 2,770, sig(2-tailed) 0,011. Because the sig(2-tailed) value of 0,011 is smaller than 0,05, thus it can be concluded that use of the virtual lab influences the learning outcomes. For the scientific attitudes it shows that the average is 76,14 in the enough category. The results of inferential statistics show t count is 3,875, sig(2-tailed) 0,001. Because the sig(2-tailed) value of 0,001 is smaller than 0,05, thus it can be concluded that use of the virtual lab influences the scientific attitudes of students at physics education study Universitas Flores.Keywords: Virtual Lab, Learning Outcomes, Scientific AttitudePenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hasil belajar dan sikap ilmiah mahasiswa program studi pendidikan fisika Universitas Flores dengan menggunakan virtual laboratorium. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif , dengan analisis statistik deskfiptif dan statistik inferensial untuk menggambarkan hasil belajar dan sikap ilmiah mahasiswa program studi pendidikan fisika Universitas Flores menggunakan Virtual Laboratorium. Instrumen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah instrumen tes untuk mengukur hasil belajar serta lembar observasi untuk mengukur sikap ilmiah mahasiswa program studi pendidikan fisika. Dari hasil analisis deskriptif untuk hasil belajar menunjukkan bahwa rata-rata hasil belajar mahasiswa adalah 75,05 dalam kategori cukup, sedangkan hasil statistik inferensial menunjukkan nilai t hitung 2,770, sig(2-tailed) 0,011. Karena nilai sig(2-tailed) 0,011 lebih kecil dari 0,05 hal ini menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan virtual laboratorium berpengaruh terhadap hasil belajar fisika mahasiswa program studi pendidikan fisika Universitas Flores. Untuk sikap ilmiah berdasarkan analisis deskriptif menunjukkan bahwa rata-rata 76,14 dalam kategori cukup, sedangkan hasil statistik inferensial menunjukkan nilai t hitung 3,875, sig(2-tailed) 0,001. News about environmental issues have led many companies and fast food restaurants like KFC started the Public Relations campaign movement with the theme #NOSTRAWMOVEMENT which was done simultaneously in all of their outlets in Indonesia. KFC Raden Inten becomes case in study. This study aims to determine the influence of the Public Relations campaign #NOSTRAWMOVEMENT will influence consumer participation in KFC Raden Inten. This research uses stimulus- respons (S-R) theory and participation concept which can be interpreted as taking part or taking a role in activities or activities. The author uses this theory because I want to know how much consumer participation is influenced by Public Relations campaign #NOSTRAWMOVEMENT of KFC. Participation is divided into two categories, direct participation and indirect participation. In this study, researchers used quantitative research with a descriptive and explanatory approach. Data collection techniques used in this study were documentation and questionnaire filling as part of the survey. Researchers used a survei method using a questionnaire. Data analysis techniques using validity test, reliability test, normality test, t test, F test and R2 test. Based on the data processing carried out, this study obtained the result that the relationship between the Public Relations campaign variables and consumer participation had a positive and significant influence.   Keywords: Public Relations Campaign, Consumer Participation, Consumer Attitude

The development of culinary business in Indonesia, particularly in Surabaya, is growing and developing increasingly. Gatherinc Bistro & Bakery is one of the bistros in Surabaya and is located on Jalan Taman Puspa Raya A2 No. 11, Sambikerep, Surabaya. The aim of this study is to determine the effect of quality of product, price, quality of service, and store atmosphere on customer satisfaction at Gatherinc Bistro & Bakery Surabaya. The method used in this study is quantitative research by giving a questionnaire statement to 100 participants who are customers of Gatherinc Bistro & Bakery Surabaya. This research was tested using the Validity Test, Reliability Test, Classical Assumption Test (Normality Test, Multicollinearity Test, Heteroscedasticity Test), F Test, Multiple Linear Regression Test, Determinant Coefficient, and t test. In the t test, the research results showed that the variable quality of the product (X1) 1.648 < 1.985 with a significant level of 0.103 > 0.050, which means that quality of product has no significant effect on customer satisfaction at Gatherinc Bistro & Bakery Surabaya, variable price (X2) 0.176 < 1.985 with a significant level of 0.861 > 0.050, which means that price does not have a significant effect on customer satisfaction at Gatherinc Bistro & Bakery Surabaya, quality of service (X3) 3.755 > 1.985 with a significant level of 0.000 < 0.050, which means that quality of service has a significant effect on customer satisfaction at Gatherinc Bistro & Bakery Surabaya, and the store atmosphere (X4) 2.280 > 1.985 with a significant level of 0.025 < 0.050, which means that store atmosphere has a significant effect on customer satisfaction at Gatherinc Bistro & Bakery Surabaya. The conclusion of this study is that the product and price quality variables do not have a major impact on customer satisfaction because the quality of products and prices given by Gatherinc Bistro & Bakery Surabaya are not much different from other cafe or bistro in Surabaya, whereas the service quality and store environment variables at Gatherinc Bistro & Bakery Surabaya have an impact on customer satisfaction.
