One of the advanced Internet technologies is Internet of Things (IoT), that is a technology where devices can communicate via Internet connectivity. It is used in many vital industries like automotive, electricity, home automation, and healthcare. This study aims to implement IoT technology for healthcare sector, i.e. in helping obesity people to pursue their weight-loss program (WLP). The result is a system which consists of a smart weight scale, a mobile application, and food menu recommendation database in order to help obesity people in their WLP program. A trial to some obesity patients is performed to collect data. Index Terms—Internet of things; overweight; weight loss program; food recommendation

Internet technology as the cutting-edge of the current information technology, it has penetrated into every aspect of human life, more and more government agencies, enterprises are using Internet to improve their office efficiency and to establish new business operation model, in order to improve its reaction ability in fierce competition. Internet has brought convenience for people to work, while the security problem of network also will follow. The internal network not only needs to ensure the security of their data, but also needs to exchange data with the external network, then by adopting network security isolation system which takes gatekeeper technology as its core technology, so that we can ensure that internal network and external network will have physical isolation at any time, meanwhile, according to business needs, it also has multiple forms of information and data’s exchanges.

To overcome the crisis of the modern school institution, it is necessary to qualitatively rethink its foundations and to design fundamentally new approaches to implementing the educational program. The theoretical and methodological bases of the concept of a new type of school as a development practice, based on the provisions of Russian cultural-historical psychology and the activity approach are presented. The purpose of the work is to consider in the modern context the key theoretical provisions of Russian psychology and to formulate the methodological principles arising from them, which set the conditions for organizing the educational process, thus ensuring the transition from theory to practice. The key concepts of the school model are development, agency and collaboration: infinite development is formulated as the supreme goal and value of the school, the development of the position of agency is considered as the main productive process, and collaboration is the main professional principle. Eight basic principles are formulated as follows: intent - implementation - reflection as a methodological scheme for organizing school processes, the principle of multidimensional development, the principle of equal importance of school activities, the principle of congruence, the principle of organizing the educational space as a space for growing up, the principle of fellowship of practices and the development-oriented approach to evaluation. Thus, the article presents the authors view of the school as a scientifically grounded anthropological practice. The implementation of the concept, which has already begun in Russia, is an experiment that will make it possible to verify these theoretical and methodological provisions.

Kata kunci—framework, aplikasi desktop, aplikasi web    AbstractDesktop application is an application that runs locally in a desktop environment and can be accessed only by desktop users. It differs from web application which can be accessed from anywhere through networks. But unlike desktop applications, web applications cannot integrate nicely with desktop applications from where it is accessed. This research developes a prototype of framework which is named HAF (Hybrid Application Framework). HAF is used for developing and executing a new type of desktop application, named HyApp (Hybrid Application). Through HAF, HyApp is built using web technologies and can be accessed either locally or from networks. When accessed locally, even though it is built using web technologies, it still can communicate with other desktop applications. Also by using APIs provided by HAF, HyApp is capable to behave differently based on whether it is accessed locally or remotely. Keywords—framework, desktop applications, web applications

Web technologies evolved from Web 1.0 in early 1990s to Web 3.0 nowadays. Alongside Web technologies, eLearning has been evolving from eLearning 1.0 to eLearning 3.0, which integrates the Web X.0 technologies and tools into educational and institutional practice resulting in eLearning X.0. Universities and schools are investing substantial amounts of time and money in implementing Learning Management Systems (LMS). If not designed with eLearning X.0 support in mind, the LMS can pose difficulty for instructors and students to benefit from these technologies through LMS directly. The aim of this study is to evaluate the readiness of learning management systems to support eLearning X.0. This research reviewed the literature for the most common Web X.0 tools or features used in the eLearning process. Then an evaluation model was developed and applied on two respective learning management systems: BlackBoard and MOODLE. The results of readiness evaluation shows that MOODLE is more ready for eLearning X.0 than BlackBoard. The findings of this study provide several important implications for learning management system research and management.

This article substantiates the selection of a new object in accounting – the cost of Internet technology. The author presents new methods for accounting the costs of Internet technologies and provides the interpretation of the concept of «virtual assets». The author considers it necessary to introduce separate accounts for accounting the costs of Internet technologies. We believe that this approach will allow to see the total amount of the costs of Internet technologies, which is important for purposes of planning, monitoring and analysis, as well as to resolve contentious issues arising in accounting the costs of Internet technologies, which will significantly facilitate the work of accountants. In the absence of theoretical developments in accounting the costs of Internet technologies we make the first attempts to classify the costs of Internet technologies. We propose grouping the costs according to the following criteria: their purpose; frequency of occurrence (one-time and ongoing); gains in the time period (current, deferred costs and capital). The author concludes with a recommended register for accounting the costs of Internet technologies.
