Good service quality in public services will give an impetus to the user community to give a good assessment. Good service by the State Civil Servants (ASN) in the Transportation Obligatory Licensing Unit (UPAKWU) in the Karanganyar District Transportation Department was apparently still receiving complaints from the service user community. This shows that there are still some shortcomings in the implementation of the service system in the office. The sampling technique uses accidental sampling method. The data used are primary data obtained directly from respondents by providing a list of questions or questionnaires. Data analysis techniques using Importance-Performance Analysis (IPA) are used to measure the level of satisfaction of someone over the performance of other parties, and Cartesian Diagrams to determine service indicators that satisfy or do not satisfy consumers. The results showed that: Service quality in UPAKWU Karanganyar Regency according to customer perceptions has not been satisfactory, despite having good service performance / above average. Good service quality within the company will create satisfaction for its customers. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of service quality and price accuracy on consumer confidence and its implications for increasing sales. The method used is explanatory research with regression tests, coefficient tests, coefficient of determination tests and hypothesis testing. The results of the study it was found that there is a significant influence between service quality on consumer confidence with a determination value of 40.6% and a probability of significance of 0,000 <0.05. There is a significant influence between the accuracy of prices on consumer confidence with a value of 45.1% determination and a significance probability of 0.000 <0.05. There is a significant influence between service quality and price accuracy simultaneously on consumer trust with a determination value of 60.4% and a significance probability of 0.000 <0.05.

<p>Providing good service to consumers by a company can create customer satisfaction. Two aspects of service quality that play a significant role, in this case, our hotel services and hotel cleanliness. To get around this, entrepreneurs engaged in this field are increasingly competitive in improving service quality, which can meet consumers' needs and desires so that they can compete and develop in competitive conditions. In this study, researchers used the variable dimensions of service quality and hotel cleanliness as The variables that are expected to explain a hotel's good and bad reputation. This study aimed to analyze the effect of hotel services and hotel cleanliness on hotel reputation. This research method is descriptive quantitative with the type of research explanation. This study's population was hotel visitors in Tangerang, with a final sample of 157 respondents selected by the non-probability sampling technique. Methods of data analysis using PLS-SEM. The research shows that the higher the hotel services application will not affect the hotel's reputation during the Covid 19 pandemic. In comparison, the higher the application of hygiene involves the hotel's importance because, during the Covid 19 pandemic, the application of CHSE is the most important in maintaining the reputation of the hotel.</p>Keywords: Hotel Service, Hygiene, Hotel Reputation

In this chapter there is a presentation of Bucovina as an attractive tourism region of Romania, more and more appreciated by native and foreign tourists, having characteristics which distinguish it from the other Romanian tourism regions, namely the monasteries pertaining to UNESCO heritage. Nevertheless, the tourism in Bucovina can be oriented in many directions: historical and religious tourism, sports tourism, balneary tourism, and recreational tourism. The multitude of tourism forms that can be practiced in Bucovina must become well known; the possible visitors need to know that they can practice other forms of tourism besides the religious one, and this is why it is necessary to create the tourism brand of Bucovina. The promotion program of the brand of Bucovina must consider two main objectives: the presentation of the tourist sites and the deliverance of a good service quality.

Along with the growing business growth in shipping services, it creates intense competition, so in order to survive and win the company customers are required to optimize the quality of service and satisfy its customers. Therefore this study aims to determine the effect of service quality on word of mouth mediated by customer satisfaction variables. Population in this research is society which have used service delivery of TIKI. This research was conducted in Denpasar with sample of 110 respondents. Data analysis techniques used consist of path analysis and Sobel Test. The results showed that service quality and customer satisfaction had positive and significant effect on word of mouth. Customer satisfaction is significantly able to mediate the relationship between service quality to word of mouth. This result confirms that good service quality can increase consumer satisfaction of a service with so satisfied consumer will influence other consumer through word of mouth.

The University of Padang (UNP) is one of the educational institutions in implementing e-learning. This research used quantitative method. The researcher evaluated e-learning by using the information success system DeLone & McClean model. This research was expected to be able to find out the overview of UNP e-learning. Based on data analysis, it showed that respondents’ level of achievement (TCR) reached 88.07% was categorized into good. The quality of information showed that the TCR reached 87.36% was categorized into good. Service quality of TCR reached 87.76% was categorized into good. The use that TCR reached 88.24% was categorized into good. Respondents’ satisfaction showed that TCR reached 88.73% was categorized into good. The benefit of TCR reached 84.10% was categorized into good. So, e-learning of Padang University had "Good" measurement on all variables, of course it would affect the use of e-learning itself, especially managed by educators and students' use.

This study discusses the role of brand image in mediating service quality and promotion of car purchase decisions on credit during the Covid-19 period at PT Maybank Indonesia Finance. This research was conducted by using the probability sampling method with the type of simple random sampling. Researchers distributed questionnaires to 100 Maybank Finance consumer respondents in DKI Jakarta and Tangerang. Data analysis using Smart PLS analysis. The results of the analysis conclude that service quality has a positive and significant influence on purchasing decisions. It can be said, good service quality will affect the decision to buy a car on credit at Maybank Finance. The promotion has a positive and significant influence on purchasing decisions. It can be said that the company's promotions will influence the decision to purchase a car on credit at Maybank Finance. Service quality has a positive and significant influence on brand image. Good service quality will form a good brand image in the minds of consumers. The promotion has a positive and significant influence on brand image. If the promotion is increasing, it will affect the company's brand image. Brand image has a positive and significant influence on purchasing decisions. A good brand image will influence the decision to buy a car on credit at Maybank Finance. Brand image is also proven to have a role in mediating service quality on purchasing decisions.

The Semarang Police, as a form of bureaucratic reform in services, uses a Tour Driver's Licenseservice. However, in its implementation, there are still many obstacles, namely inadequate infrastructure for Tour Driver’s License services and lack of human resources. The purpose of this study was to analyze the service quality of a Tour Driver’s License in Semarang Regency and the factors inhibiting and supporting it. This research uses a descriptive qualitative approach. The data analysis technique used is qualitative analysis (data condensation, data presentation and conclusion drawing). Based on the results of data analysis, it can be seen that the service quality of Tour Driver’s Licenses in Semarang Regency is good. Service implementers have the ability and are able to act professionally. It's just that in its implementation it is constrained by a lack of infrastructure, namely there is only one Tour Driver’s License unit, waiting chairs and tents are still not available, and a lack of human resources. There is a need for additional facilities, infrastructure and human resources to support the implementation of Tour Driver’s License services so that they are able to reach all areas in Semarang Regency.

System Information  as a support facility within an institution that is intended to simplify the task of the user, so as to achieve time, cost, and resource saving in decision making. User satisfaction of  System information is one factor or measure of success for any development and implementation of System Information in agency or company. A good Service quality image can be viewed from the point of view or perception  user of the System Information which is the overall assessment of the superiority of a service. This research will analyze the influence of tangibels, reliabillity, responsivenness, communication, understanding the costumers, and Access to the user  satisfaction with system information. Object of this study is the user data in the publication services of the Badan Pusat Statistik Provinsi Sumatera Barat  that uses information systems in search of required data. The results of this study indicate that simultaneously and partially there is a significant influence between variable x with user satisfaction (Y). Abstrak-Tujuan dilakukannya penelitian ini adalah bermaksud mengetahui apakah dengan adanya kualitas pelayanan yang baik dan harga dapat mempengaruhi kepuasan pelanggan Gojek khususnya di Kota Tangerang.  Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah Asosiatif kausal. Sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 100 responden. Metode analisis data menggunakan uji validitas dan reliabilitas, asumsi klasik, regresi linier berganda, koefisien determinasi dan pengujian hipotesis.  Berdasarkan hasil pengujian statistik diperoleh hasil sebagai berikut: Kualitas pelayanan memberikan pengaruh secara positif serta signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan. Harga memberikan pengaruh yang negatif serta signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan. Kualitas pelayanan dan harga Secara simultan dengan menggunakan uji F diketahui memberikan pengaruh positif serta signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan pengguna aplikasi Go-jek di Kota Tangerang.Kata Kunci: kualitas pelayanan, harga, kepuasan pelanggan Abstract-The purpose of this research is to find out whether the existence of good service quality and price can affect Gojek customer satisfaction in Tangerang City. The research method used is causal associative. The sample used was 100 respondents. Methods of data analysis using validity and reliability, classic assumptions, multiple linear regression, coefficient of determination and hypothesis testing. Based on the results of statistical tests the following results are obtained: Service quality has a positive and significant influence on customer satisfaction. Price gives a negative and significant effect on customer satisfaction. Quality of service and price Simultaneously using the F test is known to have a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction of Go-jek application users in the city of Tangerang.Keywords: service quality, price, customer satisfaction
