This study aims to explain the role of the Office of Religious Affairs (KUA) in increasing the awareness of converts to waqf. Because, starting from the researcher's concern about the low awareness of converts to waqf, as the researchers know, the majority of converts in North Morowali Regency, precisely in Bahontula Village, Petasia District, are people who can be classified as high-income people. However, the relatively low awareness of converts to the importance of waqf causes these converts to be reluctant to do waqf. This study uses a qualitative descriptive study. The method used in this research is a method with data collection techniques carried out through observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of this study explain two things, first; the role of the Petasia Office of Religious Affairs (KUA) in providing guidance in terms of waqf to converts by providing direct guidance to converts, especially in terms of waqf. Second; Obstacles faced by the Petasia Office of Religious Affairs (KUA) in providing religious guidance, especially in terms of endowments for converts in Bahontula Village, Petasia District, North Morowali Regency. Abstrak  Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan peran Kantor Urusan Agama (KUA) dalam meningkatkan kesadaran muallaf dalam berwakaf. Sebab, berawal dari keprihatinan peneliti terhadap rendahnya kesadaran muallaf dalam berwakaf sebagaimana yang peneliti ketahui mayoritas mualaf di Kabupaten Morowali Utara tepatnya di Kelurahan Bahontula Kecamatan Petasia, merupakan masyarakat yang dapat digolongkan sebagai masyarakat berpenghasilan tinggi. Namun kesadaran muallaf yang relatif rendah akan pentingnya wakaf menyebabkan para muallaf tersebut enggan untuk berwakaf. Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian deskripsi kualitatif. Adapun metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode dengan teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian ini menjelaskan dua hal, pertama; peran Kantor Urusan Agama (KUA) Petasia dalam memberikan pembinaan dalam hal wakaf kepada para muallaf dengan cara memberikan pembinaan secara langsung kepada para muallaf, khususnya dalam hal Wakaf. Kedua; hambatan-hambatan yang dihadapi Kantor Urusan Agama (KUA) Petasia dalam memberikan pembinaan keagamaan khususnya dalam hal Wakaf kepada para muallaf di Kelurahan Bahontula Kecamatan Petasia Kabupaten Morowali Utara.

A key challenge for self-administered questionnaires (SaQ) is ensuring quality responses in the absence of a marketing professional providing direct guidance on issues as they arise for respondents. While numerous approaches to improving SaQ response quality have been investigated including validity checks, interactive design, and instructional manipulation checks, these are primarily targeted at situations where expected responses are of a factual nature or stated preferences. These interventions have not been evaluated in scenarios that require higher levels of engagement and judgment from respondents. While professional marketers are guided by codes of conduct, there is no equivalent code of conduct for SaQ respondents. This is particularly salient for SaQ that require higher levels of reflection and judgment, since in the absence of professional guidance, respondents rely more on their individual ethical ideologies and experience, leaving SaQ responses potentially devoid of the standards that normally set the expectations around data quality for marketing professionals. As marketing professionals are unable to provide guidance directly in a SaQ context, the approach used in this study is to offer varying levels of professional marketing guidance indirectly through specific codes of conduct reminders that are easily consumable by SaQ participants. We demonstrate that reminders and ethical ideologies moderate the relationship between the participant’s experience with SaQ and compliance with a code of conduct. Specifically, SaQ respondents produce fewer code of conduct infractions when receiving reminders than the control group, and this improves even more when the reminders coincide with the SaQ task. The paper concludes with implications for theory and practice.

The Government of Vietnam had decided to develop a “National Program for the Development of Mathematics until 2020” (NPDM) under the direct guidance of the Deputy Prime Minister, Professor Nguyen Thien Nhan. The chief of the Drafting Committee was a mathematician – Professor Tran Van Nhung, then Vice-Minister of Education and Training. Many Vietnamese mathematics professors joined the Drafting Committee. As determined by the Drafting Committee from the outset, the critical point of the program was to set up an advanced research institute.

We study geographical epidemic scales and patterns and positivity trends of SARS-CoV-2 pandemics in mass antigen testing in Slovakia in 2020. The observed test positivity was exponentially distributed with a long scale exponential spatial trend, and its characteristic correlation length was approximately 10 km. Spatial scales also play an important role in test positivity reduction between two consecutive testing rounds. While test positivity decreased in all counties, it increased in individual municipalities with low test positivity in the earlier testing round in a way statistically different from a mean-reversion process. Also, non-residents testing influences the mass testing results as test positivity of non-residents was higher than of residents when testing was offered only in municipalities with the highest positivity in previous rounds. Our results provide direct guidance for pandemic geographical data surveillance and epidemic response management.

Realizing marketable guidance in pilgrimage leadership is not easy to put into practice. It takes a leadership strategy that has positive implications for each congregation that he leads so that it has an impact on increasing the volume of pilgrims every year. This research used a qualitative approach, with a descriptive type. The research data source was obtained from KBIHU Nurul Haramain by purposive sampling and snowball sampling model. The data collection technique was carried out by using observation, interviews, and documentation. While the technical data analysis was by collecting data, reducing data, and drawing conclusions. The validity of the data used a triangulation model. The research results explained that the marketable leadership strategies carried out by the kyai, are: service strategies that are easy to understand by implementing Hajj exercises or rituals 12 times in 1 year and in collaboration, the Hajj practice directly led by Kyai and professionals, direct guidance from home to the holy lands of Makkah and Medina, arranging rituals scheduled as needed the knowledge systematically. Strategies of figures that appear in the Kyai consist of namely friendly service, and excellent facilitation for the congregation from in the country to the holy land.

Despite the significant contribution that tourism generates for national economic health, the tourism industry is challenged by seasonal and periodic volatility in arrivals. This volatility causes inefficiencies in the allocation of a destination’s resources. Policy makers and operators prefer a steady and constant inflow of tourists. Though prior studies have applied a portfolio optimization approach to inbound tourism flows, this study is the first to consider the destination’s marketing budget and each tourism markets’ heterogeneous marketing expenditure–demand elasticity. Our model provides destination marketing organizations with direct guidance as to how to allocate their marketing budget to facilitate portfolio profiles that are efficient from a risk-reward perspective, and that are attainable given budget constraints and known marketing expenditure–demand elasticity patterns. Using Tourism Research Australia International Visitor Survey data, we find that variability in tourism fluctuations can be reduced and inbound tourism numbers/spending significantly increased by implementing smarter (data-driven) marketing budget allocations.

A special kind of use of UAVs as transport is their use to deliver the destruction means to the target on the battlefield, i.e. as strike unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs), capable to inflict missile and bomb strikes on the enemy. Of particular interest are such drones, which do not require constant aiming at the target by the flight operator (ground pilot) with the help of a video transmitting system, but are targeted independently. Such UAVs have onboard a target sighting sensor (coordinator), with which the onboard control system determines the angular position of the target relative to the UAV. It is necessary to determine the most optimal targeting algorithms to be used in onboard control systems. UAVs due to the successful combination of cheap goods, technological availability and availability of other technical indicators (load capacity, efficiency and duration of flight, maneuverability) can be used as vehicles for cargo delivery. For example, UAVs are used to deliver ammunition and medicine to victims. The mechanism of the primary notification to the on-board control system of the UAV of the coordinates of the target to be hit, ie the task of "primary targeting", remains not completely solved by the technical and organizational task when using strike UAVs. Targeting methods using the on-board video broadcast system and direct commands of the ground pilot require, firstly, the installation of appropriate payload on board with an understanding of the loss of this equipment in combat use of UAVs, and secondly, effective avoidance of radio suppression by the enemy. The article presents the results of modeling with the help of Simulink models of the processes of guidance of a strike UAV with targeting on a moving aim by two methods: direct guidance and dynamic bias. The trajectories of UAV flights during diving to the target were obtained. The changes in the main working parameters during the guidance process were obtained as well. The conclusion about the advantage of the method of dynamic bias is made.

The problems in this study are 1) The lack of subject relevance at schools with its implementation in the industrial world, 2) DU / DI instructors only provide guidance on what needs to be done in the field, without giving direct guidance, 3) Inadequate career guidance received by students at school. Students only get a little information related to the expertise program they choose, 4) The advisor is only limited to monitor students in the Internship, without providing optimal reinforcement and direction to students. This study aims to: 1) Contributing as career guidance to student work readiness at SMKN 2 Padang, 2) Knowing the contribution of internship experience with student work readiness at SMKN 2 Padang, 3) Knowing the contribution of mentoring teacher to student work readiness at SMKN 2 Padang, 4) Knowing contribution of internship career guidance and advisors together with the student work readiness at SMKN 2 Padang. This type of research is quantitative using correlational research methods. This research was conducted at SMK Negeri 2 Padang. The population of this study were students of grade 12 at SMKN 2 Padang. The sampling technique was proportional random sampling, with a total sample of 83 students. The data analysis technique used is quantitative data analysis techniques. Based on the research results, it was found that the data were normal, linear and did not occur multicollinearity. The results of the research are: 1) There is a contribution of career guidance to student work readiness at SMK N 2 Padang, 2) There is a contribution of internship experience to student work readiness at SMKN 2 Padang, 3) There is a contribution of a advisor to student work readiness at SMK N 2 Padang , 4) Career Guidance Internship Experiences and advisors together provide a positive relationship to student work readiness at SMK N 2 PADANG by 78.0%.

Business in Era 4.0 uses a lot of information from internet-based digital media. The world of tourism has a very promising business opportunity for tourism entrepreneurs. Sunge Jingkem in Samudra Jaya Village, Bekasi Regency is a tourism business pioneered by young people, especially from Kampung Sembilangan. The development of the area that was originally only a fishing village turned into a tourist area has become the background for the development of Sunge Jingkem Ecotourism. The main profession of residents in Kp. Sembilang as fishermen is considered not able to do optimally because of fish availability, competition, weather, and pollution, so they have to look for alternative income. Community service carried out by a team from the Jakarta Veteran National Development University in collaboration with the Bekasi District Research and Development Agency aims to create a mentoring strategy for tourism actors to create alternative employment opportunities through Ecotourism by promoting collaboration and creativity. The method of mentoring carried out for tourism actors in Kampung Sembilang, Samudra Jaya Village starts from extracting information directly to the object of guidance, then carrying out FGDs involving tourism actors, and finally direct guidance to tourism actors. Tourism actors consisting of Managers, Local Governments, and Travelers undertake efforts to foster communication so that collaboration can be created, creative ecotourism management, and in the end, the objectives of this guidance can be achieved. Sunge Jingkem Ecotourism is an alternative for fishermen to have additional income apart from being traditional fishermen. Abstrak Bisnis di Era 4.0 ini banyak memanfaatkan informasi dari media digital berbasis internet. Dunia Pariwisata memiliki peluang bisnis yang sangat menjanjikan bagi para pelaku usaha wisata. Sunge Jingkem di Desa Samudra Jaya, Kabupaten Bekasi merupakan usaha wisata yang dipelopori oleh para pemuda khususnya dari Kampung Sembilangan. Pengembangan wilayah yang semula hanya desa nelayan berubah menjadi daerah wisata menjadi latar belakang pengembangan di Ekowisata Sunge Jingkem.  Profesi utama penduduk di Kp. Sembilangan sebagai nelayan dinilai sudah tidak bisa dilakukan secara optimal dikarena faktor ketersediaan ikan, persaingan, cuaca dan pencemaran sehingga mereka harus mencari alternatif penghasilan. Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat yang dilakukan oleh tim dari Universitas Pembangunan Nasional Veteran Jakarta bekerjasama dengan Badan Penelitian dan Pengembangan Kabupaten Bekasi bertujuan untuk membuat strategi pendampingan pada para pelaku wisata dalam upaya menciptakan lapangan pekerjaan alternatif melalui Ekowisata dengan mengedepankan kolaborasi dan kreativitas. Metode pendampingan yang dilakukan kepada pelaku wisata di Kampung Sembilang, Desa Samudra Jaya dimulai dari penggalian informasi secara langsung ke objek pembinaan, kemudian melaksanakan FGD dengan melibatkan para pelaku wisata, dan terakhir dilaksanakan pembinaan langsung ke pelaku wisata. Pelaku wisata yang terdiri dari Pengelola, Pemerintah Daerah, dan Pelancong dilakukan  upaya pembinaan komunikasi sehingga dapat tercipta kolaborasi, pengelolaan ekowisata yang kreatif, dan pada akhirnya dapat tercapai tujuan pembinaan ini. Ekowisata Sunge Jingkem sebagai salah satu alternatif bagi nelayan untuk memiliki penghasilan tambahan selain sebagai nelayan tradisional. Kata Kunci: komunikasi; ekowisata; pelaku wisata

The problem in this research is whether the direct guidance strategy learning model can improve the beginning reading ability of grade 1 students at SDN Dinoyo 2 Malang. This study aims to improve the ability to begin reading by using direct guidance strategies. This research is a classroom action research (PTK). The research subjects were students in grade 1 with a total of 22 students. The research location is SDN Dinoyo 2 Malang. Data collection techniques by observation, and tests. Data analysis was performed by qualitative descriptive analysis. The results of teacher and student observations in this study on average were in the good category. This research shows, (1) learning planning with direct guidance strategies is carried out with preparation in the form of learning implementation plans, methods, strategies and media in the form of reading source designs through text sheets. (2) The implementation of direct guidance strategies has improved students' reading learning, so that the learning atmosphere becomes more pleasant, (3) The learning outcomes with direct guidance strategies have been able to improve the ability to read at the beginning. This is evidenced by the test results in cycle one with a class average score of 68.2% or in the sufficient category. In cycle two students have experienced an increase in the class average score of 90.9% or are in the very good category.
