Along with development of globalization, literary works also makes an important contribution to education. One of the novels that included Islamic values ??especially in moral messages is the novel "Kasidah-Kasidah Cinta" written Muhammad Muhyidin which is full of knowledge, especially about religious knowledge, so that it feels more alive and real. The Islamic education value is the value of Islam that supports education implementation and even becomes a series or system such values as the value of faith, knowledge, worship morals, and the value of struggle. Meanwhile the value of education in the Kasidah-Kasidah Cinta novel is about faith, worship and morals education.Along with development of globalization, literary works also makes an important contribution to education. <p>This research is a qualitative research aimed to describe management process in guiding teacher soft skill through halaqoh activity for PPA succession in SD al-Irsyad al-Islamiyyah Purwokerto. The results showed four findings. First, the planning of teacher's soft skill development through halaqoh activities is done by formulating halaqoh objectives, formulating teacher standardization, preparing halaqoh agenda, halaqoh officer schedule and halaqoh SOP. Second, the organizing of teacher's soft skill activities through halaqoh activities is done by assigning tasks to principals, musyrif and mu'allim. Third, the benefits gained from the implementation of this guidance activity is the quality and quantity of worship and the recitation of controlled teacher's Quran. It makes teacher soft skill renewable and has implications for the success of the Program of Morals Education for students. Fourth, controlling activities are carried out by the principal and mu'allim. The principal controls the presence of the teacher on halaqoh activities, while the mu'allim controls tahsin and tahfidz activities as well as the daily worship of the teacher.</p>

Pembahasan ini dilatar belakangi oleh pemikiran bahwa pendidikan bukan sekedar proses transformasi ilmu, akan tetapi pendidikan merupakan proses pembentukan karakter dan penanaman akhlak mulia. Pendidikan tidak mesti diperoleh di sekolah maupun di lingkungan masyarakat tetapi pendidikan juga bisa berasal dari sumber informasi antara lain novel. Novel tidak mesti berisi fiksi tetapi ada yang berisi pembelajaran tentang nilai-nilai pendidikan akhlak. Novel Negeri 5 Menara karya A. Fuadi diasumsikan mempunyai pesan pembelajaran tentang nilai-nilai pendidikan akhlak. Karena itu, fokus pembahasan ini adalah ingin mengungkapkan nilai-nilai pendidikan akhlak apa saja yang terdapat dalam Novel Negeri 5 Menara karya A. Fuadi. Diharapkan hasil pembahasan ini dapat menambah apresiasi dalam menangkap nilai pendidikan akhlak dalam karya sastra, novel. The background of this research is that education is not only process of knowledge transformation but also aims for the character building and inculcation of noble morals. Education not only be found in schools and in the community but also can be found in literatures such as novels which may serve as learning media. The purpose of this research is to study �The Values of Moral Education� in a literary The Novel of Negeri 5 Menara (The Novel of Land of 5 Towers) by A. Fuadi. �The Novel of Negeri 5 Menara is chosen because it is assumed to contain moral education. This research focuses to reveal the values of moral education in the Novel of Negeri 5 Menara by A. Fuadi. It is to be expected that this research can increase appreciation in apprehend moral education in literary novels.

Parents who have children will crave their child to be successful. Success in any case, in morals, education, career, and so forth.Because a child is predicted to be their successor and successor (parent) in this life. Naturally there is no parent in the world who wants them to suffer, deprived, and unhappy. So many parents with their strengths to make the future of their children. In development and development to adulthood, children have basic needs that must be met, that is spiritual and physical needs. To meet these two needs required coaching, guidance, and attention that is needed. Although every newborn child has brought capacity and development potential, this development will not work on its own without the help of an adult, a family (a parent). For more details in this paper, we will discuss parenting concepts (parenting, parenting mode, parenting methods) and also talk about children’s education in the family, children’s education stage, children’s education materials, family roles in education.

This article aims to find out how the Qur'anic guidance on the role of parents in building the child's character and review it through the psychology view. Translation of the meaning of the Quranic verses cited using the method of Tafsir Maudhu'i. The result of the discussion found that there are three responsibilities of parents in building the child's personality in the Qur'an, 1) Responsibility of faith education, contained in the QS. At-Tahrim [66]: 6; 2) Responsibility of morals education, contained in the QS. Luqman [31] verse 18-19; 3) The Responsibility of intellectual education, contained in the QS. Ash-Shaffat [37] verse 102. This concept is reinforced by the theory of developmental psychology that believes that a child's final outcome is determined by three things: parent factors, educational factors, and environmental factors

Pendekatan dalam peneltian ini adalah penelitian kepustakaan. Al-Abra&gt;syi    adalah seorang cendekiawan,  tokoh pendidikan, ulama dan seorang guru besar yang hidup pada abad XX di Mesir. Pemikirannya tentang pendidikan Islam banyak dipengaruhi oleh pemikiran Ibnu Sina, Imam al-Ghazali dan Ibnu Khaldun. His thoughts on the Islamic education thought much influenced by Ibn Sina, al- Ghazali and Ibn Khaldun. The result of this study show that Islamic education was indeed prioritizes the morals education which is their true meaning, but not neglecting the issue prepare a person for life, seeking rizqi nor forget the physical education, intellect, heart, will, goals, skills, and personality.</em></p><p><em><strong><em>Keywords: </em></strong><em>Islamic  education,  al Abra</em>&gt;<em>syi,  Kitab at-Tarbiyah  al- Islamiyya wa Falasifatuha.</em><br /></em></p>
