The existing cultivation pattern of chilli pepper in Riau Islands is unable to fulfilled all market demands. Dissemination of double production (Produksi Lipat Ganda or Proliga) technology was an effort to increase chilli pepper production in Riau Islands. This study aims to analyze the efficiency of chilli pepper farming with Proliga technology application. This research was conducted in Mei 2019 until April 2020 at Maju Mandiri Farmer Group, Setokok Village, Bulang District, Batam City. The primary data obtained from interviews, and the secondary data obtained from related agencies. Data analysis was carried out by calculating costs, revenues, income, and farming efficiency. Based on analysis results, it can be concluded that chilli pepper farming with Proliga technology generates an income of IDR 699,000,000, and the cost incurred in one planting season (12 months) reached IDR 213,193,500. Therefore, the income obtained by farmers is IDR 485,806,500 / hectare. This chilli pepper farming is considered efficient and profitable for farmers, as indicated by the R/C ratio value of 3.27.

This study aims to identify the cost, revenue, and income of soybean farming, identify the feasibility of soybean farming, identify the breakeven point and change the break-even point due to changes in selling prices in Jatiwaras District, Tasikmalaya Regency. The method used in this study is a survey method, while the data used consists of primary data and secondary data. Determination of sample farmers using the Two Stage Cluster Random Sampling method, with a sample size of 65 people with a proportion of 27 farmers in paddy fields and 38 farmers in land, from a population of soybean farmers as many as 185 people.            The results of this study indicate that the cost of soybean farming per hectare in paddy fields is Rp. 5,896,896.90 with receipts of Rp 8,478,139.53 and income of Rp. 2,581,242.63, while the cost of soybean farming per hectare on land is Rp. 4,163,487.48 with receipts of 8,342,774.57 and income of Rp. 4,179,287.09. Soybean farming in land is more feasible to be cultivated with an R / C value of 2.01 while the R / C value in paddy fields is 1.45. Minimum acceptance received by farmers from soybean farming so as not to lose in one planting season of Rp. 63,911.14 in paddy fields and Rp. 668,378.02 in land, the minimum production volume received by farmers from soybean farming so as not to lose in one planting season is 10.65 Kg in paddy fields and 111.40 Kg in land and minimum land area that must be processed by farmers so that no loss in one planting season of 0.01 ha in paddy fields and 0.08 ha on land. Decrease in output price of Rp. 1,000.00 (16.67%) causes the minimum acceptance received by farmers from soybean farming so as not to lose in one planting season of Rp. 100,196.38 in paddy fields and Rp. 767,384.61 on land. The margin value of safety on soybean farming is 90.53 in wetland and 82.40 in land area

This study aims to determine the factors that affect the conversion of agricultural land in South Tomohon Subdistrict Tomohon City. In particular, this study looks at internal factors that affect the conversion of agricultural land in South Tomohon Sub-District, Tomohon City. This study was conducted by using secondary data obtained from BPS (Statistics Bureau) office Tomohon City, Subdistrict office and Village Offices in South Tomohon Sub-district. And for the primary data obtained from the direct interview with the farmers. The data is then analyzed by using qualitative data analysis techniques using tables and described descriptively. The results of research showed that land function change happened in this area, allot of land that is as housing (70%). Furthermore, for the main cause of landowners sell or alter the function of agricultural land that is due to the cost of child education and high selling prices.*jnkd*.

This study aims to identify the area of yard farmland owned by the farmers' families in the cultivation of vegetables and spices and to identify the amount of costs incurred by the family of farmers for the consumption of vegetables and spices in one month. This study was conducted for three months from the time of preparation to the preparation of the final research report.Activitiesbegin from September to November 2017. The data used are primary data and secondary data. Primary data obtained from the respondents through surveys, documentation, interviews using a list of questions that have been prepared first.Teknik sample used is purposive sampling technique with the number of samples of 30 respondents. With the provisions of the families of farmers who grow vegetables and spices as many as 15 respondent and farm families who do not grow vegetables and spices as many as 15 respondent. Then the data collected will be analyzed descriptively and presented in written form and table. Based on data analysis that has been collected, it is concluded that the area of yard area owned by family of farmers who grow vegetables and spices mostly located in the area between 100 m² - 120 m² whereas family of farmers who do not plant vegetables and spices mostly located in the area between 121 m² - 140 m². As for the cost of consumption of vegetables, both farming families who do not plant, the average cost of Rp 330,000- Rp 599,000. for the cost of spice consumption of both planting and non-planting farm families, the average cost of Rp 289,000 - Rp.576,000.

This study aims to determine the pattern of marketing, calculate the amount of costs, margins and marketing benefits and farmer's share in Pangu Dua Village, which was held from June to August 2018. The dataused in this study are primary and secondary data. Primary data is data obtained by submitting a list of questions to farmers 10 respondents, collecting traders 5 respondents, retailers 3 respondents in Pangu Dua Village. While secondary data was obtained from Pangu Dua Village Office, and the internet. Data analysis in this study uses marketing channel analysis and marketing margin analysis. The results of the study show that there are four forms of marketing channels in Pangu Dua Village. Marketing channel I consists of farmers and consumers; marketing channel II consists of farmers, retailers, consumers; marketing channel III consists of farmers, collectors, supermarkets retailers and consumers; marketing channel IV consists of farmers, collectors and wholesalers between islands. Marketing channel III has the highest value, namely the cost of Rp. 345 per kilogram, margin of Rp. 11,000 per kilogram, and profit of Rp. 10,655 per kilogram. The highest portion received by farmers (farmer’s share) on marketing channel I is 100 percent. This research support the result of previous study by Kaparang's 2015 that the greater the marketing margin, the smaller the portion received by farmers, on the contrary the smaller the marketing margin the greater the portion received by farmers, can be accepted in this study.*jnkd+eprm*

This research is focused on the Application of Variable Costing Methods in Calculating Cost of Production to Determine Selling Prices. The purpose of this study is 1]. To determine the cost of production according to UD. Karunia. 2]. To determine the cost of production using the variable costing method at UD. Karunia. 3]. To find out the effect of changes in the method of calculating the cost of production and determining the new selling price of profits at UD. Karunia. This research is a descriptive qualitative study. This research was conducted at UD. Karunia Banyuwangi by using primary data and secondary data. Primary data is obtained through interviews with a deep, open, and structured nature. Secondary data obtained from documents belonging to UD. Karunia. Data analysis techniques are done by data reduction, data triangulation, data presentation and conclusion drawing. The results of this study indicate that UD. Karunia use the full costing method and it is produced that the cost of producing sponge cake is Rp 4.730 per pack. The calculation using the variable costing method resulted in the cost of producing sponge cake amounting to Rp 4.121, resulting in a lower difference of Rp 609. Changes in the calculation of cost of production were made as the basis for adjusting the newselling price of sponge cake to Rp 8.000 per pack and profit decreased by Rp 2.170.405. Research conducted to obtain empirical evidence how the influence of independent variables of intellectual intelligence to accounting with moderating variables of emotional and spiritual intelligence. The research method used is descriptive quantitative with explanatory descriptive or explanatory research. This method is an explanatory research that proves the existence of causal relationship of independent variable (independent variable) that is intellectual intelligence; moderating variable (emotional and spiritual intelligence); and dependent variable (accounted dependent variable). Research begins by conducting library search, followed by primary data collection conducted by using questionnaires and secondary data through data analysis. And for the use of data analysis consists of descriptive analysis, classical assumption test and verification analysis with the method of Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA). This study is a census study with homogeneous and limited population of 92 students, all students of Accounting Graduate Program at UNSOED. Conclusion of research result that is: (1) Intellectual intelligence have influence either positively or signifikan to accountancy. Thus intellectual intelligence can lead students to more easily understand accounting, (2) Intellectual intelligence can be strengthened by emotional intelligence on accounting both positively and significantly. (3) Spiritual intelligence can strengthen the influence of intellectual intelligence on accounting both positively and significantly.

Objective of this research; 1) determine the perception of ranchers against the properties and behavior of the leadership of the companion in the Society of Al-Awwaliyah 2) analyze the relationship between productivity breeder with productivity of livestock in the Society of Al-Awwaliyah 3) identify the relationship perceptions of ranchers against the leadership companion with productivity of livestock in the Society of Al-Awwaliyah , The data used in this study are primary and secondary data. Primary data were obtained from questionnaires which stem from ranchers while secondary data sourced from literature in the form of books and articles. Data processing was performed using Chi-square analysis using SPSS software version 21. One of the factors relating to the productivity of ranchers is the perception of ranchers against the leadership of their companion. Leadership companion views of the nature and behavior of which is owned by a companion. Productivity ranchers indirectly related to the productivity of the cattle business. Characteristics breeder visits of age, years of education, experience ranchers, and businesses in addition to ranchers. The results of data analysis showed that there is a significant relationship between business other than ranchers with ranchers productivity. The relationship between the perception of the nature of the companion breeder with productivity ranchers produce Pearson Chi-Square value is 9.751 and Asymp. Sig. (2-sided) of 0.002. This is due to interest ranchers against leadership qualities possessed by a companion who produce prolific ranchers. Ranchers consider that a companion of his leadership qualities are ideal as a companion.

The research is proposed to test the influence of Leadership and Motivation Work on Public Service Quality. The population in this study was the Kantor Kementerian Agama Sungai Penuh who had received the last 1 year service at the Kantor Kementerian Agama Sungai Penuh, amounting to 260 people. Furthermore, by using the Slovin formula, a sample size of 158 people was chosen with a sampling technique based on Simple Random Sampling. This study uses primary data and secondary data. Data analysis techniques used are path analysis and hypothesis testing using t test with data analysis using SPSS version 20. The results of the study based on showing that partially the Leadership and motivation work have a positive and significant effect on Public Service Quality. The results also show that motivation work variables act as intervening variables between Leadership and Public Service Quality.

This study aims to identify and analyze opportunities, challenges, constraints and efforts of vocational high school or Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan (SMK) to create graduates especially accounting programs that are able to manage village funds. The object of the study are accounting program students of SMK PGRI 2 Cibinong. Data used in this study are primary data and secondary data. Data is collected using interviews, observation, and documentation. Data analysis methods use data reduction, data display and conclusion drawing/verification. The results of this study show that the SMK PGRI 2 Cibinong Bogor aware of the opportunities for SMK graduates of the accounting program to fill the scarcity of skilled human resources to manage village funds. But teachers have less experience in the practice of village fund accounting so that they do not have confidence in  teaching. Other constraints are less discussion of government accounting in the accounting syllabus and the absence of a standard handbook/module for teachers to teach accounting subjects.

The purpose of this research is to describe "Indonesian language code-mixing in the Javanese utterance of Kartini film by Hanung Bramantyo". In this film, there are many types of code-mixing occured, namely: code-mixing of words, code-mixing of frase, and code-mixing of clause. In addition, the film also included code-mixing characteristics based on informal situation. The primary data in this research is phrases and words, whereas, secondary data is a transcription dialogue in the Kartini film by Hanung Bramantyo. This research is qualitative research by using descriptive methods. In analyzing the data, Nababan’s theory is used. Moreover, Chaer and Agustina’s theories are used in analyzing code-mixing. Based on the results of data analysis, it can be concluded that the results of this study include 1) code-mxing of the words kita, aku, and, masuk. Meanwhile the code-mixing of frase can be seen from the words sejak semua and menemukan kebebasanmu and code-mixing of clause can be seen from aku nulis iklan. 2) The characteristic of code-mixing based-situation is the informal situation.
