Abstract The number 4 boiler of a certain power plant happened the boiler fire extinction events. Because of main and auxiliary DPU switched failure, more piece of card took off the network and malfunctioned, both of PAF(Primary Air Fan) stop, which triggered MFT, that lead to the boiler fire-extinguishing. Aimed at the course of the boiler fire-extinguishing and the measure that had been adopted, this paper expounds in detail, analyzes the cause of the incident and other aspects of the problem that the incident exposed to, finally, in view of the existing problems and potential sa1fety hazard, this paper gives specific recommendations.

Background: The article presents the results of a study of ensuring fire safety in medical and preventive institutions (LPI) on the example of the central city hospital.Objectives: Research is aimed at improving the fire safety of hospital complexes and hospitals in modern conditions.Materials and Methods: The study used the methods of system analysis of scientific research and statistical data on ensuring fire safety, methods of structural analysis of the practice of ensuring fire safety of hospital complexes, mathematical methods for calculating the evacuation of people from a building and the spread of a fire in a building, methods for calculating the economic efficiency of means of support fire safety.Results and Discussion: Based on the analysis of fire statistics in healthcare facilities in Russia, it is concluded that it is advisable to improve the fire safety of hospitals and hospital complexes in modern conditions. The point of view is expressed that along with the fact that fire safety in hospitals is observed, the analysis indicates the existing problems in the practice of implementation.Conclusion: In order to increase the level of fire safety, it is possible to introduce: a modern fire alarm system; video of control systems and monitoring of safety of objects on the territory of the medical facility; installation of automatic fire extinguishing systems in fire-hazardous premises; installation of additional emergency lighting and reflectors indicating the direction of evacuation in case of fire and smoke; carrying out organizational and practical measures to ensure the safety of patients in a medical institution in an emergency situation (ES), namely, it is proposed to develop a memo of actions for patients in the hospital complex on inpatient treatment in case of an emergency with a list in the instruction log; provision of medical facilities with individual rescue equipment and provision of hospitals and hospital complexes with highrise buildings with modern evacuation means.International Journal of Human and Health Sciences Vol. 05 No. 04 October’21 Page: 412-417

Waste management is very important to achieve a clean and healthy environmental quality, thus waste must be managed as well as possible by implementing established planning and regulations so that things that are negative for life do not happen. Reuse accompanied by reduced usage is an effective step to overcome existing problems and the lifestyle of the community must be changed with existing waste to be processed into something of value, therefore the government has created innovations in overcoming waste problems, namely using environmentally friendly technology or PLTSa Garbage power plant). The purpose of this research is to describe, know and analyze the effectiveness of waste management as a source of electrical energy in TPA Benowo, Surabaya. This research is a form of research conducted with a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques in this study are interviews, observation and documentation to obtain information related to environmentally friendly technological innovations. The results show that the effectiveness of waste management as a source of electrical energy in TPA Benowo, Surabaya city is effective and is running according to existing regulations by measuring indicators from Riant Nugroho's theory so that with Appropriate the effectiveness of established policies can turn waste into useful goods. with environmentally friendly technology.

This paper studied the concentration distribution of gas extinguishing agent numerically in high velocity flow field. Civil aircraft power plant compartment has been a difficult area for its high velocity flow field formed after fire happens. Focusing on this issue, certain results, such as mass flow rate of agent gas, total mass of agent and extinguishing efficiency were presented. A typical apparatus of fire extinguishing system was set up, and its fire-fighting efficiency was evaluated. Critical ratio of mass flow rate and flow velocity, gas discharge time and locations of gas sample tubes were recommended. The results and data can provide a practical way in fire extinguishing system evaluation in civil aircraft power plant compartment.

This paper briefly introduces the development of constructing Pumped Storage Power Plant(‘PSP’ for short) and discusses the income form of PSP’s gained subject as well as the existing problems. Meanwhile, the modes of investment management and value compensation and the corresponding differences are also analysed. According to the principle of ‘responsibility for individuals and revenue sharing’, the related mathematical model is developed in this paper, and the ‘quota system’ mode of investment management and value compensation in China is also proposed. The mode is beneficial to the reform of investment and construction system, and can provide fresh energy to the development of construction of PSP in China.

The production capacity of Nuclear Island Mechanical Components (NIMC) falls far behind of massive demand of nuclear power increasement. To achieve the goal of nuclear power development in China, the localization progress of key NIMC needs to be speeded up. Taking material of NIMC (not including nuclear fuel and related material) for example, through the analysis and discussion of the standard or norm, status quo of supply and research, production capacity and existing problems of material of NIMC in China, the major obstacles and factors restricting development of nuclear power plant are found out, and the countermeasures and suggestions are also introduced to accelerate the localization progress of key NIMC in this paper.

To improve mechanical properties and corrosion resistance, heat treatment is applied to the mechanical equipment (equipment and piping, etc.) during manufacture or installation. The nuclear class mechanical equipment with high reliability is required in nuclear power plant, but heat treatment is an important factor which affects reliability of mechanical equipment. To have a better view on issues of metal heat treatment, this paper will provide reference for subsequent heat treatment of mechanical equipment in nuclear power plant by analyzing and summarizing existing problems in heat treatment, especially during the reactor pressure vessel such heat treatment of large forgings, so as to avoid same problems.

A summary of Siemens T3000 system digital electro-hydraulic (DEH) self-startup control is proposed. On the foundation of analysis in turbine subgroup logic condition and step sequence, critical link and step sequence of turbine startup process is put forward, which is convenient for operator to master turbine startup characteristics quickly. Existing problems in DEH control logic are revealed and specific disposing measures are given. Application of the system in a 2×660 MW thermal power plant proves a secure and smooth operation of power units.

At present, the development speed of natural gas power generation in China lags far behind the world average level, and there are many problems in the gas electricity industry, including the high gas price of natural gas is difficult to dredge the electricity price, the online electricity quantity is difficult to guarantee, the natural gas supply has the bottleneck, the power plant lacks the bargaining right and so on, which seriously restricts the healthy and sustainable development of the natural power generation industry. On the basis of combing and investigating the existing problems of natural gas power generation in China, this paper expounds the orientation and goal of the development of China's natural gas power generation industry, and puts forward some concrete suggestions for promoting the development of China's natural gas power generation industry.
