Friendship intimacy is one of the critical developing aspects of adolescence. Previous research shows that forgiveness has a vital role in the interpersonal relationship. This research aims to find a correlation between forgiveness and adolescent friendship intimacy based on gender. Research’s participant consists of 250 teenagers (125 male and 125 female, M = 16.2, SD = .7, with 15-18 years old age range) in a Pekanbaru school. The sample was collected through convenience sampling. This study used the Friendship Intimacy Scale with α = .82 and Forgiveness Scale, with α = .94. Based on data analysis, a product-moment correlation shows a positive correlation between forgiveness and adolescence friendship intimacy (r = .273, p < .01), which means the higher the level of individual forgiveness is, the higher the friendship intimacy become. The moderator variable analysis shows that gender becomes a relationship moderator variable between forgiveness and adolescence friendship intimacy (p < .01), which means that correlation between forgiveness and friendship intimacy is more substantial on males than females.

The year 2020 begins with the COVID-19 pandemic, because of the sudden pandemic, many individuals are unable to adapt to the situation, moreover, the COVID-19 pandemic has an impact on many fields, from the health sector (medical) to the field. offices. COVID-19 spreads very quickly and caused panic. The government is doing its best to reduce the number of positive cases of COVlD19 in Indonesia. Some people are worried about the invisible threat of COVID-19. From this excessive anxiety, a new phenomenon has emerged, namely the fear of COVID-19. The purpose of this study is to provide an overview of the fear of COVID-19 among employees who work offline during the pandemic in the Jakarta area. Convenience sampling was used to collect data, and involved 173 participants who filled out questionnaires online. These participants are employees or workers from various professions who still have to work outside the home with an age range of 17-49 years. The results of data analysis in this study indicate that employees who work offline during the pandemic are 36 people (20.8%) classified as having a low level of fear of COVID-19, 109 people (63%) are classified as moderate, and 109 people are classified as high. 28 people (16.2%). So, it can be said that the level of fear of COVID-19 of employees working offline during the pandemic in the Jakarta area is fairly moderate. Tahun 2020 diawali dengan pandemi COVID-19, karena pandemi yang datang secara tiba-tiba, banyak sekali individu yang tidak dapat beradaptasi dengan situasi, terlebih, pandemi COVID-19 berdampak pada banyak sekali bidang, mulai dari bidang kesehatan (medis), hingga bidang perkantoran. COVID-19 menyebar dengan sangat cepat dan sempat membuat kepanikan. Pemerintah melakukan yang terbaik untuk menekan jumlah kasus positif COVID-19 di Indonesia. Sebagian orang merasa cemas akan ancaman COVID-19 yang tidak terlihat. Dari rasa cemas yang berlebihan itu, munculah fenomena baru, yaitu fear of COVlD19. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk memberikan gambaran umum fear of COVID-19 pada pegawai yang bekerja secara luring (luar jaringan) selama pandemi di daerah Jakarta. Teknik pengambilan data dilakukan dengan convenience sampling, dan melibatkan 173 partisipan yang mengisi kuisioner secara online. Partisipan ini adalah pegawai atau pekerja dari berbagai profesi yang tetapharus bekerja di luar rumah dengan rentang umur 17-49 tahun. Hasil analisis data pada penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa pegawai yang bekerja secara luring selama pandemi yang tergolong memiliki tingkat fear of COVID-19 rendah berjumlah 36 orang (20.8%), partisipan yang tergolong sedang berjumlah 109 orang (63%, dan partisipan yang tergolong tinggi berjumlah 28 orang (16.2%). Jadi, dapat dikatakan bahwa tingkat fear of COVID-19 para pegawai yang bekerja secara luring selama pandemi di daerah Jakarta terbilang sedang.

Abstrak  Perasaan ditinggalkan atau dititipkan oleh orang tua merupakan suatu peristiwa yang dapat membekas di hati seorang anak. Hal ini dapat menimbulkan emosi negatif seperti dendam, rasa tidak percaya karena merasa dikhianati, kebencian dan kemarahan. Masa remaja dalam pertumbuhannya dapat merasakan luka dan kepedihan sehingga diperlukan adanya forgiveness pada orang tua yang telah menyakitinya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan yang positif antara forgiveness dengan kebahagiaan pada remaja yang tinggal di Panti Asuhan. Remaja dalam penelitian ini adalah individu yang tengah mengalami masa perkembangan dari anak-anak menjadi dewasa, dengan rentang usia 15 – 21 tahun. Sebanyak 60 orang diambil sebagai sampel yang dilakukan dengan menggunakan teknik sampel purposive sampling.  Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kuantitatif. Alat ukur yang digunakan untuk forgiveness yaitu Transagression Interpersonal Motivation Inventory (TRIM-18) dengan koefisien alpha cronbach sebesar 0,891 dan skala kebahagiaan dengan koefisien alpha cronbach sebesar 0,902. Dari hasil analisis data diperoleh hasil koefisien korelasi r = 0,419 dengan signifikansi sebesar 0,000 (p < 0,05) yang berarti terdapat hubungan positif yang signifikan antara forgiveness dengan kebahagiaan pada remaja yang tinggal di Panti Asuhan, sehingga hipotesis yang diajukan dalam penelitian ini diterima. Kata Kunci        : Forgiveness, Kebahagiaan Abstract  The feeling of a child when she / he abandoned by their  parents is an event that will always remain in children's heart. This feelings can cause negative emotion like revenge, trust issue because of betrayal, hatred, and anger. Teenage in their development can feel the pain and agony because of the event that happened in their life. So they need to learn how to forgive those who hurt them. Adolescents in this study is the individual who is experiencing a period of growth of children into adults, with an age range 15-21 years. Sixty people were taken as the sample which was done by using purposive sampling technique. The method used in this research is quantitative method. Measuring instrument used for forgiveness is Transagression Interpersonal Motivation Inventory (TRIM-18) with alpha cronbach’s coefficient is 0,891 and happiness scale with alpha cronbach’s coefficient is 0,902. From the data analysis obtained that the result of coefficient correlation r = 0,419 with the significance ammount 0,000 (p < 0,05) which means there is a positive correlation between forgiveness with happiness in forgiveness with happiness in teenagers living in an orphanage, so the hypothesis of the researcher accepted. Keywords: Forgiveness, Happiness

Abstract This study aims to identify the factors that influence a household’s willingness to use reverse mortgage as a source of supplementary income in old age by adopting the original Theory of Planned Behavior (TPB) and extending it with three other additional constructs. Using a convenience sampling technique, a total of 391 valid questionnaires were used for data analysis. The data analysis was conducted using the SmartPLS software, version 3.2.6. The results suggest that the sense of attachment to a place, attitude, motive of bequest, social influence and perceived ability positively influence a household’s willingness to use reverse mortgage, while financial behavior was found to negatively influence the willingness to do so. The findings of this study extend the application of the TPB to the domain of reverse mortgage product.

This research looks at listening as one factor that gives contribution toward speaking among high school students. The study attempts to reveal through data analysis, in the form of students. score from each variable that both have correlation. Further the objective of the study is also to find out the extent of influence contributed by listening toward speaking. The research applies library study and field study (instrument designing and test performing both for listening and speaking). The theory used for analysis deals with listening and speaking correlation from language learning review. The result of the study demonstrates that the correlation of listening as the independent variable with speaking as dependent variable is positive. It also proves that with a unit of program or treatment given toward listening class, there will be a significant improvement equals with 3.134 times from previous speaking score for the same sample. For the analysis of data, the extent of correlation between two varibales is shown as low. It indicates that even though listening do have positive correlation towarde speaking, it is not the only deminant factor to determine success in speaking.

This study was conducted to determine the reasons behind the students’ preferring an activity that would teach them how to perform and teach Zumba effectively and safely as a leisure activity and to what extent the activity met their expectations. The Subjects:This qualitative research consisted of 22 face to face interviews with students of the Rumeli University Faculty of Sport Sciences, Coaching Education, Sports Management and Recreation departments. Materials and Method:The participants were selected with the convenience sampling method and consisted of 16 women and 6 men between the ages of 18-22 years. The Zumba event included 8 one hour Zumba classes given by a specialist in this area. The data was coded separately by two researchers and the consistency rate was found to be 75 percent. Descriptive and content analysis was used and transferred to NVIVO 10 software for data analysis. The themes of reasons for participating in and expectations of students from the Zumba classes that resulted from the interviews conducted prior to and following the event were collected and evaluated. Conclusions: As a result of the data analysis prior to the event, the desire to become a specialist, adding another dimension to their specialty, being ready to branch out, importance future planning, increased financial expectation and popularity of Zumbaemerged as the leading themes in choosing Zumba. The participant’s thoughts after the event were that their initial expectations were met and extra themes of health protection and entertainment were added as gains from the event.

AbstractIn this study, we propose to examine two types of Parent Training (PT) under DDAA —behavioral and reflective types of PT. The central idea of our work is that the development of parenting educational skills cannot ignore the development of reflective and regulatory functions, which promote pre-mentalization, social cognition, and empathic skills. Because of the lack of studies on the efficacy of behavioral PT addressed to the parents of subjects with DDAA, this work took place. This study included 90 families whose children were diagnosed with the disorder of dysregulated anger and aggression (DDAA) according to criteria of CD 0–5 (2016). The sample included pre-school children aged between 2 and 3 years old (age range 2–3 years), who were equally divided into two groups based on the type of PT administered to the parents or caregivers. Our results indicate that the PT intervention, which is focused on the improvement of parental reflexive functions, helps in obtaining greater results even in the reduction of the externalizing behavioral symptoms. Additionally, results show that the intervention of PT with a behavioral matrix does not improve parental reflexive functions even if it guarantees a slight reduction of children’s behavioral problems.

In the management of the adult dental patient efforts are geared towards the preservation of permanent dentition as it is important for maintaining normal occlusal relationship, play role in aesthesis, speech, influence food habit and nutrition. This hospital based descriptive type of cross sectional study was done at Exodontia Department of Dhaka Dental College and Hospital to identify the factors that contribute in tooth extraction among the respondents. The study was carried out during the month of January to June 2009 and 110 respondents selected purposively. The study showed the majority of the respondents (57.3%) were in the age group of 20-39 years. Their mean age was 36.85.years, SD of age was ±13.85 and age range was 15-85 years. Among the respondents 46.4% were male and 53.6% were female. Dental caries was the leading cause of tooth extractions in 68% cases. It was also observed that post filling complication contributed in 33% cases of extraction. Patient requests due to economic cause in 16% cases, negligence in 11% cases and even distance of the treatment centre from residence reported in 15% cases. The treatment philosophy of the centre played a vital role. This research aimed to analyze the effect of profitability and capital structure on the Company value with Dividend policy as a moderating variable in consumption companies which registered on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2014-2018 Period. The sample in this research is Consumption Company with food and drink subsector, cigarette, pharmacy, cosmetics, household goods and household appliances. The data collection technique used Purposive Sampling, so it is obtained 15 companies with 5 years of observations to 75 observations. Data analysis tools used SmartPLS 3.0. The analysis results shows that profitability has positive and significant effect on the company value, modal structure has positive and significant effect on the company value, and dividend policy is unable to moderate the effect of capital structure on the company value. The profitability and capital structure can explains the company value of 85,6% while the rest is 14,4% explains by the other variables. The analysis prove that a well-managed capital structure will increase the company's profitability and value, so the capital gains are greater and investors expect capital gains rather than dividends.

Personality is one of the main things that are being shaped during the formation of Catholic Priest.  However, assessments of personality are often only based on preceptor observations. This study aims to find out the personality characteristics of the brothers to help the preceptors educating them. This research is a quantitative descriptive study with 82 brothers who live in Archdiocese of Jakarta as participants. Participants are currently undergoing stage of Bachelor studies, Pastoral Orientation Year, or Master studies with age range of 20-38 years (M = 23.44, SD = 3.447). Participants were collected by convenience sampling method, by distributing online questionnaires. The general personality description is obtained by processing the score of each Big Five Marker (IPIP-BFM-50) in Indonesian domain with descriptive statistical methods. ANOVA test is carried out to see the differences based on the formation stages. Most of the brothers have moderate scores for each domain, so the expressions can be trained to suit the needs of Church. However, some of them have extremely low score on Emotional Stability (3.7%), thus showing high tendency to be susceptible to stress and negative emotions. Agreeableness is the dominant characteristic as there are no extreme low scores in this domain and the SD on the raw score is also the smallest. It is also found that there are significant differences in Agreeableness based on the stages of the formation that are being undertaken.

Job satisfaction is positive emotional state, which is result of evaluation of some work experience. It is a multidisciplinary phenomenon, which is influenced by multiple internal and external factors. In this paper, employee satisfaction or job satisfaction was observed as a dependent variable, while interpersonal relationships are defined as influencing factor, i.e. independent variable. Interpersonal relationships imply establishment of social relations and connections between individuals at work. Interpersonal relationships can be defined as the subjective experience of employee in interaction or connection with another person (colleagues or superiors). Factors such as gender, age, education, work experience and job position are included in the analysis as control variables. Main hypothesis in this paper states that positive interpersonal relationships have impact on employee satisfaction. The independent variable is divided into three segments, namely: communication and work climate, relationship with superiors and relationship with colleagues. Each segment of interpersonal relationships was separately tested in relation to the dependent variable. The base of this paper is an empirical research conducted in 2019. Based on the survey questionnaire, data from 143 employees in the surveyed company were collected. Data processing was performed on the basis of statistical software for social sciences-SPSS. Descriptive and correlation analysis were applied in the data analysis. All hypotheses tested were confirmed. Testing the hypotheses confirm that there is a statistically significant relationship between observed variables and that there is a moderate positive correlation, which implies that interpersonal relationship is a factor of job satisfaction. Main limitation of this research relates to the observation of relationship between variables in a single business entity. However, the coverage of all employees in the conducted research and the high response rate of employees (82%) provide a good basis for data analysis and giving some general conclusions. Detailed description of research methodology enables its repetition in other organizations.
