Fasting is not only an obligation for a Moslem, but it also benefits the lives of Moslems who are fasting. This study examines the effectiveness of fasting Monday and Thursday toward emotional intelligence in young Moslems. This research is a kind of quantitative research experiment with the one-group pretest-posttest design model. The samples in this study have amounted to 15 young Moslems. The method of data collection uses the scale of emotional intelligence. The data analysis technique uses paired samples t-test techniques. The result of this study shows that fasting Monday and Thursday is one of the factors that increase emotional intelligence in young Moslems.

This study aims to empirically determine the description of organizational commitment to MTs Al-Islamiyah Karang Anyar teachers. The sampling technique was carried out by total sampling technique and got 43 samples. The research instrument used was the organizational commitment scale. This type of research is quantitative research with descriptive and comparative models. The data analysis technique used is the one sample t-test. Researchers hypothesized that married teachers would tend to have higher organizational commitment than unmarried teachers. The results showed that the organizational commitment of the teachers was generally high. In accordance with the proposed hypothesis, it is said that there is a difference in organizational commitment between teachers who are married and teachers who are not married. The t-test results obtained were p = 0.000 (p <0.05). This shows that there is a significant difference. The empirical mean of married teachers are 100.06 and unmarried teachers are 90.54.

Visionary leadership is a capability to make changes by having new visions and ideas, thinking ahead, carrying out stages of mutual interconnection that can influence and motivate teachers and their students. This research aims to find out the effect of leadership of Madrasah Principal Visionary to Teacher Discipline. The type of this research is quantitative research. The population in this study were all 60 teachers in MAN 2 Samarinda. The data of this research is obtained from questionnaire, observation and documentation. The data analysis technique uses product moment correlation formula, determinant coefficient (R²) and t test. The results of this study shows the results of the t-test value of 3.5090> t table 2.00172, which means that Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. The meaning is there is a correlation between variable X and Y, product correlation 0.416. That means there is a strong correlation between visionary leadership variable and teacher discipline variable. Percentage of visionary leadership for teacher  discipline is 17.30% (strong enough), the factors that cause these results include: giving the best performance without analyzing / following new era, inability to change teachers knowledge into strategy, and treating teachers differently causing conflicting duties. The supporting and inhibiting factors in managing teacher discipline include: teacher personalitty, the headmaster teachers supervision.

This study aims to research determine the effect of emotional intelligence against teacher efficacy in elementary school with curicullum 2013. Variable studied were emotional intelligence as the independent variable (X) and variable teacher efficacy as the dependent variable. The method used in this study is quantitative research with technique cluster sampling. The sample in this study amounted to 50 respondents. The data analysis technique are used to test the hypotesis is a simple regresission analysis using Rasch Model with winstep version 3.73 and SPSS version 16.0. Based on the calcullations, emotional intelligence effects teacher efficacy by 6% and the remaining 94% is in influenced by factors other than emotional intelligence.

The research aims to understand how much the influence of work discipline has on employee productivity from Prudential City Palangka Raya employees. The research methods used in this study are quantitative research methods. Data collection in the form of observations and questionnaires. The data analysis technique in this study used the correlation analysis of the product moment according to Sugiyono (2012:212). The results concluded that the work discipline of Prudential insurance employees in the city of Palangka Raya is still lacking and not as expected. Judging from employees often come late, the salary received is improper, lack of appreciation, absence of written sanctions and lack of immediacy as Co-Office. Working discipline is very positive and significant towards the work productivity of insurance employees in the city Palangka Raya. From the results obtained by using the product correlation formula when the value is Rxy 0.995948.

ABSTRACTPoliteness among students begin to decline, phenomenon occured in schools many students who do not understand the behavior of courtesy in relationships in the school environment. Therefore, guidance and counseling services are expected to overcome this phenomenon. This research intend to find out and analyze the effect of sociodrama method on students manners. The type of research is experimental research with research subjects totaling 15 students. Data collection technique uses courtesy scale, observation, interview and documentation. In addition, data analysis technique uses paired samples test (T-test). The results of data analysis obtained from the average pretest score is 138,40 while the average posttest score is 143,67. Based on these data show that there is an average increase of -5,267. Correlation value obtained from paired samples test (T-test) is 0,915 with significant 0,000. T-count Value is -3,088 with sig. (2-tailed) value is 0,008. T-count (-3,008) ≥ t-table (2,145) and sig. (2-tailed) value is 0,008 ≤ 0,05. These data mean that Ha in this research is accepted and Ho is rejected so that there are different an average manners before and after treatment (sociodrama method). Thereby, sociodrama method influences the behavior of student’s manners MAN 3 Bantul.Keywords: Sociodrama Method, The Behavior of Courtesy

As long as humans live, they need interaction with other people both individually and in groups, as social beings humans will go through stages of life that influence one another. One of them is the adolescent stage which has a big influence on his life. This study aims to determine the significance of the relationship between emotional intelligence and social skills with self- adjustment in youth youth organizations of Bina Muda Desa Ngrawan. The population in this study amounted to 30 adolescents. Data collection techniques used in this study were emotional intelligence questionnaires, social skills questionnaires, and self-adjustment questionnaires that have been developed by researchers. The data analysis technique used in this research is the Kendall-tau technique which is processed with the help of the SPSS program. 26.0 for windows. Based on the research results obtained r = 0.560 and p = 0.000 <0.05, which indicates that there is a significant relationship between emotional intelligence and social skills with self-adjustment in youth youth organizations at Ploso Hamlet, Ngrawan Village, Getasan, District Semarang. From these results it can be concluded that the higher the score for emotional intelligence and social skills, the higher the score for self-adjustment. Conversely, the lower the emotional intelligence and social skills scores, the lower the adjustment scores will be.

Abstract Influence on the effectiveness of Rolling employees work in Manado State Islamic Institute. This study was conducted to address the effect of rolling on the effectiveness of employees working in Manado IAIN environment, thus the goal of this research is to know how to influence employees rolling on the readiness of the effectiveness of work in the neighborhood IAIN Manado. This research is a quantitative research for the study use a lot of numbers, ranging from data collection to the interpretation of the data. Besides this empirically is an ex post-facto research because the data obtained is data results from the events that have taken place, while the technique of data collection using questionnaires which is conducted by researchers to obtain accurate information. Data analysis technique used is simple regression techniques. The results of this study indicate that Rolling employees has positive and significant impact to the effectiveness of work in IAIN Manado as indicated by the results of the analysis of the correlation coefficient (rx,y) of 0. 826 and the value coefficient determinant (r2x,y) of 0.682 and thitung7.319> ttabel 2.060 or p. (0.000< 0.05 at significant level of 5 per cent, it means rolling variable Rolling employees effecting the effectiveness of work by 68.20%. Keywords: rolling employees, effectiveness of work

This research is motivated by the difficulties of MTs students.  Sunan Bonang Sarang-Rembang both in speaking and making Arabic conversation texts.  So this research was carried out using pantomime  media to improve students' speaking ability in Arabic, it aims to find out how the application of pantomime, what are the challenges and how to overcome them, and whether there are differences in the ability of students before and after pantomime. This study uses quantitative research and the target is students of class IX MTs.  Sunan Bonang Sarang, Rembang.  And to find out the results of the problem formulation, the authors use several data collection methods, including interviews, documentation, questionnaires, tests, and observations.  The data analysis technique used in this study is parametric statistical analysis with the t test formula. By using the data collection method, it can be concluded that there is an influence between before applying the pantomime game and after applying the pantomime game, it can be seen from the percentage of student questionnaires stating 75.31% they agree and support the application of this game, they also think that  they are easier and more confident when speaking and making muhadatsah texts after playing pantomime. The influence of the application of this pantomime game is very strong seen from the correlation result which is 0.95. As for the t test results from the application of this game is 5.482, when compared with t tables with a significant level of 0.05% which is worth 2,000.  Then t count > t table.  This means that Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected, or there is an increase in students' ability to speak Arabic between before and after the implementation of the mime game.

The study was conducted with a kind of quantitative research using primary and secondary data. The technique for taking a sample sample is random sampling. Data from the rca customers as many as 84 of those who bought rca products during July through September 2020. This research data analysis technique USES the t test and test f using SPSS version 23. The results of the t-test known products, promotions and places are inherently positive and significant to the decision of the purchase while the price is substantially positive and insignificant to the decision of the purchase. While the results of the known f test results, prices, promotions and places together (simultaneous) affect the decision of the purchase.

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Accountability and Functional Supervision on Regional Financial Management at the city Regional Financial Management Office (DPKD) in West Sumatera. This research is a type of quantitative research. The population in this study is the City Regional Financial Management Office (DPKD) in West Sumatera Province. The sampling method used judgement sampling as many as 4 cities, namely Padang, Padang Panjang, Bukittingi, and Payakumbuh and 250 DPKD employees as respondents. Data was collacted by distributing questionnaires directly to the 250 employees. The data analysis technique used multiple linear regression with t test. The result showed that Accountability and Functional Supervsion had an effect on Regional Financial Management.
