India has always been rich in knowledge from ancient times which is passed on from one generation to another. The method of passing knowledge is different in different regions of India. Due to huge advancement in ICT, there has been astronomical growth of digital resources. These resources are popular among students and researchers; hence libraries spend so much on them. Unfortunately, accessibility and use of these resources by future generations depends on technology which very rapidly evolves and changes. The fragile nature of digital resources makes its accessibility dependable on technology which is rapidly evolving. Hence, access to such resources for future users is a huge task for libraries. To use this information in daily life, we perform conservation techniques. In this research paper, we are exploring the different preservation and conservation techniques for traditional documents as well as digital resources used in selected libraries of New Delhi, India.

Despite the scientific and technological development, libraries of Jordanian universities suffer from an obvious lack of digital information resources, because for many reasons, the most important of these is the non-application of intellectual property legislation (IPL) related to these resources. This study investigated the reality of the application of intellectual property legislation related to digital information resources at the libraries of public universities in Jordan. The population study consisted of all employees of departments of digital information resources. The study sample was (74) employees. Texts of regulations for the intended libraries and the Jordanian copyright law No. (22) for the year (1992) were reviewed and analyzed. In addition, a questionnaire was developed regarding the actual application of intellectual property legislation relating to digital resources at the university libraries in Jordan. Results revealed that the application of IP legislation relating to digital resources at the libraries of public universities in Jordan was moderate and that the supervising to the libraries of universities from the National Library regarding the protection of intellectual property rights of digital resources was moderate. The study recommended the application of intellectual property legislation related to digital resources in the intended libraries, this could be achieved through including intellectual property legislation in the regulations of public services in the intended libraries, to provide for the terms of protecting IP rights for digital resources, improving the legislation, developing of the Jordanian copyright law to be compatible with digital information resources, providing the necessary support for these libraries, and emphasizing the role of the National Library.

Digital information resources are fetching more and more imperative for the academic community. The increase of technical colleges in Andhra Pradesh are quiet noteworthy and in advance of various states of India. Digital resources are measured as imperative resources of teaching, research and training. Consequently, digital resources play a important role in academic libraries as they are mostly jingle for the support of academic brilliancy and research. For these research questionnaires were distributed to the faculty members of 10 selected engineering colleges in East Godavari district of Andhra Pradesh. Accordingly, 400 questionnaire distributed amongst the faculty members of 10 engineering colleges. Out of 400, only 336 questionnaires were received back that is the overall response rate is 84%.. 27.98% of the faculties are utilize digital resources for bring up to date Knowledge. It is also found from the study that preponderance of the faculty members were satisfied with available digital resources.

This article discusses the characteristics of various reference digital resources of the modern humanities. We have identified three main digital resources: a digital library resource, a multimedia digital system, and a multimedia encyclopedic database. These important resources are involved in creating a modern information society. In this context, the Ukrainian Literary Encyclopedia of the Shevchenko Institute of Literature of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine and the crea­tion of an independent multimedia encyclopedic database are considered.

Objective preconditions and problems of forming term-system of the subject area of digital information resources are examined. The vocabulary used for describing digital information resources within the contents of the www-sites of RF subjects’ central libraries is assessed. The findings of the analysis of international and RF national terminology standards in the area of digital information resources are introduced.

The authors characterize the collections of the Russian National Public Library for Science and Technology, the structure of traditional and digital information resources being developed to provide information support of education and science. Special attention is given to inhouse digital resources, i. e. e-catalogs of various types, e-library including electronic archive, specialized bibliographic databases, as well as open access digital resources and licensed resources of other organizations and resources being accessed in test mode. The authors examine the issues of access organization and availability of information resources for various user groups. The authors analyze the use of library collections and the subject scope of demanded documents. The rate of traditional and digital information resources in user services is specified, the relation between the user audience structure and resource relevance is demonstrated. The role of exhibitions in collection use and new users attraction is emphasized; the significance of educational, scientific and popular seminars to promote the system of information resources, technologies and services is shown. The need for comprehensive strategy to balance efficient traditional and digital information resources in library services is substantiated.

Introduction: Vegetable gums are used in medicine since ancient times. Mocharasa is an extensively used vegetable gum, used in formulations like Piccha basti. It is obtained in very small quantity from the plant source, but the use is extensive which is fulfilled by the substitutes or adulterants similar in color and appearance e.g. gum of Moringa oleifera. Aims and objectives: The present work aims to identify common adulteration of Mocharasa i.e. Moringa oleifera gum with the help of various organoleptic, physicochemical, phytochemical and microscopical studies and their comparison with each other for the identification of adulterant. Materials and Methods: Specimens used were authenticated Mocharasa sample, marketed sample of Mocharasa suggested as possibly adulterants like M. oleifera gum by National Institute of Science Communication and Information Resources, New Delhi and self-collected gum of M. oleifera. Comparative study was conducted for identification of adulterants with reference to organoleptic properties and pharmacopoeial tests. Discussion: The study revealed that marketed samples of Mocharasa were having similar physicochemical, phytochemical, and microscopical properties to that of Moringa gum as compared to the genuine Mocharasa sample. Conclusion: In the present study Mocharasa gum was found to be substituted or adulterated by Moringa gum.

The study aims at identifying the concept of digital library, it also tries to shed the light on the most significant intellectual issues by presenting its definition, development, functions (selection and acquisition of information resources from the web, sources indexing, communication and management of intellectual property rights, production of electronic resources and its availability, and digital resources maintaining), characteristics, and the purpose of turning into digital library, passed by the proposed stages of digital library transition, Types of Intellectual Property (Copyright, Patents, Trademarks, Commercial Secrets), it also discusses copyrights and intellectual property, the problems and challenges of digital library, and finally the future of digital library. Many researchers agree that the main objective of the digital library is to accomplish all the functions of the traditional library, but in the form of electronic digital libraries which are only an extension for jobs that are performed and the resources that are accessible in digital library. The study concluded that digital libraries emerged as an obligatory result of revolution of the third millennium which is called the communications revolution, as libraries are able to prove that they are able to stand and cope with all the modern technology, where there is no conflict between the new and modern trends in libraries issue, but it also benefits from both of them concerning their evolution instruments in service for beneficiaries in every time and place.

The article reviews the textbook in three parts, in which well-known authors using primarily source documents, the work of domestic and foreign researchers have revealed agrarian relations in Ukraine from ancient times to the present. Particular attention is paid to issues of change in agriculture, socio-economic life of the village, the environment of the peasantry, the daily life of the Ukrainian countryside. Knowledge of the experience of the past agrarian system can become a reliable basis for a conscious choice of optimal ways of further progress of Ukraine as a democratic and prosperous state.

<em>Today information resources in Arabic Language are very much useful to the researchers and community of the world. Resources in Arabic language in Kerala, is scattered in various places like libraries attached to Islamic Institutions, kuthb khanas, madrassas, masjids, personal libraries of scholars, and Arabic Colleges. It includes manuscripts, copper plates and digital resources. It should be bibliographically controlled, digitized and preserved for the benefit of future generation. Most of them are concentrated in Malappuram District where muslims are more populated. ALT and ICT will help us to complete this tedious task. It will open a new window to the wide area of information studies and research. The work will be a great help to research scholars, students at various levels, faculties of Arabic departments, academicians and the community as a whole.</em>

Theology is the foundation for a religion, whereas the thought of the theology of a thinker, will have a very significant impact in the reality of life, because being a religious foundation, the theology is a foothold in the behavior of a person, therefore in today's contemporary period there needs to be a theology that can be applied in daily life, the discussion of a theology is not only theological, but also needs a theology that anthropocentric, this anthropocentric theology, carried out by Hasan Hanafi, is based on a theoccentric theology whose nature is digitized in the dilectic of the discussion, then under the anthropocene so that it can be directly implemented in the daily life of society. In this study tried to examine the theological thinking towards the anthropocentric Hasan Hanafi. This research is a library study, looking for sources of references related to the theme of research, as well as taking from the opinions of various figures, then elaborated and observed until it becomes a research paper
