Lately, Sunni-Shia relation gets a negative response in the Indonesian community. This article based on the research results “The Relation of Sunni-Shia in Bangsri, Jepara, Central Java”. This studyused a descriptive qualitative approach, and data collected with observation,depth interview, and document review. The sosial relation between Sunni-Shia is very harmonious, because it’ssupported by religious tolerance highly. It can be seen in the attitude of both sides to understand and aware toward doctrinal differences which believed. In addition, it can be seen too at the culture of ‘gotong royong’ community that is institutionalized in the associations “jamaah Muawanah” and “Jamaah Manakib”. Both these associations becomea medium of muslim in maintaining the harmony and peace of the religious community.

<p><em>This study aims to describe the intertextuality relationship between the novel Pasung Jiwa by Okky Madasari and Calabai by Pepi Al-Bayqunie. The type of research is descriptive qualitative approach using content analysis. Data are collected by inventorying events that are similarities and differences, specifications on the characters, settings, plots, and themes of both text. The research results indicate that there are similar themes on the two novels, the theme of self actualization in addition with the theme of family and friendship. The same characterization are also used by both author, masculine figures with feminine soul characters. The difference between the two novels lies on the plot and setting. Pasung Jiwa uses progressive plot and Calabai uses a flash-back plot.. Okky Madasari takes Java Island as the background in the novel Pasung Jiwa, while the novel Calabai, Pepi Al-Bayqunie using the setting of Sulawesi Island. The basis of the similarity of theme and characterization supported by the similirity of events in the story shows the existence of intertextual relationship between the two novels. As a previously published work, the novel Pasung Jiwa by Okky Madasari is a hipogram and novel Calabai by Pepi A-Bayqunie as a transformational text. On the theme and characterization, the transformation of Calabai forward the hypogram, while in the plot and setting deviates his hypogram, Pasung Jiwa.</em></p><p>Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan hubungan intertekstualitas antara novel Pasung Jiwa karya Okky Madasari dan novel Calabai karya Pepi Al-Bayqunie. Jenis penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kualitatif dengan pendekatan konten analisis. Data dikumpulkan dengan menginventariskan peristiwa yang merupakan persamaan dan perbedaan, spesifikasi pada tokoh, latar, alur, dan tema dari kedua teks. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat kesamaan tema pada kedua novel, yaitu tema aktualisasi diri, ditambah dengan tema keluarga dan persahabatan. Penokohan yang sama juga digunakan oleh kedua penulis, yaitu tokoh maskulin dengan karakter jiwa feminin. Perbedaan kedua novel terletak pada alur dan latar. Pasung Jiwa menggunakan alur maju dan Calabai menggunakan alur campuran. Latar dalam novel Pasung Jiwa, Okky Madasari mengambil latar Pulau Jawa, sedangkan novel Calabai, Pepi Al-Bayqunie menggunakan latar Pulau Sulawesi. Dasar kesamaan tema dan penokohan didukung kesamaan peristiwa-peristiwa dalam cerita menunjukkan adanya hubungan intertekstual antara kedua novel. Sebagai karya yang terbit terlebih dahulu menjadikan novel Pasung Jiwa karya Okky Madasari adalah hipogram dan novel Calabai karya Pepi Al-Bayqunie sebagai teks transformasi. Pada tema dan penokohan, transformasi Calabai meneruskan hipogram, sedangkan pada alur dan latar menyimpangi hipogramnya, Pasung Jiwa.</p>

AbstractOnline Single Submission (OSS) is an application that can be used for all business registration and application processes as well as other licensing applications included in the business licensing service. This study aims to examine how the implementation of online single submissions on business licensing services in Bandung city and Bandung Regency. This study used descriptive qualitative approach, with observation, interview, and documentation as its data collection techniques. The research results showed that business licensing services using online single submissions are already good, but these efforts have not been running optimally, there are still obstacles that are often faced by DPMPTSP Bandung City and Bandung Regency, especially regarding supporting facilities and disharmony between central and regional regulations related to the implementation of online single submission.Keywords: Policy Implementation, Online Single Submission, Public Service, Business Licensing Services

Nowadays, competence mastery is highly required in order to compete in the ASEAN Economic Community (AEC) Era. The purpose of this research is to figure out the students’ understanding and readiness dealing with the ASEAN Economic Community as well as the possible encountering problems when competing in the ASEAN Economic Community Era. This research uses a descriptive-qualitative approach conducted at Economics Faculty involving respondents of office administration education department students in the academic year of 2014/2015. The data are collected through questionnaires. The research results show that based on the aspect of communication competence, students are adequately ready with the percentage of 71.46%; based on the aspect of capability competence, they are categorized into high by 64.72%; and their knowledge competence has already reached 73.14%.Keywords: Labor markets in the ASEAN Economic Community (AEC) Era, Students’ readiness, Working competence,

The purpose of this paper is to find out the religious life of students at the Yapis Jayapura educational institution. This writing method is descriptive qualitative, with data collection from several research results, books, observations and interviews about the Yapis Papua Islamic educational institutions. The results of this paper indicate that religious tolerance education has been applied in Yapis Papua educational institutions. Because the idea of religious tolerance is not difficult, because the teachings of each religion, especially Islam teaches about mutual recognition and respect for other parties, differences in terms of language, religious culture and even ethnicity can be accepted and must be accepted as sunnatullah, as good things that come it's from Allah.

Kalosara is a local wisdom which is grown in Kendari Southeast Sulawesi Indonesia, and it has been proven to strengthen peace and harmony in the tribe of Tolaki. Therefore, how to enlarge the function of Kalosara in the multicultural society, is the main discussion of this article base on the theory of multiculturalism and structural-functional in the frame of descriptive-qualitative approach, where the society interpreted as a structure that interacting each other, especially in the norms, traditions, and institutions. The analyzed of data refers to thinking narratively as a way of thinking about phenomena. Data gaining from in-depth interview, literature review, and observation indicated that the local wisdom that supports harmony in Kendari basically also presents in all ethnicities, thus strengthening of Tolakinese’s local wisdom through the internalization of Kalosara in Lulo dance can be well-received by other communities. Kalosara has effective influence in being a unifying means between the dispute parties. Therefore, to expand the access of Kalosara into more effective function, it is recommended to internalized the values of Kalosara in public activities, primarily in Lulo dance, and it is also advisable to manifest the transformation of stylistic Kalosara in the forms of jewelry or crafts, bracelets, necklaces, rings, plate plaques, and other forms that may adopt the shape of original Kalosara, simultaneously adapt its function as an integral tool. If Kalosara transforms into various shapes which is easy to carry anywhere has spread in the community, it is expected at the same time also the functions to spread to the whole society.

This event will be based on research by the large number of women leaders in education, especially in TK Aisyiyah Bumiayu where majority of its leader is a woman rather than a man. The research method used is Descriptive qualitative approach. The subject of research, namely the school TK Aisyiyah in Bumiayu. Date collection techniques acquire date, quality of date collection are also related to the quality of the research instrument made by the researchers. Research results are obtained, namely that a woman can also lead an institution especially in the institution because a woman is the main educators of at least within a family. In TK Aisyiyah Bumiayu is indeed the majority must be led by women because the institution is indeed in desaign to women leaders.

The focus of this study is, "How is the Internalization of the NU Middle School Student Mental Revolution Ma'arif Pangandaran?". This type of research includes descriptive qualitative research, namely research activities carried out on certain objects clearly and systematically. While the method used is a qualitative approach. This study aims to describe the Internalization of the NU Plus Middle School Mental Revolution Ma'arif Pangandaran. Research results: 1). Internalization is defined as appreciation, deepening, exile, combining or uniting attitudes, standard behavior, opinions and so on in the personality. 2). Mental Revolution is a transformation of ethos, which is a fundamental change in mentality, ways of thinking, ways of feeling and ways of trust, all of which are manifested in everyday behavior and actions. This ethos concerns all aspects of life, ranging from economics, politics, science to technology, art, religion, etc., 3). The internalization of the Mental Revolution is an in-depth process of the values of the Mental Revolution that runs in NU Plus Middle School Ma'arif Pangandaran. Medicinal treatment or therapy by Mursyid is another side of Surau suluk (Suluk mosque) that isstudied rarely. This study aims to explain the traditional therapy done by Mursyid in suluk mosques inLima Puluh Kota regency, West Sumatera. This research used descriptive qualitative approach. Thedata were collected by doing literature review, field observation, and in-depth interview. The informantswere several Mursyid from some suluk mosques and also the people who get involved in suluk activitiesand therapy. The result of data analysis explained that traditional therapy done by Mursyid in sulukmosques are based on zikrulloh. The therapy is done on medical and non medical diseases, however, itis focused more on non medical diseases such as possession of the jin (evil spirit).

Technology influences people's lives today, particularly to the rise of global culture and instantaneous lifestyles. Technological developments also influence the da'wah model by which morality among the millennial generation grows along with their process of selves identity seeking. Through the development of technology, it is undeniable that the contents of radicalism, extremism can spread and is able to enter all aspects of life. This study aims to answer the query of how religion is understood and practiced by the millennial generation and how da'wah can be carried out in the millennial era. This research uses a descriptive qualitative approach, through in-depth interviews with several informants who have been determined based on purposive sampling. The study found that religion can be interpreted as a way of life so able to prevent its adherent from mistakes. Keywords: Religion, Da'wah Method, Millennial Generation, Millennial Da'wah.Perkembangan teknologi melahirkan fenomena menarik dalam kehidupan masyarakat saat ini yaitu maraknya budaya global dan gaya hidup serba instan. Perkembangan teknologi mengakibatkan model dakwah semakin berkembang pesat dan dinamis dan dapat berpengaruh pada akhlak, moral generasi milenial yang dimana mereka pada fase proses mencari jati diri. Dengan perkembangan teknologi tidak dapat dipungkiri bahwa konten-konten berbau radikalisme, ekstrimisme dapat dengan cepat menyebar dan mampu memasuki semua lini. Maka, perlu tempat yang dapat membawa angin segar agar generasi milenial tidak mudah mempercayai konten yang tersebar dengan liberal. Studi ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui bagaimana cara agama dipahami dan dipraktikkan oleh generasi milenial dan bagaimana caranya dakwah dapat dilakukan di era milenial. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif, melalui wawancara mendalam ( in depth interview ) dari beberapa informan yang telah ditentukan berdasarkan purposive sampling hasil studi menunjukkan bahwa agama dapat dimaknai sebagai pedoman hidup  agar tidak melakukan kekacauan. Penyampaian agama dalam dakwah melalui pengajian, media sosial, dan pendekatan psikologi untuk menangkal ujaran kebencian. Itulah alasan munculnya dakwah digital oleh “ustad gaul” yang melek akan teknologi.Kata Kunci : Agama, Metode Dakwah, Generasi Milenial.

Bahasa adalah sarana untuk melakukan kontak sosial dengan orang lain. Pilihan kata yang baik dan tepat akan memperlancar terjadinya komunikasi. Begitu pula dengan penggunaan sapaan dalam berkomunikasi. Sapaan yang digunakan penyapa merupakan gambaran hubungan dengan pesapanya. Sapaan yang digunakan oleh masyarakat kepada pemimpinnya akan mencerminkan hubungan antara masyarakat dan pimpinannya atau sebaliknya. Penelitian ini mengkaji sapaan dalam rubrik “Lapor Gan!” di Harian Tribun Jateng. Penelitian ini bertujuan mendeskripsi sapaan yang digunakan oleh masyarakat dan Gubernur Jawa Tengah, Ganjar Pranowo, serta tujuan penggunaan sapaan tersebut. Dalam penelitian ini digunakan teori sosiolinguistik dengan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif. Sapaan yang digunakan oleh masyarakat untuk menyapa gubernurnya adalah sapaan nama diri, nama kekerabatan, nama jabatan, sapaan lainnya, dan gabungan dari sapaan tersebut. Sapaan yang digunakan oleh masyarakat untuk menyapa diri sendiri, yaitu kata ganti orang pertama tunggal dan jamak. Sapaan yang digunakan oleh Gubernur Jawa Tengah kepada masyarakat adalah sapaan kata ganti orang kedua tunggal dan sapaan kata ganti orang pertama jamak. Sapaan yang digunakan oleh gubernur untuk menyapa diri sendiri adalah kata ganti orang pertama tunggal dan sapaan kata ganti orang pertama jamak. Adapun tujuan penggunaan sapaan tersebut adalah untuk kepraktisan, mengormati mitra tutur, menciptakan keakraban, dan menarik perhatian mitra tutur.   Language is a media to get contact with other people. The good and appropriate choice of words would make the communication runs well. The use of pronouns also plays an important role in communication. It pictures the relationship between the speaker and the hearer. The pronouns used by the people to their leader refl ect their relationship and vice versa. The research studies the pronouns in Lapor Gan! rubric in Tribun Jateng daily newspaper. It aims to describe the pronouns used by the people and the Governor of Central Java Province, Ganjar Pranowo, as well as its purposes. The research uses sociolinguistic theory and descriptive-qualitative approach. The pronouns used by the people to address the governor are self pronoun, kinship, occupation, other pronouns, and mix between the pronouns. The pronouns used by the people to address themselves are the fi rst person singular and fi rst person plural. The pronouns used by the Governor of Central Java Province to his people are second person singular and fi rst person plural. The pronouns used by the Governor to address himself are fi rst person singular and fi rst person plural. The purposes of the pronouns are to create practicality, to honor, to create the familiarity, and to draw attention.
