We expiremented with mice inoculated with intramuscularly embryocarcinoma and registered functional condition of T-lymphocytic link of cells of bone brain and spleen to the index of spontaneous and stimulated by mitogen (PHA) proliferation. Intact animals and the ones which we introduced with Chlorine e6 and keep in dark conditions have revealed the zero level of the indexes. But the animals being introduced with Chlorine e6 and activated with laser and light-emitting diode radiation have been notable for the index of mitogen (PHA) stimulation. It was established to 25% with the index of spontaneous proliferation remained on zero mark. Animals with embryocarcinoma after FDT with X-e6 with or without glycosamine show immunostimulating effect.

n recent years, Russia has seen an increase in the incidence of malignant tumors of the mouth and throat, including tongue cancer. Surgical methods of treatment of cancer of such localization have a crippling character and inevitably lead to disruption of a number of vital functions, including the development of tooth-jaw deformities, which further deteriorates the quality of life of such patients. Timely prescription of orthodontic devices for prophylactic and therapeutic purposes allows to prevent the development of tooth jaw abnormalities and deformities, as well as to treat the already developed pathology.

Formulation of the problem Efficiency theory as a science is currently at the stage of formation. In addition, the popularity of «efficiency» concept led it to very broad interpretation both in qualitatively and quantitative plans. This led to the ambiguity increase of efficiency understanding and multiplicity of indicators. Everything listed above actualizes the need of critical study conducting of fundamental provisions of complex technical systems efficiency theory.

The paper presents a study on unjustified price increases as presented at a government meeting in December 2020 based on the results of price monitoring by various departments for sugar, sunflower oil, flour. The analysis of the prices of basic food products in Russia according to the data of the Federal Tax Service, Rosstat, Mosstat showed a significant difference in the value of the price level for a year. The absence of a unified methodology for monitoring prices and a control mechanism for price increases was revealed. According to the results of the study, it was concluded that in ensuring the social and economic security of the state, it is necessary to create a single body responsible for monitoring prices and preparing a permanent analysis based on the results of monitoring for a report to the government.

The article deals with the possibility of using seismic exploration in solving problems of ore geology in complex mining and geological conditions of Kazakhstan. The substantiation and characterization of geological and geophysical conditions for conducting experimental 3D seismic surveys at the deposits of the Zhilandinsky group of copper sandstones located in the Karaganda region of Central Kazakhstan are presented. The tasks are defined and the technique of conducting high-resolution 3D seismic exploration is developed, accompanied by modern processing and interpretation complexes for obtaining high-quality seismic materials for solving geological problems: studying the structural and tectonic structure of ore areas, identifying and refining ore-controlling structures, detecting and deep mapping of tectonic faults, volumetric mapping of intrusive massifs. The directions and technology of the process of modeling ore horizons and tracing them in space based on the results of a comprehensive interpretation of three-dimensional seismic exploration and geological and geophysical data, which will significantly increase the reliability coefficient of forecasting ore deposits, are indicated.

In the article by the founder and head of the Russian civilizational school, academician of the Russian Academy of Natural Sciences Yakovts Yu.V. This report introduces for the first time the concept of the productivity of the social intelligence of civilizations, examines the patterns and historical trends of the accelerating growth of productivity with the change of civilization cycles, reveals the peculiarities of the dynamics of the productivity of public intelligence in the conditions of the modern civilization crisis, the tendency for the decline in productivity and the increasing polarization of the intellectual potential of local civilizations. Strategic priorities of the acceleration of productivity growth in the context of the intellectual revolution of 2030–2050 are substantiated.

The use of various closed agrobiotechnological systems (ecosystems) in crop production and agricultural biotechnology is of considerable scientific and practical interest for solving both fundamental (photosynthesis and plant variability) and applied (search for growth regulators and development of biotechnologies) issues in conducting research. The paper presents the results of biological and technological tests in a series of experiments on modeling the influence of plant growth parameters and various technologies for growing salad crops using a prototype of a software-digital device of a closed agrobiotechnological system of the synergotron class of the ISR 1.01 model
