Low self-esteem can result in depression, suicide, anorexia nervosa, juvenile delinquency and, self-adjustment problems Bibliotherapy is one type of therapy that uses the activity of reading literature for therapeutic purpose. Previous literature mentions that this therapy has been helpful to deal with psychological problems. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of bibliotherapy on the self-esteem of early adolescents. Method used A quantitative, pre-experimental design with a one-group pretest-posttest approach was conducted. Simple random sampling was used to recruit the participant, and a total of 11 participants were involved in this study. The primary outcome was measured by Coppersmith Self Esteem Inventory (CSEI) instrument. The results of this study show that there is an influence of bibliotherapy on the self-esteem of early adolescents (t value = 0.001, p = 0.05). Conclusions it recommends optimizing the use of storybooks to increase self-esteem in early adolescence.

This study aims to analyze the relationship between self-efficacy and self-esteem, with juvenile delinquency. The population of this study were students of Nurul Jadid University with a sample of 120 aged between 19-21 years. The sampling technique used is simple random sampling. The data collection tool in this study was a Likert scale. This study uses statistical analysis of the Spearman rho correlation. The results show that there is a significant relationship between self-efficacy, self-esteem, and juvenile delinquency. There is a correlation between self-efficacy and juvenile delinquency (p=0.000), there is a correlation between self-esteem and juvenile delinquency (p=0.000). The higher the self-efficacy and self-esteem, the juvenile delinquency tends to be low or not at risk.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh antara harga diri dan intesitas penggunaan telepon pintar terhadap kecenderungan nomophobia. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Teknik penelitian yang digunakan adalah simple random sampling. Subjek penelitian adalah 100 remaja akhir yang menggunakan telepon pintar di Kota Samarinda. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah skala harga diri, skala intensitas penggunaan telepon pintar, dan skala kecenderungan nomophobia. Perolehan data dianalisis dengan uji regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Ada pengaruh harga diri terhadap kecenderungan nomophobia dengan nilai beta (β) -0.187, dan nilai T hitung (-2,222) > T tabel (1.984) dan (p) 0.029; (2) Ada pengaruh Pada intensitas penggunaan telepon pintar terhadap kecenderungan nomophobia dengan nilai beta (β) 0.536, dan nilai T hitung (6.390) > T tabel (1.984), dan (p) 0.000; (3) Ada pengaruh harga diri dan intensitas penggunaan telepon pintar terhadap kecenderungan nomophobia pada remaja akhir di Kota Samarinda dengan nilai signifikansi (p) 0.000 dan F Hitung 30.586 (38.7%). The aim of this research to know the effect of self esteem anda intensity of use smartphone on nomophobia. This research used a quatitaive approach. This research used simple random sampling technique. The subjects were 100 adolescents which use smartphone in Samarinda City. The data collection method used the self esteem scale, intensity of use smartphone scale, and nomophobia scale. Research data was analyzed by testing double regression linier analysis. The result showed that: (1) There is an effect of self esteem on nomophobia with score beta (β) -0.187, T count (-2,222) > T table (1.984) and (p) 0.029; (2) In intensity use smartphone on with score beta (β) 0.536, and T count (6.390) > T table (1.984), and (p) 0.000; (3) there is an effect of self seteem and intensity of use smartphone on nomophobia, with significant values (p) of 0.000 and a F count of 30.586 (38.7%).

Abstract: Nowadays, phenomeneon of juvenile delinquency has been spreading widely. Particularly to students, they usually perform juvenile delinquency that would harm themselves and finally trouble their minds due to consquences they are going to face. This study aimed to investigate the comparison of anxiety levels among students who performed juvenile delinquency. This was an analytical observational study with a cross sectional design. Subjects were 86 students of Swadharma Mopugad High School and Swadharma Werdhi Agung Senior High School obtained by using simple random sampling. Data were analyzed by using T independent test with α=0.005. The T independent test showed a t value of 0.457 and a p value of 0.649 (> 0.005) which indicated that there was no significant difference of anxiety levels among students who performed juvenile delinquency in both high schools. Conclusion: There was no significant difference between anxiety levels of students who performed juvenile delinquency in Swadharma Mopugad Senior High School and Swadharma Werdhi Agung Senior High School.Keywords: juvenile delinquency, anxietyAbstrak: Fenomena kenakalan remaja makin meluas dewasa ini. Hal ini tentunya dapat menimbulkan kecemasan pada siswa yang melakukannya mengingat sanksi yang bisa diperoleh akibat perbuatannya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perbandingan kecemasan siswa yang melakukan perilaku kenakalan remaja. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode analitik observasional dengan pendekatan potong lintang. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan yaitu simple random sampling. Subyek penelitian ialah siswa kelas XI SMA Swadharma Mopugad dan siswa kelas XI SMA Swadharma Werdhi Agung dengan jumlah total 86 siswa. Data dianalisis dengan uji T Independent (α = 0,005). Hasil uji T Independent mendapatkan nilai t sebesar 0,457, p = 0,649, yang menunjukkan tidak terdapat perbedaan tingkat kecemasan pada siswa yang melakukan kenakalan remaja di SMA Swadharma Mopugad dan SMA Swadharma Werdhi Agung. Simpulan: Tidak terdapat perbedaan tingkat kecemasan yang bermakna pada siswa yang melakukan kenakalan remaja di SMA Swadharma Mopugad dan SMA Swadharma Werdhi Agung.Kata kunci: kenakalan remaja, kecemasan

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh komunikasi interpersonal terhadap Self-Esteem korban body shaming. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif dengan menggunakan SPSS 25. Adapun sampel yang diambil adalah mahasiswa Fakultas Dakwah dan Komunikasi UIN Raden Fatah Palembang angkatan 2017 berjumlah 77 Mahasiswa. Data diambil melalui analisis Regresi Linear Sederhana. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik simple random sampling dengan membuat kuesioner melalui google form dan menggunakan Whatsapp sebagai media penelitian. Penelitian ini mengemukakan bahwa kondisi self-esteem korban body shaming sempat merasakan kesedihan yang mendalam, down, namun karena support dari orang-orang sekitar korban kembali bersyukur dengan bentuk tubuhnya, bangga, dan lebih mencintai dirinya. Korban berhasil melawan body shaming dengan cara mengabaikan cibiran dari orang lain, korban tetap percaya diri dengan berprestasi, menyibukkan diri melakukan hal-hal positif, dan mampu menginspirasi plus size women lainnya untuk tetap percaya diri dan bangga terhadap dirinya. Maka dari itu ada pengaruh komunikasi interpersonal yang signifikan terhadap self-esteem korban body shaming (studi pada konten Youtube kitabisa.com “curhat perempuan plus size melawan body shaming) dengan hasil uji t yang menunjukkan bahwa thitung > ttabel atau 5.487 > 2.000 dengan signifikan 0,05 dengan tingkat korelasi dan kekuatan hubungan variabel X dan variabel Y maka didapatkan nilai R = 0,366 dan termasuk dalam kategori lemah, sedangkan hasil analisis regresi linear sederhana Y = a + Bx = 21,855 + 0,290.

Anxiety facing exams refers to the student's tendency to understand evaluativ situations where their performance will be assessed, such as high-risk exams, as they are very threatening. The threat here is their self-esteem, fear will be judged negatively by teachers, friends, or parents.  The purpose of this research is to seek the validity and reliability of the TAI-G scale. This research uses a quantitative approach. The number of samples of this study was 101 SMA/SMK students in Magelang with an age range of 15-17 years. Sampling in this study used simple random sampling techniques. The results of the analysis show 21 items declared valid with a correlation of item-Total 0.25, 1 invalid item with a total-item correlation of 0.25, and an alpha reliability of 0.907.

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh kepemimpinan transformasional dan efikasi diri terhadap kepuasan kerja guru di SMP Yayasan Budi Mulia Lourdes Jakarta. Metodologi penelitian adalah survei yang dipilih dengan teknik simple random sampling. Analisis dan interpretasi data menunjukkan bahwa (1) kepemimpinan transformasional berpengaruh positif langsung terhadap kepuasan kerja, (2) efikasi diri berpengaruh langsung positif terhadap kepuasan kerja, (3) kepemimpinan transformasional berpengaruh positif langsung terhadap efikasi diri.KATA KUNCI: efikasi diri, kepemimpinan transformasional, kepuasan kerja.  THE EFFECT OF TRANSFORMATIONAL LEADERSHIP AND SELF EFFICACY OF THE JOB SATISFACTION TEACHERABSTRACTThe purpose of this study is to determine the effect of transformational leadership and self efficacy of the job satisfaction teacher in Junior High School of Budi Mulia Lourdes Jakarta.The research methodology was survey which was selected by simple random sampling technique. Analysis and interpretation of the data indicates that (1) transformational leadership of a positive direct effect on job satisfaction, (2) self efficacy positive direct effect on job satisfaction, (3) transformational leadership positive direct effect on the self efficacy.

ABSTRAK Latar   Belakang : Peningkatan SDM keperawatan sejak berada di Institusi pendidikan perlu mengembangkan kemampuan soft skill seperti assertive yang berpengaruh terhadap konsep diri menjadi perawat profesional. Adapun salah satu komponen konsep diri adalah self esteem perawat yang dapat digambarkan sebagai informasi dan keyakinan bahwa perawat memiliki tentang tugas, nilai, dan perilaku untuk pengembangan nilai-nilai profesional. Tujuan:  Penelitian ini bertujuan mengatahui perilaku assertive dan Self Esteem pada mahasiswa keperawatan  di STIKes Pamenang Pare Kediri pada tahun 2020. Methode: Penelitian  ini  adalah analitik digunakan  pendekatan  cross  sectional dengan spearman-rho. Populasi adalah mahasiswa keperawatan 119 dan sample 40 dengan teknik random sampling. Adapun Instrument penelitian ini kuesioner baku adalah Rathus Assertiveness Schedule (RAS) dan Rosenberg Self Esteem (RSE). Hasil: Hasil penelitian ini adalah terdapat  hubungan signifikan yang cukup kuat dengan nilai korelasi positive antara assertive dengan self-esteem pada mahasiswa di STIKes Pamenang Pare, di karenakan mahasiswa keperawatan yang berperilaku asertif tinggi cenderung mempunyai harga diri tinggi, sehingga sangat berkaitan erat dengan kelancaran selama menjalani masa studi di pendidikan keperawatan yang menghasilkan lulusan perawat yang kompeten dan profesional. Kesimpulan: Self esteem merupakan sejauh mana individu menilai dirinya yang memiliki kemampuan, keberartian, berharga, dan kompetensi yang dapat mempengaruhi perawat bertindak profesiona sangat berkaitan dengan perilaku asertive. Sehingga semenjak di pendidikan perlu di siapkan pengelolaan assertiveness yang efektif untuk peningkatan low self esteem pada mahasiswa keperawatan. Methods: This study used analytic cross sectional approach with spearman-rho. The population nursing students were 119 and samples were  40 with random sampling techniques. This research the instruments were Rathus Assertiveness Schedule (RAS) and Rosenberg Self Esteem (RSE). Results: The results of this research was a significant and positive corelation between assertive and self-esteem in nursing students in Department of nursing Pamenang Health Institute Pare Kediri, because nursing students with high assertive category behavior tend to have high self-esteem category, so its were closely related to fluency while undergoing a period to study in nursing education that produces competent and professional nurse graduates. Conclusion: Self-esteem was the extent to which individuals assess themselves who had abilities, meaningfulness, worth, and competence that can influence nurses to act professionally were closely related to asertive behavior. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat adanya pengaruh metode pembelajaran outing class terhadap kecerdasan naturalis anak usia dini. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu experimental design dengan rancangan posttest-only control group design. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada anak usia 5-6 tahun (kelompok B) di RA Insani Taqwin Palembang dengan jumlah sampel 32 anak. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah simple random sampling, dan diperoleh kelas B1 sebagai kelas eksperimen dan kelas B2 sebagai kelas kontrol. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan teknik observasi untuk melihat kecerdasan naturalis anak. Analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu statistik deskriptif dan statistik inferensial. Uji normalitas dilakukan menggunakan Uji Liliefors dan Uji hipotesis dilakukan menggunakan Uji Bartlett. Pengujian hipotesis dilakukan dengan menggunakan uji-t. Dari hasil perhitungan uji-t yang dilakukan diperoleh thitung = 4.32 > ttabel = 1,69, yang berarti H0 ditolak dan H1 diterima. Dari hasil tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa metode pembelajaran outing classmemberikan pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kecerdasan naturalis anak usia 5-6 tahun di RA Insani Taqwin Palembang.

This research was conducted to find out whether there was a significant effect of the Mnemonic method in teaching vocabulary mastery at the Seventh-grade students’ of SMPN 22 Buton Tengah. The design of the research was a pre-experimental design ( one group pre-test post-test design). The population of this research was the seventh-grade (VII) of SMPN 22 Buton Tengah which consists of three classes, while the sample in this research was class VII3 that consisted of 25 students and used a simple random sampling technique. The instrument in this study was multiple choices, matching tests and public buildings, food, people around us to the topic. This study was conducted three sections namely pre-test, treatment, and post-test. The researcher used a paired sample T-test through SPSS 16.0 version to analyze the result of this research. The result showed that the mean score of students’ vocabulary mastery in the post-test was higher than students’ vocabulary in the pre-test ( 53.6 > 45.28 ). The hypothesis testing found that the value of sig ( 2 Tailed ) was 0.00 while the significant alpha value was 0.05. It can be concluded that the value of Sig ( 2 Tailed) was lower than the significance of α value (0.000< 0.05). in other words, (H1) was accepted. It showed that there was a significant effect of using the Mnemonic Method on teaching vocabulary mastery at the seventh-grade students of SMPN 22 Buton Tengah.

  Early adolescence is a period for self-concept formation. The self concept is a set of beliefs and feelings of the individual about their own, including physical characteristics, social, emotional, aspiration and achievement (Hurlock, 1999). Concerned with the need of achievement, adolescents need to develop their self-concept specially their academic self-concept as a particular provision in order to face a competition in the work world later. The self concept is not an innate factor, but it is learned and shaped by individual experience in dealing with others. That is equal with the academic self-concept. When a person living in a different situation with the general one, such as live in an orphanage, it can affect early adolescents in shaping their self-concept, at last it can affect their desire to achieve their achievement. According to these conditions, the researchers wanted to see whether there are relationships between academic self-concept and achievement motivation in early adolescents who lives in an orphanage. This study uses quantitative research methods which is correlation analysis method using product moment that involving 120 early adolescents orphanages as subjects that obtained by using sample taking technique simple random sampling . The result found in this research, there is a positive and significant relationship between academic self-concept and achievement motivation in early adolescents who lives in orphanages in Denpasar, which is indicated by the correlation coefficient (r) between the variables of self-concept and achievement motivation is 0.588 with p value 0.000 (p< 0.05), which means that the variable of academic self-concept and achievement motivation variables correlated significantly and positively and both of those are at moderate intensity   Keywords: self concept, academic self-concept, achievement motivation, orphanages, early adolescents
