The purpose of this article is to present the result of research on the effect of compensation and working discipline towards the performance in one of the private vocational school in  district of Bandung. The approach taken in this research is quantitative approach using a survey method, the data used are primary data obtained through questionnaires to the 35 nonpermanent teachers. Data analysis technique using double regression. The results showed that (1) Compensation be in the fairly effective (2) Discipline of work and performance category are high enough (3) compensation and working discipline has a positive and significant impact towards the performance, Whether partial and simultaneously Referring to these results, the compensation and discipline work can be a reference for improving teacher performance. ABSTRAKTujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk memaparkan hasil penelitian mengenai pengaruh kompensasi dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja di salah satu  SMK Swasta di Kabupaten Bandung. Pendekatan yang dilakukan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kuantitatif dengan menggunakan metode survey, data yang digunakan adalah data primer yang dipeloreh melalu penyebaran kuisioner kepada 35 orang guru honorer. Teknik analisis data menggunakan regresi ganda.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa : (1) kompensasi berada pada kategori cukup efektif, (2) disiplin kerja dan kinerja berada kategori cukup tinggi (3) kompensasi dan disiplin kerja memiliki pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja guru, baik secara parsial maupun secara simultan. The problems studied in this study are the maximum learning outcomes in class X filing subjects at Bandung National Vocational School. This research was conducted to find out how the influence of learning independence on student learning outcomes in class X filing subjects. This study used a survey method. Data was collected through questionnaires using a Likert scale. The units analyzed were 67 students of class X majoring in Office Administration at SMK Nasional Bandung. Data analysis techniques use simple regression. The results of the study show that learning independence has an influence on learning outcomes. Therefore, student learning outcomes can be improved through increased learning independence from within students.ABSTRAKPermasalahan yang dikaji dalam penelitian ini adalah belum maksimalnya hasil belajar pada mata pelajaran kearsipan kelas X di SMK Nasional Bandung. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh kemandirian belajar terhadap hasil belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran kearsipan kelas X. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode survey. Data dikumpulkan melalui angket dengan menggunakan skala likert. Unit yang dianalisis 67 siswa kelas X jurusan Administrasi Perkantoran di SMK Nasional Bandung. Teknik analisis data menggunakan regresi sederhana. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kemandirian belajar memiliki pengaruh terhadap hasil belajar. Oleh karena itu, hasil belajar siswa dapat ditingkatkan melalui peningkatan kemandirian belajar dari dalam diri siswa.

Perkembangan zaman yang berimbas pada perubahan berbagai aspek kehidupan sangat memengaruhi ditinggalkannya bahasa Sunda oleh generasi muda. Jika kenyataan tersebut terus terjadi, tidak menutup kemungkinan dalam beberapa generasi ke depan, bahasa Sunda akan punah. Masalah yang dibahas dalam penelitian ini adalah pengetahuan remaja Sunda perkotaaan terhadap kosakata istilah aktivitas rumah tangga di dapur tradisional Sunda. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengungkapkan penguasaan remaja Sunda perkotaan terhadap kosakata istilah aktivitas rumah tangga di dapur tradisional Sunda. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survei. Sampel penelitian dipilih sebanyak 86 orang secara purposive sampling yang berasal dari wilayah Bandung Raya. Teknik analisis data menggunakan statistika deskriptif (crosstab). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengetahuan remaja Sunda perkotaaan terhadap kosakata istilah aktivitas rumah tangga di dapur tradisional Sunda mencapai rata-rata 70.5814% sehingga dapat dikategorikan cukup. Terdapat sekelompok remaja Sunda di perkotaan yang mengetahui keseluruhan istilah aktivitas rumah tangga di dapur tradisional Sunda yang ditanyakan, tetapi ada juga kelompok remaja lainnya yang hanya mengetahui beberapa istilah. The development of the times which impacted the changes in various aspects of life, significantly affected the abandonment of the Sunda language by the younger generation. If this fact continues, it is possible that in the next few generations, the Sunda language will become extinct. The problem discussed in this study is the knowledge of urban Sundanese teenagers in the vocabulary of the activities in Sundanese traditional kitchens. This study aims to reveal the mastery of urban Sundanese teenagers in terms of activities in Sundanese traditional kitchens. This study uses a quantitative approach with a survey method. 86 persons from Great Bandung areas were chosen purposively as the research samples. The data analysis technique used descriptive statistics (crosstab). The results showed that the knowledge of urban Sundanese teenagers in terms of household activities in Sundanese traditional kitchen reached an average of 70,5814% so it could be categorized as sufficient. There is a group of urban Sundanese teenagers who know all the terms of household activities in Sundanese traditional kitchens that asked, there is also another group of teenagers who only know a few.

Poverty is still a problem, especially in realizing prosperity. Many programs are carried out to alleviate poverty, one of which is the empowerment program carried out by Islamic microfinance institutions. This study aims to identify the effect of empowerment contracts on people's welfare. This study uses a quantitative approach. This study uses primary data obtained from interviews, observation, documentation. The data analysis technique used a regression approach. The results and discussion showed that the empowerment contract which included the qardhul hasan and musyarakah contracts had a significant effect on customers' income. Thus, empowerment through the qardhul hasan and musyarakah contract schemes can be developed to realize the welfare of the people.

This study aims to examine the effect of principal leadership, academic supervision, and work motivation on teacher performance. The method used is a survey method with a quantitative correlational approach. The research sample consisted of 136 teachers (86 male teachers and 50 female teachers) from 4 State Senior High Schools in East Lombok Regency, namely SMA Negeri 1 Aikmel, SMA Negeri 1 Wanasaba, SMA Negeri 1 Pringgabaya, and SMA Negeri 1 Suela. The research instrument in the form of a questionnaire was given to respondents directly after testing the validity and reliability. The data analysis technique used a simple regression test and multiple regression tests followed by a correlation test. Data analysis results based on the coefficient of determination for each research variable on teacher performance obtained the coefficient of determination of work motivation of 47.8%, academic supervision of 45.5%, and the variable of principal leadership of 44.4%. While the results of the coefficient of determination collectively were 53.8%. Thus, it can be concluded that both individually and collectively, the principal's leadership, academic supervision, and work motivation affect teacher performance.

Research aims to understand influence infrastructure to school and workplace on teacher performance. The study was conducted in Plakat Tinggi Musi Banyuasin district.Type this research is quantitative research with the design penetian use design this research expost facto capital.Included in this study was a total all teachers in public primary schools as TK in plakat tinggi district consisting of 50 the teachers. Technique use survey data collection, dokumetasi and observation. Data analysis technique using a technique descriptive analysis kuantittaif, berganda and regression.Results stated that 1) is to influence infrastructure as a teacher tk kecamatan placard; 2) is high environmental influences work on teacher performance kindergarten to high as kecamatan placard; 3) is influence together to infrastructure and workplace tk on teacher performance as Plakat Tinggi kabupaten Musi Banyuasin.

This study aims to examine the benefits of e-commerce in selling "snacking" business products in the city of Manado. This research was conducted from May to June 2020. The data used in this study are primary data obtained through interviews with “Snacking” business owners. The data collection method in this study is a survey method. The data analysis method used in this research is descriptive method with a quantitative approach, to describe the sales of "snacking" business products in utilizing e-commerce. The results showed that the benefits of e-commerce in selling "snacking" business products, which can help in increasing the number of orders and sales turnover, as well as a means of business promotion, as well as helping in the development of business products.

Many regional languages in Indonesia are threatened with extinction due to the decreasing number of the younger generations who use the language. There are only 13 regional languages that have more than one million speakers and most of the speakers are older generations. Sundanese language is one of that 13 languages. However, nowadays the Sundanese language is starting to be sidelined and abandoned by the younger generations, especially children. Based on the observations of Sundanese language observers currently, the number of children in Bandung who can speak Sundanese is less than fifty percent. This study aimed to reveal the urban Sundanese millennial generation’s knowledge on the Sundanese vocabulary of traditional kitchen utensils. This study needs to be done since the vocabulary of household appliances is the closest in the home domain. This research uses a quantitative approach with a survey method. The data analysis technique for the research problem is descriptive statistics (crosstab). The results showed that the knowledge of the urban Sundanese millennial generation on the vocabulary of Sundanese traditional kitchen utensils reached an average of 87.17%, which can be categorized as good. Although it is categorized as good, some respondents do not know the name of the kitchen utensils.AbstrakBanyak bahasa daerah di Indonesia terancam punah karena semakin berkurangnya generasi muda pemakai bahasa tersebut. Kini hanya terdapat tiga belas bahasa daerah yang memiliki jumlah penutur di atas satu juta orang, itu pun sebagian besar generasi tua. Bahasa Sunda termasuk di antara tiga belas bahasa tersebut. Walaupun demikian, saat ini bahasa Sunda mulai dikesampingkan dan ditinggalkan oleh generasi muda, khususnya anak-anak. Berdasarkan pengamatan para pemerhati bahasa Sunda, saat ini jumlah anak-anak di Kota Bandung yang dapat berbahasa Sunda tidak sampai lima puluh persen. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengungkapkan penguasaan generasi milenial Sunda perkotaan terhadap kosakata peralatan rumah tangga di dapur tradisional Sunda. Hal ini perlu dilakukan karena kosakata peralatan rumah tangga merupakan kosakata terdekat yang ada di lingkungan rumah. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survei. Analisis data menggunakan statistika deskriptif (crosstab). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengetahuan generasi milenial Sunda perkotaaan terhadap kosakata peralatan rumah tangga di dapur tradisional Sunda mencapai rata-rata 87,17% sehingga dapat dikategorikan baik. Walaupun secara umum pengetahuan generasi milenial Sunda terhadap peralatan dapur dikategorikan baik, ada beberapa responden yang tidak mengetahui nama peralatan dapur tersebut.

The Relationship

Research shows that final year students experience stress when they work on their thesis. This situation has affected their psychological well-being. According to Ryff psychological well-being is a condition of someone who is free from pressure and problems. Thus, this study aims to determine the relationship between social support and psychological well-being of final year students who are working on a thesis. This research was conducted at Airlangga University. This study uses a quantitative approach. This research was conducted on 156 students that are working on their thesis at Airlangga University. Data obtained using a survey method that uses a measure of social support scale developed by Zimet and psychological well-being scale developed by Palupi in the journal Studia Universitatis Maladaviae. The data analysis technique used in this study is Pearson Product Moment. The results of the analysis show a correlation of 0.760 which means there is a relationship between social support and psychological well-being of the final year students who are working on their thesis.

Extension is an informal learning process that plays an important role in improving fisheries processors competencies. However, current extension activities that have been running so far are felt to be lacking so it is necessary to look at the effectiveness of conducting extension on traditional fisheries business related to methods, media, materials and capabilities of extension agents. This study was aimed to (1) analyze the effectiveness of fisheries extension activities in traditional fisheries processing businesses in Lampung Province, (2) analyze traditional processors competencylevels, (3) analyze the effect of extension on processors competencies/capabilities in traditional fisheries processing businesses. This study used a quantitative approach enriched with qualitative analysis. The survey was conducted to obtain primary data using a questionnaire. The research location were in three districts in Lampung Province. The data analysis technique used descriptive and regression analysis. The results of the study were (1) the effectiveness of extension was still low, (2) traditional processors competencies belonged to the low category, and (3) the ability of extension agents affected the development of fisheries processors’ competencies. The effectiveness of extension is still low due to the limited extension methods. Therefore it is important to carry out extension activities with varied methods according to the target needs to improve the competency of traditional fisheries processors.

This study aims to determine the effect of (1) rewrad, (2) achievement motivation, (3) performance of teachers working SMAN Negeri District of SukabumI. In the data analysis, this study used a survey method using a causal analysis technique Strip . This study used a sample of 150 teachers in six high schools in District of Sukabumi are selected using Slovin formula.The results showed that : first, there are positive influence between the rewrad and performance of teachers in schools . Secondly, there is a positive effect between achievement motivation and performance of teachers in schools. Third, there is a positive effect between the reward and achievement motivatioan of teachers in schools.
