Indonesia is a Muslim-majority country. A Muslim should pay attention to what they consume especially food and drink. Muslim consumers need to increase knowledge and awareness about halal food and beverage products. The existence of halal certification from MUI becomes one of the identities of a product ability to consume. In addition the price also affects the buying interest of consumers. This research aims to find out the influence of price, halal certification, and halal awareness on the interest in buying Chatime drinks among Muslims in Samarinda city. This is quantitative.  The data collection technique uses questionnaires with a sample number of 100 people with probability sampling.  Data analysis using multiple regression analysis. The results showed that halal certification did not affect Chatime beverage buying interest while prices and halal awareness affected buying interest. Simultaneously, price, halal certification, and halal awareness had a significant effect on Chatime's The coefficient of determination of 45.5% indicates the magnitude of the effect of independent variables on dependent variables while the remaining 54.5% is described by other variables outside of this study. It is necessary to socialize the importance of halal certification and the inclusion of halal certification in packaging and outlets.

This study aimed to analyze the effect of the food and beverage department service quality on customer satisfaction at the Daily Inn Hotel, Jakarta. This study used a quantitative method with a data collection technique in the form of questionnaires and literature studies. The population of this study was the consumers of the Daily Inn Hotel, Jakarta, that served by Food and Beverage Department during March 2019. The samples in this study were calcuated by Slovin Formula, with 10% error tolerance. The data then were processed by SPSS statistical analysis. The results of this study indicated that service quality had an effect on consumer satisfaction by 0.838 or 83.8% based on the coefficient of determination of 0.162 or 16.2% explained by other factors not included in this study. From the results of the T-test carried out, with the results of the analysis of 21.660 greater than 1.662 and a probability of 0.000 smaller than 0.60, it was concluded that H0 was rejected and H1 was accepted which means that the service quality variable (X) significantly affects the consumer satisfaction variable (Y).

The specific radioactivity (SA) of 125I-lysine vasopressin (LVP) was determined by analyzing the binding B (cpm/tube) of variable amounts of tracer T (cpm/tube) to a constant amount of an LVP antibody, in the presence of known quantities L (mol/tube) of LVP standards. The parameters of the equations B = f(F) and B/F = g(T), describing B as a function of free F (cpm/tube) tracer or the ratios B/F as a function of T, were first calculated by nonlinear regression analysis of the results obtained with tracer alone. Then the dependent variables B or B/F were measured in the presence of LVP and analyzed with the same equations by substituting the independent variables F or T with (F + alpha FL) and (T + alpha L), respectively, where alpha (cpm/mol) represents a measure of the SA and FL (FL = L.F/T), free LVP, respectively. The SA was thus treated as an unknown parameter to be calculated by nonlinear regression. This method was compared with the traditional interpolation of the SA from the self-displacement and standard curves. Tracer and ligand were found to have the same affinity for the binding sites, since the set of equations B = f(F + alpha FL) and B/F = g(T + alpha L), describing the binding of the tracer in the presence of LVP and equations B = f(F) and B/F = g(T) to which these equations reduce in the absence of LVP (L = 0), had identical binding parameters. To be valid, any method based on self-displacement requires that the tracer and standards have the same affinity for the binding sites.(ABSTRACT TRUNCATED AT 250 WORDS)

This study aims to analyze the relationship between the level of knowledge and behavior of the Sundanese Muslim community in Bandung about halal food and beverage products. The method used in this research is descriptive and verifikatif. The data were collected using questionnaires, completed with observation. Data analysis using validity test, reliability test, linear regression, correlation, hypothesis test, and coefficient of determination. The correlation test result is 0.376, which shows that it is in the interval 0.20 - 0.399, and the coefficient of determination test shows the influence of 0.142. This means that the influence of knowledge level on the behavior of Muslim sunda society is 14.2%. The difference of 85.8% is the influence of other factors not examined. This figure indicates that the increased knowledge of respondents on halal products will increase the behavior in consuming halal products.

This research was conducted to find out why employees perform Turnover Intention. This study was conducted on employees who work at Madrasah Aliyah Aswaj Ambunten Timur. Turnover Intention is defined as the intensity of employees who want to resign from a company or institution where they work. There are two independent variables in this study, namely work conflict and work stress. The data collection technique used a questionnaire with several indicators of independent and dependent variables. The sample in this study used a saturated sample where the total population was the same as the number of samples, namely 47 employees.

The purpose of this research is to know the significant influence of students perception about explaining skill of the teachers which consists of 6 indicators those are clear, structured, using example, emphasis, interesting and reversal to the understanding of accounting material in SMAN 1 Pakusari. Determining method of research location used Purposive area in SMAN 1 Pakusari, Jember. Determination of respondents in this study used population method and there were 61 students. Data collection method used consists of some methods: questionnaires, interviews, observations and documents. Data analysis used is inferential analysis that is by simple regression line analysis, regression line variance analysis, F test and effectiveness of regression line / coefficient of determination. The results showed that students' perception on the teachers' explaining skill has a significant effect on the understanding of accounting material that is equal to 79.3%, is mean the perception of students on explaining skill given a positive impact to the understanding of accounting material ,while the remaining 20.7% is influenced by other independent variables that are not examined in this study such as the use of learning media, motivation and students learning interest

Village apparatus is an important factor in the running of the government process in the village. Therefore an analysis is needed to determine the factors that affect the performance of the village apparatus. There are two independent variables in this study, namely; work ethic and work discipline. In the process this study uses village tools in Lumajang District as a population with 64 respondents. Furthermore, for data analysis techniques using multiple linear regression analysis, the results of the analysis show that both work ethic and motivation have a significant effect on the performance of the village apparatus. This is supported by the coefficient of determination of 73.4% so that only 26.6% remains for other variables that affect the performance of village equipment. This research is expected to contribute to the development of studies in management science, especially human resource management so that it can become a reference to further research.

Halal product assurance is a global concern, especially in some Southeast Asian countries. The Government of Indonesia through law No. 33 of 2014 requires food and beverage products circulating in Indonesia to have halal certificates. Responding to the central government program, the Government of Bangka Belitung has issued a Regional Regulation on the Implementation of Safe and Halal Food Guarantees. The purpose of the Community Partnership Program (CPP) is to realize Balunijuk Village as Halal Village. The determination of these objectives is the result of an agreement between the village officials and food and beverage business people in Balunijuk Village. The method of implementation in this activity is in the form of direct guidance to six fostered partners to obtain a Sanitation Hygiene (HS) certificate, and socialization on halal lifestyle targeting the community, village officials and six fostered businesses. Six fostered businesses in the village of Balunijuk have received Sanitation Hygiene (HS) Eligible Certificates. The issuance of HS certificates in the foster stalls shows the seriousness of partners in maintaining the cleanliness of the production process, raw materials and sanitation of production sites. HS Certificate as a requirement for business actors to apply for a Halal Certificate LPPOM MUI in Bangka Belitung. As many as 90% of participants understood about halal lifestyle material, besides that participants felt the need to apply halal lifestyle, especially in the selection of food and drinks to be consumed because it had an impact on physical and spiritual health. The results of this activity are the initiators to realize Balunijuk Village as Halal Village.
