An effective learning process is a learning process that uses various forms of learning resources. This study aims to determine blogs' feasibility as a source of learning geography for material management of Indonesia's natural resources at SMAN Percut Sei Tuan District. This research was conducted in the odd semester of the 2019/2020 school year, with a population of all class XI IPS students at SMAN 1 Percut Sei Tuan consisting of 4 classes with a total of 139 students and class XI IPS at SMAN 2 Percut Sei Tuan which consisted of 2 courses with the number of 69 students. The study sample was class XI IPS 1 at SMAN 1 Percut Sei Tuan, totaling 35 students, and class XI IPS 1 at SMAN 2 Percut Sei Tuan amounted to 33 students. This research is development research using the Borg and Gall model with ten steps of research implementation. The data collection technique used was a questionnaire. The data analysis technique used is descriptive. The results showed that the validation of the feasibility of blogs as a source of learning geography carried out in 2 stages showed that in the first stage of verification, the acquisition of the feasibility of a blog as a source of learning geography was (87.27%) with criteria worthy of revision as needed. After making improvements according to the assessors' input, the results of the stage 2 validation obtained the feasibility of a blog as a source of learning geography (93.89%) with very feasible criteria without revision.

One of the aspects that determine the success of the learning process is teaching materials.  This research aimed to develop the effectiveness of contextual material for teaching English at Madrasah Aliyah.  The design of this research is development research by using ADDIE model. The product consists of two books, (teacher's book and students'book) the title is “English For Us”.  Subjects in this research were all students of grade X. Sample were 87 persons and it was selected by using the purposive technique. The instrument used to collect data was a survey, questionnaires, and an interview. Data analysis was used the qualitative and quantitative technique. The practicalities of the teacher’s book were 82.54   and students’ book showed an average  84.63 score. The effectiveness of a product is measured through pre-test is 68,00  and post-test is 75.44.  It can be concluded that the contextual material for teaching English at Madrasah Aliyah was effective

This research aims to develop media in arabic learning by using SparkolVideoscribe in order to make the learning process more effective and interesting.The research method used descriptive quantitative research. The type of research is research and development (R&D).Data collection technique was carried out using interviews and questionnaires while the data analysis technique was carried out using descriptive statistics. The results showed that the feasibility of learning media based on SparkolVideoscribe in Arabic according to media experts and material experts is proper.The validation results of media experts is 93% and material experts is 100%. All the results of the questionnaire recapitulation at the product validation stage have likely criteria

The purpose of this study is to develop 2013 Curriculum-based learning media. This type of research is development research. The data analysis technique used in this study is to perform instrument validation in accordance with the criteria of the learning instrument validation indicator and then describe the results of data analysis. The product produced from this development research is 2013 Curriculum-Based Learning Media. The results of the analysis shows that the learning media developed in the sub-theme "My food is healthy and nutritious" learning 1, learning 2, learning 3, learning 4, learning 5, and learning 6 are in "Very Good" category.

The purpose of this study was to develop a valid, practical, and effective practicum-based learning tool on MRL subjects with the Magnetic Circuit material in SMKN 1 Padang consisting of RPP and LKS. This type of research is development research using a 4-D development model consisting of 4 stages, namely defining, designing, developing, and analyzing. The respondents of this study were students of class X TDTL-B SMKN 1 Padang consisting of 29 students. The results of data analysis obtained from the developed learning tools are categorized valid with the level of validity of the RPP and LKS are 85.42% and 87.50%. Learning Tools developed are categorized as practical with the practicality of teachers and students being 80% and 86.03%. The learning tools developed are effective in increasing students' competencies with classical completeness for cognitive, affective, and psychomotor competencies are 89.66%, 100%, and 100%. It can be concluded as a practicum-based learning tool developed which is a valid, practical, and effective learning tool.

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mengembangkan media pembelajaran interaktif berbasis android untuk memudahkan pemahaman konsep trigonometri. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian pengembangan dengan pendekatan kualitatif yang didukung data kuantitatif. Model Pengembangan yang digunakan yaitu ADDIE. Karya inovasi ini dibuat dengan macromediaflash 8. Subjek dalam penelitian ini terdiri dari 8 siswa pada ujicoba kelompok kecil dan 30 siswa pada ujicoba kelompok besar. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu angket dan wawancara. Teknik analisis data kualitatif dengan menggunakan model Miles Huberman.Hasilpengembangan diperoleh sebuah media pembelajaran yang dapat membantu siswa untuk mempermudah mengingat rumus trigonometri. Kata kunci: Media pembelajaran, android, konsep trigonometri Abstract [The Development of Interactive Android Based Learning Media to Facilitate Understanding of Trigonometric Concepts]. The purpose of this research is to develop interactive android based learning media to facilitate understanding of trigonometric concepts. This research is a development research with qualitative approach supported by quantitative data. Development model used is ADDIE. The innovation work was made with Macromedia Flash 8. The subjects in this study consisted of 8 students on a small group trial and 30 students on a large group trial. Data collection techniques used questionnaires and interviews. Qualitative data analysis technique using Miles Huberman model. The results of the development obtained a learning media that can help students to simplify remembering the trigonometric formula. This study aims to determine the effectiveness of CSM strategies on comprehension reading skills in classes V Padokan 2 Elementary School. The research method used is a quasi-experimental method. In this study the subjects of the study were VA class students as the control class and V C as the experimental class with 28 VA and VC class students. Quantitative data analysis technique used is the calculation of independent sample t-test. Based on data analysis and discussion, researchers can conclude that CSM strategies are more effective than conventional methods of reading comprehension learning. The results of this study indicate that there is a significant difference between the experimental class and the control class as evidenced by the results of the independent sample t-test obtained by the value of Asymp. Sig (2-Tailed) 0.014 <0.05. CSM strategy is an effective learning strategy seen from the average value of the experimental class posstest which is 81.61 higher than the control class average value of 72.96.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh kompensasi, disiplin kerja dan lingkungan kerja ter-hadap kinerja pegawai pada Pusat Pengembangan Sumber Daya Manusia Regional Makassar. Metode pengambilan sampel menggunakan sampling jenuh (sensus) terhadap seluruh pegawai yang berjumlah 49 orang. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah kuesioner dan teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah regresi linear berganda dengan SPSS. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kompensasi berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai, disiplin kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai dan Lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai PPSDM Regional Makassar.   This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of compensation, work discipline and work environment on employee performance at the Makassar Regional Human Resources Development Center. The sampling method uses saturated sampling (census) of all 49 employees. The data collection technique used was a questionnaire and the data analysis technique used was multiple linear regression with SPSS. The results of this study indicate that compensation has a positive and not significant effect on employee performance, work discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance and The work environment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance PPSDM Regional Makassar.

The research aims to describe the puzzling media as a solution to increase the learning motivation of elementary /MI student. This research is library research. It is a method that the data which is needed in completing research comes from library sources i.e. include books, encyclopedias, dictionaries, journals, documents, magazines, etc as well as various sources on the internet. The data collection technique used in this research is documentation. Documentation means looking for data about things in the form of notes, books, papers, articles, journal, and so on. Then, the data analysis technique used in this study is content analysis. In this analysis, the process of selecting, comparing, and combining various meanings will be found to be relevant. The media is an intermediary or introduction. Puzzle media can improve the students’ motivation to keep trying to solve problems. It is fun for students because it can be repeated. The challenges in the puzzle game will give you an addictive effect to always try and try until they are successful.

Think-Pair-Share technique is one of the cooperative learning strategies that promote student involvement in the classroom. This strategy makes students engaged in in-class activities such as discussions and provides opportunities to share their ideas with others. The purpose of this study was to describe the implementation of the Think-Pair-Share strategy in teaching speaking skill for secondary students. A qualitative method with a descriptive analysis was undertaken in this study. The sample was twenty students of eighth grade. The data was collected through interviews, observation, and document analysis. The data analysis technique used was presented in a descriptive form. The results indicated the implementation of the Think-Pair-Share technique during the learning process took place following the stages that have been stated in the learning process plan made by the teacher. Appreciation for the implementation of the Think-Pair-Share technique both from students is quite good. Students stated that they can overcome the constraints in the learning process of speaking activity through Think-Pair-Share.

This research aims to investigate the implementation of politeness in the language of lecturers and students as well as students and students through online lectures at the Faculty of Teacher Training and Education, Universitas Sembilanbelas November Kolaka on the WhatsApp application. The research methodology used is descriptive qualitative with a focus on research, namely the fulfillment and violations of the principles of politeness in the language contained in online lecture conversations on WhatsApp. The data collection technique uses documentation or screenshots, and the data analysis technique uses content analysis methods with inductive procedures. The results indicate that the communication of lecturers to students and students to students based on the WhatsApp social network still pays attention to the principles of linguistic politeness in communication discourse. Based on the WhatsApp social network, students and lecturers can meet the principles of linguistic politeness, including maxim of wisdom, generosity, appreciation, simplicity, compatibility, and sympathy. However, there were also still some violations of the principle of politeness.
