Cancer that occurs in children does not only affect children, but also parents. Parents experience anxiety, stress, fear of losing their children, and helplessness in caring for their children, so that parents are less than optimal in caring for their children. Parent empowerment can increase parents' knowledge, confidence, and ability to care for their children. Previous research found several obstacles to parent empowerment carried out by nurses so that parent empowerment was not optimal in its implementation. Knowing barriers and supports in implementation of parent empowerment in caring for children with cancer can support implementation of parent empowerment to be more optimal. The purpose of this study was to explore barriers and supports in parent empowerment in caring for children with cancer based on the nurse's perception. The design of this study was qualitative research design with a phenomenological approach. The data was collected by in-depth interview method using semi-structured interview guidelines on six nurses who were selected by purposive sampling technique. The data analysis was carried out by thematic analysis with the analysis stage according to Colaizzi. The results of this study were resulted in four themes, namely parental attitudes, parental characteristics, attitudes of nurses, availability of nurses and facilities. This study concluded that implementation of empowering parents to care for children with cancer became more optimal by knowing the barrier and supports in empowering parents care for children with cancer and nurses could make more effective planning in caring for children with cancer.

ABSTRAK Sistem kapitasi berbasis pemenuhan komitmen pelayanan yang diatur dalam peraturan BPJS Kesehatan No 2 tahun 2015 mulai diberlakukan per 1 Januari 2017. Adanya perubahan pola pembayaran kapitasi tentunya akan mendapatkan berbagai macam persepsi dokter umum sebagai PPK di FKTP Klinik Kimia Farma 125 Denpasar. Persepsi ini penting untuk diketahui karena akan mempengaruhi perilaku yang akan diberikan oleh dokter umum terhadap pasien JKN. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui efektivitas penyelenggaraan dari sistem kapitasi JKN berbasis pemenuhan komitmen pelayanan.  Desain penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kualitatif, dipilih delapan orang dokter umum di Klinik Kimia Farma 125 Denpasar yang ditentukan sesuai kriteria sebagai informan. Penelitian dilakukan pada bulan Mei hingga Juli 2017 bertempat di Klinik Kimia Farma 125 Denpasar. Metode pengambilan data menggunakan metode wawancara mendalam (indepth interview) yang dilakukan selama 20 hingga 40 menit. Hasil penelitian persepsi dokter umum terhadap sistem kapitasi berbasis pemenuhan komitmen pelayanan dimana sebagian besar dokter umum setuju besaran tarif kapitasi yang diberikan oleh BPJS Kesehatan cukup untuk melaksanakan pelayanan kesehatan, sistem kapitasi dirasa dapat meningkatkan kesejahteraan dokter. Standar pelayanan yang diberikan pada era JKN mengikuti standar yang telah diatur oleh BPJS Kesehatan. Dalam pelaksanaannya upaya komitmen pelayanan dilakukan dengan cara menambahkan poli untuk mengurangi waktu antrian. Indikator komitmen pelayanan yang diatur dapat menjadi motivasi untuk meningkatkan mutu pelayanan. Untuk memaksimalkan pemberlakuan sistem kapitasi berbasis pemenuhan komitmen pelayanan, diperlukan upaya tambahan dalam bentuk program promotif dan preventif. BPJS Kesehatan untuk mengelola layanan dan komunikasi dengan dokter diperlukan sosialisasi yang maksimal terhadap program promotif dan preventif untuk meningkatkan kunjungan sehat. The change in capitation payment patterns will certainly get a variety of perceptions of general practitioners as PPK at FKTP Kimia Farma 125 Denpasar Clinic. This perception is important to know because it will affect the behavior that will be given by general practitioners towards JKN patients. This study aims to determine the effectiveness of the implementation of the JKN capitation system based on fulfilling service commitments. The design of this study was descriptive qualitative, selected eight general practitioners at the Kimia Farma 125 Denpasar Clinic which were determined according to the criteria as informants. The study was conducted in May to July 2017 at the Kimia Farma 125 Clinic in Denpasar. The data collection method uses the in-depth interview method (indepth interview) which is conducted for 20 to 40 minutes. The results of research on the perception of general practitioners of the capitation system based on the fulfillment of service commitments where most general practitioners agree that the amount of the capitation tariff provided by BPJS Health is sufficient to carry out health services, the capitation system is considered to be able to improve the welfare of doctors. Service standards provided in the JKN era followed the standards set by the Health BPJS. In the implementation of the service commitment efforts carried out by adding poly to reduce queuing time. Indicators of service commitment that are set can be a motivation to improve service quality. To maximize the implementation of a capitation system based on fulfilling service commitments, additional efforts are needed in the form of promotive and preventive programs. BPJS Health to manage services and communication with doctors requires maximum socialization of promotive and preventive programs to increase healthy visits. This study aims to determine the criminological review of the crime of murder committed by women. This type of research uses a qualitative approach, namely understanding criminological actions against murder offenses committed by women. This research was conducted in three research locations, namely; (1) Sidrap District Court; (2) Sidrap Police Station; and (3) Sidrap Class II B Detention Center. In collecting data, the researcher used in-depth interview method where the researcher acted as the research instrument and supported by secondary data. The results showed that; (1) there are factors that cause the crime of murder committed by women in Sidrap Regency, namely; (a) internal factors, caused by the influence of age and psychology; and (b) external factors caused by the role of the victim and the family environment; and (2) the efforts made by law enforcement officers, in this case the Sidrap Police and their staff in tackling the crime of murder committed by women, are generally taken in 2 (two) ways, namely; (a) preventive measures (prevention); and (b) repressive efforts (eradication).

The financial Life Skill (FLS) Training Program is a development program for youth to be ready to work and skilled in managing finances. This program is considered very beneficial. However, there is no information for the stakeholders about how FLS Training can succeed and be sustained. This research used the in-depth interview method to the stakeholders and the survey method to obtain the most essentials roles this research used the systems thinking approach and the system dynamics approach to analyze problems to attain a conceptual framework. The interactions between variables are visualized by a causal loop. The result of this research shows that 16 variables are influential to the success and the sustainability of the FLS Training. The result is useful for various stakeholders in making decisions for the sake of success and sustainability of the FLS Training after the period of the project ends.

Public Relations is known as a female profession, concerned physical, and suitable for women. The purpose of this research is to analyze Public Relations stereotype as a woman profession, concerned with physical, and feminine. This research is examined though face to face in-depth interview method with 10 Public Relations practitioners from variety industry in Jakarta. Findings showed that Public Relations stereotype is not necessarily a pretty woman, physically attractive, and majority men still dabble as Public Relations practitioners in the field of industry. Nevertheless, it cannot be denied that women still dominant in a Public Relations profession. The society's view that the face of PR is a woman show there is a miss perception of PR term itself caused by lack of understanding of PR literacy as management function, not a women profession, equal to actress celebrity's job, and oriented physical. The Negative stereotype about PR profession in Jakarta caused this profession is not as appreciated as a doctor or accountant profession.

Life is certainly not a fairytale and in this kind of situation, “happily ever after” is not very common. These are the stories of five women-survivors of domestic violence who dreamed of having a happy family, but in the end, their dreams contradicted reality. This interpretivist qualitative study was designed to look into a deeper understanding of collective accounts of women-survivors of domestic violence. The narrative inquiry was employed using the in-depth interview method. The study revealed that these women experienced various forms of domestic violence and were caused by men’s bad habits, problems arising from the family, and jealousy of a man or a woman. Several strategies were employed by these women to improve their lives. This tough decision to free themselves from the abuse made them better individuals, developed a stronger bond with their children, and increased faith in God.   Keywords - Domestic Violence, Violence against Women, and Children, Survivors

PurposeThis study aimed to determine the experience and social support needs of becoming a mother in adolescence.MethodsThis study was a qualitative research with a descriptive phenomenology approach. Data collection was performed by in-depth interview method and using a semi-structured study guide. Research was conducted at health centers of Jetis, Gedong Tengen and Umbulharjo 1 in May - June 2017. The participants were 7 adolescent (18-19 years old) mothers who had a 2 weeks - 12 months baby. The sampling was conducted by purposive sampling and recorded by a tape recorder. Data analysis was done manually by using Colaizzi method.ResultsFive themes emerged from the results of data analysis: 1) variation of feelings experienced from pregnancy up to delivering the baby, 2) freedom from routine of baby care, 3) early experience of baby care, 4) social support from significant other and midwives, and 5) improved confidence in baby care.ConclusionThe variety of experiences by adolescent mothers is accompanied by social support providing increased confidence in caring for their baby.

Divorce leads to many conflicts as women being single at an early age. This study aimed to determine the rate and socio-demographic associations of Divorce in Sri Lanka. A larger range of remarriages have conjointly additional to the increased numbers of marriages per annum. The data were gathered through an in-depth interview method and Questionnaire from 60 divorced young couples, to ignore the data duplication, data were collected from one of the divorced young couples who live in Batticaloa District, Sri Lanka. The research findings demonstrated that to reverse this trend, elders of the couple recommend and instruct them about the realities of life. Compromises and sacrifices are important aspects that the couple ought to have a secure married life.

Klinik RSHS Teratai HIV telah merawat pasien dari September 2004 sampai Desember 2009, sebanyak 2.060 ODHA dan 1290 menerima ARV (63%). Selama periode ini, sebesar 11% (141 orang) kehilangan kontak lebih tinggi dari keseluruhan persentase di Indonesia yaitu 10,7% (Depkes, 2009). Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menyelidiki hasil yang benar dan faktor hilang tindak lanjut ARV di klinik RSHS Teratai ARV. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode wawancara mendalam dengan 25 pasien HIV / AIDS bawah pengobatan ARV di klinik Teratai RSHS dan mangkir sejak tahun 2009 yang tinggal di daerah Bandung. Informan dipilih secara acak dan dihubungi untuk kunjungan rumah untuk diwawancarai oleh pewawancara yang berpengalaman. Peneliti melakukan wawancara mendalam di rumah pasien sekitar 60 menit. Data direkam oleh pita digital direkam, ditranskrip dan dicetak oleh dua peneliti bidang independen menggunakan analisis tematik.Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan tujuh tema yang pengetahuan yang tidak benar, optimisme yang tidak realistis, masalah aadministratif, perasaan efek samping negatif, masalah interpersonal, masalah kecanduan, dan kurangnya perawatan diri. Oleh karena itu, penting untuk mengembangkan tindakan pencegahan melalui rincian kontak pasien, meminta pasien persetujuan untuk dihubungi, telepon, kunjungan rumah setelah 3 minggu kehilangan kontak, dan menyarankan pasien untuk mendaftar ke klinik ART lebih dekat dengan rumah mereka , dan mengembangkan sistem reminder untuk mengingatkan pasien untuk mengambil ARV tepat waktu. ABSTRACTTeratai clinic HIV RSHS has treated patients from September 2004 to December 2009, as much as 2060 PLWHA and 1290 receive ARV (63%). Over this period, 11% (141) were lost to follow-up that is higher than overall lost to follow up percentage in Indonesia which is 10.7% (MOH annually report December 2009). The aim of this study was to investigate the true outcomes and factors of lost follow up to ARV. This study used indepth interview method to 25 HIV/AIDS patients under ARV treatment in the Teratai clinic RSHS and lost to follow up since 2009 who lived in Bandung area. Informants were randomly selected and contacted for a home visit to be interviewed by experienced interviewer. The interviewers obtained verbal informed consent and conducted an in depth interview in the patients home. Interview took about 60 minutes. Data were recorded by digital tape recorded, transcribed and scored by two field researchers independently using thematic analysis. The result of this study shows seven themes which are incorrect knowledge, unrealistic optimism, administrative problems, feeling of negative side effect, interpersonal problem, addiction problem, and lack of self-care. Therefore, it is important to develop preventive measure through up-dating patients’ contact details, ask patients consent to be contacted, up date phone contact, home visit after 3 weeks lost of contact, advice patients to register to ART clinic closer to their homes, and develop a reminding system to remind patients to take ARV on time.

<p><em>Lontar Usada Pemunah Cetik Kerikan Gangsa contains the Balinese poison, which containing the ingredients of poison, signs and symptomps of poison, and traditional therapy for poison. The Balinese community believed that the chronic illness may caused by cetik. Until now, there has been no evidence about Balinese poison and Balinese traditional therapy for poison. It is this which has inspired the researcher to explore the traditional therapy in usada pemunah cetik kerikan gangsa. This was an ecological study based on Lontar Usada Cetik Kerikan Gangsa and experience of  traditional medicine practicioners in Denpasar area. This study was a descriptive qualitative research with </em><em>in-depth interview method. We colected the information about usada pemunah cetik  from </em><em>traditional medicine practicioners in Denpasar area. The result showed that ingredients of cetik containing the heavy metal which high toxicity such as plumbum and copper. The traditional therapy for cetik kerikan gangsa using the lemon grass </em><em>(Cymbopogon citratus) and coconut water </em><em>(Cocos nucifera L).</em></p>
