The position of bank bjb based on Total DPK in December 2014 rise to the category national public bank, but it is different from Total DPK in the branch of bank bjb in tegal, in the same period the strategy of bjb Tegal bank accumulate DPK (Dana Pihak Ketiga),by increasing product sales of cheap deposits as well as savings bjb tandamata. This study analyzes several factors that thought to have influence on the decisions to saving, there are: positionong, serving quality, product quality, and corporate image.The population of the respondents in this study as many as 120 customers. In this research using purposive sampling technique.The research results show that the positioning strategy has a positive effect on saving. While the quality of the product has no positive effect against a decision on saving. And quality of the product  have not a positive effect against the strategy of positioning. The quality of service has a positive influence on the positioning strategy. And the quality of service has a positive effect against the corporate image. And the test results of the corporate image of saving has positive influence. So that it can be summed up in this research decision saving the customer at a bank Branch bjb Tegal is not affected by the quality of the products from the tanda mata bjb savings.

Tujuan penelitian – This research to identify and analyze the level of product quality and service level of Kentucky Fried Chicken (KFC) branch of the Palembang Trade Center Desain/Metodologi/Pendekatan – The variables used in this study is the level of product quality and service quality levels. The analytic technique used in this research is descriptive quantitative analysis Temuan – Based on the survey result revealed that the analysis of the level of product quality and service level of Kentucky Fried Chicken (KFC) in Palembang Branch Trade positive effect on service, this sesuiai with the consumer demand in expect include: KFC halal certified chicken, flavored chicken meat that is tender and delicious, as well as the packaging of products is good. Product and service quality is a determinant of the level of satisfaction obtained by the customer after making a purchase and the use of the product to buy back or not. Bukit Randu Restaurant also serves dishes and drinks with a variety of menus. Customers are the parties who play an important role in assessing the quality of products and food and beverage services.The results of data analysis were obtained; product quality variable, service affect the consumer satisfaction of Bukit Randu Bandar Lampung Resto by 83.34%.Product quality and service partially have a positive effect on customer satisfaction. The quality of products and services together has a positive influence on customer satisfaction in Bukit Randu Bandar Lampung restaurant.

Service is a kind of direct and indirect communication from the producen to the costumer to measure how for the customer to buy and consume, if they can have satisfaction to the product that they will trust and keep using our product. The main target of this research is the identification how good is the service that give by MIRAH HOTEL Bogor, how big is the customer satisfaction MIRAH HOTEL Bogor.The method of analysis is quantitative method with regretion and correlation formula, to answer of question, when questioner used and draft to respondent. The Implication to image of the company a djuge from how the service and facilities inside MIRAH HOTEL bogor,  customer satisfaction and its implications for corporate image in question. services have a significant effect on perceived ease of customer satisfaction with a coefficient of 0,46. It can be proved by looking at the value of t statistics of 6,26 greater than 1,96. PLS results indicate that the construct of service quality has a positive effect on customer satisfaction This means that the first hypothesis is accepted, the proven quality of service  effect customer satisfaction. Quality of service that increases customer satisfaction  causes more significant effect on perceived ease of customer satisfaction with the coefficient of 0,46. It can be proved by looking at the value of t statistics for 11,90 of greater than 1,96. While the second hypothesis customer satisfaction has a positive effect on corporate image study was to prove the second hypothesis is accepted, customer satisfaction is proven to effect the company's image.   Keywords :  Service, Customer Satisfaction, Brand Image

Increased cultural intention to buy the community along with increasing loyalty to a product brand. This paper aims to analyze the influence of brand equity and customer satisfaction on Nevada brand loyalty products in Denpasar City. The study was conducted in Denpasar with sample size of 140 respondents using purposive sampling method. The results of the analysis found that brand equity has a significant positive effect on brand loyalty. Customer satisfaction has a significant positive effect on brand loyalty. Suggestions that can be recommended for manufacturers of Nevada brand products should consider the position of a brand in accordance with consumer views such as maintaining product quality, product prices so as to increase consumer loyalty. Nevada must maintain the quality of service provided so far to consumers, because the quality of service as a key that determines customer satisfaction so as to increase customer loyalty to buy products Nevada in Denpasar.   Keywords: brand equity, customer satisfaction, brand loyalty

<p>Based on observations in the field, it can be seen that at the Polytechnic LP3I Jakarta Cibinong Campus service is generally seen as good enough, but there are some services that are still considered not optimal. Based on this, the writer is interested in conducting research to find out how much influence the quality of service on corporate image (Polytechnic LP3I Jakarta Cibinong Campus). The type of research chosen is a type of quantitative research. Quantitative research was chosen because researchers wanted to measure the effect of service quality on image at the Polytechnic LP3I Jakarta Cibinong Campus using a scale and size that had been previously designed. This measurement is based on the respondent's answer to a questionnaire containing various questions and statements with variations of answers that have been provided by the author. This research is explanative, namely a study that explains the interplay between independent variables (Service Quality) and dependent variables (Image Company) through testing hypotheses. In this case the researcher examines whether there is an influence between the quality of service to the company image by testing several theories used. From the results of the analysis obtained the value of service quality has a significant positive effect on the image shown by the r value of 0.587 which means the relationship between the two is strong. While the coefficient of determination (R2) is equal to 0.344, which means that service quality can increase the company's image variable by 34.4%, while the remaining 65.6% is explained by other variables.</p><p> Keywords: Service, Quality, Image</p>

Facing the era of intense competition that needs to be trained by hospitals is patient satisfaction, patient satisfaction is closely related to quality service quality and service quality is evaluated by achieving minimum service standards that are in accordance with standards. The existence of preliminary data from the RSI about pharmacy service satisfaction figures in terms of facilities 95.2%, waiting time 77.4%, friendliness 95.2%, accuracy 91.9%, where this data still needs more in-depth research to obtain satisfaction figures valid. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of service quality on patient satisfaction and the achievement of Minimum Service Standards for outpatient pharmacy installation in Malang Hospital "Unisma". This type of research is quantitative with observational analytic using cross sectional. The population in this study were all patients who visited who had received medication services, taking samples by simple random sampling of 136 samples, using questionnaires. Analyze data with path analysis. The results showed that the path coefficient of Service Quality to satisfaction of 0.425 showed a positive effect. The path coefficient of Service Quality towards achievement of MSS of 0.413 shows a positive influence, the path coefficient of Patient Satisfaction with achievement of MSS of 0.166 shows a positive influence. To improve the quality of service, it will be followed by achieving good standards, so patient satisfaction will also increase. From the results of this study it can be concluded that the better the Quality of Service, the better Patient Satisfaction. The better the Quality of Service, the better the Achievement of Minimum Service Standards and the better the Patient Satisfaction, the better the Quality of Service Standards.

This research has purpose to know the effect from service quality, product completeness, corporate image on customer satisfaction. Based on there are many competitors of modern retail stores that have sprung up, it is not impossible that a store that used to be big can be a store left by its customers. The quality of service, store completeness and corporate image are the solutions to maximize consumer satisfaction at the Sumenep Elmalik shop. Kind from this research is a quantitative researc with the total of respondents determined by purposive sampling as one hundred respondents. Respondents were divided into several types, namely gender, age and occupation. Technical analiysis uses multiple linear regression. The results explain that quality of service, complecated product and corporate image give affection on Elmalik satisfaction of consumer, this is evidenced by the t value > from t table.

Homestay or dormitory is one of primary needs student who studied far from their home town. This demand for home stay have been responding by residents around the campus by promote an empty space or room at their home to be rent. As one of strategy to expand the quality of service and generate a new income channel, campus or university have been also providing homestay for their student which used to call dormitory and it’s managed by professional management building. A tight competitiveness in this business have made the management building need to explore what factors will cause increase satisfaction and loyalty from dormitory’s tenant. This paper investigated impact of quality product and quality service to loyalty intention with satisfaction as a moderating variable among 102 tenants of student dormitory from University X. The findings was product quality wasn’t affect the satisfaction and loyalty intention, meanwhile service quality was significant at α 1%. Implication of these findings management building dormitory from University X must improve their service quality to attain loyality from tenants.
