Rata-rata miskonsepsi adalah sebesar 24.25%, False Positif sebesar 9,01%, False Negatif sebesar 4,72%, dan Lack of Knowledge sebesar 10,32% pada materi suhu dan kalor. persentase miskonsepsi tertinggi terletak pada miskonsepsi keenam (M6) sebesar 58,27%, yaitu “Ketika berada pada ruang yang sama suhu besi lebih rendah daripada suhu benda di sekitarnya”.AbstractThe misconception is a conception of someone who is not in accordance with the scientific conception possessed by experts. Misconceptions must be avoided, and if they occur, they need to be remediated because they can be a limiting factor in student learning. However, misconceptions are not easily identified; special instruments and specific steps are needed to express them. The purpose of this study is to explore, uncover, and describe students' misconceptions in temperature and heat material. The research respondents were 127 students from a favorite high school in Jambi. The instrument used for data collection was the Four-Tier Diagnostic Instrument on temperature and heat material. Data analysis was done by finding the percentage of correct answers at each level (tier) for each item and the percentage of answers to misconceptions for each category. The results showed that ten types of misconceptions in the temperature and heat material in students had been identified using nine instrument items. The average misconception is 24.25%, False Positive is 9.01%, False Negative is 4.72%, and Lack of Knowledge is 10.32% in temperature and heat material. The highest percentage of misconception lies in the sixth misconception (M6) of 58.27%, namely "When in the same room the temperature of the iron is lower than the temperature of the objects around it".

This research looks at listening as one factor that gives contribution toward speaking among high school students. The study attempts to reveal through data analysis, in the form of students. score from each variable that both have correlation. Further the objective of the study is also to find out the extent of influence contributed by listening toward speaking. The research applies library study and field study (instrument designing and test performing both for listening and speaking). The theory used for analysis deals with listening and speaking correlation from language learning review. The result of the study demonstrates that the correlation of listening as the independent variable with speaking as dependent variable is positive. It also proves that with a unit of program or treatment given toward listening class, there will be a significant improvement equals with 3.134 times from previous speaking score for the same sample. For the analysis of data, the extent of correlation between two varibales is shown as low. It indicates that even though listening do have positive correlation towarde speaking, it is not the only deminant factor to determine success in speaking.

Acetaminophen is a popular nonprescription analgesic that is often taken in overdose by adolescents during suicidal gestures. The authors hypothesized that most adolescents are naive about the toxic and lethal potential of acetaminophen in overdose. A one-page, 12-item questionnaire was administered to 169 high school students to evaluate their perceptions and knowledge in this area. Whereas only 22% of the sample underestimated the dose of acetaminophen necessary to cause harm, 40.5% underestimated the potential lethality of acetaminophen in overdose. Moreover, 17% of the sample did not believe one could ingest enough acetaminophen to cause death. The lack of knowledge about acetaminophen's potential dangerousness, its widespread availability, and an absence of early symptoms of hepatotoxicity make this medication highly dangerous to those adolescents who take it in overdose during parasuicidal behavior.

As part of this contribution, our objective is to analyze the punctuation defects of the Moroccan high school students to answer the following question: the punctuation marks mistakes not contribute to the misunderstanding and the textual opacity? The support that will be used as the basis for the data analysis is the written production. It is therefore crucial to identify and classify localized punctuation deviations in FFL high school students' copies. These errors are indicative of the problems of learning French in our subjects. Note that this aspect of language is often marginalized by teachers, although it contributes to textual cohesion. The results revealed that the punctuation remains uncontrolled. That is why it will be fruitful to propose some didactic remedies for future teachers. Keywords : textual flaws, French foreign language, punctuation, written production

The present research focused on identifying the influence of cognitive processes in the creative lateral thinking of high school students. The work was developed under the positivist paradigm; it was classified as basic, of explanatory level, with quantitative approach, non-experimental design and cross-sectional. The sample, calculated through probabilistic sampling, consisted of 221 students. Two data collection instruments were used: the cognitive processes questionnaire and the lateral thinking questionnaire, which were subjected to content validity by expert judgment and reliability and internal consistency analysis by Cronbach's alpha, reaching values of 0.908 and 0.802, respectively. The analysis of verification by Spearman's rho obtained was 0.762, which determined the significant influence between cognitive processes and lateral thinking. It was concluded that, if procedures and actions that lead to the acquisition of knowledge in a constructive way and by discovery are practiced, creative and perceptive lateral thinking would be developed; then the individual would exhibit imagination and creative behaviors.
