Good service quality within the company will create satisfaction for its customers. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of service quality and price accuracy on consumer confidence and its implications for increasing sales. The method used is explanatory research with regression tests, coefficient tests, coefficient of determination tests and hypothesis testing. The results of the study it was found that there is a significant influence between service quality on consumer confidence with a determination value of 40.6% and a probability of significance of 0,000 <0.05. There is a significant influence between the accuracy of prices on consumer confidence with a value of 45.1% determination and a significance probability of 0.000 <0.05. There is a significant influence between service quality and price accuracy simultaneously on consumer trust with a determination value of 60.4% and a significance probability of 0.000 <0.05.

This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of Service Quality and Customer Satisfaction on Customer Loyalty in Jabodetabek Commuter Line. The sample of this study was 50 people. Methods of collecting data by distributing questionnaires. Data analysis using the analysis used is simple linear regression, t test and coefficient of determination. The results showed 1) Service Quality has a positive and significant effect on Customer Loyalty in Jabodetabek Commuter Line, with a significance level of 0.048; and supported by the results of hypothesis testing with a t-count value of 4.433 > t-table value of 1.95, with a significance of 0.048 or < 0.05; 2) Customer Satisfaction positive and significant effect on Customer Loyalty in Jabodetabek Commuter Line, with a level significance of 0,000; and supported by the results of hypothesis testing with a t-count value of 4,969 > t-table value of 1.95, with a significance of 0,000 or < 0.05, 3) Service quality and Customer Satisfaction have a positive and significant effect on Customer Loyalty in Jabodetabek Commuter Line, with a significance level of 0,000. This means that the hypothesis H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted so that it can be concluded that service quality and customer satisfaction together have a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty in Jabodetabek Commuter Line.

<p>Highly competition requires university to be more sensitive to the interest students as one of stakeholders. Polytechnic LP3I Jakarta Campus Cimone has many competitors amid the dynamics of increasingly fierce competition of higher education. This research aims to analyze the effect of Service quality, Price and Brand Image of Students Satisfaction. A theory used in research is based on opinion from Andriyani, Suwandi Mananeke &amp; Taroreh, Fatriansyah. There is an effect between Service Quality, Price and Brand Image to Customer Satisfaction. This research use a quantitative method by distributing a questionnaire. The amount of population are 408 students and the sample is 80 people by Slovin formulas. Based on research result using linear regression analysis multiple SPSS version 20 indicated that: The independent variable Service Quality, Price and Brand Image jointly tested by F test proved positive and significant influence on the Student Satisfaction and the magnitude of the effect seen from the coefficient of determination (R<sub>2</sub>) was 41,8 %. To test the hypothesis of the use F test and t test. The purpose of the research is to determine the effect of the promotion mix, service quality, and company image toward satisfaction of Al-Shahba Malang pilgrims through the pilgrims’ trust as an intervening variable. Population of this research is based on consumer who choosing and using Al-Shahba Malang’s umrah package in 2016-2018 as many 276 people. Sample used in this research covers 163 consumer using purposive sampling technique. In this research, the data collection techniques is by questionnaires, interviews, observations, and documentations. The data gained from questionnaires was analyzed by using instrument test, path analysis, hypoteshis testing and the coefficient of determination with SPSS 21.0 version. The research proves that the three independent variables : promotion mix, service quality, and corporate image, has a positive and significant influence on the pilgrims’ trust. The promotion mix, service quality, and corporate image has a positive and significant influence on the pilgrims’ satisfaction. The pilgrims’ trust has a positive and significant influence on the pilgrims’ satisfaction. And the promotion mix, service quality, corporate image has a positive and significant indirect influence on the pilgrims’ satisfaction through pilgrims’ trust as an intervening variable.

The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the effect oprice, service quality, and customer relationship management on the purchase decision of Asuransi Astra Garda OtoMedan, JL.ImanBonjol. The data used are primary data obtained from the answer of 85 respondents by accidental sampling method. Data collection techniques used in this study used a questionnaire and interview technique. Data analysis techniquesin the study used linear regression, classic assumption  tests, hypothesis testing (t test and f test) and the coefficiecnt of determination. Hypothesis testing results indicate that partially (t) obtained value for t count price of 2,833 > t table 1,658 and sig value obtained 0,005<0,05 which means that price has a positive and significant influence on purchasing decisions in using Astra Insurance services (Garda Oto). Partially obtained value for service quality tcount 5.152 >ttable 1.658 and sig value obtained 0.000 <0.05 which means that service quality has a positive and significant influence on purchasing decisions in using Astra Insurance (Garda Oto) services, partially obtained value for customer relationship management t count 8.878 > 1.658 t table and the sig value obtained is 0.000 <0.05 which means that customer relationship management has a positive and significant influence on purchasing decisions in using Astra Insurance (Garda Oto) services, for the F test results obtained calculated F value = 77.769 > f table (2.69), and a significance probability of 0.000 <0.05, meaning that simultaneously prices, service quality and customer relationship management have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions in using Astra Insurance Services (Garda Oto). The purpose of this study is to measure how much influence social media Instagram and consumer confidence in millennial purchase interest. The variables of this research are Instagram social media (X1), consumer trust (X2) and millennial purchase interest (Y). The method used in this study is a quantitative research method with an associative approach, by distributing 200 online questionnaires to millennials of productive age. The analysis technique used to test the hypothesis in this study is the path analysis. Hypothesis test results show intagram social media and consumer trust have a significant influence on millennial buying interest and mediation hypothesis testing results show that consumer confidence variables mediate Instagram social media on millennial buying interest. This study discusses the role of brand image in mediating service quality and promotion of car purchase decisions on credit during the Covid-19 period at PT Maybank Indonesia Finance. This research was conducted by using the probability sampling method with the type of simple random sampling. Researchers distributed questionnaires to 100 Maybank Finance consumer respondents in DKI Jakarta and Tangerang. Data analysis using Smart PLS analysis. The results of the analysis conclude that service quality has a positive and significant influence on purchasing decisions. It can be said, good service quality will affect the decision to buy a car on credit at Maybank Finance. The promotion has a positive and significant influence on purchasing decisions. It can be said that the company's promotions will influence the decision to purchase a car on credit at Maybank Finance. Service quality has a positive and significant influence on brand image. Good service quality will form a good brand image in the minds of consumers. The promotion has a positive and significant influence on brand image. If the promotion is increasing, it will affect the company's brand image. Brand image has a positive and significant influence on purchasing decisions. A good brand image will influence the decision to buy a car on credit at Maybank Finance. Brand image is also proven to have a role in mediating service quality on purchasing decisions.

The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of the systematic of risk, market timing, and fund size toward sharia fixed income mutual funds in Indonesia period 2014-2018 partially and simultaneously. This research uses a quantitative approach and uses multiple linear regression tests to determine the relationship between exogenous variables and endogenous variable. The result of this research shows that systematic risk and fund size are partially have significant influence to the sharia fixed income mutual funds performance. Meanwhile, market timing is partially have insignificant influence to the sharia fixed income mutual funds performance. While simultaneously, systematic risk, market timing and fund size have significant influence to the sharia fixed income mutual funds performance with the coefficient of determination is 31,9% while the remaining 68,1% is influenced by other variables not included in this research.Keywords: Sharia Mutual Fund Performance, Systematic Risk, Market Timing, Fund Size

In Economic Sociology, social attachment is something that cannot be denied, especially in economic behavior. The purpose of this study was to determine the embandedness of socio-economic status and self-control of the consumptive behavior of students at the MA Khazanah Kebajikan Ciputat. The method used is descriptive method with an associative approach. The sampling technique used was proportional random sampling using the method of saturated sampling technique with a sample of 73 respondents. The analysis tool uses validity test, reliability test, classic assumption test, regression analysis, correlation coefficient analysis, coefficient of determination analysis and hypothesis testing. The results of this study are the embandedness of socio-economic status has a positive and significant effect on the consumptive behavior of students by 41.7%. Hypothesis testing is obtained tcount> ttable or (7.133> 1.994), so that H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted, meaning there is a positive and significant influence between the embandedness of socio-economic status on the consumptive behavior of students at MA Khazanah Kebajikan Ciputat Office. Self-control has a positive and significant effect on student consumptive behavior by 40.2%. Hypothesis testing is obtained tcount> ttable or (6.906> 1.994) so that H0 is rejected and H2 is accepted meaning that there is a positive and significant influence between self-control on the consumptive behavior of students on. A simultaneous test of the embandedness of socio-economic status and self-control has a positive and significant effect on the consumptive behavior of students with a contribution of 48.4%, while the remaining 53.2% is influenced by other factors. Hypothesis testing obtained the value of Fcount> Ftable or (39.814> 2.740), thus Ho is rejected and H3 is accepted. This means that there are positive and significant simultaneous influences between embandedness of socio-economic status and self-control on the consumptive behavior of students at the MA Khazanah Kebajikan Ciputat

Abstrak-Tujuan dilakukannya penelitian ini adalah bermaksud mengetahui apakah dengan adanya kualitas pelayanan yang baik dan harga dapat mempengaruhi kepuasan pelanggan Gojek khususnya di Kota Tangerang.  Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah Asosiatif kausal. Sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 100 responden. Metode analisis data menggunakan uji validitas dan reliabilitas, asumsi klasik, regresi linier berganda, koefisien determinasi dan pengujian hipotesis.  Berdasarkan hasil pengujian statistik diperoleh hasil sebagai berikut: Kualitas pelayanan memberikan pengaruh secara positif serta signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan. Harga memberikan pengaruh yang negatif serta signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan. Kualitas pelayanan dan harga Secara simultan dengan menggunakan uji F diketahui memberikan pengaruh positif serta signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan pengguna aplikasi Go-jek di Kota Tangerang.Kata Kunci: kualitas pelayanan, harga, kepuasan pelanggan Abstract-The purpose of this research is to find out whether the existence of good service quality and price can affect Gojek customer satisfaction in Tangerang City. The research method used is causal associative. The sample used was 100 respondents. Methods of data analysis using validity and reliability, classic assumptions, multiple linear regression, coefficient of determination and hypothesis testing. Based on the results of statistical tests the following results are obtained: Service quality has a positive and significant influence on customer satisfaction. Price gives a negative and significant effect on customer satisfaction. This research was conducted at the Agency Financial Management, Income and Regional Assets of Karo District with 41 employees as a sample which aims to determine: (1) significant influence of organizational on organizational commitments, (2) significant influence of organizational culture on organizational commitments and (3) influence organizational and organizational culture significantly to organizational commotments. The results showed that there was an influence of organizational on organizational commitments which was marked in the variable X1 with a value of tcount > ttable and there was also the influence of the organizational culture on organizational commitments marked in variable X2 with a value of  tcount > ttable. The value of Fcount > Ftable shows that there is an influence of organizational and organizational culture on organizational commitments. The results of the calculation show that where rcount > rtable, all respondents' answers are valid. The Cronbach Alpha value is greater than 0.60, so the variable is reliable. In this study, there was no multicollinearity and heteroscedasticity neither. The multiple linear regression test is written in the regression equation Y=0,240+0,672X1+0,148X2. From the tests conducted, it was found that the samples were normally distributed. Based on the results of hypothesis testing, it was obtained that the value of tcount > ttable (6.600>2.022) for the organizational variable and (3,202>2.022) for the organizational culture variable; Fcount > Ftable (70,235>3,24); and the coefficient of determination obtained 80,7% while the remaining 19,3% is influenced by other variables outside of this study that must be considered in order to achieve better employee performance in the future. So Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected, so it can be concluded that there is an influence of motivation and work environment on employee performance.
