The article analyzes the importance of training employees of the penitentiary system in the basics of the criminal subculture in order to prevent its negative spread by professional criminals among convicts, competent counteraction to recidivists and implementation of high-quality educational work with convicts. The author makes a number of proposals: to introduce the discipline «Fundamentals of countering criminal inculturation in places of deprivation of liberty» in departmental universities of the law enforcement system as an independent special course; to improve the institution of «patronage» over young employees, as well as initial training and advanced training courses. Educational work with convicts does not cease to need special attention. It is necessary to introduce new forms, methods and techniques of educational work with convicts or improve existing ones. The author emphasizes that in modern conditions, apparently, it is clearly not enough to think only within the framework of the rights, prohibitions, and duties prescribed in the PVR for the performance of official activities. In addition to this, each employee of the penal institution should use professional ingenuity in communicating with convicts, which would be aimed mainly at stimulating their intrapersonal changes in a positive way.

The process of formation of a modern architectural school in Algeria, which took place during the last third of the 19th and 20th centuries, and led to the emergence of new approaches and principles in the field of its application, is considered. The article presents the results of a historical analysis of the evolution of the educational model of Algeria in the field of architecture, which depended on the political and socio-cultural influence of the metropolis on the development of the architectural knowledge of the colonial region. The author also considers the paths along which the formation of architectural education and its formation at the beginning of the 20th century took place during the late 19th century. It is analyzed that the training of Algerian architects during the French colonization took place within the local culture, which affected the further independent direction of the development of the architectural school of Algeria. It is analyzed that the architectural education of Algeria since the signing of the Evian Agreements is associated with the nature of the activities of architects and the expectations from their preparation, a combination of artistic ability and constructive technical knowledge. The article examines the influence of modernism as a social project, reflecting the advanced social reformist ideas of its time, on the rethinking of the professional training of architects in Algeria. The contribution of the leading representatives of modernist architecture to the renewal of the artistic language of architecture in Algeria is also considered: the social attitudes of modernist architects contributed to the principled attitude towards novelty in architecture and architectural education.

The article considers the problem of digitalization of judicial activities in the Russian Federation and abroad. Given the fact that in the modern world elements of digital (electronic) justice are gaining widespread adoption, the article presents an analysis of its fundamental principles and distinguishes between electronic methods of ensuring procedural activity and digitalization of justice as an independent direction of transformation of public relations at the present stage. As a demonstration of the implementation of the first direction, the article presents the experience of foreign countries, Russian legislative approaches and currently being developed legislative initiatives in terms of improving the interaction of participants in the procedure through the use of information technologies. The authors come to the conclusion that the implemented approaches and proposed amendments are intended only to modernize the form of administration of justice with new opportunities to carry out the same actions (identification of persons participating in the case, notification, participation in the court session, etc.) without changing the essential characteristics of the proceedings. The second direction, related to electronic (digital) justice, is highlighted from the point of view of the prospects and risks of using artificial intelligence technologies to make legally significant decisions on the merits. At the same time, the authors argue that the digitalization of justice requires the development and implementation of the category of justice in machine-readable law, as well as special security measures of both technological and legal nature.

The article is devoted to the historical aspects of the emergence and development of methods of radiology diagnostics in perinatology — a science that studies the perinatal period and is at the junction of two disciplines: obstetrics and pediatrics. The official recognition of perinatal medicine as an independent direction took place in economically developed countries in 1976 (8 years after the first Congress on Perinatology), when the European Scientific Society of Perinatology was created. One of the most important tasks of perinatology is to assess the condition of the fetus and extrafetal structures, which include the placenta, umbilical cord, fetal membranes. As part of the development of perinatology, new areas of medical science have arisen and continue to actively develop, including radiology diagnostics in perinatology. Currently, during pregnancy, from radiology diagnostic methods, ultrasound and magnetic resonance imaging are safe and informative. The emergence and development of classical X-ray diagnostics is considered separately in the article. Attention is drawn to the current state of the methods of radiology diagnostics when used in perinatology, the order of appointment, indications and contraindications, advantages and disadvantages. The study of the history of the development of radiology imaging in perinatology makes it possible to trace the dynamics of the development of this industry, to analyze the stages of the formation of instrumental research methods during pregnancy. Thanks to the constant development of technology, a large amount of accumulated experience in radiology imaging during pregnancy, the creation of international communities for diagnostics in perinatology and the formation of interdisciplinary approaches for the management of pregnancy, it has become possible to quickly, safely and non-invasively receive information about the condition of a pregnant woman and a fetus.

The article is devoted to the substantiation of messenger marketing as an independent direction and a specific tool in the management of the company’s online reputation (Online Reputation Management – ORM). On the basis of the empirical method of the included observation (five-year author’ experience of practical activity on online marketing), the analysis of professional materials on a research subject, studying of the content of official messengers’ blogs and features of messengers’ functioning, the expediency of messenger marketing separation has been justified, the concepts of “Messenger Reputation Management – MRM” and “Instant Messaging Reputation Management – IMRM” have been proposed. The basic possibilities and features of using messenger marketing as a practical tool to support and control the positive online reputation of the company, which in the context of the COVID-19 pandemic and the rapid development of social networks and messengers acquire new qualitative value in achieving performance, have been revealed. It was found out that the tools of the messenger marketing that can be used to monitor the situation, as well as to broadcast and moderate messages, including Hidden Marketing (HM), include working with voice rooms, with comments and feedback in channels, groups, and chats, use bots and chatbots, newsletters and even targeted advertising. It has been noticed that at present it is difficult to identify the optimal tools for solving the problems of marketing messenger in ORM, which necessitates additional research. At the same time, effective messenger marketing requires an appropriate corporate culture, built on the highest degree of freedom, trust, and responsibility, which allows the employee to independently and quickly make tactical decisions and respond to changes in the information field within the established competence.

A historical review of the new direction of botanical science, namely, «plant allometry» was made. In this review, the attention is focused only on establishing the dependence of the aboveground mass of plants on their size. The first foreign experiments on the indirect determination of the aboveground mass of herbs, semishrub, and low shrub date back to the 1930s. Now the determination of the aboveground mass of these plants based on the re-sults of measuring their habitus has become widespread. In addition to height and cover, the volume of plants began to be used as predictors of aboveground biomass. Since the second half of the last century, power (expo-nential) equations have been used to estimate the aboveground mass of plants in hayfields and pastures from the results of measuring their habitus. By now, the "allometry of plants" has gone far beyond the limits, which reflect only the regularities connecting the sizes of plants with each other, as well as their size and productivity of plants. L. G. Ramensky began to conduct his experiments on the indirect determination of the aboveground mass of plants in hayfields and pastures much earlier than foreign researchers did. In 1915, he proposed the notion of "projective weight". This is the mass of plants per unit area of its cover. At first L. G. Ramensky assumed to calculate this value proceeding from the projective cover of plants. However, soon he became convinced that such a calculation gives a very unstable result. In 1938, L. G. Ramensky proposed to take into account the height of plants to determine the projective weight. He also proposed multiple linear regression equations to predict projective weight depending on the height of vegetative shoots and the ratio of the number of flower shoots to the cover of the plant. In the early 1950s, L. G. Ramensky summarized the accumulated material regarding the de-termination of the weight of the aboveground mass of individual plants by the parameters of their habitus. How-ever, this generalization was published only in 1966, 13 years after the death of L. G. Ramensky. Together with his colleagues, he calculated a special coefficient for many plants, reflecting the degree of dependence of the projective weight on the morphological, anatomical features of the species, as well as the conditions of their growth. Estimation of the aboveground mass of herbaceous plants, semishrub and low shrub based on the results of measuring their habitus that was started by Ramensky at the beginning of the last century, has outgrown the utilitarian need to determine feed reserves in hayfields and pastures. This assessment entered the framework of an independent direction of botanical science, which is currently called «plant allometry».
