Collaboration is essential in learning ensemble music. It is unclear, however, whether an individual benefits more from collaborative or individual rehearsal in the initial stages of such learning. In nonmusical domains, the effect of collaboration has been mixed, sometimes enhancing and sometimes inhibiting an individual’s learning process. In music, observational studies suggest collaborative rehearsal is indeed effective. In the present study, we compared collaborative and individual rehearsal directly and experimentally. Vocalists studied some pieces alone (with or without accompaniment) and some pieces collaboratively in groups of three. Their immediate performance and memory results indicated that accompaniment in solo sessions enhanced individual learning, and more importantly, collaboration had a detrimental effect. The findings are discussed within the general framework of blocking or free-riding theories.

Through an inclusive madrasah model with its learning model bringing together regular and special needs learners in an educational environment, the educator can realize the values of humanism in the learning process. The manifestation of humanism values can be set forth in the design of inclusive madrasah curriculum development with the approach of religious humanism consisting of four models of curriculum development is duplication model, modification, substitution, and omission. The four curriculum models are described in the Lesson Plan and Individual Learning Program (PPI) designed by internalizing the values of religious humanism through modeling, modeling and habituation activities in the learning process in the classroom or outside the classroom.

This writing method uses a descriptive analysis approach from a number of literatures from journals, books and other documents. There are four aspects of individual differences that must be considered by teachers and principals in a teaching and learning process that includes physical-motor differences, intelligence differences, differences in language skills, and psychological differences. Understanding individual differences here is by carrying out individualized instruction (individual learning). Also provides opportunities for children to learn independently (Independent Study) by developing individual learning (individual instruction) in accordance with the level of their needs.

Kata kunci : gaya belajar, visual, audio, kinestetik, metode incremental Abstract Learning can be interpreted as the process of an individual who experiences changes in behavior due to increased experience. The ability of a person to understand and absorb information when the learning process must be different levels of time, some are fast, medium or slow. This speed difference is influenced by several factors, one of the factors is the way or learning style of the individual. Learning styles have 3 types, namely visual, audio and kinesthetic, students can find out the appropriate learning style by doing tests by answering questions related to individual learning methods. The purpose of this study is to create a web-based learning style identification application using incremental methods. It is expected that this research can contribute to students to find their learning styles and have an impact on understanding absorbing information when the learning process is faster. In this paper, we believed that social tag is a new paradigm of resource organizing and sharing. It is a very suitable technology using in e-learning systems. We discussed with the learning process in the e-learning system based on social tags. We brought forward a new individual learning process model based on social tags. And we compared with the new learning process model and traditional process model. The new individual learning process model could improve the interaction between learners and between human and computers. The social tags could help the e-learning system build the learners preference model and knowledge model.

Endometrial polyps are benign localized lesions of the endometrium, which are commonly seen in women of reproductive age. Observational studies have suggested a detrimental effect of endometrial polyps on fertility. The natural course of endometrial polyps remains unclear. Expectant management of small and asymptomatic polyps is reasonable in many cases. However, surgical resection of endometrial polyps is recommended in infertile patients prior to treatment in order to increase natural conception or assisted reproductive pregnancy rates. There is mixed evidence regarding the resection of newly diagnosed endometrial polyps during ovarian stimulation to improve the outcomes of fresh in vitro fertilization cycles. Hysteroscopy polypectomy remains the gold standard for surgical treatment. Evidence regarding the cost and efficacy of different methods for hysteroscopic resection of endometrial polyps in the office and outpatient surgical settings has begun to emerge.

Computer technology with its complex algorithms system made for a wide range benefits to support the efficiency of time and material of human labor. Because of that reason it has given a great contribution to the problem solving of human as its user, which commonly called the brain‐ware. Learning process is a human activity which is practiced on a daily basis. Various written and auditory obstacles faced by teachers and students. In music teaching, for example, a teacher gives examples by playing a musical instrument or through vocal practice. This activity is an example of manually teaching process that of course having some limitations. The purpose of this study is to provide an alternative in learning process that has interactive values. Computer technology will be contributed to make the learning process to be easier then mconventional way, for example, arranging or composing a piece of music in a form of large or small groups without requiring a huge cost. In order to fulfill musical creativity needs, current computer technology has been developing an intelligent electronic devices that can help users to access music menu application program by easily pressing buttons. Computer technology comprises unseparated parts of hardware and software due to their interrelated functions. The first as an electronic media while the second as a system for an operator person to command the computer in order to achieve his needs. This research has resulted an alternative formula in music learning‐teaching process by using computer technology, especially for several applied subjects such as arranging music and others theoretical subjects, for example music theory, harmony, counterpoint, and composition.
