Dedicated personnel in pesantren have a great responsibility towards the management of education, even though the quality and qualifications are not the same as education personnel in general. Pondok Pesantren Wali Songo Ngabar presents and provides programs to improve their quality through the personnel management approach. This research is a descriptive study with a qualitative approach. Data were collected through interviews, observation, and documentation. The results of the discussion showed that the dedicated personnel at Pondok Pesantren Wali Songo Ngabar were an integrated unit of educational human resources that functioned as educators. Devotion as an embodiment to explore and practice the teachings of Islam (tafaqquh fi al-din), train to be human beings, and strengthen expertise to engage and serve in the community. Management is applied based on morality and Islamic values that prioritize local wisdom, culture, and independence of Pesantren in an effort to create the professional staff.

This article aims to analyze the opportunities and challenges in the era of the industrial revolution 4.0. This research is a descriptive study with a qualitative approach and uses the literature study method. This study indicates that the opportunities in the era of the industrial revolution 4.0 are in the industrial ecosystem, which is increasingly open, and the challenges are focused on the readiness of human resources. This study formulates that to prepare competitive human resources in the era of the 4.0 industrial revolution, learning in tertiary institutions must be oriented towards a) inter-multi discipline; b) problem solving oriented; c) interpersonal skills, and d) innovation based on technology.

This study aims to describe the application of the total quality management and investigate its impact in SD Budi Mulia Dua Sedayu. This was a descriptive study employing the qualitative approach. The data were collected through observations,interviews,and documentation. The result of the study are : 1) The application of the total quality management in the aspect of the school service for students is good enough,the aspect of human resources is good enough,the aspect of environment is good enough,the aspect of the learning processes is good,the aspect of graduates is good, 2) The impact of the application of the quality management is indicated by the improvement of the satisfaction of students’ parents. The other impact is the increase of the costs needed to renovate infrastructure facilities and to train teachers and administrative staff member. The increase of the costs results in an impact that parents’ interest in sending their children to this school decreases. 3) One way to maintain the positive impact of the application of the total quality management is by controlling the school quality both internally and externally.

The purpose of this study is to find out the Islamic values internalized to the University of Muhammadiyah Gresik students who take Baitul Arqam and to find out the factors that influence the internalization of Islamic values to the University of Muhammadiyah Gresik (UMG) students who take Baitul Arqam. This study employed a qualitative approach that used observations, interviews, and documentation in data collection. The data was analyzed qualitatively through data reduction, data presentation, and verification. This research found that the internalization of Islamic values through the Baitul Arqam considered successful, in terms of cultivating morality, such as respecting lecturers and parents, the morals of fellow human beings, morals in doing daily interaction (mu’āmalah), as well as morality in worship. Supporting activities such as compulsory congregational prayers, sunnah prayers, and reciting Quran is also very important. Yet, there still needs to be a harder effort to motivate students to join Baitul Arqam wholeheartedly (ikhlās). Since this is a basis to gain knowledge according to Islamic perspectives.

ABSTRACT Objectives: To identify what are the difficulties of the nursing staff in the management of technologies during intravenous therapy (IVT) and discuss the difficulties identified under the perspective of patient's safety. Method: Descriptive study of qualitative approach with data collected by semi-structured interview and analyzed by the Alceste software. Results: The greatest difficulty of cognitive and technical emphasis was the lack of training; and regarding administrative emphasis, the greatest difficulty was the lack of material and human resources. Infusion pumps and their proper use were highlighted as the technological resource that most contributed to patient safety. Final considerations: The lack of training is presented as the greatest difficulty of nursing professionals and permeates safety issues of both patient and professional when using the hard technologies in IVT. Training is essential to the development of techniques, considered nursing tools.

ABSTRACTObjective: to discuss the serum positive HIV people secret and their perspectives of live. Methodology: this is about a exploratory and descriptive study, from qualitative approach, performed bu individuals infected with HIV. Data were conducted through interviews open at depth, which, after analysis, were extracted from the themes focused on the subjects. The study was approved by the Committee of Ethics in Research of the Pontifícia Universidade Católica de Goiás (0112/05). Results: four categories: the discovery – feelings and reactions; the revelation – the great challenge, that is, to tell others on not; the motivation – important elements that are present in the option of not revealing the discovery and the strategy – to keep up the “secret”. Conclusions: results pointed out to us the understanding of the “secret”. The option of not telling is a very common way of facing the everyday life in this situation. This work emphasizes the urgent need to discuss the virus HIV/AIDS in all social environments: not only the general analysis of them but also the links between the serum positive HIV people and the disease itself – AIDS. It is a “must” to pay more attention to these human beings rights to maintain normal lives and have their children by truing to minimize or, perhaps, to eliminate the social prejudices. Descriptors: social behavior; adaptation psychological; hiv seropositivity; acquired immunodeficiency syndrome. RESUMOObjetivo: discutir o segredo na perspectiva de pessoas vivendo com HIV. Metodologia: pesquisa de campo, do tipo exploratória descritiva, de natureza qualitativa, realizada com indivíduos infectados pelo vírus HIV. A coleta de dados foi realizada por meio de entrevistas aberta em profundidade, das quais, após analisadas, foram extraídas as temáticas enfocadas pelos sujeitos. O estudo foi aprovado pelo Comitê de Ética em Pesquisa Pontifícia Universidade Católica de Goiás (0112/05). Resultados: foram agrupados em quatro categorias - da descoberta: reações e sentimentos; da revelação: o dilema entre contar ou não contar; da motivação: elementos que influenciam na opção de não contar; e da estratégia: a manutenção do segredo. Considerações finais: O resultado proporcionou a compreensão de que o segredo é uma forma de enfrentamento bastante utilizada pelos sujeitos como estratégia para (con)viver em sociedade, frente a carga de estigma que a infecção ainda detém. Enfatiza-se a necessidade de ampliar a discussão no meio social quanto aos aspectos gerais relacionados à infecção pelo HIV/AIDS, com ênfase nos direitos humanos e reprodutivos das pessoas, com vistas a minimizar, quiçá, eliminar a exclusão social. Metodología: investigación de campo de tipo exploratoria descriptiva, cualitativa, realizada con pacientes infectados por el virus VIH.  La recolección de datos fue realizada mediante entrevistas abiertas a profundidad, después del análisis se extrajeron de los temas se centraron en los participantes. El estudio fue aprobado por el Comité de Ética en Investigación de la Pontifícia Universidade Católica de Goiás (0112/05).  Resultados: agruparon en cuatro categorías, a) del descubrimiento: reacciones y sentimientos; b) de la revelación: el dilema entre contar o no contar; c) de la motivación: elementos que influyen en la opción de no contar; y d) de la estrategia: el mantenimiento del secreto. Conclusiones: el secreto es una forma de enfrentamiento bastante utilizada por los pacientes como estrategia para convivir en sociedad, frente a la carga de estigma que todavía se tiene de la infección y que los apresa.  Se enfatiza en la necesidad de ampliar la discusión en el medio social, en lo que concierne a aspectos generales relacionados con la infección por HIV/AIDS, con énfasis en los derechos humanos y reproductivos de las personas, con miras a minimizar y tal vez eliminar la exclusión social. The role of coders is important for hospitals. The available coders to achieve harmony in a job. As a process to get the number of hours of work needed to complete the workload in a certain time an analysis of the workload is needed.This study was conducted to calculate the number of PMIK personnel needed at Hospital X Palembang according to workload analysis. This was a descriptive study with qualitative approach. Data collection is using observation and interview to the Coder employee at X Hospital Palembang.The education qualification of Coder employees at X Hospital Palembang are 4 (four) PMIK with Associate’s Degree of Medical Records. Human Resources SDM of SIK’s calculation (Case Mix) uses the medical workload analysis (ABK-Kes) method are 4 (four) PMIK and at X Hospital Palembang there are 4 (four) PMIK, so that the amount is still relatively safe to complete tasks according to the existing workload. The conclusion of this study is the number of PMIK coders in Hospital X Palembang there are 4 (four) PMIK coders. Calculation of HRK needs in the SIK (Case Mix) section using the Health Workload Analysis (ABK-Kes) method of 4 (four) PMIK and in X Palembang Hospital there are 4 (four) PMIK so that the number of officers is still relatively safe to complete tasks according to existing workloads.

Public should receive an easy, fast, accurate, and secured services in getting any licenses they need. In order to that, the purposes of this research are to understand how the issue of building permit process is done, reveal the meaning of the whole phenomenon according to the public and the Government, and to know the obstacles or problems faced by BPPTPM Cianjur in West Java as the unit in charge of licensing areas. This research applied descriptive study with qualitative approach. From the results of the analysis, it could be concluded that the quality of licensing which is measured through four (4) dimensions: easiness, speed of service, accuracy, and security had not been going well yet. It happened because of some factors such as: unsolid organizational structure, imbalances of human resources in both quantitative as well as qualitative, inadequate and out of date infrastructure and technology, and complicated procedure.Keywords : BPPTPM, IMB, Quality of ServiceDalam mengurus perizinan, publik seharusnya menerima pelayanan secara mudah, cepat, tepat, dan aman. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk memahami bagaimana proses pelayanan perizinan mendirikan bangunan dilakukan dan mengungkap makna pelayanan menurut publik dan pemerintah dan mengetahui kendala atau permasalahan yang dihadapi BPPTPMKabupaten Cianjur Jawa Barat sebagai penanggung jawab bidang perizinan.Jenis penelitian ini deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Dari hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa kualitas perizinan mendirikan bangunan yang diukur melalui 4 (empat) dimensi yakni dimensi kemudahan, dimensi kecepatan, dimensi ketepatan, dan dimensi keamanan cenderung belum berjalan baik,hal demikian terjadi akibat faktor-faktor kendala yang mempengaruhi antara lain struktur organisasiyang belum solid, ketimpangan sumber daya manusia baik kuantitatif maupun kualitatif,daya dukung infrastruktur dan teknologi perkantoran yang kurang memadai dan tidak up to date, dan kerumitan prosedur yang belum terurai.Kata kunci: Kualitas Pelayanan, IMB, BPPTPM

Lots of studies argue that company development is determined by innovation, adaptability, and institutional dynamism. This study aims to explain the development of islamic value-based companies in digital startups, whereas the success factor of company is not only determined by innovation, adaptability, and institutional dynamism, but precisely caused by role of islamic values which was developed by the companies. Through qualitative approach, this results of study show that the islamic values which are the foundation of the company in carrying out to all operations of institution are Tauhid, Qonaah, competent, and moral. These islamic values at PT. Badr Interactive is built through the regulatory, normative, and cognitive cultural pillars. In general, islamic values play a role in four human resources, marketing, social responsibility, and corporate culture aspects. The influence of islamic values in these aspects produces an output of good quality product applications, good teamwork, strong employee resilience, employee spiritual needs, planned marketing strategies. These indicators are digital startup companies sources of success.

Abstract The purpose of National Education is to develop the quality of human resources as early as possible in a directional, integrated and comprehensive through various productive and creative efforts by all components of the nation, so that young people can develop optimally. Personnel directly related to the task of providing education is Educators and Education Personnel. The purpose of this study is to obtain descriptive information about the implementation of educator standards and education personnel focused on academic qualifications, physical and spiritual health of educators as well as their competence, academic qualifications and leadership capabilities of the headmaster. With a qualitative approach and case study, this thesis is prepared using primary and secondary data through interview, observation and documentation. Data analysis uses data reduction, presentation, and conclusions. The study found that; educators' academic qualifications meet the standards, the physical and spiritual health of educators, the competence of educators is also good, the academic qualifications of the headmaster have been very feasible, and this certainly has implications on the leadership capability. Keywords: Implementation, Standard, educators and education personnel
