Aiming to expend the existing knowledge regarding behavioural patterns of cultural tourists who are visiting Montenegro, the purpose of this research is to identify the main reasons that motivate cultural tourists to use e-WOM as a source of information about this destination. To fulfil this task a structured questionnaire was designed and a field research was carried out during 2019 among 376 cultural tourists who used e-WOM to gain more information about Montenegro. Twenty seven indicators were identified and grouped in three groups of factors of influence which were examined using one-way analysis of variance and independent sample T-test. Besides the respondents 'personal attitude, the research shows that certain demographic characteristics and the respondents' country of origin influenced their propensity in using e-WOM prior to visiting this destination. By identifying concrete reasons why cultural tourists use e-WOM, this study offers insights that can be useful in designing future destination marketing strategies.

The subject of this paper is to determine how the COVID-19 virus pandemic affected the situation in Serbian villages. The task of the paper is to show the positive and negative consequences that resulted from the pandemic. This would indicate that some of them may represent a new idea, a chance, or would work in favor of the sustainability of the villages of Serbia. In support of objectivity, research was carried out among the population that inhabits the rural areas of Serbia. It examined the extent to which internationally recognized phenomena and consequences of the COVID-19 virus pandemic were present in the study area and considered the nature of their impact on sustainability. The results of the semi-structured questionnaire were processed using descriptive statistics, t-test, and analysis of variance (ANOVA). Respondents contributed to the conception of possible solutions with their comments. The obtained differences in the answers resulted from different socio-demographic characteristics of the respondents, but also from the fact that the villages of Serbia differ in natural and social characteristics. Respondents’ responses are in favor of economic and sociodemographic sustainability, but they do not think in terms of environmental sustainability. The paper reveals several development opportunities, which complement each other and contribute to different methods for sustainability of rural villages in Serbia.

This article aims to examine the variable compensation program for performance implanted in the Brazilian Judiciary. For this purpose, a survey was conducted with the servers of the Court of Justice of the State of Roraima - Amazon - Brazil. The strategy consisted of field research with quantitative approach, with descriptive and explanatory research and conducting survey using a structured questionnaire, available through the INTERNET. The population surveyed, 37.79% is the sample. The results indicate the effectiveness of the program as a tool of motivation and performance improvement and also the need for some adjustments and improvements, especially on the perception of equity of the program and the distribution of rewards.

The study involves identifying the important factors contributing to the level of satisfaction from the destination attributes of Udaipur, Rajasthan. An extensive review of literature was done before the study. A pre-tested and structured questionnaire was used to collect data from 350 international tourists who visited Udaipur, Rajasthan in peak tourist season. Further, factor analysis was used in order to identify the most important destination attributes contributing to the satisfaction level of the tourists. Services provided at the tourist spots were the most important destination attributes which included parking facility, communication system, cleanliness etc. Further, nine factors including accessibility and cultural factors were identified as the important factors in destination attributes. The results of this study offer practical suggestions to destination and the tourism suppliers looking to develop positioning and marketing strategies for Udaipur tourism. The study could be useful to the tour operators, tourism stakeholders or destination management organizations to focus on the most important factors leading to tourist satisfaction, which can help them to develop the strategies for further development accordingly.

Intramural sports exist as a relevant entity in the recruitment and retention of college students (Byl, 2002). The popularity of intramural sport has caused university recreational departments to increase intramural opportunities, thus increasing the need for more targeted marketing efforts. However, marketing strategies for intramural sport are not as refined, funded, or as thoroughly researched as strategies found within intercollegiate and professional sports (Schneider, Stier, Kampf, Wilding, & Haines, 2007). Therefore, in the current study, we examined the effectiveness of 10 intramural marketing techniques in relation to four participation motives and demographic characteristics for 208 intramural participants. Results revealed promotional items as the most effective marketing technique, whereas social media was the least effective. Regarding gender, men were more motivated by discounts, and women participated more for fitness. Our results could aid intramural sports coordinators to better use their marketing resources in relation to participant motives and avoid erroneous spending on ineffective methods.

The purposes of this research the examine the effectiveness various concentrations neem leaf ekstract on the intensity of attack Liriomyza spp on shallot Lembah Palu variety . Field research was carried out in Guntarano Village, Tanantovea Subdistrict, Donggala Regency, Central Sulawesi.  This research conducted from February to April 2016 .The experiment was done using Randomized Complete Block  Design with three replications, consists of six  treatments, i.e. P0 : control (without aplication neem leaf ekstract); P1: neem leaf ekstract 10 gr /litre;  P2 : neem leaf ekstract 20 gr / litre; P3 : neem leaf ekstract 30 gr / litre; P4 : neem leaf ekstract 40 gr / litre; P5 : neem leaf ekstract 50 gr / litre. To find out the effect of threatment, the analysis of variance, and the real influence is continued with the standard  ά = 0.05 BNT test.  The results showed that use of seed and leaf extracts of neem plant can control Liriomyza spp attack, only 3,04 percent of attack rate and shallot Lembah Palu variety productivity is 3,02/area.

Background: Abortion is unsafe when it is carried out either by a person lacking the necessary skills or in an environment that does not conform to minimal standard, or both. It is complicated by intrauterine adhesions and secondary infertility. Objectives: To determine the socio-demographic features and hysteroscopic findings of women that had unsafe abortion in Calabar, Nigeria. Methodology: It was a cross-sectional study of 66 women in reproductive age, presenting in gynaecological clinic who consented to hysteroscopy between August 2019 to September 2020. A structured questionnaire was used to obtain sociodemographic data and hysteroscopy was done. Results: There was no significant difference in socio-demographic characteristics between women that have undergone unsafe abortion and those that have not. Cervical stenosis (76.9%) (p = 0.005) and intrauterine adhesions (68.3%) (p = 0.005) were significantly higher in women who had unsafe abortion. The odd ratios of cervical stenosis and intrauterine adhesions for 1 and ≥2 unsafe abortions were not significant. Conclusion: Cervical stenosis and intrauterine adhesions were significant complications of unsafe abortion in our environment. Multiple unsafe abortions do not confer significant higher risk of cervical stenosis or intrauterine adhesions.

<p>Understanding Consumer’s preferences on attributes of cigarettes market is the first step to successful marketing strategies. The goal of this article is to explore the preferences of the smokers and to determine the way consumers perceive the importance of cigarettes attributes using conjoint analysis. Research was conducted on a sample of 416 users of cigarettes in Sudan and data were collected using a structured questionnaire. By implementing conjoint analysis, the current study investigates how consumers do tradeoff between preferences of number of attributes and the importance they attached to each of these cigarettes' attributes. The four attributes that are dealt within this study are the social status, availability, quality and price of cigarettes. Though the preferences of the various consumers vary, the results show that while price, quality and availability are important attributes, the social status is the most preferred attribute in the cigarettes industry in Sudan. The findings of the current study provide essential implications for marketers in developing future marketing strategies and for investment in this sector.<strong></strong></p>

Probability-based sampling is the gold standard for general population surveys. However, when interested in more specific populations (e.g., consumers of a particular brand), a lot of research uses data from non-probability-based online panels. This article investigates different ways to select a sample in an opt-in panel: without previous information, using profiling information, or using passive data from a tracker installed on the panelists’ devices. Moreover, it investigates the effect of sending the survey closer to the “moment-of-truth,” which is expected to reduce memory limitations in recall questions. Using additional information (profiling or passive) to select the sample leads to clear improvements in terms of levels of participation and fieldwork efficiency, but not in terms of data quality (measured by the proportion of don’t know answers and the length of answers to open narrative questions) or accuracy (measured by comparing the answers to 14 questions to an external source of information). Doing the survey closer to the “moment-of-truth” further improves the fieldwork efficiency; however, there are still many challenges to implement true “in-the-moment” surveys. We also observed differences across the different samples in respondents’ socio-demographic characteristics and in the survey evaluation.
