Abstract: This study is a survey research that aims to analyze the factors that cause comfort and performance in extracurricular running students of SMP Negeri 1 Kasembon. In this study using a quantitative approach. The sample consisted of running extracurricular students who were in their menstrual period totaling 15 students. Data collection in this study used a non-test instrument, namely a questionnaire. The data were tested using percentage calculations. Factors that affect the comfort and performance of students participating in extracurricular running at SMP Negeri 1 Kasembon during the menstrual period consist of physical and psychological factors.The results of the study based on the data obtained, factors that affect the comfort of female extracurricular participants running SMP Negeri 1 Kasembon during the menstrual period on average physical factors have a percentage of 75 percent and psychological factors 53.4 percent. While Factors that affect the performance of extracurricular running students at SMP Negeri 1 Kasembon the average score from all aspects is 62.9 with the performance category being in the medium category, namely 100 percent (15 people). Abstrak: Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian survei yang bertujuan untuk menganalisis adanya faktor penyebab kenyamanan dan performance pada siswi ekstrakurikuler lari SMP Negeri 1 Kasembon. Pada penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Sampel terdiri dari siswi ekstrakurikuler lari yang sedang dalam masa periode menstruasi berjumlah 15 siswi. Pengambilan data pada penelitian ini menggunakan Instrumen non tes yaitu dengan angket. Data diuji menggunakan perhitungan persentase. Faktor yang memengaruhi kenyamanan dan performance siswi peserta ekstrakurikuler lari SMP Negeri 1 Kasembon pada saat periode menstruasi terdiri dari faktor fisik dan psikis. Hasil penelitian berdasarkan data yang didapatkan, faktor yang memengaruhi kenyamanan siswi peserta ekstrakurikuler lari SMP Negeri 1 Kasembon pada saat periode menstruasi pada rata-rata faktor fisik memiliki persentase 75 persen dan faktor psikis 53,4 persen. Sedangkan faktor yang memengaruhi performance siswi peserta ekstrakurikuler lari SMP Negeri 1 Kasembon rata-rata skor dari seluruh aspek adalah 62,9 dengan kategori performance berada dalam kategori sedang yaitu 100 persen(15 orang).

Fitness center / gymnasium is one of the sports favored by the public because in the fitness center has a range of tools and facilities that have been designed so that it can be used as a tool for physical exercise that right. So the longer the gymnasium has also become a necessity for people, Necessity (need) here are divided into two categories, felt or perceived (subject assessment) and evaluated (clinical diagnosis).This study uses a quantitative approach. While the survey research techniques are activities taking samples from a population and using questionnaires as the main data collection tool to understand the needs of students related Airlangga University gymnasium. The results of the study that students need a gymnasium facilities are only accessible by only academy person and in which there is a pool and a cafeteria. This may indicate that students are given follow the advice of doctors to perform the sport swim and is in accordance with the desired exercise by students.

This research is a survey research with quantitative approach. The sample of this study were employees of PT. Sandabi Indah Lestari Bengkulu Utara, which amounted to 96 employees by taking a minimum sample of employees. Data collection using a questionnaire while data analysis was performed using multipleregression analysis. This research is a survey research with quantitative approach. The sample of this study were employees of PT. Sandabi Indah Lestari Bengkulu Utara, which amounted to 96 employees by taking a minimum sample of employees. The results found that: (1) Reward significantly influencedthe performance of the employees of PT. Sandabi Indah Lestari North Bengkulu with the t test results show the value of t sig for the variable Reward value (X1) Namely, thit > t (4.123 > 1.98580) and (sig α = 0.000 < 0.050) means that Hα is accepted and H0α/2 is rejected. (2) Punishment significantly influenced the performance of the employees of PT. Sandabi Indah Lestari North Bengkulu with t test results showed the value of t sig for the Punishment Value Variable (X2) > t(α / 2) (2.929 >1.98580) and (sig α = 0.004 < 0.050 means that Hα was accepted and H0 was rejected. (3) Reward and Punishment Variables have a significant effect on the performance of employees at PT Sandabi Indah Lestari North Bengkulu with the results of the F test hypothesis above obtained by F count of 99.917 with Ftable value of 3.09 that is (99.917 > 3.09) and (sig α =0.000 < 0.050), then it can be concluded that H3 is accepted.Keywords : Reward, Punishment and employee performance

The research aimed to determine the effect work culture and competence on commitment and performance employee at PT. Nindya Karya (Persero). The research used quantitative approach by basing the rational principle study. The analysis was carried out using the sem analysis method and processed using SPSS AMOS 26. Data from permanent employees of PT Nindya Karya (Persero) were determined based on proportional sampling. A total of 250 respondents were drawn from 5 branch offices in Indonesia. Data collection uses questionnaires as the main instrument, interviews, and observations. The results showed that: 1) Work culture has a positive and significant effect on employee work commitments at the Office of PT. Nindya Karya (Persero), 2) Work Culture has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the Office of PT. Nindya Karya (Persero), 3) Competence has a positive and significant effect on employee work commitments at the Office of PT. Nindya Karya (Persero), 4) Competence has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the Office of PT. Nindya Karya (Persero), 5) Improved work culture will reduce performance through work commitments at the office of PT. Nindya Karya (Persero), 6) Increased competence will reduce performance through work commitments at the office of PT. Nindya Karya (Persero).

An organization of good governance should have the motivation of employees with high job of work and discipline. If employees work well in accordance with the ability and motivation work influenced by their skills and responsible for his job as a form of discipline work and an organization that will be able to more developed ease the achievement of the purpose of the organization. The purpose of this study are (1) the correlation between work motivation with employee performance, (2) the correlation between work discipline with employee performance, (3) the correlation between work motivation and work discipline with the performance of employees in educational department of mojokerto.A method in this research was used a quantitative approach. The techniques to take data collection here is closed questionnaires and Data processing techniques uses correlation product moment test and multiple correlation with the significant level of 5% to know is there any relationship between the variables or not. The result showed that (1) it is proved that there is correlation between work motivation and performance of employees with a correlation coefficient of 0.792, (2) there is a correlation between the work discipline with employee performance with a correlation coefficient of 0.981, (3) there is a correlation between work motivation and work discipline with the employee's performance with a correlation coefficient of 0.981. Based on the analysis of the data above it can be concluded that there are correlation between work motivation and work discipline with the employees performance in educational department of mojokerto.

This study aims to determine the role of social values in society in Karawang Regency in 2019. This study uses a quantitative approach with descriptive survey research type. This type of descriptive survey research relates to situations that require certain data collection techniques, such as: interviews, questionnaires, or observations. This research was carried out in Karawang regency with an implementation plan in May 2019. This research variable is the role of Olympic values. Variable olimpism values are the results of the evaluation of Olympic values, namely: Excellence, Respect, and Friendship. The sample used in this study was 60 people in Karawang Regency. Data collection techniques using a questionnaire. Furthermore, the data obtained were analyzed using descriptive analysis of percentages with the help of a computer through the SPSS 20.00 program. The results showed the role of Olympic values in society in Karawang Regency in 2019 obtained 69% of the values of Olympism have a role in society and 31% of the values of Olympism have no role in society.

This research aimed to find out the effects of the leadership and performance of the employees at the Faculty of Medicine, Hasanuddin University. The research used the quantitative approach. The population of the research included all the educational power of the state civil apparatus and all the non-permanent educational employees who worked at the Faculty of Medicine, Hasanuddin University, and had the working time of 5 (five) years. The techniques of the data collection were observation, questionnaires, and documentation. The processing and analysis of the data were conducted using the SPP (Statistical Product and Service Solution) program, version 23. The research results indicated that (1) there was a positive and significant effect of the leadership and the supervision on the discipline, (2) there was a positive and significant effect of the leadership and supervision on the employees’ performance, (3) There was a positive and significant effect of the leadership and supervision on the employees’ performance through the discipline.

The objective of the study is to develop an applicable Teaching factory model for practices in the automotive workshop of SMK Karsa Mulya Palangkaraya. This study used a quantitative approach. It was conducted in grade XI of Motorcycles Engineering Department at SMK Karsa Mulya Palangkaraya. It was carried out in five phases: (1) preliminary investigation, (2) design; (3) realization / construction, (4) test, evaluation and revision, (5) field testing / implementation. Data collection instruments consisted of observation sheets and assessment sheets. The results of the competency tests of 19 students were: (a) Tune Up; the highest score, the lowest score and the average score were 98.82, 89.41, 95.23 respectively (b) Over Haul; the highest score, the lowest score and the average score were 90.67, 82.67, 85.55 respectively (c) System Starter; the highest score, the lowest score and the average score were 80.00, 77.33, 78.00 respectively. Thus it was noted that the model can be applied in the vocational workshop of Motorcycle Engineering Department at SMK Karsa Mulya Palangkaraya

Abstract:Participation in learning is used as a means to create effective learning to achieve learning success. Likewise, with online learning, participation has an important position that students must have. The form of learning participation can be realized in visual, oral, listening, writing and mental activities. The purpose of the study was to determine the level of student participation in online learning during the Covid-19 pandemic. The research population was all students in East Priangan, and the sample selected was 85 students who live in East Priangan. The research method used was survey research with a quantitative approach and data collection techniques through distributing questionnaires to the sample consisting of 85 students and indirect interviews. The research results indicated that online learning during the Covid-19 pandemic could be an effective way to be implemented, although, in practice, there were still some technical and non-technical obstacles.Abstrak:Partisipasi dalam pembelajaran digunakan sebagai sarana untuk menciptakan pembelajaran yang efektif guna mencapai keberhasilan belajar. Begitupun dengan pembelajaran online, partisipasi memiliki posisi penting yang harus dimiliki mahasiswa. Bentuk partisipasi belajar dapat diwujudkan dalam aktivitas visual, oral, menyimak, menulis dan mental.  Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mengetahui tingkat partisipasi mahasiswa dalam perkuliahan online di masa pandemi Covid-19.  Populasi penelitiannya adalah seluruh mahasiswa yang ada di Priangan Timur, dengan sampel yang digunakan yaitu 85 mahasiswa yang berdomisili di Priangan Timur. Adapun metode penelitiannya menggunakan penelitian survei dengan pendekatan kuantitatif dan teknik pengumpulan datanya melalui penyebaran kuisioner kepada sample yang terdiri dari 85 mahasiswa dan wawancara tidak langsung. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa perkuliahan online di masa pademi Covid-19 dapat dikatakan sebagai cara yang efektif untuk dilaksanakan, meskipun dalam pelaksanaannya masih ditemui adanya beberapa kendala baik teknis maupun non teknis.

The purpose of this article is to present the result of research on the effect of compensation and working discipline towards the performance in one of the private vocational school in  district of Bandung. The approach taken in this research is quantitative approach using a survey method, the data used are primary data obtained through questionnaires to the 35 nonpermanent teachers. Data analysis technique using double regression. The results showed that (1) Compensation be in the fairly effective (2) Discipline of work and performance category are high enough (3) compensation and working discipline has a positive and significant impact towards the performance, Whether partial and simultaneously Referring to these results, the compensation and discipline work can be a reference for improving teacher performance. ABSTRAKTujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk memaparkan hasil penelitian mengenai pengaruh kompensasi dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja di salah satu  SMK Swasta di Kabupaten Bandung. Pendekatan yang dilakukan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kuantitatif dengan menggunakan metode survey, data yang digunakan adalah data primer yang dipeloreh melalu penyebaran kuisioner kepada 35 orang guru honorer. Teknik analisis data menggunakan regresi ganda.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa : (1) kompensasi berada pada kategori cukup efektif, (2) disiplin kerja dan kinerja berada kategori cukup tinggi (3) kompensasi dan disiplin kerja memiliki pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja guru, baik secara parsial maupun secara simultan.
