Softball games are one form of small ball games learned at school. In the softball game there is strike zone, which is an imaginary field between the elbow and the knee of a batter, and is above the home base. Students find it difficult to find the strike zone so that when throwing pitchers always “ball”. when the game takes place students have difficulty determining between “strike” and “ball”. The need for learning media that can provide a real form of strike zone for students. This research is a development research that uses the stages of development of Borg and Gall. Based on product testing, the target media strike zone is very suitable with the softball game and can effectively provide information about the real shape of the strike zone in the softball game, as well as helping students to set targets and throw accuracy.

Pembelajaran IPA di sekolah sangat memerlukan sarana dan prasarana, salah satunya berupa Lembar Kegiatan Siswa (LKS). Guru dituntut kreativitasnya dalam membuat bahan ajar berupa LKS yang menerapkan pendekatan saintifik untuk mengaktifkan siswa ketika proses pembelajaran di kelas. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan Lembar Kegiatan Siswa (LKS) berbasis inquiry pada materi pengukuran dalam pembelajaran IPA di Sekolah Menengah Pertama (SMP). Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian pengembangan dengan model 4D dengan empat tahapan pengembangan, yaitu define (pendefinisian), design (perancangan), development (pengembangan), dan dissemination (penyebaran). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa LKS berbasis inquiry yang dikembangkan memiliki kriteria valid dan layak digunakan dalam pembelajaran. Respon siswa terhadap LKS yang dikembangkan memiliki kategori baik. Jadi, LKS berbasis inquiry pada materi pengukuran yang dikembangkan efektif diterapkan dalam pembelajaran untuk meningkatkan kreativitas siswa.   AbstractScience teaching in schools need more facilities and infrastructure, one of which is a Student Worksheet. Teachers are required creativity in making teaching materials that apply a scientific approach to enable students to do the learning process in the classroom. This study aims to develop an integrated inquiry based Student Worksheet on the measurement material science teaching in Junior High School (SMP). This research is a development research with 4D model with four stages of development, namely define (definition), design (design), development (development), and dissemination (spread). The results showed that Student Worksheet based inquiry developed has valid and feasible criteria in learning. The student's response to the developing Student Worksheet has a good category. Thus, Student Worksheet based inquiry on the materials developed are effective in learning to enhance students creativity.

Abstrak: Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan: (1) profil acara Mario Teguh Golden Ways; (2) sinopsis jalannya acara Mario Teguh Golden Ways; (3) cakupan nilai-nilai pendidikan karakter yang terkandung dalam tayangan Mario Teguh Golden Ways; dan (4) pendekatan yang digunakan dalam proses pembelajaran pendidikan karakter melalui tayangan Mario Teguh Golden Ways. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian analisis isi (content analysis). Unit analisis pada penelitian ini adalah episode “Pancing Cinta” yang ditayangkan 13 September 2015. Hasil penelitian adalah sebagai berikut. (1) Profil acara Mario Teguh Golden Ways yang ditayangkan oleh Metro TV menunjukkan bahwa acara ini merupakan salah satu bentuk nyata kepedulian media televisi melaksanakan fungsi edukasi dalam pembinaan karakter masyarakat. (2) Cinta itu harus diperjuangkan. Cinta itu harus dipancing. Kadang-kadang perlu pengorbanan. Memancing cinta identik dengan cara memancing ikan oleh pemancing hebat. Siapkan perangkatnya: lanjeran, senar, kail, dan umpan. (3) Nilai-nilai pendidikan karakter yang terkandung dalam tayangan MTGW episode “Pancing Cinta” mencakup: (a) disiplin, menaati norma dan peraturan; (b) santun, hormat, baik dan rendah hati; (c) cinta Tuhan dan mensyukuri pemberian-Nya; (d) kemandirian, tanggap (peka), tatag (tahan uji), tanggon (dapat diandalkan), niat baik, dan tanggung jawab; (e) kejujuran; (f) dermawan, tolong menolong, kerjasama, mendatangkan kebahagiaan. (4) Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam proses pendidikan karakter melalui tayangan MTGW adalah pendekatan holistik (holistic approach). Kata Kunci: pendidikan karakter, mario teguh golden ways, pancing cinta THE CHARACTER EDUCATION VALUES CONTAINED IN THE PROGRAM MARIO TEGUH GOLDEN WAYS Abstract: The purpose of this study is to describe: (1) profile of the program Mario Teguh Golden Ways; (2) coverage of the character education values contained in the program Mario Teguh Golden Ways; and (4) the approach used in the learning process of character education through the program Mario Teguh Golden Ways. This study is a content analysis. The analysis unit in this study is the episode "Pancing Cinta" which aired 13 September 2015. The results of the study are as follows. (1) The profile of the program Mario Teguh Golden Ways broadcasted by Metro TV, showed that this program is one of the real form of television media's concern to carry out the education function in character building in society; (3) The character education values contained in the program MTGW episode "Pancing Cinta" includes: (a) Discipline, obey norms and regulations; (b) Polite, respectful, kind and humble; (c) Love God and grateful for His gifts; (d) Independence, responsive (sensitive), Tatag (resilient), tanggon (reliable), good intentions and responsibility; (e) Honesty; (f) Generous, mutual help, cooperation, bring happiness; (4) The approach used in the character education process through the program MTGW is a holistic approach. Catholic teens Indonesia is part of the Church in Indonesia and the Indonesian people. Indonesia consists of thousands of islands that stretched from Sabang to Merauke. This fact opens the possibility of a fairly wide occurrence of the encounter between cultures and simultaneous cross-cultural. This diversity is certainly a logical consequence to an enrichment of civilizations and diversity (plurality), although also contains elements of the loss. Plurality of Indonesian society on the one hand can make the Catholic teens swept away in the swift currents of the community to lose our identity or conflict. However Plurality can also awaken in the Catholic teen award nature between one race to the other races, between ethnic or tribal one with the other tribes, between groups with one another. In a pluralistic society such as this, the Catholic teens called to the apostolate. Through the act of self-discovery, live in love and have a sense of tolerance of differences is the real form of the apostolate.

In the implementation of learning activities that occur at SD Plus Pesantren Al-Anwar, problems when implementing learning activities, among others, are the media used are not supportive, teachers use learning resources in the form of books and have not used certain learning media. This is the cause of students tend to be passive in learning activities. When learning theme 3 sub-theme 2 learning 2 in class IV the teacher uses image media in teaching and learning activities, making students less understanding of the material. As a result, students are less interested in teaching and learning activities. This research was conducted in class IV, which consisted of 20 students. In the development research that has been carried out, it is expected to be able to provide a good influence for students, the Fun Thinkers book media is to foster student learning activities and achievements and must use media that can foster student interest in learning so that they are enthusiastic in undergoing the learning process. Research using the ADDIE model which passes through 5 stages.

One of the aspects that determine the success of the learning process is teaching materials.  This research aimed to develop the effectiveness of contextual material for teaching English at Madrasah Aliyah.  The design of this research is development research by using ADDIE model. The product consists of two books, (teacher's book and students'book) the title is “English For Us”.  Subjects in this research were all students of grade X. Sample were 87 persons and it was selected by using the purposive technique. The instrument used to collect data was a survey, questionnaires, and an interview. Data analysis was used the qualitative and quantitative technique. The practicalities of the teacher’s book were 82.54   and students’ book showed an average  84.63 score. The effectiveness of a product is measured through pre-test is 68,00  and post-test is 75.44.  It can be concluded that the contextual material for teaching English at Madrasah Aliyah was effective

[Title: Development of Physics Student Worksheets Based on Image on Vibration and Waves Material]. Has conducted development research of media instruction in the form of Physics student worksheet (PSW) based image. This study aims to determine the eligibility of PSW based image subject matter of vibration and wave material in the class of VIII SMPN 4 Batukliang. Subjects in this study were students of class VIII SMPN 4 Batukliang the school year 2015/2016 amounting to 21 students. Methods of data collection in this study is the questionnaire. Eligibility test carried out by the validation by expert lecturers Mataram Teachers' Training College physical education and assessment by a physics teacher and students in a limited group test conducted at SMPN 4 Batukliang. The results of this development study found that the results of eligibility by expert lecturer percentage of 86.5%, then from teachers of eligibility obtained the percentage of 94%. The results based on the results of validation expert lecturers and showed a very good physics teacher. The response of the students was also very good with a percentage of 96.71% eligibility. Based on this analysis showed that the student worksheet physic-based image very decent used in the learning process.

This research is motivated by the limitations of time learning that can be used by students in the class with the characteristics of vocational learning that requires students to know with skills (competencies). The teacher-centred learning process also slows the level of mastery of the material that students should have. The purpose of this research is to produce the appropriate e-modules used in the subjects of computer and basic network students in grade X TKJ at SMK. The type of this research was Research and Development by using ADDIE development model. This type of development research is with analysis (analysis) needs to be developed, design to choose Media, design and make media, development (development) test Practicality, practical done by 1 teacher and 30 students, implementation is done implementation in students by teacher, and Evaluation (evaluation) of data assessment result of multimedia-based learning module deserves to be used in Classroom as a simulation tool learning computer lessons and basic networks. Multimedia-based learning modules are applied because they are quality, easy to use and have a fascination if used in the learning process.

Learning facilities are often a problem in the learning process for athletic sports. The purpose of this study was to produce a product to develop a hurdling learning tool. The subjects of the small scale trial were class IV which assessed 28 students, and the subjects of the large scale trial were class V who were assessed 32 who were in SDN 70 Kota Tengah Kota Gorontalo. The method in this research is related to determining potentials and problems, design data, design validation, revised design, product testing, product testing, usage trials, product revisions, product testing. The results of this development research are in the form of a tool made from a rubber band with adjustable height support poles then poured out and packed into a book.

The learning model is a collection of activities that occur during the teaching and learning process with the objective of achieving the set goals. The brain-based online learning model developed is a solution to the students' learning problems. The majority of students struggle to interpret all of the learning materials they receive. This resulted in students' dissatisfaction with the learning materials. The purpose of this research is to develop a brain-based online learning process design based on the aforementioned problems. The Lee & Owens model of development was used in this development research. The stages of the Lee & Owens development model are analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation. The development research findings are as follows: (1) the media experts' assessment, which resulted in an 89.35% score with a valid category. (2) The assessment of the developed learning materials by material experts resulted in a score of 91.23% with a valid category. (3) expert evaluation, with an overall score of 86.35% for having a valid category. (4) The results of individual trials produced a percentage score of 88.5% with a valid category. (5) The results of small group trials indicated an overall percentage score of 81.60% of valid categories. (6) Field trials are classified as valid when they receive a percentage of 79.89%.
