The purpose of this study was to develop knowledge about the influence of Spiritual Guidance activities for Youth in Tanjung Raja District. Islamic religious knowledge is very shallow among adolescents so that it is less prominent in the religious field. With this research, the problem can be resolved.This type of research uses a quantitative approach, by first looking at the correlation value of this Spiritual Guidance activity using the High, Medium and Low methods. Total population 122, the sample size is 30 adolescents. Research Location in Tanjung Raja Subdistrict. Data analysis used hypothesis testing, data were analyzed using Product Moment correlation, using r tables and consultation with interpretation tables.The results of the study were 10 respondents were in the high category (33.3%), 15 respondents were in the medium category, namely (50%), and 5 respondents were in the low category (16.7%), thus the Rohanidi Tanjung Raja Guidance activity was the relationship is in the medium category, namely 15 people (50%). The learning achievement of 7 adolescents is in the high category (23.3%), and 18 people are in the moderate category, namely (60%), and 5 people are in the low category (16.7%), so the authors conclude that on average -The average achievement of Tanjung Raja Islamic religious education lesson is in the medium category, namely 18 people (60%).The results of the calculation of the Product Moment correlation that rxy (0.50) is greater than r table = 0.374 at the 5% significant level, while at the 1% significant level the r thickness is 0.478 so it can be concluded that 0.374 0.50 0.478, it turns out that the price r count is greater than the price of r table so that Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected. The conclusion is that there is a significant influence between the influence of activeness following Spiritual Guidance activities on the learning achievement of adolescents in Islamic religious education lessons in Tanjung Raja.Keywords; Spiritual Guidance, Study Achievement, Youth

This study was conducted in “Tanjung Jabung Timur” Regency , Jambi Province where programs of “Gerakan Serentak Tanam Padi Dua kali Setahun (Gertak Tanpa Dusta)” was  applied. The  research focused on a farmer perception toward to the program, their attitude of independently paddy farming and the relationship between both their perception and their attitude. Total population were 485 so the number of  sample was 73 farmers (15%), and was taken by proportional random sampling methode. While the method of analysis to find out the relation between both variables was done by non parametric statistical tests namely Chi-Square 2x2. The prospect of this research was to give  the government in making a choise of the program sustainability.The result showed that most of farmers had 80,8% showed good perception toward to  the program and  it’s  only 14 farmers (19,2%) showed bad. Their attitude of independently paddy farming showed 63% low and only 37% farmers had high category. Majority of  respondents who have the good pereption  showed low attitude of independently  paddy farming. There were 59 farmers with good perception and it showed  69,5%  had low attitude. In contrary the  majority of bad perception farmers showed high attitude as 64,3%. There were a significantly relation  between the farmer perception toward to the program and their attitude of independently paddy farming in “Gertak Tanpa Dusta” program.Keywords: Program, Perception, Attitude, FarmerPenelitian ini dilakukan di   Kabupaten Tanjung  Jabung Timur,  Provinsi Jambi dimana di lokasi inilah program  Gerakan Serentak Tanam Padi Dua Kali Setahun (Gertak Tanpa Dusta) dilakukan. Penelitian ini difokuskan pada kajian persepsi petani terhadap program, sikap kemandirian  mereka dalam berusahatani padi dan hubungan antara  persepsi dengan sikap kemandirian. Jumlah populasi sebanyak 485 petani maka jumlah sampel sebanyak 73 petani (15%), yang ditentukan dengan metode  “proporsional random sampling”. Sedangkan metode analisis untuk melihat hubungan antara kedua variabel tersebut dilakukan oleh non-parametrik yaitu uji chi-square 2x2. Prospek penelitian ini adalah untuk memberikan pilihan bagi pemerintah dalam menentukan keberlangsungan suatu program. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa mayoritas petani (80,8%) memiliki persepsi yang baik terhadap program dan hanya  14 petani (19,2%) menunjukkan persepsi kurang baik . Sikap kemandirian dalam budidaya padi menunjukkan 63 % rendah dan hanya 37% petani yang memiliki sikap kemandirian tinggi. Kebanyakan responden yang memiliki persepsi baik terhadap program menunjukkan sikap kemandirian dalam berusahatani padi yang rendah. Dari 59 petani dengan persepsi baik terdapat  69,5 % diantaranya yang memiliki sikap kemandirian rendah. Sebaliknya sebagian besar persepsi kurang baik  menunjukkan sikap kemandirian yang tinggi yaitu 64,3 %. Terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara persepsi petani terhadap program dan sikap kemandirian  dalam  program Gertak Tanpa Dusta. Kata kunci:  Program, Persepsi, Sikap, Petani

The purpose of this study was descriptive to determine trends in science learning outcomes using the experimental method and lecture method. Comparatively to find out the differences in science learning achievement of fifth-grade students of SD IT Salsabila 3 Banguntapan Bantul Yogyakarta between learning using experiment method and lecture method. Technical data analysis is descriptive by comparing mean scores with ideal normal curves. Comparative data analysis using the t-test was previously conducted, the preliminary test of the analysis included the distribution normality test and variance homogeneity test. Descriptive research results indicate that the tendency of science learning achievement which learning using experiment method including the very high category and the lecture method including the high category. Comparatively, there are very significant differences in science learning achievement between the experiment method and lecture method, with t count = 4.8207 and p = 0,000. The average science learning achievement score in which learning uses the experiment method is higher than the lecture method, so it is concluded that there is an influence of the use of experiment on the science learning achievement of four complete semester students in Salsabila 3 Elementary School Yogyakarta 2018/2019.

School children are the nation's next generation. Therefore, it is necessary to improve human resources from an early age. Providing good nutrition, will affect the growth and development of a child. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between eating and breakfast patterns and learning achievement of elementary school children. The type of research used is quantitative research with a literature study design. The literature used is literature published from 2013 to 2020. The results of data analysis show that there is a relationship between eating and breakfast patterns and learning achievement of elementary school children. The results of data analysis showed that there were 3 research locations, namely in Java 60% (6 articles), Sulawesi 30% (3 articles), Kalimantan 10% (1 article). Using correlation research 50%, analytic survey research 20%, and 30% other research. Data analysis was made in univariate and bivariate ways. The variables used in each study were diet, breakfast, and learning achievement. From this research, it can be concluded that there is a relationship between eating and breakfast patterns and learning achievement of elementary school children. So further research is expected to develop other factors that can affect student achievement.

<p>This study is a quantitative approach. The variables of this study consisted of the dependent variable and the independent variable. This study aims to determine the magnitude of the relationship between the dependent variable and the independent variable. This study applied correlational research. The population of this study consisted of all students of SMA Negeri 16 Medan, 900 students, in 2020. The sample of this study was set to be 100 students, and the sampling was done by using of Slovin technique. The techniques of data collection in this study were a Likert scale questionnaire and pre-test and post-test. The research instruments were arranged according to variable indicators based on the direction and guidance of the Thesis advisor, then tested on students of Medan 16 High School. All data collection instruments for the first independent variable consist of 40 items from the second independent variable, consisting of 40 items. The requirement test for the first independent variable data and the second independent variable used data normality test, comparable data, and linearity. Hypothesis testing uses the t-test to look for correlations on each variable and a partial correlation test with the product-moment formula or SPSS version 20. The results of the research hypothesis state that there is a positive and significant relationship between emotional quotient and learning interest with learning achievement in Islamic Religious Education subjects, with proven that r arithmetic&gt; r<sub>table</sub> and also t arithmetic&gt; t<sub>table</sub> that can be accepted with a decision-making level of 0.05.</p>

The problem in this study is that there is an indication of students' bullying behavior at school and students' learning independence is low. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between parents' overprotective parenting with bullying behavior and learning independence of fifth grade students. The population is 113 students. The sampling technique used is non-probability sampling technique, the sample is 56 students. Data analysis using product moment correlation. The results of the study concluded that 1) there is a relationship between parents’ overprotective parenting with bullying behavior of students with a very high category, 2) there is a relationship between overprotective parenting of parents and learning independence of students with a very high category, 3) there is a relationship between bullying behavior and the learning independence with a very high category.

This study aims to determine the relationship between personal guidance and assertiveness students of class VIII MTs Negeri Yogyakarta 1 using a quantitative approach. In this study there is one independent variable and one dependent variable. The independent variable in this research is personal guidance (X), while the dependent variable is assertiveness (Y). This study is research population with total population of 58 students. The main data collection techniques such as scale, while interviewing and documentation as a complementary data. Data analysis using Product Moment correlation study from Pearson for obtained the results of hypothesis testing, with the help of SPSS 16.0 for Windows. The results of this study indicate that there is a positive and highly significant relationship between personal guidance and assertiveness students of class VIII MTs Negeri Yogyakarta 1 which has a correlation coefficient of 0.618 with sig. (2.tailed) = 0,000 with N = 58 at 1% significance level. From these data it can be concluded that there is a positive relationship and very significant, then the hypothesis is accepted and proved true. That is, the higher the personal guidance the higher the student's assertiveness, on the contrary if it gets lower personal guidance, the lower the student's assertiveness.  Keywords: Personal Guidance, Assertiveness

This study aims to determine the magnitude of the relationship (1) Self Efficacy, (2) Academic Flow, (3) PAI Learning Achievement at SMK YPM (Maarif Education Foundation) 5 Sukodono Sidoarjo. The formulation of the issues discussed are: 1) Is there a positive relationship between self efficacy and learning achievement of Islamic Religious Education (PAI) ?; 2) Is there a positive relationship between academic flow and PAI learning achievement ?; 3) Is there a positive relationship between self efficacy and academic flow with PAI learning achievement? The purpose of this research is to 1) to find out whether there is self efficacy with PAI learning achievement; 2) Knowing whether there is academic flow with PAI learning achievements d; 3) Knowing whether there is a relationship between self efficacy and academic flow with PAI learning achievement. The approach of this research is correlational quantitative research, which is a study that focuses on calculations to find the maximum relationship between the variables studied. The sampling technique uses cluster random respondents. The analysis technique used is multiple regression with the help of the SPSS 16.00 program. The results of the study show: 1) There is a significant positive relationship between self efficacy and PAI grade X learning achievement, 2) There is a significant positive relationship between academic flow and PAI grade X learning achievement .; 3) There is a significant positive relationship between self efficacy and academic flow with the learning achievement of PAI grade X at SMK YPM 5 Sukodono Sidoarjo. (Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui besarnya hubungan (1) Self Efficacy, (2) Flow Akademik, (3) Prestasi Belajar PAI di SMK YPM (Yayasan Pendidikan Maarif) 5 Sukodono Sidoarjo. Rumusan masalah yang dibahas adalah: 1) Apakah terdapat hubungan positif antara self efficacy dengan prestasi belajar Pendidikan Agama Islam (PAI)?; 2) Apakah terdapat hubungan positif antara flow akademik dengan prestasi belajar PAI ?; 3) Apakah terdapat hubungan positif antara self efficacy dan flow akademik dengan prestasi belajar PAI ?. Tujuan dari penilitian ini adalah untuk 1) untuk mengetahui ada tidaknya self efficacy dengan prestasi belajar PAI; 2) Mengetahui ada tidaknya flow akademik dengan prestasi belajar PAI d; 3)Mengetahui ada tidaknya hubungan self efficacy dan flow akademik dengan prestasi belajar PAI . Pendekatan penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif korelasional, yaitu suatu penelitian yang menitikberatkan pada perhitungan untuk mencari sebesar-besar hubungan antara variabel yang diteliti. Teknik pengambilan sampelnya menggunakan cluster random reponden. Teknik analisa yang digunakan adalah regresi berganda dengan bantuan program SPSS 16.00.Hasil Penelitian menunjukkan: 1) Ada hubungan positif yang signifikan antara self efficacy dengan prestasi belajar PAI kelas X, 2) Ada hubungan positif yang signifikan antara flow akademik dengan prestasi belajar PAI kelas X. ; 3) Ada hubungan positif yang signifikan antara self efficacy dan flow akademik dengan prestasi belajar PAI kelas X di SMK YPM 5 Sukodono Sidoarjo)

Abstract: This study aims to determine the relationship between Islamic religious education and democratic parenting style with adolescent morals. The subjects of this study were 79 adolescents living in Sumbermulyo, Jogoroto, Jombang Regency. To obtain data on the relationship between Islamic Religious Education and democratic parenting style with adolescent morals, a questionnaire compiled by the researcher was used. To achieve this goal, the data were analyzed by means of regression analysis, as well as by observations and some existing data and documents. Based on the results of data analysis, obtained t count of 5.636 when referred to the value of t table at the significance level of 5% obtained t table value of 1.67 so that t count is greater than t table (5.636 ?1.67), then the results are significant. Thus it can be concluded that, (1) there is a significant positive influence between Islamic Religious Education on adolescent morals in the community of Sumbermulyo, Jogoroto, Jombang Regency; (2) there is a positive effect of democratic parenting on adolescent morals Keywords: Islamic religious education, democratic parenting, adolescent morals

<p>This study aims to determine the relationship of motivation (X) on students’ English learning achievement (Y) of Senior High School number 12 Padang. The population of this research was students of Senior High School number 12 Padang with total population was 894 students. Sample was selected by stratified random sampling technique with total sample was 100 students. The data were collected by using questionnaire. The data were analyzed by using quantitative descriptive technique with SPSS computer program version 20. Based on result of data analysis it can be found that there is a positive correlation between X  and Y  high category (0,783) and significance value less than 0,05 (0,000 &lt;0,05). It can be said that the motivated students make learning achievement better. Thus, internal and external students’ motivation should be considered by the educationist practice.</p>

This research is using secondary data obtained from the official website of IDX and Investing. Total population in this study are all JII members companies from 2016-2018 and the number of samples in this study are 18 companies that are members of the Indonesia Stock Exchange, especially in the Jakarta Islamic Index from 2016-2018. Data analysis techniques used in this study are the classic assumption test and the Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA) analysis test or commonly called the interaction test. Based on the results of the research conducted obtained the results of variables that have partial significant effect are DER, DPR, ROA, PBV while other variables such as PER, CR, NPM and DYR has no effect on sharia stock prices. Then for the moderation variable (Earning Per Share) proved able to moderate each independent variable and this moderating variable can strengthen the relationship between the independent variable (X) to the dependent (Y).
