In this article, problems of forming an innovation environment for the development of universities and forecasting the needs of the labor market with the use of the logistics system of an educational institution are considered. It is shown that the question of studying the innovative approach of the logistics system in the field of education during the digitalization period is very relevant. The reason for numerous studies in the field of logistics systems has become the fact that the development of an innovative educational sphere is impossible without the availability of effective logistical interaction. Therefore, on the one hand, the education area has all the characteristics and elements characteristic of the traditional logistical system. On the other hand, in the context of the properties of the logistic system of education, one can distinguish its distinctive innovative features, which are manifested in the presence of flows whose effectiveness should be directed at meeting the needs of the labor market and consumers. The article reveals that one of the tasks of the logistics system in the field of education can be the innovative implementation of forecasts of future labor market needs, within the framework of close interaction with the state and employers. Thus, the main task of the logistics system of an educational institution is to determine the forecast of the labor market needs for subsequent technological structures. Another important task is the ability to give a «post-guarantee service» to graduates, i.e. Forming services to improve the qualifications of graduates in the maturity phase of the next technological order. It is shown that the dynamics of demand for specialists in the relevant sectors varies in proportion to the growth phase of each technological order. Therefore, there is a need for an innovative and timely approach to forecasting in the educational sphere as part of the implementation of the competence aspect in education. Therefore, it is necessary to train future specialists with an orientation to innovation and demand in the current technological order, as well as with demand orientation in specialists in the future technological order.

The article justifies for the need to identify and to keep track, in practice, of different groups of risks inherent in educational institutions under current conditions of pandemic and post-pandemic transformation of education under the influence of modern world uncertainty. Transformation of education functions in the epoch of digital economy changes the content and types of risks concomitant to the activities carried out by schools. Schools belong to the most conservative types of organizations. However, the environment in which schools operate is constantly changing. An educational institution, as any enterprise, has to engage in the activity aimed at risk management. Manifestation of the risk is, on the one hand, fraught with threats and damage, on the other hand, with opportunities. Assessment of possible threats and risks allows timely projection of undesirable results, creation of a system for situational response to unforeseen circumstances and, in the final analysis, formulation of a strategy for development of the university which would allow achievement of modern high quality education, its fundamentality and conformity to important topical requirements of the personality, society and state. Causes of developing risks characteristic of educational institutions are disclosed. External and internal risks characteristic of educational institutions, sources generating them and the importance of managing them are analyzed. The analysis of risks made reveals multi-varied threats and opportunities in the external and internal envi-ronment of the institution and their ability to have a significant effect on educational, organizational and financial activities of the schools.

The efficiency of economic activity of enterprises largely depends on the proper management of their assets. Whereas, an important type of assets of enterprises is its operating wealth, which serves the processes of production and marketing of products of economic entities. This is a complex process of circulation of operating assets, during which transformation from one species to another is being carried out. The course of such a process may involve different amounts of demand for current assets for a certain volume of production and sales. In other words, these assets are characterized by a certain level of flexibility and the main task of managing them is to establish their rational value. This value should ensure, on the one hand, the continuity of the production process at the enterprise and the timeliness of receipt of funds from the sale of products, and, on the other hand, the absence of excess inventories and other types of operating assets. The solution of this problem requires the introduction of an effective mechanism for managing its current assets. Considering this, the purpose of this article is to develop theoretical principles for managing operating assets of enterprises. It has been shown that the process of such management should be based on the system, created at the enterprises of information support of this process. Under this system is proposed to understand a set of information arrays and formalized algorithms for its processing, with which it is possible to assess the current state of use of operating assets of the company and develop a set of measures aimed at structuring and optimizing its volume. The basic requirements to designing of system of information maintenance of management of operating assets of the enterprises have been presented. The required information for the management of operating assets has been grouped. The areas grouping of operating assets management of the enterprise depending on the stages of its circulation has been carried out. The model of management of debts receivable of the enterprises has been specified. The use of the developed theoretical principles of operating assets management of enterprises in the practice of their activities increases financial results by streamlining the volume and structure of current assets of economic entities.

The paper develops a model of economic fluctuations in the medium run and their relation with the short-run macroeconomic equilibrium. The business cycle is the result of two separate forces. On the one hand, there is Harrodian instability. On the other hand, this instability is contained by the inherent contradictions of capitalism. I focus on two of these contradictions: the profit-squeeze that results from the tightening of the labor market as employment and utilization increase, and the financial instability hypothesis as formulated by Hyman Minsky. With the inclusion of overhead labor, the model can explain the U-shaped behavior of the wage share along the business cycle (wage share decreases for low levels of utilization and increases for higher levels) that prevailed in most of the post-WWII period, as well as the decrease in the wage share as utilization increases that has been observed in the most recent cycles.

To date, the first period of Srbuhi Lisitsian’s activity has not been sufficiently studied and assessed at its true worth. In the 1910s, when she was a student at the Moscow Guerrier Higher Women’s Courses, Yuri Veselovsky, on behalf of Alexander Spendiarov, turned to her with a request to write a libretto for the opera “Ancient Gods”, based on Levon Shant’s drama of the same name. Lisitsian prepared the libretto, but before long, Spendiarov gave up this plot. In 1917, Lisitsian founded the “Studio of Recitation, Rhythm and Plastique” in Tiflis, which in 1923 was renamed the “Institute of Rhythm and Plastique”. Here, a new direction in the rhythm-and-plastique dance was developed, taught and staged. The Institute was the first choreographic educational institution in the Armenian reality with a professional status, purposefully selected set of subjects and a clearly formulated system and method of teaching. It was the first educational institution to train performers, stage directors, teachers, who, within the period between the late 1910s – 1920s, eliminated the lack of professional specialists in the field of classical dance. While working for the Institute, they developed a distinctive choreographic language, which embraced the elements of various rhythm-and-plastique systems, on the one hand, and those of local oriental dances, on the other. This led to the emergence of a kind of rhythm-and-plastique orientalism. The “Institute of Rhythm and Plastique” was the forerunner of the Choreography School in Yerevan.

The article reveals the problem of motivation of teachers in order to improve the effectiveness of the educational organization. The head, developing a stable system of motivation, develops the competencies of teachers, raising their professional level. Taking into account the system of moral and material incentives, it is possible to maintain the teaching staff and replenish it with young teachers. In general, labor motivation is associated, on the one hand, with the content and usefulness of the work itself, and on the other — with self-expression, self-realization of the employee.

The article discusses the problem of multi aspect function of the internal nature of a personality, on the one hand, and versatile forms of its manifestation in the personal professional training of students of the Pedagogical Higher Educational Institution, on the other hand. It determines the grounds for research of productive educational activity of a student in the complex of four spheres of personal development. It shows productive generalized educational activity as a form of versatile activities of a student, that includes actualization of personal spheres in the process of the work of productive generalization mechanism, followed by the intensive flow of the processes itself, which as a unity provides its success in achieving professional competence as the ability and readiness for pedagogical activity. The applied aspect of the problem under study can be realized in the pedagogical practice of the professional training of future teachers.

This paper deals with the relation between the pure and the impure in the late Avestan text Vendīdād. It is shown how, in this religion, there is an almost exact correlation between the cosmic dualism between the good creation of Ahura Mazdā and the evil creation of Angra Mainyu and the pure and the impure. The world is thus split up between the good and the pure beings on the one hand and the evil and the impure on the other. Between these stands man, on the one side good by origin, but on the other struck by evil in the form of death, his main task being to fight impurity and evil in order to make possible the renewal of the original good creation. Finally, the Zoroastrian cosmology and pollution concepts are compared with the typologies presented by Mary Douglás, and it is concluded that, in spite of some drawbacks of her theory, the Zoroastrian material seems to point to her "small group" typology.

Innovation in creating consumer values as an important factor in socio-economic selection making  Consumption concerns many aspects of human life in both material and non-material dimensions. It shapes the attitude towards the family, spare time management, religion or culture. It sets the shape of our dreams, desires and life aspirations. On the one hand, it affects the system of our values, on the other hand, it is inspired by this system. Opponents of consumption, treating it as a secondary value and value in itself, accuse it of leading to the development of such phenomena as: mass entertainment, commercialization of culture or development of quite unnecessary, apparent needs. Instead, it removes the values generally respected in society, such as: interest in the fate of others, solidarity, care for the environment or the future of next generations. Today’s consumer is not a mindless human being subject to the rules of the market, they are increasingly educated, aware and responsible. They make choices based not only on their own needs but based on values existing in a given society. They purchase wisely and respectfully, remembering that today’s choices will be the legacy for future generations, thus the consumer’s interest must be synchronized with these generations. Nowadays, it is the consumer who creates the image of the company, forcing it to take ethical and moral actions, and also heading for conscious consumption. Such an attitude creates the opportunity to include the consumer in the processes of companies’ activities and their innovations, as well as treating them personally and more like a partner. In the realities of the new economic, political, and social system, new values of individuals, as well as of entire social groups associated with the behaviour of consumers of the modern world are developing. Consumption, on the one hand, determines the shape of dreams, desires and the way of life. On the other hand, based on an innovative approach to it, it performs a symbolic function that gives a deeper and wider perspective to existing products, emphasizing them as exceeding their useful functions. Consumers becoming more aware of their choices take into account not only the system of their own values but also the values existing in a given society. This innovative approach to consumption creates new quality, a new lifestyle, it shapes new roles, it draws attention to the environment around us, and it cares about the sensible use of its resources and its means. Following values in the selection of products reveals responsibility connected to decision making, its impact on the environment and on entire social groups. They allow the individual to realize themselves in the group and the human community, they enable human development, achieving customer satisfaction, and avoiding the plundering economy.
