The ability of empathy is one of the factors that become the basis of the success of social interaction, because in that relationship it is necessary to understand the mutual understanding of feelings and help each other. This research was conducted in TK PGRI SID Sartika District Cineam which aimed to describe the empathy ability of early childhood. Subjects in this study were children aged 5-6 years, amounting to 10 children consisting of 5 boys and 5 girls.This research uses quantitative approach with descriptive research method. Data collection techniques used in this study are observation and field notes. Instruments in this research use observation sheet,  field note, and documentation. The results showed that from the analysis of data of empathy ability of children aged 5-6 years in TK PGRI SID Sartika District Cineam include caring attitude, tolerance attitude, and taste grace attitude, get result that the average number of items that appear for children who are at The age range of 5-6 years is 9.5 items / descriptor, hence the average achievement achievement of empathy ability of children aged 5-6 years in TK PGRI SID Sartika District Cineam with total students aged 5-6 years 10 Children get the criteria evaluation Developed As Expectations (BSH).Kemampuan empati merupakan salah satu faktor yang menjadi dasar dari suksesnya interaksi sosial, karena dalam hubungan tersebut diperlukan adanya pengertian untuk saling memahami perasaan dan saling tolong menolong. Penelitian ini dilakukan di TK PGRI SID Sartika Kecamatan Cineam yang bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan kemampuan empati anak usia dini. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah anak usia 5-6 tahun yang berjumlah 10 orang anak terdiri atas 5 orang anak laki-laki dan 5 orang anak perempuan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode penelitian deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah observasi dan catatan lapangan. Instrumen dalam penelitian ini menggunakan lembar obsevasi, catatan lapangan, dan dokumentasi. Temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dari hasil analisis data kemampuan empati anak usia 5-6 tahun di TK PGRI SID Sartika Kecamatan Cineam meliputi sikap peduli, sikap toleransi, dan sikap tenggang rasa, mendapatkan hasil bahwa rata-rata jumlah item yang muncul untuk anak yang berada pada rentang usia 5-6 tahun adalah sebanyak 9,5 item/deskriptor, maka dengan demikian diperoleh rata-rata capaian perkembangan kemampuan empati anak usia 5-6 tahun di TK PGRI SID Sartika Kecamatan Cineam dengan total siswa yang berusia 5-6 tahun sebanyak 10 orang mendapatkan kriteria penilaian Berkembang Sesuai Harapan (BSH).

Early childhood ability in managing self-emotion is part of the maturation of the child’s emotional development during the transition from pre-operation to a period of concrete operations. Early childhood abilities in managing their own emotions can be seen from the dimensions of children's capabilities in harnessing their emotions positively, emotion-managing ability in accordance with the situation and condition of themselves, and self-defense capability of the child itself in various forms of children's self issue positions properly. This research was conducted in Pertiwi kindergarten DWP Tawang Subdistrict, Tasikmalaya City that aimed to describe the ability of early childhood in managing self-emotions. The subjects in this study were 18 students from Group B1 that consist of 8 boys and 10 girls. This research used a quantitative approach with descriptive research method. Data collection techniques used in this research are observation, documentation, and field notes. The instrument used in this study are observation sheet and fieldnotes. The data collected was then processed as provided in attachment 1, attachment 2, attachment 3 and attachment 4.The results of the research that has been done in Groups B1 TK Pertiwi DWP Tawang Subdistrict, Tasikmalaya City related early childhood ability in managing self-emotions can be summed up as follows: the majority of early childhood group B1 in Pertiwi kindergartenDWP in terms of early childhood ability in managing self-emotions are on the level of achievement of development judged as DAE (developed as expected). Kemampuan anak usia dini mengelola emosi diri merupakan bagian dari pematangan perkembangan emosi anak dimasa peralihan dari pra operasional memasuki masa operasional konkrit. Kemampuan anak usia dini dalam mengelola emosi dirinya sendiri dapat dilihat dari dimensi kemampuan anak dalam memanfaatkan emosi diri secara positif, kemampuan mengatur emosi sesuai dengan situasi dan kondisi diri, dan kemampuan pertahanan diri anak itu sendiri dalam berbagai bentuk posisi persoalan diri anak secara wajar. Penelitian ini dilakukan di TK Pertiwi DWP Kecamatan Tawang Kota Tasikmalaya yang bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan kemampuan anak usia dini mengelola emosi diri. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa Kelompok B1 yang berjumlah 10 anak terdiri dari 8 anak laki-laki dan 10 anak perempuan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode penelitian deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah observasi, dokumentasi, dan catatan lapangan. Instrumen dalam penelitian ini menggunakan lembar obsevasi dan catatan lapangan. Dari data yang yang terkumpul kemudian diolah seperti yang tertera dalam lampiran 1, lampiran 2, lampiran 3, dan lampiran 4. Hasil penelitian yang telah dilakukan di Kelompok B1 TK Pertiwi DWP Kecamatan Tawang Kota Tasikmalaya terkait kemampuan anak usia dini mengelola emosi diri, maka peneliti ini dapat disimpulkan sebagai berikut: mayoritas anak usia dini pada Kelompok B1 di TK Pertiwi DWP dalam hal kemampuan anak usia dini mengelola emosi diri berada pada tingkat pencapaian perkembangan dinilai BSH (Berkembang Sesuai Harapan).

This study aims to describe the aspects that cause parents to get motivated in choosing bilingual kindergarten for their children in Bekasi and to find out which aspects are dominant. This descriptive research used a quantitative research method. The research method used in this study is conducted through a survey. 205 parents with children up to six years old (early childhood) in Bekasi are the subjects of this study. Data collection techniques are implemented using multilevel scale questionnaire. The results appeared that what makes parents get motivated in choosing bilingual school for their children are derived from internal and external motivation. Internal motivation consists of (1) aspects of needs and (2) aspects of hope, while external motivation includes (3) aspects of child’s talents and interests, (4) aspects of psychology, (5) aspects of friends, (6) aspects of facilities and infrastructure, and (7) aspects of teachers. The results are based on average differences in the questionnaire from seven aspects with the breakdown: aspects of needs for 3.40, aspects of hope for 3.39, aspects of child’s talents and interests for 3.22, aspects of psychology for 3.20, aspects of friends for 3.42, aspects of facilities and infrastructure for 3.22, and aspects of teachers for 3.24. Descriptively, the aspects that influence parents in choosing bilingual school are aspects of friends. The seven aspects were tested by Tukey’s HSD to analyze the variety by comparing these seven aspects and seeing the average similarity. Thus, the motivation variable significantly influences the differences in the aspects of psychology, children's talents and interests, facilities and infrastructure, and teachers with the aspects of hopes, needs, and friends

Tujuan Penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana implementasi nilai-nilai bhinneka  tunggal  ika  dalam  interkasi  sosial  sisw a  penelitian  ini  menggunakan pendekatan  kualitatif  dengan metode  penelitian  deskriptif,  teknik  pengumpulan data   dalam   penelitian   ini   menggunakan   teknik   kuesioner,   observasi   dan w aw ancara. Hasil penelitian sebagai berikut: pemahaman sisw a tentang nilai-nilai Bhinneka Tunggal Ika, dapat dijelaskan dari 100 responden dikategori buruk sebanyak   1%,  kurang   baik  sebanyak   5%,  baik  sebanyak   1%  dan  kategori pemahaman  sisw a  di  kategori  sangat  baik  sebanyak  93%.Sehingga  dari  data tersebut,  94  % responden  atau sisw a  berada  dikategori  baik  dan sangat baik. Dalam hasil observasi dan w aw ancara menunjukan sisw a sudah mengamalkan 3 nilai dasar yang terkandung dalam Bhinneka Tunggal Ika yakni (1) Nilai Toleransi, (2) Nilai Keadilan dan (3) Nilai Gotong Royong, serta mampu mengimplementasikan bhinneka tunggal ika itu sendiri seperti keberagaman etnis dan ras, membangun keberagaman inklusif, kesadaran budaya multikultur, membangun sikap sensitifitas gender dan membangun sikap toleransi, jadi dapat disimpulkan   bahw a   sisw a  sudah   mampu   mengeimplementasikan   nilai-nilai bhinneka tunggal ika dalam interaksi sosial di lingkungan sekolah.  AbstractThe  purpose  of  this  study  is  to  find  out  how  the  implementation  value  of bhinneka  tunggal  ika  in  social  interaction  of  students  in . This research using qualitative   approach   w ith  descriptive   research  method,  the  data  collection techniques  in  this  study  using  questionnaire,  observation  and  interview .  The results  of  the study  w ere as follow s: the students'  understanding  of  Bhinneka Tunggal  Ika's  values that  can be explained  from  100  respondents  w hich  bad categorized as much as 1%, less good as much as 5%, good as much as 1% and the students understanding w as categories very good as much as 93%. From the data, 94% respondents or the students in w ere categorized good and very good. In the result of observation and interview , the students have implemented  3 basic values that contained in Bhinneka Tunggal Ika, that is : (1) To lerance Values, (2) Justice Values and (3) mutual cooperation Values. They w ere able to implement the  value  of  bhinneka  tunggal  ika  such as ethnic  diversity  and  race, built the inclusive  diversity,  multicultural  aw areness,  develop  gender  sensitivity  and built tolerance.  It can be concluded  that  students  have been able to implement the value of bhinneka tunggal ika in social interaction around the school environment. Keywords: Implementation, Values, Bhinneka Tunggal Ika

Bentor is a modification between a rickshaw and a motorcycle which has become a characteristic of public transportation vehicles or modes of transportation for the people of Gorontalo. Bentor can operate from one place to another, it can even take passengers to household stairs, this cannot be done by other public transportation. This advantage makes most Gorontalo people choose it as the main transportation because it operates 24 hours. The purpose of this study is to conduct an analysis of the implementation of policies on the operation of bentor vehicles as a mode of transportation based on Gorontalo Provincial Regulation No. 6 of 2006. The research method used in this research is descriptive research with a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques are carried out through observation, interviews, and documentation. The results showed that (1) Compliance of Bentor riders with traffic regulations is still low, so it is necessary to take action by the relevant authorities; (2) Coordination between officers of the Transportation Service and the Police in carrying out their duties has not been well established, so that violations continue to occur; (3) The supervision of related offices of apparatus in the field in implementing regional regulations is still low, due to the lack of officers who will be assigned as field supervisors.Bentor merupakan modifikasi antara becak dan sepeda motor yang telah menjadi ciri khas kendaraan angkutan umum atau moda transportasi masyarakat Gorontalo. Bentor dapat beroperasi dari suatu tempat ke tempat lain, bahkan dapat mengantar penumpangnya hingga ke tangga rumah, hal ini tidak dapat dilakukan oleh kendaraan umum lainnya. Kelebihan ini yang membuat sebagian besar masyarakat Gorontalo memilihnya menjadi transportasi utama karena beroperasi selama 24 jam. Adapun tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk melakukan analisis mengenai Implementasi Kebijakan Pengaturan Pengoperasian Kendaraan Bentor Sebagai Moda Transportasi Berdasarkan Peraturan Daerah Provinsi Gorontalo Nomor 6 Tahun 2006. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) Kepatuhan pengendara Bentor terhadap peraturan berlalu lintas masih rendah sehingga perlu dilakukan penindakan oleh aparat terkait; (2) Koordinasi antara petugas Dinas Perhubungan dengan Kepolisian dalam melaksakan tugas belum terjalin dengan baik, sehingga pelanggaran pun terus terjadi; (3) Pengawasan dinas terkait terhadap aparat di lapangan dalam menjalankan peraturan daerah masih rendah, karena minimnya petugas yang akan ditugaskan sebagai pengawas lapangan.

Sales is one of the important aspects for the continuity of the company, because of the company's sales earn profit, so the system and control is very important to control the sales activity. The purpose of this research is to analyze the internal control at PT. Ciputra International. Writing method in this research use Descriptive research with data collection method that is interview and observation directly. The results of this study are expected to assist and evaluate the company in the application of sales control procedures. Based on the results of research that the application of control at PT. Ciputra International has complied with generally accepted standards where authorization systems in the sales process become the main guidelines involving marketing, financial, legal, and corporate divisions that are closely interconnected so that the system will react dynamically if there is a change in the sales process. In such cases, the control of the sales process can be controlled effectively and efficiently in accordance with the provisions that become the company's procedure.Keywords: Internal Control and Sales.

The use of media that is still low at the level of children's expressive language skills makes researchers create media that aims to improve graphic language skills of children 4-5 years old by making magazines as children's worksheets. The research method used is by using research and development methods with data collection techniques through data collection, product design, and produce results which are then processed into data which is then analyzed. Based on the study results, the expressive language skills of the students of Play Group PAUD Harapan Bangsa Cirebon Regency after the trial showed an increase of 22.50% with the outcome of 78.50%, namely in the very well developed category. Animated animal-themed quiz game contains animations (moving pictures), including sub-themes of animal types, animal characteristics, and animal food. Therefore, creating an animated quiz media based on animal themes can improve the expressive language skills of early childhood.

Creativity is the ability to think about things in new and unusual ways and give birth to something unique, or create something original. Plasticine is a material that is made of flexible and can be shaped as desired. This study aims to increase early childhood creativity through playing plasticine. This type of research is Classroom Action Research. This research was conducted in 2 cycles, each stage, namely Planning, Implementation, Observation and Reflection. Data collection techniques are observation, interviews, documentation, field notes. The data analysis used is descriptive analysis with a qualitative approach. Subjects in this study were group B with a total of 14 children consisting of 9 boys and 5 girls. The results showed that the creativity of children increased, namely from the pre-cycle the number of undeveloped children decreased from 12 children to 0 (85.7%) in cycles I and II, then children who began to develop from pre-cycle 2 children (14 , 3%) to 9 children (64.3%) in cycle I and to 0 in cycle II. Children who developed as expected from pre-cycle from none to 5 children (35.7%) in cycle I and 3 children (21.4%) in cycle 2. Children who developed very well in pre-cycle and cycle I did not there were 11 children (78.65%). These results indicate that playing plasticine can increase the creativity of early childhood in RA Ibnu Sina, Pamijahan District, Bogor Regency.

This chapter discusses participant observation as a method of data collection for studying social interaction in online multiplayer games and the communities within them. Participant observation has its roots in the social sciences, and especially in the field of anthropology. True to a natural inquiry approach, studies utilizing participant observation try to understand the actual habitat or “lifeworld” of those participating in the study. This chapter looks at various practical issues connected to conducting participant observation in online multiplayer communities. Examples of data collection are presented, including saving log files, capturing images and video, and writing field notes. Participant observation seems well suited for studying online communities since it can respond well to the challenges of the ever-changing technology and social situations, the need to take into account multiple channels of communication, and the complex and sometimes hidden nature of computer-mediated social interaction.

This study is to determine the implementation of preservation activities in the Ajip Rosidi Library in terms of how to save the value of information, how to save the physical form of Sundanese literature collections that are owned, and the obstacles faced in implementing the preservation of Sundanese literature collections. The method used in this research is descriptive research method. with a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques by means of observation, interviews and documentation study. There are two informants in this study. The results show that in order to save the value of the collection information, the library has converted the 200-year-old Sundanese Literature collection into microfilm or microfish which later, due to technological developments, was converted into CDs and hard drives. In saving the physical form of the collection, librarians carry out activities of mending, binding, giving silica gell, cleaning manually, and making policies in the form of library regulations. As for the obstacles experienced during the implementation of preservation of Sundanese Literature collection, namely related to human resource factors, funding factors, and environmental factors.Keywords: preservation; sundanese literature collection; ajip rosidi libraryABSTRAKPenelitian ini untuk mengetahui pelaksanaan kegiatan pelestarian di Perpustakaan Ajip Rosidi dilihat dari cara menyelamatkan nilai informasi, cara menyelamatkan bentuk fisik koleksi sastra sunda yang dimiliki, dan hambatan yang dihadapi dalam melaksanakan pelestarian koleksi sastra sunda.. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan cara observasi, wawancara serta studi dokumentasi. Informan dalam penelitian ini berjumlah dua orang. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dalam menyelamatkan nilai informasi koleksi, maka perpustakaan mengalih bentukkan koleksi Sastra Sunda yang memiliki umur 200 tahun kedalam bentuk microfilm atau microfish yang kemudian karena perkembangan teknologi diubah dalam bentuk CD dan hardisk. Dalam menyelamatkan bentu fisik koleksi, maka pustakawan melakukan kegiatan mending, penjilidan, pemberian silica gell, membersihkan secara manual, dan membuat kebijakkan berupa peraturan perpustakaan. Adapun hambatan yang dialami pada saat pelaksanaan pelestarian koleksi Sastra Sunda, yaitu berkaitan dengan faktor sumber daya manusia, faktor pendanaan, dan faktor lingkungan.

As a system, language consists of several elements or levels that form a complete construction. These elements are sounds or phonemes, morphemes, words, phrases, clauses, sentences, paragraphs, and discourses. Furthermore, these elements can be studiedthrough the branches of linguistics that have been available in accordance with theseelements. This study aims to determine the classifcation of the meaning of polysemicmeaning "enak" and to investigate the classifcation of Polysemi meaning of the wordkuchi (mouth) from the point of view of cognitive linguistics. The research method usedis qualitative descriptive (descriptive research) by recording from several references. thetechnical method and data collection are carried out using the listening method and tapping technique, while the advanced technique is a note-taking technique. From the resultsof the study, it was concluded that the word tasty not only means the delicious taste ofa food that is felt by the taste buds, but also the feeling felt by all members of the bodyand feelings.
