Errors in the application of language rules of the legislative texts formation are the result of a complex logical and linguistic process. The rules of logic in texts of law form the basis of a legislative text, and are the framework, on which the legislative text is based on language rules. Compliance with language requirements ensures certainty and consistency, and the logic of the presentation of legal material, in turn, contributes to its accuracy and clarity. The logic of constructing a law is impossible without the logic of its language, and vice versa. The legal ways to eliminate errors in the application of language rules for the formation of legislative texts are: a) the distribution of the whole range of errors in the application of language rules for drafting legislative texts into general, terminological, syntactic and stylistic; b) effective use of legislative techniques as a system of tools and rules for creating laws and their systematization, which must be carried out in accordance with certain rules (legal structures, language tools, digital expressions, rules for setting out the norms of law in articles of law, rules for constructing law, rules of logic etc); c) normative consolidation of the requirements of the legislative style in the form of a hierarchy of division into general and special-legal. The general requirements include: 1) coherence and consistency of legislative texts, the absence of tautological errors; 2) accuracy and clarity, which means the quality of a legisltive text; 3) simplicity of presentation of a legislative text, which means the unambiguity of the text; 4) conciseness and compactness of a legislative text. Special legal requirements give normative quality to a legislative text. Among which it is possible to single out: 1) requirements in the field of nature of the prescription; 2) language standardization as an independent requirement for a legislative text; 3) the requirement of composition (graphicity) of a legislative text

Last time, management of equipment, maintenance and use of teaching equipment in lower secondary schools in Dien Bien district, Dien Bien province has been paid more attention, making important contributions to keeping sustainably, improve the quality of education in the district. Every year the lower secondary schools have been given funding and have plans to equip additional teaching equipment. Most lower secondary schools have full-time staff in charge of teaching equipment; with equipment storage rooms, cabinets are gradually added; laboratories and classrooms have been built more and more; have a system of records of teaching equipment management established; The work of inventorying and purifying teaching equipment periodically was also concerned. The movement of innovating teaching methods has made education managers and teachers more interested in using teaching equipment effectively. The positive management measures have caused many teachers to use teaching equipment as an integral part of the lesson, helping the quality of the lessons be increasingly improved to meet the requirements of changes. New teaching methods. Education administrators, teachers, teaching equipment staff are becoming more and more serious in teaching device management. However, the reality of teaching equipment management still reveals many limitations: The management of teaching equipment in schools is still administrative and ineffective. The equipment has no overall and detailed plans; The procurement of teaching equipment is not guaranteed in terms of quantity, lack of uniformity (some are redundant, some are lacking), quality is limited (durability, accuracy is not guaranteed, some new ones are not used); preservation still has many shortcomings; lack of specialized staff; lack of storage space or insufficient storage; lack of cabinets, prices, laboratories, subject classrooms; specially managing the use of teaching equipment is not tight; Many places teachers have not paid attention to use, ineffective use. The situation of “teaching vegetarianism” is still common, teaching equipment used is still movement, mostly used only in special cases such as competitions for good teachers, lectures or when there is a delegation check; There are many cases of information technology abuse in teaching. The effective use of teaching equipment oriented student capacity development is not much. The management of the use of teaching equipment oriented to develop student competencies in the current trend of Industry Revolution 4.0 is a matter of great concern to educational managers. Thus, the task of surveying the situation of managing the effective use of teaching equipment, finding subjective and objective reasons in order to propose measures to effectively manage the use of teaching equipment in the direction of developing students’ practical capacities and contributing to improving the quality of teaching in secondary schools in Dien Bien district, Dien Bien province is a very important and necessary task today.

Uso compartilhado. Contaminação.   Abstract Cosmetology is the science that encompasses and studies cosmetics, from initial concepts to their manufacture, becoming a multidisciplinary science. To guarantee a safe and effective use of cosmetics it is necessary to carry out analyzes to achieve a quality standard. When there is evidence of contamination by microorganisms in the cosmetic, several problems can be found, such as the occurrence of specific pathologies, causing high risks and complications to the health of the user. The objective of this scientific work was to qualitatively investigate through microbiological analysis the quality of cosmetic makeup products used in a shared way, using samples collected randomly in a retail store, which was selected because it is of great circulation, in the city of Juazeiro do Norte, Ceará. In this research, eight (8) samples collected during the period of October and November 2017 were analyzed. The analyzes that were carried out followed the Brazilian Pharmacopoeia. As a result, a percentage of 87.5 % of microbial contamination was obtained, showing the presence of Staphylococcus aureus, Escherichia coli, Enterococcus sp. and Pseudomonas aeruginosa, with only one of the eight samples analyzed being suitable for use following the limits of microbiological acceptance allowed by law. Based on these results it was possible to conclude that the contamination index of the lipstick samples that are used in a shared way are potentially higher. As a result, the need for measures to prevent the sharing of cosmetic products is intensified, in order to reduce the risk of a collective infection.   Keywords: Cosmetics. Shared Use. Contamination.

Vasovagal syncope is the most common cause for loss of consciousness. The need for treatment of this condition is warranted by impaired quality of life and a risk of trauma due to the fall. At present, there are no medications with proven preventive effectiveness for vasovagal syncope as demonstrated by large randomized, placebo-controlled studies.  At the same time, information about the pathogenesis of vasovagal reaction and provoking factors allows effective use of non-drug methods (such as patient education, physical exercise, maneuvers) in the management of patients with vasovagal syncope.

Social media platforms like Facebook are designed to facilitate online communication and networking, primarily around content posted by users. As such, these technologies are being considered as potential enhancements to traditional learning environments. However, various barriers to effective use may arise. Our research investigated the effectiveness of a students-as-partners near-peer moderation project, arising from collaboration between instructors and senior students, as a vehicle for enhancing student interaction in a Facebook group associated with a large introductory science course. The quantity and quality of sample posts and comments from Facebook groups from three successive academic years were evaluated using a rubric that considered characteristics such as civility, content accuracy, critical thinking and psychological support. Two of these groups were moderated by near-peer students while the third group was not moderated.  We found improved course discussion associated with moderated groups in addition to benefits to moderators and the faculty partner. This suggests that near-peer moderation programs working in collaboration with faculty may increase student engagement in social media platforms.

The topic of seismic anisotropy in exploration and exploitation has seen a great deal of progress in the past decade‐and‐a‐half. The principal reason for this is the increased (and increasing) quality of seismic data, of the processing done to it, and of the interpretation expected from it. No longer an academic subject of little practical interest, it is now often viewed as one of the crucial factors which, if not taken into account, severely hampers our effective use of the data. The following brief overview is not intended to be exhaustive, since any such attempt would surely be incomplete. However, it does provide a high‐level survey of the advances seen (at the end of this period) to be important by one who was closely involved, and it directly extrapolates this history to predict the future development of the topic.

Thanks to technological developments, distance education helped new techniques and strategies to emerge in the instruction field. However, these developments may cause problems about integration of the interaction between students and instructors. Communication is seen as one of the biggest problems. Instructors' online communications and their attitudes towards this process affect quality of teaching and learning processes. Other factors affecting this process are learning environment and its effective use. This study is designed to incorporate a mixed method with the aim of reflecting instructors' experiences about different communication techniques and learning environments. In scope of this research, the researchers planned a four-week process using the communication that the researchers have been establishing with Ege University Faculty of Education's instructors. The researchers will use different mobile devices and feedback methods for the process.

Recent statistics show that the World Wide Web has now grown to over 100 million sites: a phenomenal expansion in only 15 years (Mulligan 2007). It has been estimated that there are 100,000 sites offering health related information (Wilson 2002). As the amount of health information increases, the public find it increasingly difficult to decide what to accept and what to reject (Burgess 2007). Searching for information on the internet is both deceptively easy and the same time frustratingly difficult (Kiley 2002). The challenge for consumers is to find high quality, relevant information as quickly as possible. There has been ongoing debate about the quality of information aimed at patients and the general public and opinions differ on how it can be improved (Stepperd 1999). The purpose of this chapter is to provide a brief overview of the different perspectives on information quality and to review the main criteria for assessing the quality of health information on the internet. Pointers are provided to enable both clinicians and patients find high quality information sources. An understanding of these issues should help health professionals and patients to make effective use of the internet.
