Stunting is one of the public problems that need attention and handling. The incidence of stunting if leftunchecked  can have  implications  for  the  quality  of human  resources,  namely in  addition  to  risking  physicalgrowth barriers and children's vulnerability to disease, it also causes cognitive development barriers that will affectchildren's intelligence and productivity levels in the future. The community service (PPM) which is carried out in theform of counseling in Besmarak village, Nekamese sub-district, Kupang regency is expected to provide knowledgeto  the  community  that  solving  the  stunting  problem  is  not  only through health and nutrition improvementassistance provided by the government, but also through community social capital, namely through social networksand  community trust norms.  There  is a  strong  relationship between social capital and  solving  various  publicproblems, so that people with higher social capital also have higher awareness, they are able to take collectiveaction in preventing stunting.

Public should receive an easy, fast, accurate, and secured services in getting any licenses they need. In order to that, the purposes of this research are to understand how the issue of building permit process is done, reveal the meaning of the whole phenomenon according to the public and the Government, and to know the obstacles or problems faced by BPPTPM Cianjur in West Java as the unit in charge of licensing areas. This research applied descriptive study with qualitative approach. From the results of the analysis, it could be concluded that the quality of licensing which is measured through four (4) dimensions: easiness, speed of service, accuracy, and security had not been going well yet. It happened because of some factors such as: unsolid organizational structure, imbalances of human resources in both quantitative as well as qualitative, inadequate and out of date infrastructure and technology, and complicated procedure.Keywords : BPPTPM, IMB, Quality of ServiceDalam mengurus perizinan, publik seharusnya menerima pelayanan secara mudah, cepat, tepat, dan aman. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk memahami bagaimana proses pelayanan perizinan mendirikan bangunan dilakukan dan mengungkap makna pelayanan menurut publik dan pemerintah dan mengetahui kendala atau permasalahan yang dihadapi BPPTPMKabupaten Cianjur Jawa Barat sebagai penanggung jawab bidang perizinan.Jenis penelitian ini deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Dari hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa kualitas perizinan mendirikan bangunan yang diukur melalui 4 (empat) dimensi yakni dimensi kemudahan, dimensi kecepatan, dimensi ketepatan, dan dimensi keamanan cenderung belum berjalan baik,hal demikian terjadi akibat faktor-faktor kendala yang mempengaruhi antara lain struktur organisasiyang belum solid, ketimpangan sumber daya manusia baik kuantitatif maupun kualitatif,daya dukung infrastruktur dan teknologi perkantoran yang kurang memadai dan tidak up to date, dan kerumitan prosedur yang belum terurai.Kata kunci: Kualitas Pelayanan, IMB, BPPTPM

BNI Syariah is one of Indonesia's national sharia banks. In its operations, BNI Syariah implements several contracts, namely the Mudharabah Contract, the Wadiah Contract, and the Ijarah Contract. This study is focused on the discussion of the Ijarah Contract by taking BNI Syariah Branch Palu, Central Sulawesi as the research object. Islamic banking has good prospects. This is supported by two factors, they are the population which is predominantly Muslim and the strong support of the Government. But at the same time, there are number of challenges faced by this type of banking. The aspects of funding and the quality of Human Resources (HR) are two elements that are often referred to the serious problems faced by Islamic banking, especially when compared to conventional banking. Another factor is that Islamic banking has not had a clear business model scheme yet. Moreover, Islamic banking products are still not fully understood by a larger public. In other words, citizens who truly understand the principles and products of Islamic banking are still very limited. In relation to the operations of the BNI Syariah Bank Branch Palu, there are two segments that are practiced in the bank intermediation. Those two segments are the consumptive segment and the productive segment. Both of these segments face the same problem in their implementation, it is socialization. This study found that there was a correlation between the lack of socialization and the low interest of the people in Palu regarding the Ijarah product. In other words, lack of socialization has caused BNI Syariah Branch Palu products to be widely unknown to the public.

Tujuan dari kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini adalah untuk memenuhi kewajiban dosen untuk melakukan tridharma perguruan tinggi. Untuk itu sudah menjadi kewajiban bagi dosen berbagi pengetahuan dan wawasan melalui penyuluhan pengembangan manajemen sumber daya manusia agar senantiasa berupaya mencapai tujuan organisasi dengan efektif dan efisien. Dan juga bertujuan Karang Taruna Kampung serua poncol dapat menjalankan fungsi dan perannya secara optimal sehingga mendatangkan manfaat bagi Kampung serua poncol. The past decade has seen the growth of a considerable literature on the link between government popularity, as reflected by the proportion of the public indicating their intention to vote for the government in opinion polls, and the state of the economy, as represented by certain key variables. The work began in the early 1970s with articles by Goodhart and Bhansali, Mueller, and Kramer. It continued through the decade; some of the more recent contributions can be found in a set of readings edited by Hibbs and Fassbender. However, despite the amount and quality of this work, problems remain. Principal amongst these, as Chrystal and Alt have pointed out, is the inability to estimate a relationship which exhibits any degree of stability either over time or between researchers. Nearly all the studies have been successful in finding a significant relationship for specific time periods, but when these are extended, or when the function is used to forecast outside the original estimation period, the relationship appears to break down.

This study aimed to examine the effect of the use of information technology, human resources and competencies on the quality of local government financial statements by the  accrual based government accounting standards  as interverning variable on the Government of Barru. Accrual accounting standards as defined in Regulation 71 of 2010 (PP No.71 Tahun 2010) concerning the Government Accounting Standards, and more technically set in Regulation 64 of 2013 (Permendagri No.64 Tahun 2013) concerning the Government Accounting Standards Implementation of Accrual Based On Local Government. The method used is descriptive survey. Samples were employees in the accounting / financial administration of the region on regional work units (SKPD) and Regional Financial Management Officer (PPKD) within the scope of local government Barru district. Methods of data collection is done by distributing questionnaires. Data were analyzed using path analysis. The results showed that the utilization of information technology have significant effect on the quality of financial statements Barru district government through the implementation of accrual based government accounting standards, while the competence of human resources has no significant effect on the quality of financial statements Barru district government through the implementation of accrual based government accounting standards.Keywords: Information Technology, Human Resources and   Competencies, Accrual Based Government Accounting Standards, Quality of Local Government Financial Statements.

<p>This study aims to find empirical evidence about the role of accounting information system (AIS) as intervening factors that affect the quality of financial reporting information of the government. This study uses a questionnaire that primary data collected from respondents, namely employees of the accounting department of the government units, especially a partner institution in the State Treasury Office (KPPN) 2 Jakarta. Data processing is performed by the method of partial least squares (PLS). The results of this study are the accounting information system has significantly the impact on the quality of government financial reporting information. While the capacity factor of human resources, control data input and application of Government Accounting Standards (SAP) have a significant direct effect on the AIS, is larger when compared to a direct influence on the quality of financial reporting information. Other factors, organizational commitment and internal control system has a significant influence either directly or indirectly on the quality of financial reporting information. The findings of the study are expected to provide input to the government the importance of improving the accounting information system, such as strengthening the capacity of human resources and accounting applications in realizing quality financial information.</p>

The rapid technology development and information made public (community) being so critical to the policies was taken by the government. This requires police institution to maintain of security guards, public order, enforce the law, provides protection, aegis and service to the community. Public Relations (PR) is an agency which have a duty to understand and evaluate a variety of public opinion in order to help to create harmony between particular agencies with the public. In order to increase quality of human resources in Police Department are required personnel with the ability in resolving problems the happens in society. In resolving these problems, that needed cooperation between police department, college and the community. The contribution of college to police department and the community with conducting the devotion to the community in cooperation Polresta Tangerang. The method in use in devotion community is by providing training of the role of public relations to Polresta Tangerang members through zoom cloud meeting. The role of public relations training aimed at giving public knowledge include similarity in communication, public relations function, basic principles of public relations, the management of the community and management of media relations may be good quality police. The evaluation of the training be concluded that the training that performed capable of increase understanding participants on the role of public relations.

E-literacy and education are important components in improving the quality of human resources needed in an organization. The purpose of this study is to reveal the importance of e-literacy and public policy education. The State Civil Apparatus (ASN) requires e-literacy and education to improve performance results so that public services can be maximized. This becomes interesting research in the development of science-based on the real events that occur in Indonesia. Where so far, e-literacy and education is only intended for the public, especially millennial generation. The research method used is the study of literature where data is obtained through various secondary sources that are relevant to theoretically strengthen research results. The findings explain that e-literacy and education are effective and efficient strategies in overcoming budget constraints and low levels of ASN competence. With e-literacy and public policy education, it is hoped that the professionalism of the ASN bureaucracy will increase and the quality of public services will be better.

AbstractThe objective of this research is to verify the level of relationship between the mechanisms of corporate governance and the performance of the companies of the public subsector, listed on BM&FBovespa. The research was based on the financial statements from 2010 to 2014, obtained on the BM&FBovespa website, resulting in a sample of 63 companies with 315 observations. In order to calculate the performance proxy of the company, the ROA was used, and for the calculation of the proxies of the corporate governance mechanisms were used for the quality of the audit, the concentration of ownership in common shares and preferred shares, participation in the levels of governance of BM&FBovespa, number of shares held by the government and number of directors in the Board, adapted from the Mollah and Zaman (2015) survey. Convergence with national and international research, the findings of the study showed that such variables as quality of profit, concentration of ownership in preferred shares, participation in governance levels and size of the Board are positively related to the performance of the company; already a concentration of ownership in common shares and number of shares held by the government are negatively related to performance. For future reference, it is recommended to expand other sectors of the market as well as to use other mechanisms of corporate governance, presented in the literature.Keywords: Corporate Governance. Public Subsector.Mecanismos de governança corporativa e desempenho: análise das companhias do subsetor de utilidade pública listadas na BM&FBovespa Resumo O objetivo da pesquisa foi o de verificar o nível de relação entre os mecanismos de governança corporativa e o desempenho das empresas do subsetor de utilidade pública, listadas na BM&FBovespa. A pesquisa teve como base os dados das demonstrações financeiras de 2010 a 2014, obtidas no sítio eletrônico da BM&FBovespa, resultando assim, em uma amostra de 63 empresas, com 315 observações. Para o cálculo da proxy de desempenho da empresa foi utilizado o ROA, e para o cálculo das proxies dos mecanismos de governança corporativa foram utilizadas a qualidade da auditoria, concentração de propriedade em ações ordinárias e em ações preferenciais, participação nos níveis de governança da BM&FBovespa, número de ações mantidas pelo governo e número de diretores no Conselho, adaptado da pesquisa de Mollah e Zaman (2015). Convergente com pesquisas nacionais e internacionais, os achados desse estudo evidenciaram que as variáveis qualidade do lucro, concentração de propriedade em ações preferenciais, participação nos níveis de governança e tamanho do Conselho são positivamente relacionados com o desempenho da empresa; já a concentração de propriedade em ações ordinárias e o número de ações mantidas pelo governo são negativamente relacionadas com o desempenho. Para pesquisas futuras, recomenda-se ampliar a outros setores do mercado bem como utilizar outros mecanismos de governança corporativa, presentes na literatura.Palavras-chave: Governança Corporativa.
