The article analyzes the digital footprint as a phenomenon of the emerging digital space and digital society. The purpose of the article is to study the digital footprint as a multi-layered phenomenon with multi-faceted features that manifest themselves in various spheres of life of an individual and society. The author considers three layers that characterize the digital footprint from the standpoint of its impact on the sociocultural component of society, the specifics of its formation, and its impact on the development and existence of the individual in the modern transformational era. The study highlights the positive (related to the possibilities of realizing personal potential) and negative (suggesting a distortion of the socio-cultural space) aspects of the functioning of the digital footprint. Conclusions are made about the need for a philosophical study of the phenomenon of the digital footprint in connection with its increasing importance in the formation of a new volume layer of socio-cultural space that creates qualitatively different forms of social existence.

The purpose of this article is to reveal the Latvian cultural space of the 1930s, how it appears in present-day reminiscences of Baltic Germans, people with German heritage residing in Latvia, or their descendants. The data consists of extended interviews recorded as a part of the Latvian Academy of Culture project “Latvija – Heimatland” (2017–2019). One of the project objectives is to register and explore the reminiscences of this social group. The article analyses the accounts of 22 people residing in Latvia and 14 in Germany. These are accounts of events experienced either by themselves or their family members. It covers a time when the community of Latvians and Germans residing in Latvia was polarised by national interests, and the decade ended with Baltic Germans emigrating, followed by the Soviet occupation of Latvia. The Latvian cultural space of the 1930s is indirectly described by quotes from the respondents that relate to the resettlement in 1939 (Umsiedlung in German). The reminiscences illuminate cultural space components such as social practices, symbols, languages, and their use, traditions, and cuisine. The individual memories of Baltic Germans and their descendants significantly contribute to how the Latvian cultural space of the 1930s is already seen through collective memory, which includes monuments, written work, and art. They outline the lifestyle of this specific minority group, diversity of cultures, and interaction between them in Latvia, as well as a theme of Latvia as the lost motherland.

Based on the results of a survey of civil servants and local government officials conducted by the author, the main trends, problems and prospects for providing public services online are identified. 2020 turned out to be the crisis year for all mankind on the one hand, and on the other hand – it encouraged the rapid development of certain industries, including the field of digital transformation. In public administration, this has been embodied in promoting the use of digital services and governance platforms. In the direction of forming and implementation of justice state policy main efforts are aimed at building online interaction between citizens and the state, reducing the number of paper documents, more efficient administration of open state registers, ensuring control at each step of citizens' appeals, reducing corruption risks. minimization of the human factor in the processes of providing administrative services. The author conducted the survey among students of the Lviv Regional Institute for Public Administration of the National Academy for Public Administration under the President of Ukraine on the provision of administrative services online. 66 applicants from eight regions of Ukraine were involved in the survey. The question was asked: what hinders the development of administrative services online? Among the answers, the most common are (in order from most popular to least): low technical literacy of service consumers; technical unpreparedness of networks;  unpreparedness of the citizens; unpreparedness of officials; insecurity of the information processed; lack of habit to use online;   distrust to the state. Conclusions of the research and prospects for further studies. Contradictions of the digital society development in Ukraine include: the digital divide (the gap in the level of digital equipment); technological unemployment; digital dependence and digital control; digital opportunities for crime; unlimited digital space and its content; the need for large-scale efforts and resources to address the digital space, and needs will only increase; unavailability of information created by bodies-not information managers; form of obtaining information, information is created or obtained in a form unsuitable for machine processing; method of information processing – non-interoperability of data sets from different managers. Among the factors that will determine digitalization processes on the public policy forming in Ukraine, we consider: increasing the technical literacy of service consumers; improving the technical readiness of networks; work with the population to promote the tools of consumption of administrative services online; training of officials to work in the digital space; taking measures to protect information held by the authorities; forming the habit of using online in the field of forming and implementation the public policy; increasing the level of trust to the state.

Wearable devices and smart clothes give rise to pivotal technological and legal issues in the fashion business. The cybersecurity attention in the digital society, and the advent of General Data Protection Regulation No. 2016/679 (GDPR) in the European, and global, legal framework, implied the need to evaluate which norms and aspects of the European Regulation could apply to wearable devices, which are becoming more and more invasive. Wearable devices are, first of all (and from a data protection point of view), intrusive tools that can put users’ personal (and intimate) data at risk. In particular, we will discuss the aspects of the spread of an accountability “culture” (also) in the fashion business, the need for correct management policy of data breaches, the rights of transparency for users/customers who are using wearable devices and smart clothes, and respect for the dignity and nondiscrimination of the individual during the data collection and processing. These are, all, fundamental points: the protection of the individual’s data in the digital landscape is, in fact, strictly connected to the protection of his/her fundamental rights in the modern digital society.

Abuse of hormones by sportsmen or sportswomen might lead to some serious health consequences for the individual user. Such abuse also damages the very spirit of sport, cheating fellow athletes, the officials and spectators. Where hormone findings cause most controversy is with endogenously produced substances. Some hormone findings might be indicators of a medical condition, and it requires sensitive handling to discover the facts. Examining the prevalence of hormone abuse using a theoretical perspective on ethics permits a philosophical study of the dilemmas facing sport, and a clearer identification of the issues that science can help sport to resolve. This paper looks at the way in which rules on doping have evolved in an attempt to set out the ethical standards that should apply and to discuss how some sportsmen and sportswomen have worked around the rules, challenging them to the extent that the anti-doping system itself is questioned. The data emerging from the testing programmes give one guide to the actual prevalence of hormone findings. However, as not all findings may constitute doping offences this cannot be said to be the definitive guide to the extent of hormone abuse. Use of hormone medications with or without a therapeutical indication further complicates the disciplinary process. Sensitive management of hormone findings is absolutely necessary to avoid accusations of doping or embarrassing breaches of confidentiality when the origin may be a serious medical condition. Because hormone findings require careful consideration, the door is open for the anti-doping system to be exploited by unscrupulous scientists, raising challenges that test the limits of credibility. Sex, alcohol and decomposition are arguments that have been put forward to explain findings. A close partnership between scientists and sport is called for to avoid the athlete becoming a victim of the rules that are intended to protect sport.

Different approaches to defining the essence and content of the concepts of “love”, “joy” and “fear”, their interaction in terms of teaching are analyzed in the article. It is emphasized that the main thing in love is its spiritualization. Only the spirit, the spiritual power, reveals to a man the true, worthy object of love. Love is creativity, openness of the human soul, it is an organic, aesthetic need of a man. This approach is especially important in the system of relations “teacher – student; teacher – student”. It is proved that the teacher's love for the student must be effective, it is based on trust, mutual assistance, without love pedagogical activity loses its value. An important manifestation of love is the joy of common achievements. Love and joy are related concepts. Joyful hobbies that guide cognition, enter the noosphere of a man, contribute to mental and spiritual growth. Instead, the category of “fear” is defined as an emotion that arises in a situation of threat to the biological or social existence of the individual and is aimed at the source of real or imagined danger. In the article, the concept of “fear” is considered on a Christian basis, and therefore, analyzed as the fear of God and human fear. The need to train specialists in the field of professional and pedagogical activities in the context of solving the outlined problems is emphasized.

The article is aimed at revealing that the contemporary socio-cultural space of the city is undergoing fundamental changes associated with migration processes. It is emphasized that the contemporary city as a space of intercultural dialogue plays a dual role: it helps the individual to master new forms of life that are characteristic of urban identity, and, on the contrary, strengthens/suppresses his individuality. It is concluded that intercultural dialogue is important for the balanced existence of the city as a whole, as well as for all communities and each subject in particular. Intercultural dialogue in the city space is carried out in a contradictory range: from hostility and alienation - through adaptation and compromise - to awareness of the significance of the «other».

The purpose of the research described in the article is to consider the values and imperatives that underlie the formation of the information culture of preschool children. The research methods were the study and analysis of psychological, pedagogical and philosophical literature, forecasting and reflection. Based on the results of the study, the concept of antifragile education was proposed, its methodological basis, principles and rules were determined. The practical significance of the results obtained lies in determining the components of the formation of the value basis of the preschool information culture preconditions: cognitive (the process of cognition of adequate actions in the digital space in the process of self-realization; the ability to select criteria for ranking information; awareness in the field of digital space threats that contradict imperatives and impede self-realization), behavioral with sufficient emotional and volitional reinforcement (to plan and perform a conscious system of actions), motivational and value (a conscious system of actions for self-realization in accordance with imperatives). The study revealed that the issue of personal self-identification in the redundant digital space has not been sufficiently studied. It is necessary to introduce the principles of antifragile education and continue the awareness and development of the components of the formation of the value basis of the preconditions of the information culture of preschoolers. The concept of antifragile education can form the basis of the work of teachers, starting from the level of preschool education, and the spiritual and moral values that form the basis of the concept can be very important for parents of preschoolers. For the first time, a concept is proposed that is designed to form and maintain imperatives in children, allowing for self-identification and spiritual and moral self-realization in the context of the formation of information culture of preschoolers. As the conclusions, the use of digital technologies in education was noted, and at the same time the issue of introducing the principles of antifragile education for the spiritual and creative self-realization of the individual in the new global international digital space of human life is being actualized.
