Pandawa Beach is one of beaches thatlocatedon the south coast of Bali Island, exactly in Kutuh Village, Kuta Selatan Subdistrict, Badung-Regency. This beach is visited by hundreds of domestic tourists everyday. White sand, shallow beach, limestone hill, and also the clean torquoise water being photography or selfie objects in every single day by domestic tourists. The photos-averagely uploaded to social medias everyday. This activity surely will affect many people to come and visit to Pandawa Beach. Thus, this case made the background of choosing the topic “Facebook’sEffecttoward Visiting-Decision of Domestic Tourists toPandawa Beach” to be researched. The goal of this research is to determine the significance of Facebook’s effect toward-visiting decision of domestic-tourists to Pandawa Beach. The research method that used-in this research are quantitative research method with validity test analysis, reliability test, frequency test, t-test, and correlation analysis to analyze the-Facebook’s effecttoward visiting decision toPandawa Beach. Data sources are gained from primary data and secondary data. Data collecting technique used observation method, documentation, and using-questionnaires. Sample of tourists determination technique used in this research is incidental sampling technique. This research is also limited with theory of planned behavior, concept of social media, concept of visiting decision, and concept of tourists. The results of this research isthat-Facebook haseffecttoward the visiting decision of domestic tourists in Pandawa Beach but the effectis weak. This is caused that the tourist who visits-Pandawa Beach also have references of another good beaches in online social media so the Pandawa Beach is not the location that prioritized or the only one tourist attraction that chosen-to be visited by domestic tourists.   Keywords: Facebook’s Effect, Visiting Decision, Domestic Tourists, Pandawa Beach

The Sacred area of ??Masceti Temple is located in Medahan Village, Blahbatuh District. The Number of tourists began increasing is an indication of the tourism potential that can be developed. This is the background of choosing the topic "Tourist Perception of Masceti Temple Sacred Area in Medahan Village" to be studied. This research used qualitative and quantitative study methods those are qualitative descriptive analysis, validity test analysis, reliability test and frequency analysis to know the perception of tourists to the destination. Data sources from primary data and secondary data. Data completion technique using observation method, interview, literature study, documentation, and questionnaire. The technique of determining tourist samples used in this study is a quota sampling technique. The finding of Tourism Potentials are panoramic nature, socio-cultural, artificial or economical and the perception of tourists to destination consist into four aspects those are tourist perception of tourism attraction, tourist perception of access to location, tourists perception of tourism facility and tourist perception of tourism service. From this research can be concluded that The Sacred Area of Masceti Temple already has tourism potentials which is needed for a way for the development that must follow the rules of The Sacred Area of Masceti Temple. So, it can be realized without reducing the sanctity of Masceti Temple as Kahyangan Jagat Temple in Gianyar regency, Bali. Identity politics is a concept and a political movement which the attention focus is difference as a major political category. In Indonesia the identity politics is more related to ethnicity, religion, ideology, and local interests that are generally represented by elites with their respective articulations, respectively. The direct local elections since 2005 have created an interesting phenomenon, when religious and ethnic-based politics are considered the strategic in attracting sympathy and support from the community. This research is aimed to find out the religion influence and ethnic on the voting behavior by Kupang society in the East Nusa Tenggara Governor and Vice Governor Election 2013. In this research is used Ethnic especially primordial theory by the instrumentalist approach, and religion especially religious and voting behavior approach in psychological and rational. The research method used is quantitative research method with multistage random sampling technique, with the primary data collection method using survey and document analyses as well as literature for secondary data. The results showed that religion and ethnic influence on the Kupang people voting behavior in the East Nusa Tenggara Governor and Vice Governor election 2013.

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of social media promotion (online) and Word of Mouth (WOM) on consumer purchasing decisions at La Tansa Gontor Bookstore. This research is a quantitative research with data sources obtained from primary data in the form of the results of respondents' answers to La Tansa Gontor Bookstore consumers, and secondary data in the form of written information from the web and social media. Questionnaire data was collected using random sampling technique, with an infinite number of populations. The sample used is 300 respondents. The results showed: 1) Social media promotion (online) had a positive and significant effect on consumer purchasing decisions at La Tansa Gontor Bookstore, this was because the social media admin of La Tansa Gontor Bookstore provided good and interesting and responsive information so that it could influence consumers. to make consumer purchasing decisions. 2) Word of Mouth (WOM) has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions because consumers are satisfied with the service and product quality offered.Tujuan dalam penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh promosi media sosial (online) dan Word of Mouth (WOM) terhadap keputusan pembelian konsumen Toko Buku La Tansa Gontor. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantutatif dengan sumber data diperoleh dari data primer berupa hasil jawaban responden konsumen Toko Buku La Tansa Gontor, dan data sekunder yang berupa informasi tertulis dari web dan media sosial. Pengumpulan data angket dilakukan dengan teknik random sampling, jumlah populasi yang tak terhingga. Sampel yang digunakan 300 responden. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan: 1)Promosi media sosial (online) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian konsumen Toko Buku La Tansa Gontor, hal ini disebabkan karena admin media sosial Toko Buku La Tansa Gontor memberikan informasi yang baik dan menarik serta responsif sehingga dapat mempengaruhi konsumen untuk melakukan keputusan pembelian konsumen. 2)Word of Mouth (WOM) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian karena konsumen mnyatakan puas dengan pelayanan dan kualitas produk yang ditawarkan.

The slum area of Meranti Pandak is one of seven slum areas in Pekanbaru City according to Mayor's Decree No. 151/2016, is on the edge of the vulnerable Siak River with overflow due to ups and downs . This study aims to produce a draft slum area design direction as one of the references for related parties to create Pekanbaru free from slum. The research method used is quantitative research method using secondary data as well as primary data with data collection techniques through observation and filling questionnaire . Result of requirement analysis of structuring slums are the three aspects structuring approach settlement infrastructure; improvements to environmental road accessibility, drinking water services , sanitation access fulfillment,wastewater management and waste management and fire hazard security, enhanced oversight of the development of settlement development from internal parties; LKM, TIPP, POKJA and internal resource team as well as from external parties; college, consult's, government and private sectors as well as community empowerment methods; counseling, mentoring and technical assistance.

Tamansari Water Castle is a sub-tourist attraction located in the Keraton Yogyakarta complex, this tourist attraction is famous for its heritage buildings and also for its water palace. Since it was opened to tourists on April 1, 1974 many tourists visited this tourist attraction, both domestic and foreign tourists. Since the opening of this tourist attraction for the first time, which has not yet drawn retribution rates to tourists, there have been several times the rate of retribution increases to enter this tourist attraction. So there needs to be research on the feasibility of increasing the levy rate. In this regard, the author tries to examine the "Studi Kelayakan Peningkatan Tarif Retribusi di Daya Tarik Wisata Tamansari Water Castle".                        The research method used in this study is quantitative research with comparative matrix analysis techniques, to analyze the feasibility of increasing levy rates in the tourist attraction of Tamansari Water Castle. Sources of data from primary and secondary data, data collection techniques using observation, interviews and literature studies, and interview instruments in the form of interview guidelines. One of many social media phenomena, especially on Instagram, is the rising number of accounts with pseudonymous identity, commonly known as Fake Instagram (Finstagram). A private account appears  with a fake username and photo display and small number of followers, with the purpose of being unidentified. The phenomenon starts from the social media standards Instagram trends to social judgements, resulting in users feeling uncomfortable when sharing aside from the implicit standards and trends which are currently happening. From that perspective, this research aims to see whether an influence is present in pseudonymous identity usage on Instagram on self-disclosure. Data of this research is gathered from 100 respondents through questionnaire  using a purposive sampling technique. The result of questionnaire is later researched using a quantitative research method. With the use of simple regression analysis, it is known that pseudonymous identity usage on Instagram (variable X) and self-disclosure (variable Y) have a strong correlations and a significant influence on one another. Based on self-disclosure theory, the result shows that pseudonymous identity usage on Instagram (also known as Finstagram) contributed 43,6% to self-disclosure, whereas the remaining 56,4% is contributed by other factors than pseudonymous identity usage on Instagram.

This study aims to find and examine how the effect of DPK, BOPO, and LDR on Profitability in the Banking Sector Listed on the IDX 2016-2018. Descriptive method is used in this research method and also the quantitative approach, and this type of quantitative research aims to examine the population and sample.  And to examine the population and the sample the researcher used a purposive sampling technique. Population of 44 companies with a sample of 17 companies from 2016-2018. Data collection techniques consist of reviewing documentation data and secondary data sources from the IDX financial statements for the 2016- 2018 period. This research has been tested in multiple linear regression studies. Existing data will be tested with the Classical Assumption Test. Hypothesis testing and classical assumption tests use the T and F tests in SPSS. DPK has a positive and significant effect on profitability partially, BOPO has no effect and is not significant to partially Profitability, LDR has a partial and significant effect on Profitability in the Banking Sector Listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange

Coronavirus Disease 2019 (Covid-19) is a contagious disease caused by a coronavirus where the virus attacks the respiratory tract and can infect humans and animals. Therefore, preventive measures against breaking the chain of transmission of this infectious disease must be carried out as quickly as possible in breaking the chain of transmission of Covid-19. The research objective was to determine the relationship between health promotion through social media and physical distancing policies on behavioral prevention of Covid-19 in urban communities. The research method was quantitative with cross-sectional research design. The population in this research was all urban people who live in the DKI Jakarta area. The sampling technique was accidental sampling of 100 respondents. The data used were primary data through distributing questionnaires and secondary data derived from Jakarta's Covid-19 monitoring data. Data analysis was performed descriptive and the Pearson product moment correlation test. The results showed the relationship between health promotion through social media (with p-value = 0.001 and r = 0.315) and physical distancing policies (with p-value = 0,000 and r = 0.973) on Covid-19 prevention behavior in urban communities. It is hoped that the government will not hesitate in carrying out policies in reducing the spread of Covid-19 and promoting coordination with various related parties. Oleh sebab itu, tindakan pencegahan terhadap memutus rantai penularan penyakit menular tersebut wajib dilakukan secepat mungkin dalam memutus mata rantai penularan Covid-19. Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui hubungan antara promosi kesehatan melalui media social dan kebijakan physical distancing terhadap perilaku pencegahan perilaku Covid-19 pada masyarakat perkotaan. Metode penelitian adalah kuantitatif dengan desain penelitian cross sectional. Populasi dalam penelitian adalah seluruh masyarakat perkotaan yang berdomisili di wilayah DKI Jakarta. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan accidental sampling sebanyak 100 responden. Data yang digunakan data primer melalui penyebaran kuesioner dan data sekunder yang berasal dari data pemantauan Covid-19 DKI Jakarta. Analisis data dilakukan secara deskriptif dan uji korelasi pearson product moment. Hasil penelitian menujukkan hubungan promosi kesehatan melalui media sosial (dengan p-value=0,001 dan r=0,315) dan kebijakan physical distancing (dengan p-value=0,000 dan r=0,973) terhadap perilaku pencegahan Covid-19 pada masyarakat perkotaan. Diharapkan pemerintah tidak ragu dalam menjalankan kebijakan dalam menekan penyebaran Covid-19 serta mengedepankan koordinasi dengan berbagai pihak terkait. Health centers have a role in improving the quality of health services to the community. The distance between the puskesmas and the residents' residences as well as inadequate medical equipment affects people's motivation to come for treatment. The purpose of this study was to determine the motivation of families in the use of the Puskesmas for sick family members. This research is a quantitative research using a descriptive approach. The types of data used in this study are primary data and secondary data. The sample in this study amounted to 48 people who were selected by purposive sampling technique and the respondents were the heads of families residing in the village of Bakaran Batu Dusun V Lubuk Pakam. The results of the study were analyzed by univariate analysis by describing descriptively the frequency distribution and proportion of each variable. Family motivation in using the puskesmas for sick family members showed that the majority of respondents had a low level of motivation. Low family motivation is influenced by several factors, namely based on trust, facilities, distance and availability of health workers   Abstrak Puskesmas mempunyai peran dalam hal peningkatan mutu pelayanan kesehatan kepada masyarakat. Jarak puskesmas dengan tempat tinggal penduduk serta peralatan kesehatan yang tersedia tidak memadai mempengaruhi motivasi masyarakat untuk datang berobat. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui motivasi keluarga dalam pemanfaatan Puskesmas bagi anggota keluarga yang sakit. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan menggunakan pendekatan deskripstif. Jenis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data primer dan data sekunder. Sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 48 orang yang dipilih dengan teknik purpossive sampling dan responden merupakan kepala keluarga yang berada di desa Bakaran Batu Dusun V Lubuk Pakam. Hasil penelitian dianalisis dengan analisa univariat dengan menjabarkan secara deskriptif distribusi frekuensi dan proporsi masing-masing variabel. Motivasi keluarga dalam pemanfaatan puskesmas bagi anggota keluarga yang sakit didapatkan hasil bahwa mayoritas responden memiliki tingkat motivasi yang rendah. Motivasi keluarga yang rendah dipengaruhi oleh beberapa faktor yaitu berdasarkan kepercayaan, fasilitas, jarak dan ketersediaan tenaga kesehatan

The problems faced by the Hulu Sungai Utara Regency General Election Commission (KPU) problems in terms of the implementation of the General Election Commission's (APK) Campaign Props only allow for the installation of a maximum of 5 (five) billboards, limitation of the location of billboards and APK Designs. not in accordance with the provisions made by the Candidate. The purpose of this study was to identify and analyze the implementation of PKPU 23, 28 and 33 of 2018 regarding the installation of campaign props in the Hulu Sungai Utara Regency and the factors that hindered the implementation. The research method is qualitative descriptive, type and source of data, namely primary data through observation, interviews while secondary data through data that is on the General Election Commission and related services in Hulu Sungai Utara Regency, the technique used in sampling is the purposive sampling technique is withdrawal of samples in purpose or can be determined in accordance with the requirements (characteristics, characteristics, characteristics, criteria). The results of the study show that in the Implementation of PKPU 23, 28 and 33 regarding the installation of Campaign Teaching Devices in the Upper Sungai Utara District it has been going well, where one indicator is the coordination that is always carried out by election organizers, communicating all related matters Terms of installation of Campaign Teaching Devices. This is evidenced by the lack of cases of alleged violations which were only 29 cases. And the factors that influence are factors of Communication, Human Resources, Attitudes and Bureaucracy. The suggestions given for input include the need for socialization, the implementers of election oversight in the field must also understand the rules correctly, and the authors hope that election organizers, both KPU and Bawaslu, have the same understanding of PKPU's provisions on campaign props.
