This study aims to analyze the factors influencing physical evidence on student decisions in choosing the Management Study Program, Faculty of Economics and Business, Universitas Ahmad Dahlan, either simultaneously or partially. This research is explanatory research with a quantitative approach. This study uses multiple analysis tests to find the partial and simultaneous effect between the dependent and independent variables. The validity and reliability used in this study have met the requirements. The results of this study indicate that facility exterior, facility interior, and other tangibles factors influencing the decision to choose the Management Study Program, Faculty of Economics and Business, Universitas Ahmad Dahlan. The result also shows that Physical Evidence Variables are simultaneously influencing the student's decision to choose the Management Study Program, Faculty of Economics and Business, Universitas Ahmad Dahlan.

This study adopts a service quality approach and importance performance analysis (IPA) applied to tertiary institutions, to analyze how big the role of service in tertiary institutions (lecturers and employees) is towards students who in certain contexts are valued as consumers. This research was conducted at the University of Flores management study program, with 50 samples (stratified random sampling). Test the suitability and accuracy of the data by conducting validity and reliability tests, data analysis using the SERVQUAL and IPA methods by assessing physical evidence, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, empathy on the basis of GAP value considerations and priority plots using Cartesian Diagrams. The results showed the Management study program needs to improve service priority (GAP) whose value exceeds -0.5 and low priority value in the plot diagram.

The decision to study in a major is a big challenge among most students. They will consider the existing conditions or circumstances. If the circumstances or conditions seem not in accordance with what is expected, there will be doubts which result in the decision not to choose the expected study program. Although in making a decision to take education in a study program, a consideration is needed, however, students of the Management study program have not conducted an analysis of the study program they are taking. The research approach used is a quantitative approach. From the calculation, the t-count value is 19.794 with a significance level of 0.000 or a sig value <0.05, the first hypothesis which states "the reputation of the university affects the student's decision to choose Management Study Program at the University of Flores" is accepted. From the calculation results, the t-count value is 0.887 with a significance level of 0.377 or sig> 0.05, thus the second hypothesis which states "tuition costs affect students' decisions to choose Management Study Program at the University of Flores" is rejected. From the calculation results, it is obtained that the t-count value is 5.295 with a significance level of 0.000 or a sig value <0.05, the third hypothesis which states "lecture facilities affect the student's decision to choose Management Study Program at the University of Flores" is accepted.

The curriculum has a position and a very important position in the education process, the curriculum is a requirement and an inseparable part of the education itself. Through the curriculum can provide the competencies needed by the world of work to students, so it is necessary for students to graduate they will be easily absorbed in the world of work in accordance with the competencies that they got during college. The purpose of this research is to see the relevance of the curriculum in the management of study programs for restaurants in South Sulawesi. The method used in this study is a quantitative approach. Based on the results of the study found that the existing curriculum is relevant to restaurants this can be measured by the absorption of alumni who work in the hotel and restaurant sector as much as 98.94%. in addition, the waiting time for alumni to get an average job is 3-6 months. Relevant competence, it is expected that the Department of Hospitality Management Study Program of Makassar Tourism Polytechnic produces good products that are ready for work. Materials that are highly relevant to the needs of work must be maintained or improved because competition in the workforce is very fierce.

The research entitled "Perceptions Differences of Accounting Student and Management Study Program on Quality of Education Services at Catholic University of Musi Charitas Palembang is a study of consumer behavior regarding the perception of the five dimensions of education quality including reliability, responsiveness, assurance, empathy, and physical evidence from the university that he is chosen. The purpose of the study is to prove whether there is a difference in the perception of education quality from the students in Management and Accounting Study Program at the Catholic University of Musi Charitas. The type of research used is case study by using survey technique. Data collection techniques used is to spread the 5-point Likert questionnaire that is from Very disagree until Strongly agree. Population in this research is active student, Batch 2015/2016 until Batch 2016/2017 Management and Accounting Study Program Catholic University of Musi Charitas Palembang. Sampling technique used non probability sampling that is purposive sampling. Based on the results of the differences test using the Mann-Whitney test proved that the perception of students of Accounting Study Program on the quality of education in Unika Musi Charitas (Mdn = 2143) in general it is difference significantly with the students perception of Management Study Program on the quality of education in Catholic University of Musi Charitas (Mdn = 2907) with significance 0.008 <0.05 (Ho is rejected). If it is seen from each variable, then reliability, responsiveness, and guarantee prove the difference of perception between student of Accounting and Management Study Program. While the variable of empathy and physical evidence do not prove the difference of perception between student of Accounting and Management Study Program.

This study aims to determine the effect of promotion on the decision of students to choose the Islamic Education Management Study Program of the Faculty of Tarbiyah and Teachers of the Darussalam Islamic Institute of Academic Year 2019/2020. As one of the factors influencing students' decision to choose a study program, promotion is one of the most important variables in the marketing mix undertaken by a company or educational institution. This research is a quantitative research. This type of research uses quantitative descriptive. Data collection techniques using a questionnaire or questionnaire that has been tested for validity and reliability. To find out whether there is a significant influence between promotion of student decisions in choosing the Islamic Education Management Study Program at the Faculty of Tarbiyah and Teaching Institute of Islamic Religion in the Academic Year 2019/2020 using Pearson's product moment formula. After analyzing the data collected, it was found that (1) the results of the questionnaire were about promotion with 53 respondents classified as very good with the percentage of 88.60% (2) the results of the questionnaire about the student's decision were classified as very good with a percentage of 88.86%. (3) Effect of Promotion on Students' Decisions to Choose Islamic Education Management Study Program of the Tarbiyah and Teaching Faculty of Islamic Republic of Darussalam Academic Year 2019/2020 shows an effect of 90.63%, with the results of t count then 0.935 is between 0.80 - 1,000 Very strong.

The problem in this study is whether entrepreneurial attitudes and education partially have a significant on entrepreneurial interest student of management study program, Faculty of Economics and Business, Wijaya Kusuma University, Surabaya. The aim is to determine the effect entrepreneurial attitudes and education on interest in entrepreneurship whether significant or not. Variable identification consists of independent ang dependent variables. The independent variables are entrepreneurial attitudes and education, while the dependent variable is interest in entrepreneurship. The sample is determined by purposive sampling while the analysis is using multiple linear regression. The results of hypothesis testing carried out by t test are attitudes have a positive and significant effect on entrepreneurial interest in students of management study program of Faculty of Economics and Business University of Wijaya Kusuma Surabaya while entrepreneurship education has a positive effect but does not have a significant on entrepreneurship in interest. To increase the interest in entrepreneurship among students, the cultivation of entrepreneurial attitudes needs to be fostered, among others, through the culvitation of self-confidence, inisiative, a spirit of leadership, courage in taking risks and being creative. The Faculty of Economics and Business, University of Wijaya Kusuma Surabaya and lecturers of the Entrepreneurship Course must do their best to make this course a trigger for the emergence entrepreneurial interes among students. Things that can be done include rearranging course materials, the learning process, lecture facilities and infrastructure as well as entrepreneurial practice activities. Service quality is a fundamental factor in a company engaged in the service sector, in this case BRI Branch Adisucipto Yogyakarta Cilacap. Customer satisfaction can be seen from each level of service provided massively. The results of this study indicate that the validity and reliability instrument testing for all service variables, Tangibles (X1), Reliability (X2), Responsiveness (X3), Assurance (X4), and Emphaty (x5) has taken care of the provisions. Meanwhile, from the test results the value of 17.157 and F table of 2.47 with a significance of 0.000. Therefore (17.157> 2.47) with a significance value less than 0.05 (sig responsiveness (Responsiveness), guarantee (Assurance) and empathy (Emphaty) to customers at the Kawunagnten Cilacap Branch of BRI Bank. And for testing the / R square gets 0.477, which means that the Tangible, Reliability, Responsiveness, Assurance and Emphty variables in this study can serve customers by 47.7% while the remaining 53.3% are from other variables outside the independent variables. From this research, the conclusion is that the customers of BRI Adisucipto Yogyakarta Branch are quite satisfied with the services provided, but there are several things that are important and need to be considered such as the Tangibles variable because physical evidence is abstract and must be felt directly by the customer. Tangibles quality of service, including adequate physical appearance of the room (waiting room, seating, comfortable interior), parking for service counters and electronic and communication infrastructure must be available so that the customer does not become difficult if the customer wants to connect with the Bank through the telephone network.

The purpose of this study was to examine and analyze: The factors that influence students in choosing a Management study program at Dr. Soetomo University, Surabaya. This research is motivated by a fairly tight competition between private universities in Surabaya to attract students who will continue their studies at higher education, and the large number of study program choices. To win the competition, each private university tries to improve the quality of its study program with various strategies. On the other hand, students have many choices to decide what study program, and which private university to choose. There are certain study programs and private universities that are very popular, and some are less attractive. Therefore, it is very important that the student decision-making process in choosing a study program in a particular private university is analyzed through a study of consumer behavior. Data analysis used is quantitative, while to analyze quantitative data using multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed the R Square coefficient of 0.682 means that variations in student decisions can be explained by the cultural, social, personality, and psychological variables of 68.2%. While the remaining 31.8% can be explained by other variables not examined by this study. Simultaneous testing shows that the independent variables, namely Culture, Social, Personality, Psychology, jointly affect student decisions. This is indicated by the F Count of 61.517. From testing the research variables partially shows that the independent variables, namely Culture, Social, Personality, Psychology, have an effect on the dependent variable, namely Student Decisions. From the independent variables, namely Culture, Social, Personality, the most dominant variable is psychological. This is indicated by the lowest level of significance, namely α = 0.000 and the greatest coefficient, namely the t value of 4.766. Instititut Agama Islam Negeri (IAIN) Lhokseumawe is the only Islamic education campus in Lhokseumawe city, which one of its faculties is the Faculty of Islamic Economics and Business, consisting of Sharia banking and Sharia Accounting study programs. This research tries to determine factors influencing the students' decision to choose the new study program in the Faculty of Islamic Economics and Business, IAIN Lhokseumawe. This research used analysis factor methods using SPSS. The study samples are Sharia banking and Sharia Accounting students. The research results explained that the investigated two-factor groups: the first-factor group includes the place, process, physical evidence, price, product, decision, and economy. The second-factor group includes positive issues and promotion. The positive issue factor is the highest and dominated the students' decision to choose the study programs. The following factors included place, process, physical evidence, price, product, promotion, decision, and economy. Thus, there is no difference between factor 1 and factor 2 variables influencing the students' decision when choosing the departments. This research is limited to two study programs in an Islamic higher education institution. Future research can involve students' parents and compare with other study programs using other research methods to get a complete picture to deepen the factors influencing students to choose a new study program.

This study aimed at determining students' satisfaction toward the BAAK FEB UMLA service based on tangibles, responsiveness, reliability, empathy, and confidence. This research was a descriptive study with a quantitative approach. The population of this research was semester II students of  Accounting and Management Study Program 2019-2020 as many as 41 students. The samples were obtained through Total Sampling. The data collection technique was attitude scale. Then the data were analyzed using trend test and percentage of a frequency distribution. The results of this study indicated: 1) Students' Satisfaction based on Tangibles aspects was 74.62%, 2) Students' Satisfaction based on Responsiveness aspects was 61.86%, 3) Students' Satisfaction based on Reliability aspects was 72.96%, 4) Students' Satisfaction based on Empathy aspects was 71.77%, 5) Students' Satisfaction based on Assurance aspects was 70.80%.
