Techniques for building trust as a factor of psychological security of a person

Purpose of the study: The scientific objective of the study is to study the problem of building trust as the basis of psychological security of a person, to develop a model of “the formation of trusting relationships as the basis of psychological security of a person” and define its components. Research methods: ascertaining and formative experiment, questionnaires, testing, method of content analysis of essays, methods of mathematical statistics, Student's t-test and Wilcoxon's t-test. Methods that determine the characteristics of trust in oneself and in others were used, as well as methods that diagnose the psychological safety of the personality of adolescents. The paper examines the theoretical aspects of psychological security of a person in domestic and foreign psychology; concepts that reflect the role of trust and trusting relationships of a person in social interaction and personality development; the concept of deprivation symptoms and modern studies on the problem of raising children and adolescents in a difficult life situation. Research results. The paper presents the results of a study of the peculiarities of the emotional and personal development of adolescents who find themselves in a difficult life situation, which are manifested in a low level of confidence in themselves and in the world, the severity of aggressive reactions and high anxiety. Based on the results of the empirical study, technologies for the formation of trust and psychological safety of a person have been developed, which are the author's model of "the formation of trusting relationships as the basis of psychological security of a person" and a complex of psychocorrectional measures. As components of the psychological security of a person, the following are distinguished: affective-personal, cognitive, behavioral and value-semantic components. Key findings and their significance. Comparative analysis of the obtained results of the empirical study of the experimental and control groups made it possible to confirm the reliability of the identified components of psychological security and the criteria of trust/distrust in the author's model. An innovative approach is defined, in which confidence in oneself and in the world is highlighted as a significant factor of psychological security of a person for the first time. The introduction of a psychocorrectional program made it possible to optimize trusting relationships among adolescents.

Characteristics of Human personality that have existed since birth can be used as a basis for personal development and professionalism at work. Industrial Era 4.0 demands change in all fields, including the world of teaching. This study uses the literature review method by looking for various references critically to obtain valid and reliable data. The results of the analysis found that for the effectiveness of teaching in the classroom, educators must master and understand learning based on students' personalities and themselves. An understanding of the Personality Based Pumping-HR model can describe and map human personality in certain behaviours and characters. The results have a positive impact on the teaching process and teaching outcomes. Changes in the Personality of educators entering the digital era are very important when linked to the success of the teaching is carried out. So for effectiveness in teaching in the 4.0 era, an educator must understand the personality of students.

Audit financial report is the most important thing in a company. The function is to measure a financial report of a company whether it has fulfilled the standard and characteristic in arranging the financial report. The purpose of the report is to know the use of audit financial report in the company can reduce the bribery practice of government officials. Chi square test and T-test methods were used in this research. The purpose of using this research is to know the relation between variables which is the relation of audit financial report toward the bribe practice in the company. Secondary data from the world bank Indonesia enterprise survey in 2009 is used as the source of data. The results of the research showed that the company that has done the audit financial report tended to not involved in bribe practice. Audit laporan keuangan adalah hal yang sangat penting dalam suatu perusahan dimana audit laporan keuangan berfungsi untuk menilai suatu laporan keuangan perusahaan telah memenuhi standar dan karakteristik dalam penyusunan laporan keuangan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk ingin mengetahui apakah dengan adanya audit laporan keuangan dalam suatu perusahaan dapat mengurangi praktik suap di kalangan pejabat pemerintah. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini menggunakan uji chi square danuji T-test. uji chi square dan uji T-test bertujuan untuk mengetahui antar hubungan variabel, hubungan antar variabel dalam penelitian ini yaitu hubungan antara audit laporan keuangan terhadap tindakan suap dalam suatu perusahaan. Sumber data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu data sekunder yang diperoleh dari The World Bank Indonesia Enterprise Survey yang dilakukan pada tahun 2009. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa perusahaan yang telah melakukan audit atas laporan keuangan cenderung tidak terlibat dalam tindakan suap.

The article presents results of the empirical study aimed at investigation of I-representations of active social network users on the World Wide Web and those who use the Internet as the information resource only. Based on our conception of personal representations of “I-Other” interaction, we analyzed specific peculiarities of the communicative environment on the World Wide Web (discursiveness, orientation towards self-representation of a personality to Other, publicity, responsiveness, performativity), and identified that they contribute to development of various personal I-representations, which gradually become I-identifications and transform into a new model of personal identity. The applied aspect of the problem under study can be realized in psychological programs of communicative competence and personal development trainings, in solving practical problems concerning optimization of real interpersonal interactions and interrelations, in understanding of Other’s personality and developing harmonious personal identity.

AbstractOver the last twenty years a growing number of researchers have been interested in female entrepreneurship. Every third business venture in the world is run by a woman. Brief Women business owners face substantial risks and uncertainty. Women tend to take entrepreneurial risks if provided with various forms of support that increase their sense of psychological safety and work comfort. The below study findings identify the most useful support methods. The subject of the survey was to determine on a scale of five the usefulness of individual forms of business support. Respondents answered, how useful is listed form of business support. Support should be tailored to the demographic characteristics of women. In depending on the stage of life and life situation women need different support. The barriers to women entrepreneurship result not as much from difficulties in obtaining funding but rather from the frustration resulting from unfulfilled social needs. Access to support from the state, social organizations and family members increases the sense of psychological safety and work comfort in women, leading to a greater propensity to take risks and start and run businesses.

This study seeks to investigate whether larger pension funds exhibit better investment performance than smaller ones and differences in the selection of investment instruments between large and small pension funds. Our research sample is 13 pension funds that are the members of BKS Dapen-KI (Badan Kerja Sama Dana Pensiun Kristen Indonesia – the Cooperation Council of Christian Pension Fund in Indonesia) in 2010-2017. We use the quantitatively descriptive and independent-sample t-test methods. The results indicate no significant difference between the performance of large and small pension funds likely because both pension fund types have relatively similar total assets. However, large and small pension funds have exhibit different investment instruments selection.

Haute cuisine is emblematic in the world of tourism and is of fundamental importance in the economic and social life in most countries worldwide. Haute cuisine gastronomic experiences play with the senses, involving the diner, thus generating a unique experience for the customer. This empirical study aims to analyze the influence on the consumer of the characteristic stimuli of a high-level gastronomic experience in a restaurant with two Michelin stars. Using neuromarketing biometrics, combined with a qualitative research technique, the objective of this research was to determine the emotional impact of the presentation and tasting of dishes compared to wines and to draw conclusions about each variable in the general experience. The results indicate that the dishes have a greater influence on the level of interest than the wines, and both have a different emotional impact at different moments of the experience due to its duration.

This article examines the essence of the research abilities of students formed in elective classes in biology as a category and factor of personal development. The content of the curriculum in biology is also considered, and activities aimed at achieving learning goals that are related to the development of skills are included. The purpose of this study is to build the framework about the influence of families on the formation and personality development of elementary school students in Vietnam. The research results show that there are 5 contents and 5 methods in family education that are commonly used by parents of students in urban areas of Vietnam where economic and social conditions are common. With a traditional Confucian education background, Vietnamese families always give a lot of attention to their children. However, the fact that the “excessive” care of Vietnamese parents negatively affects the personal development of elementary school age children. Besides, the paper contributes to the literature on the role of family education in Vietnam in the development of elementary school student character.

The study aimed at revealing the motives and the obstacles of using internet as a source of learning by the human colleges at WISE. And to achieve the study’s goals , a questionnaire was developed consisting of 40 items; 20 items addressed motives of using internet as source of learning and other 20 items addressed obstacles of using internet as a source of learning . The sample of the study which consisted of 520 male and female students was selected randomly in the second semester for 2012/2013. After data were collected, they were analyzed using descriptive methods, t-test and ANOVA. Results showed the motives of using internet ranged from high degree to moderate. The degrees of obstacles facing using internet were moderate. The researcher recommended the necessity of activating the students’ use of internet with their teachers’ guidance, facilitating the use of internet by increasing the number of computer labs and supervisors, in addition to provide flexible and easy electronic programs for studying university courses.
