One characteristic of an autistic child is having obstacles in attention span, which affects their learning process. Children with autism need appropriate learning methods to help them engaging the learning process. This study is aimed at figuring out an appropriate learning method for the subject in recognizing letters. The main question of this study is how to improve the subject’s attention span in learning letter recognition. This case study was conducted through five processes, i.e.: (1) accessing the subject; (2) analyzing the problem; (3) preparing interventions for the subject; (4) implementing interventions; (5) evaluating the effects of interventions. The study found that the learning method of movement and song can enhance the autistic child’s attention span. Therefore, children with autism need appropriate learning methods based on their interests.[Salah satu karakteristik anak autis adalah memiliki hambatan dalam rentang perhatian, yang berdampak pada proses pembelajaran. Anak autis memerlukan metode belajar yang sesuai dengan karakteristiknya,  agar dapat membantu proses belajarnya. Studi kasus ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui metode belajar yang sesuai untuk subjek dalam mengenal huruf. Pertanyaan utama pada penelitian ini adalah bagaimana cara meningkatkan rentang perhatian subjek dalam pembelajaran pengenalan huruf. Proses yang telah dilakukan yaitu: (1) mengases subjek; (2) menganalisis permasalahan; (3) menyusun intervensi untuk subjek; (4) menerapkan intervensi; (5) mengevaluasi efek intervensi. Kesimpulan dari studi ini adalah terdapat peningkatan rentang perhatian pada subjek, setelah menggunakan metode belajar gerakan dan lagu. Anak autis memerlukan metode belajar yang sesuai dengan minatnya.]

Autism is a pervasive disorder in children characterized by disorders and delays in cognitive, language, behavior, communication and social interactions. Autistic children in general will experience obstacles in learning, related to lack of social skills and behavior patterns that are not the same as children in general. One of the characteristics of children with autism is having a barrier in attention span, which has an impact on the learning process. Autistic children need learning methods in accordance with their characteristics, so that they can help their learning process. This research uses qualitative research methods with case study research type. The subjects of this study were parents and therapists who handled children with autism in the X therapy center in Padang city. Data collection techniques in this study were observation and interviews. This case study aims to determine the learning methods used by therapists in teaching are suitable for the subject in recognizing letters as well as obstacles and solutions in providing letter recognition teaching to children with autism. The question in this study is how to increase the attention span of children with autism in learning letter recognition and what obstacles the therapist encounters in the process of teaching letter recognition and how to solve the obstacles in the teaching process.

Learning is influenced by several components, such as educators, learners, learning materials, learning methods, infrastructure and the environment. Learning method has a very important role for the achievement of goals, because without methods, the subject matter can not be delivered effectively. Among the methods that are effective in education on the subjects of Akidah Akhlak is the story method. The technique used in this method is to reveal historical events originating from the Qur'an containing moral, spiritual, and social values, both on stories of goodness and injustice. This is a qualitative research and the main  data is related to Akidah Akhlak Learning of  in MAN 2 Banyumas. The data were obtained through observation, interview and documentation. The application of story method in akidah akhlak learning in MAN 2 Banyumas represents a variation in the learning process and is expected to help educators in delivering the subject matter. through this method,students will be moremore enthusiastic and more easily understand the material during the learning process.

The article observes the results of the questionnaire of 1923 tenth-formers and their mathematics teachers. Statistical analysis of these results has been done using SPSS 13.0.The practice of curriculum differentiation in Lithuania is the subject of the observation.The research has shown that about 70 per cent of teachers more or less base their syllabus on the content of the textbook. The students’ achievements are dependent both on the teacher‘s understanding that syllabus has to be adapted to the students and ability to do that effectively. The following conclusion could be done: about 60 per cent of mathematics teachers should improve their competence in planning and developing syllabus.Organizing learning process about 80 per cent of teachers basically use reproductive teaching-learning method which requires little independent students’ activity. The institutions that prepare teachers and care about their competence should pay more attention to teachers’ qualification to apply teaching and learning methods in practice.The article has also observed the students and teachers’ understanding of principles and criteria and assessment used in schools and the quality of students’ feet-back.More attention should be paid to teachers’ competence providing faster and more efficient feet-back to students and help they need.

The purpose  of this activity is for increasing  students interest  in learning  at MI Nasrul  Ulum Klagensrampat. This activity uses a learning  method in conveying material  to students.By applying this method the writer hopes that the learning process can be achieved properly. Therefore, it is very important for educators  to recognize several kinds of learning  methods so that students feel happy and comfortable when learning takes place. The writing of this work were supported by the researcher’s activity after doing identification  and communication with the teacher,  so that the researchers and the teacher  were able to find out the obstacles faced by the students in teaching and learning  activity which has been done. [TAFSEER LEARNING METHODS IN 'ULUM AL-QUR'AN BASED SCHOOL]. This paper is aimed to respond to the lack of formulation of tafsir learning methods at schools. This study shows that the learning method with the basis of Ulum al-Qur’an consists of three aspects, i.e. the foundation, learning material, and method. The foundation of tafsir learning comprises three elements; it must be based on the function of the Qur'an, gradual, and not burdensome. Then, the learning materials of tafsir can use the stories contained in the Qur'an, asbab al-nuzul (reason of revelation), and the main themes of the Qur'an. Meanwhile, the tafsir learning process uses the ijmali method. This is a library based study with data sources from books, especially ‘Ulum al-Qur'an Mabahits fi 'Ulum al-Qur'an by Manna' al-Qathan, 'Ulum al-Qur'an by Nuruddin' Itr, Kaidah Tafsir by M. Quraish Shihab, and Membumikan Ulumul Qur’an by Ahsin Sakho Muhammad as well as research results in the form of journals and others in the field of education. In the process, this study uses a descriptive-analytical method with a content analysis approach and contextual interpretation.

This study aims to know the Qawa'id learning process from the perspective of Cognitive Theory at the Raudhatut Thalibin Islamic boarding school in the village of Tayur Hulu Sungai Utara (HSU) of South Kalimantan, Indonesia and to know the Qawa'id learning method with the Cognitive Theory perspective in the boarding school. This type of study is descriptive qualitative one. Data are collected through interview, observation, and documentation. The collected data was analyzed by means of the interactive model (interactive model) of Miles and Huberman. The results of this study reveal that the steps of Qowaid learning in the perspective of cognitive theory are as follows. (1) The teacher explains in advance the material to be taught using the deductive method. (2) The teacher gives examples of what has been explained before. (3) The teacher asks the students to memorize qowaid and vocabulary contained in the sentences or text they are learning. (4) The teacher will not move from one rule to another before the students really understand one rule first. The Qowaid learning methods used in the perspective of cognitive theory, namely; (1) the Nahw wa Tarjamah Method (Grammar Translation), (2) the deductive method, (3) the question and answer method, (4) and the bahtsul masa'il method.

AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peningkatan proses belajar mengajar Permainan Bola Voli Melalui Metode Pembelajaran Games and competition Pada Siswa Kelas V SD Negeri 14 Lebong Selatan. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada jam belajar Penjasorkes kelas V SD Negeri 14 Lebong Selatan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK), penelitian ini secara obyektif atau apa adanya dengan subyek siswa kelas V SD Negeri 14 Lebong Selatan berjumlah 15 orang. Penelitian ini dilakukan dalam 2 siklus, setiap siklus terdiri dari empat tahapan yaitu : (1) perencanaan,  (2) pelaksanaan tindakan, (3) observasi, dan (4) refleksi. Jenis data yang dikumpulkan adalah data kualitatif berupa hasil observasi aktivitas guru dan siswa pada saat proses belajar-mengajar berlangsung. Adapun hasil pengamatan terhadap siswa dalam proses belajar mengajar Permainan Bola Voli Melalui Metode Pembelajaran Games and competition pada siklus I adalah sebesar 55% dari keseluruhan pengamatan terhadap proses belajar mengajar. Pada siklus II meningkat menjadi 85%. Sedangkan hasil pengamatan terhadap guru pada siklus I sebesar 65% dan meningkat pada siklus II menjadi 90%. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa adanya peningkatan yang sangat berarti dalam penerapan metode pembelajaran games and competition pada siswa kelas V SD Negeri 14 Lebong Selatan.Kata Kunci : Proses Belajar Mengajar, Bola Voli, Games and competition.AbstackThis study aims to determine the improvement of teaching and learning process of Ball Games through Learning Methods of Games and competition In Grade V Students of Elementary school 14 Lebong Selatan. This research was conducted at the learning hour of class V of SD Negeri 14 Lebong Selatan. The research method used is Classroom Action Research (PTK), this research is objective or what it is with the subject of grade V students of SD Negeri 14 Lebong Selatan totaling 15 people. This study was conducted in 2 cycles, each cycle consisting of four stages: (1) planning, (2) implementation of action, (3) observation, and (4) reflection. The type of data collected is qualitative data in the form of observation of teacher and student activity during the teaching-learning process. The results of observation of the students in the learning process Teaching Ball Volleyball Through Learning Methods Games and competition in the first cycle is 55% of the overall observation of the teaching and learning process. In the second cycle increased to 85%. While the results of observations of teachers in the first cycle of 65% and increased in cycle II to 90%. So it can be concluded that there is a very significant improvement in the application of learning methods of games and competition on students of grade V Elementary school 14 Lebong Selatan.Keywords: Volleyball, Games and competition, Teaching and Learning Proces

ABSTRACTBased on the “Imaginando I” and “Imaginando II” Teaching Innovation Projects, developed in the Documentary Sciences Faculty of the Complutense University of Madrid in 2012 and 2013 with excellent results, an open and universal learning method is proposed with the production and analysis of photographs, that can be applied to all the subject matters and areas of knowledge. The use of a picture in teaching, as well as its analysis (reading and interpretation) is a task pending university study. For this reason, we propose, following prior investigation, the application of a new method which would facilitate the involvement of students in the learning process at the same time that an image bank would be created which could be easily accessed and used in teaching.RESUMENBasándonos en los proyectos de Innovación Docente “Imaginando I” e “Imaginando II”, desarrollados en la Facultad de Ciencias de la Documentación de la Universidad Complutense de Madrid en los años 2012 y 2013 con un resultado excelente, se propone un método de aprendizaje abierto y con carácter universal desde la generación y el análisis de la fotografía aplicable en todas las disciplinas y áreas de conocimiento. El uso de la imagen en la docencia, así como su análisis (lectura e interpretación) es una tarea pendiente de los estudios universitarios. Es por ello que, derivado de una investigación previa, proponemos la aplicación de un nuevo método que facilite la implicación de los alumnos en el proceso de aprendizaje, y al mismo tiempo la creación de bancos de imágenes de acceso libre utilizables en la enseñanza.

<p><em><span>The use of varied and suitable methods will undoubtedly encourage the success of the learning process carried out. However, some teachers still ignore this, especially regarding the use of methods in the learning process. Therefore, it is necessary to research the ability of teachers who teach fiqh lessons in implementing variations of learning methods at MTs Yapi Pakem. This study aims to be used as a benchmark for schools and teachers in seeing the extent to which the implementation and success of the learning method variations. The approach in this study was descriptive qualitative, taking the background of MTs Yapi Pakem. Data collection was done by using observation, interviews, and documentation methods. To check the data validity, triangulation of sources, techniques, and time was carried out. Meanwhile, the data analysis technique consisted of data reduction, data presentation by giving meaning to the data collected, and from that meaning, conclusions or verification were drawn. This study’s results revealed that 1) in the implementation of the seventh-grade fiqh learning at MTs Yapi Pakem, various learning methods had been used. Meanwhile, the combination variations included lectures - question and answer – assignments, lecture-discussion - question and answer, lecture - assignment - question and answer. 2) For its implementation from planning to implementation, its use was quite good but still lacking in evaluation.</span></em></p>

This article deals with the training of Fun English Games Learning Method for English Teacher in MAS NU Batahan, This article shows several learning methods by using English Games funny and easy to understand, such as, Word Connect Application, Spelling Bee application, Stop the Clock Application, Typing Paragraphs for speed. This activity intends to enlarge some learning methods by using English Games for fun, and to give comprehending that English learning’s easy and enjoying. The method of this study used community development that collaborating theory and practicing in which using fun English games learning method in teaching English for English teacher MAS NU Batahan. The result shows that Fun English Games learning Method’s successfully applied in the classroom, the students are happy and can understand English learning easily and quickly through Fun English Games Method. It has benefit for teachers in teaching 4 skill, reading, writing, speaking and listening that must be mastered by students. In addition, School can use this method to improve the quality of learning in achieving very satisfactory results. Based on the explanation above can be concluded that Fun English Games learning Method for English teachers is very useful dan helpful in teaching and learning process.
