Multi-label classification addresses the issues that more than one class label assigns to each instance. Many real-world multi-label classification tasks are high-dimensional due to digital technologies, leading to reduced performance of traditional multi-label classifiers. Feature selection is a common and successful approach to tackling this problem by retaining relevant features and eliminating redundant ones to reduce dimensionality. There is several feature selection that is successfully applied in multi-label learning. Most of those features are wrapper methods that employ a multi-label classifier in their processes. They run a classifier in each step, which requires a high computational cost, and thus they suffer from scalability issues. Filter methods are introduced to evaluate the feature subsets using information-theoretic mechanisms instead of running classifiers to deal with this issue. Most of the existing researches and review papers dealing with feature selection in single-label data. While, recently multi-label classification has a wide range of real-world applications such as image classification, emotion analysis, text mining, and bioinformatics. Moreover, researchers have recently focused on applying swarm intelligence methods in selecting prominent features of multi-label data. To the best of our knowledge, there is no review paper that reviews swarm intelligence-based methods for multi-label feature selection. Thus, in this paper, we provide a comprehensive review of different swarm intelligence and evolutionary computing methods of feature selection presented for multi-label classification tasks. To this end, in this review, we have investigated most of the well-known and state-of-the-art methods and categorize them based on different perspectives. We then provided the main characteristics of the existing multi-label feature selection techniques and compared them analytically. We also introduce benchmarks, evaluation measures, and standard datasets to facilitate research in this field. Moreover, we performed some experiments to compare existing works, and at the end of this survey, some challenges, issues, and open problems of this field are introduced to be considered by researchers in the future.

Heart failure means that the heart is not pumping well as normal as it should be. A congestive heart failure is a form of heart failure that involves seeking timely medical care, although the two terms are sometimes used interchangeably. Heart failure happens when the heart muscle does not pump blood as well as it can, often referred to as congestive heart failure. Some disorders, such as heart's narrowed arteries (coronary artery disease) or high blood pressure, eventually make the heart too weak or rigid to fill and pump effectively. Early detection of heart failure by using data mining techniques has gained popularity among researchers. This research uses some classification techniques for heart failure classification from medical data. This research analyzed the performance of some classification algorithms, namely Support Vector Machine (SVM), Decision Forest (DF), and Boosted Decision Tree (BDT), to classify accurately heart failure risk data as input. The best algorithm among the three is discovered for heart failure classification at the end of this research.

Python is one of the most widely adopted programming languages, having replaced a number of those in the field. Python is popular with developers for a variety of reasons, one of which is because it has an incredibly diverse collection of libraries that users can run. The most compelling reasons for adopting Keras come from its guiding principles, particularly those related to usability. Aside from the simplicity of learning and model construction, Keras has a wide variety of production deployment options and robust support for multiple GPUs and distributed training. A strong and easy-to-use free, open-source Python library is the most important tool for developing and evaluating deep learning models. The aim of this paper is to provide the most current survey of Keras in different aspects, which is a Python-based deep learning Application Programming Interface (API) that runs on top of the machine learning framework, TensorFlow. The mentioned library is used in conjunction with TensorFlow, PyTorch, CODEEPNEATM, and Pygame to allow integration of deep learning models such as cardiovascular disease diagnostics, graph neural networks, identifying health issues, COVID-19 recognition, skin tumors, image detection, and so on, in the applied area. Furthermore, the author used Keras's details, goals, challenges, significant outcomes, and the findings obtained using this method.

The rapid development of technology reveals several safety concerns for making life more straightforward. The advance of the Internet over the years has increased the number of attacks on the Internet. The IDS is one supporting layer for data protection. Intrusion Detection Systems (IDS) offer a healthy market climate and prevent misgivings in the network. Recently, IDS has been used to recognize and distinguish safety risks using Machine Learning (ML). This paper proposed a comparative analysis of the different ML algorithms used in IDS and aimed to identify intrusions with SVM, J48, and Naive Bayes. Intrusion is also classified. Work with the KDD-CUP data set, and their performance has been checked with the WEKA software. A comparison of techniques such as J48, SVM, and Naïve Bayes showed that the accuracy of j48 is the higher one which was (99.96%).

Cardiovascular disorders are one of the major causes of sad death among older and middle-aged people. Over the past two decades, health monitoring services have evolved quickly and had the ability to change the way health care is currently provided. However, the most challenging aspect of the mobile and wearable sensor-based human activity recognition pipeline is the extraction of the related features. Feature extraction decreases both computational complexity and time. Deep learning techniques are used for automatic feature learning in a variety of fields, including health, image classification, and, most recently, for the extraction and classification of complex and straightforward human activity recognition in smart health care. This paper reviews the recent state of the art in electrocardiogram (ECG) smart health monitoring systems based on the Internet of things with the machine and deep learning techniques. Moreover, the paper provided possible research and challenges that can help researchers advance state of art in future work.

The use of Social Network Sites (SNS) is on the rise these days, particularly among the younger generations. Users can communicate their interests, feelings, and everyday routines thanks to the availability of social media sites. Many studies show that properly utilizing user-generated content (UGC) can aid in determining people's mental health status. The use of the UGC could aid in the prediction of mental health, particularly depression, where it is a significant medical condition that impairs one's ability to work, learn, eat, sleep, and enjoy life. However, all information about a person's mood and negativism can be gathered from their SNS user profile. Therefore, this study utilizes SNS as a data source by using machine learning models to screen and identify users in categorizing users based on their mental health. The performance of three machine learning models is evaluated to classify the UGC: Decision Forest, Neural Network, and Support Vector Machine (SVM). The results show that the accuracy and recall result of the Neural Network model is the same as the Support Vector Machine (SVM) model, which is 78.27% and 0.042, but Neural Network performs better in the average precision value. This proves that the Neural Network model is the best model for making predictions to determine the level of depression by using social media posts.
