Digital transformation provoked by Industry 4.0 should not be just seen as a technological issue, it causes also fundamental changes in processes and in organizations of companies. Notably a new understanding of leadership can be counted on to them. The so-called “digital leaders” are expected to act rapidly and flexible in networked and distributed organization structures on the one hand and on the other hand they have to manage the digital transformation of the organization. Since most of the companies are still in the beginning of their digital transformation, there is a lack of a common understanding and a standard model of digital leadership. Most of the existing research works are visionary and predict the requirements for digital leadership on anticipated technological, economical and organizational changes; only few of them report about changes in leadership based on implemented cases. The objective of this study is to sum up main characteristics of the leadership in the era of digital transformation by applying content analysis of literature review as the method.

Death is one of the most difficult topics a person can talk about. The human being is busy with how to continue his life and improve its conditions. This study aims is to explore the writing of Facebook pages of the dead. The research used the qualitative approach through a content analysis, where (50) publications were found on fifteen pages of a dead person with an intentional sample, and the results of the research showed that writing people in the pages of the dead included two directions, the first direction is a desire to immortalize the dead and a kind of preserving their roots Alive. As for the other direction, it was weeping over their ruins and showing the end of a person's death and his end life. Sometimes in the same post include both directions together, meaning "the use of the deceased’s account by his family by changing the profile picture of the dead, and at the same time inviting the deceased’s friends through his page to the memorial event. People write on the pages of the dead in order to weep over their ruins on the one hand, and to immortalize their memories on the other side. Facebook as a social platform and the interaction of people with the pages of the dead shows the great social interaction that takes place in this space, and research in this field is not consistent with one and only claim, as some posts are either temporary or permanent; Therefore, I have used screen capture technology to collect and retain information. The pages of the dead included referring to them, writing memorials and longing, etc. Facebook has become a social platform that allows those who lose a dear person to share their grief through it, and enables them to deal with death and relieve their pain

Abstract The expansion of the security agenda was at the basis of the emergence of new theoretical concepts in the field of studies on international security. One example is the concept of securitisation, developed by the Copenhagen School, which makes it possible to examine, on the one hand, new threats to the security of countries and, on the other hand, the policies through which they seek to address them. Based on this concept, the article argues that drug trafficking was securitised by the Brazilian government in the period of 2011-2016. From 2016, with the issue of Decree nº 8903, the matter returned to the stage of ‘politicisation’ as understood by the Copenhagen School. The decree marked, therefore, a process of desecuritisation of the issue in Brazil, since it revoked the Strategic Border Plan, resulting in the loss of the temporary and emergency nature of the ‘Ágata’ operations. This article analyses the development of Brazilian legislation since 1976 on this matter and carries out, for the period 2011 to 2016, content analysis of the narrative on securitisation. In addition, this work examines the guidelines and nature of the Brazilian government’s public policies aimed at combating drug trafficking.

The inclusion of employees with disabilities in production is an issue that has rarely been addressed by scientists from the manufacturing sector. In this article, we examine to what extent the trend towards Industry 4.0 offers potential for the inclusion of people with disabilities in Production 4.0. First, we examine relevant legal foundations and restrictions in Europe and in more detail in Austria, Italy, and Norway. Next, based on a literature review, we examine which technological aids in the form of worker assistance systems derived from Industry 4.0 can make jobs in the manufacturing sector accessible for people with disabilities. Three types of assistance systems have been examined: sensorial aid systems, physical aid systems, and cognitive aid systems. In a concluding discussion of the results, we finally summarize the implications on management and policies as well as the potential and limitations of identified worker assistance technologies. On the one hand, the study is intended to draw the attention of researchers and industrial companies to new technological possibilities for the inclusion of people with disabilities in production. On the other hand, difficulties and grievances due to the legal foundations are pointed out to stimulate a critical discussion here as well.

Abstract. Do we communicate in the same way when we are physically present and when we do it through technology? How do we relate to the images about us and how do their publication affect us?The body as a setting and as the content of communication is the thematic focus of this new comparative analysis, which tackles the values identified in an exploratory research. In this study, it has been attempted to make an approximation to the changes that are taking place in the communications among young people, based on their own testimonies. The content analysis carried out uses the axiological categories of the Hall-Tonna model. It has been proceeded by grouping the responses, given by young students aged between 17 and 24 years, of boys, on the one hand, and girls, on the other. The attention has focused on analysing the experiences from a gender perspective. The remarkable differences are found in the second question’s answers. In the answers provided by girls stand out the value of the image, however they have a perception of the body as of paramount importance regarding both personal (present) and professional (future) competence, meanwhile this is not present in boy’s answers. In both cases, the second question presents profiles of more discontinuous values than in the first one, which indicates the greater fragility experienced to the image of the body in the technological medium. Keywords: values, gender, communication, young people, body, content of analysis.

The global shipbuilding community continues to embrace digital ecosystems in the context of Industry 4.0. Functioning ecosystems, in turn, are an indispensable attribute of digitalization. The growth of interest in ecosystems is explained by the emergence of technologies that enable interaction between participants in business processes within the framework of their activities, as well as the almost instant provision of the necessary information to interested parties (digital twin, big data, etc.). For the widespread adoption of Industry 4.0 technologies, it is still necessary to solve many particular problems, which reflect narrowly focused issues of limitations and applicability of technologies in relation to shipbuilding, as well as a range of issues of legal regulation, standardization and certification. On the one hand, a tool such as 3D modeling, which is one of the key points of digitalization of production, has long been used in shipbuilding, but in the form of design aids. The purpose of this work is to analyze the problems of the existing interaction between design bureaus and shipyards in organizing the digital transformation of production. The main reasons for the emerging problems are identified and considered, such as the lack of a centralized approach to interaction, the absence at the industry level of a decision on the dominance of the 3D model over the paper document, the heterogeneity of the CAD systems used, the unavailability of industrial sites to use the information of the 3D model in full, etc. aspects of interaction and methods of their solution. New solutions are proposed for the composition of the supplied documentation and in terms of interaction between the participants in this process from the side of design bureaus and shipyards.

The aim of the article was to present selected problems of health policy in the context of legislative changes in health care on the example of activities related to the SARS-CoV-2 virus epidemic, as well as to show the scope and pace of changes and their assessment. The first group of issues covers the analysis of the provisions introduced regarding organizational changes in entities providing medical activities, which, from the beginning of the pandemic, changed the scope of inpatient care and developed teleporting activities. The second group consists of changes that overlapped with regulations counteracting SARS-CoV-2 virus infections in the scope of GDPR and medical documentation. The third is an analysis of legal provisions regulating in detail the rights and obligations of medical personnel and patients, which on the one hand modify the legal liability of persons providing services, and on the other, introduce restrictions on access to them.

A common understanding of teaching English in Nepalese context implies teaching the prescribed textbook lessons and learning means following the teachers’ instructions. The school on the one hand, grades the students’ achievement according to the score they have scored. The parents, on the other, evaluate their children’s learning according to how beautifully they have written on their notebooks and how fluently they speak in English. This traditional practice of teaching and evaluating learners has paralyzed our system of teaching and learning. Therefore, it is high time we shift our practices to a more productive approach to teaching. Content and Language Integrated Learning (CLIL) meets the present needs. This paper deals with the ways CLIL is useful to the Nepalese context. In addition, it also puts light on the materials used in CLIL lessons, teacher’s and students’ roles and assessment in CLIL. Journal of NELTA, Vol 20 No. 1-2, December 2015, Page: 71-79

The article traces the career of Vittorio Emanuele Orlando: early scholar, he soon became a master in public law, and a political protagonist before the advent of the fascist regime, to which he never gave his adhesion, focusing mainly on his role in the Constituent Assembly, of which he was the dean. His important interventions are recalled, including the one against the ratification of the Peace Treaty, and those, particularly deepened and passionate, on the draft of the Constitution. Orlando expressed his reservations about the choices made by the majority of the Assembly about the form of government, but he finally expressed his hope in the future of the country and his belief in the beginning of a new worldwide era, in which a new "type of State" would take place, in which Italy too, at par with the other States, would have to abandon "the proud affirmation of the absolute sovereignty”.

Key Enabling Technologies (KET) support the adoption of Industry 4.0 (I4.0) and are also considered the main drivers of the Circular Economy (CE) transition. In this respect, the guidelines and real use cases to inspire enterprises and industry to lead the twin digital and green transition are still poor. This work is aimed at contributing to this matter, with twofold goals: on the one hand, to show a depth desk-research analysis of the key existing policies at European level that foster this twin digital and green transition; on the other hand, to review practical use cases and international projects where CE practices are boosted through the implementation of KET. From the analysis, a set of recommendations are suggested as a guide for policymakers, researchers, and industry managers on how to foster the CE through the implementation of I4.0 technologies.

Examined and analyzed are ethical aspects of interaction between students and teachers in the context of digital transformation of higher education. The forced massive transition to distance learning format updated the direction of research, related to ethical aspects of communication between a teacher and a student in the digital space. Digitalization processes, on the one hand, are becoming a factor of competitiveness, the prestige of educational institution, determining its place in the ranking of modern university, on the other hand, creating a problem of depersonalization of communication in the process of digital support of education. As a result of a sociological questionnaire survey and expert interviews among students and teachers of universities in Sverdlovsk region, both positive aspects of distance learning and communicative ethical difficulties were discovered during the period of transition to distance learning format. In conclusion, the authors offer a set of practical recommendations for further improving the ethical and communicative culture of students and teachers in the context of digitalization of higher education.
