ABSTRACTLong trip night bus drivers is a very highly risk of fatigue and musculoskeletal disorder. The aim of this research was to learn and acknowledging the level of fatigue and musculoskeletal disorder in PO. (Perusahaan Otobus) Restu Mulya long trip night bus drivers. This is an observational descriptive research with cross sectional study design. The research’s variable is the level of fatigue and musculoskeletal disorder that obtained from primary data using SSRT (Subjective Self Rating Test) questionnaire and NBM (Nordic Body Map) questionnaire. The result shows that 58.33% long trip night bus drivers was felt a moderate level of fatigue and 41.67% long trip night bus drivers felt a severe level of  fatigue. Most of long trip night bus drivers which number 75% drivers felt almost-sick of musculoskeletal disorder with the buttock, back, neck, and leg symptom point. The fatigue in PO. Restu Mulya long trip night bus drivers was a moderate and severe level with a lower activity and physicly fatigue symptom. The fatigue can be possibly caused by high physical work burden and psycologycal work burden which is a big responsibilities for the passengers safety. Then a low level of musculoskeletal disorders with the buttock, back, neck, and leg symptom point that possibly caused by monotony sit work posture on a very long time.Keywords: long trip night bus drivers, fatigue, musculoskeletal disorder

<p>This research is quantitative descriptive research with cross sectional study. The primary data is obtained from students of a university located in Jakarta Barat. The method of sampling is non probability sampling and the technique is judgmental sampling. The sample consisted of 300 respondent. The result of this research shows that there is a positive effect satisfaction to trust, there is a positive effect on trust to commitment, there is a positive effect commitment to loyalty, there is a positive effect satisfaction to loyalty and there is a positive effect trust to loyalty.</p><p> </p><p>Key Words- Satisfaction, Trust, Commitment, Loyalty</p>

LPG filler workers are the individuals that susceptible to having a lung function abnormality and musculoskeletal disorders due to their type of work. If those problems happen, it could affect productivity and quality of life of the workers. The purpose of this research is to determine the description of lung function and musculoskeletal disorders on LPG filler workers in Denpasar. This research was using a cross-sectional study involved 45 people as the subjects. In this research, the subjects are tested their lung function using spirometer and filled a Nordic Body Map questionnaire. The spirometry test showed 23 people (51%) are having lung function abnormality as follows: 17 subjects (38%) with restrictive lung, 4 subjects (9%) with obstructive lung, and 2 subjects  (4%) with mixed lung abnormality. Musculoskeletal disorders are mostly experienced on waist 35 subjects (78%), left knee 22 subjects (48%), back 22 subjects (48%), upper neck 21 subjects (47%), and lower neck 21 subjects (47%). Those problems might be associated with working position and work posture during filling the LPG. The characteristic of lung function on LPG filler workers was found mostly restrictive lung function. In the musculoskeletal disorders, the prevalence is mostly on the waist, left knee, and on the back.

Ergonomics knowledge and work posture of nurses on wound care with musculoskeletal disorder in dr. H. Koesnadi BondowosoPurposeThe purpose of this paper was to determine the association between knowledge of ergonomics and work attitude on wound care with complaints of musculoskeletal disorders in hospital nurses. MethodsA cross-sectional study was conducted involving questionnaires distributed to 29 nurses working in the surgical and internal departments who met the inclusion and exclusion criteria. ResultsThere was no significant correlation between sex, age, and education level with musculoskeletal disorder (p> 0.05). Knowledge of ergonomics, work attitude, and length of service were associated with musculoskeletal disorder. ConclusionsEducation and training on proper ergonomics and work posture should be introduced in the workplace to reduce the risk of musculoskeletal disorder among the nurses working in different settings

The pandemic period forces all learning processes to be carried out online by utilizing internet facilities with a laptop. The position of using a laptop that is not ergonomic can cause musculoskeletal disorder. This study aims to determine the correlation between position and duration of student use of laptops during online learning with Musculoskeletal Disorders (MSDs). This research is analytic observational with a cross-sectional approach. The research was conducted on active students of the Medical Study Program, Muhammadiyah Palembang University, with 416 respondents. Primary data collection was taken using a questionnaire with a Nordic Body Map score. The analysis technique used the Chi-Square test. The results showed that the respondents had a high duration of laptop use (48.8%), with a not good position (42.3%).Most musculoskeletal disorders were felt in the neck (75.5%). There was a correlation between the position of using a laptop and musculoskeletal disorders (p 0.652). However, there was no correlation between the duration of laptop use and musculoskeletal disorders (p 0.002). It can be concluded that the position of using a laptop that is not ergonomic caused musculoskeletal disorders.

Introduction and Objective: To evaluate the level of knowledge about oral cancer of students attending public school in one city of Santa Catarina (Brasil). Material and methods: A descriptive cross-sectional study, using primary data collection. Students of last year of elementary school and first year of high school, enrolled in public schools in the city of Itajaí (SC), in 2012, were the target population. The non-probability sample was obtained by convenience. Data were collected through a self-administered questionnaire structured with 13 questions divided into three fields. The level of knowledge was made based on pre-established scores. Results: 1149 instruments were analyzed (80.8% of the target population). The average age of the group was 15.5 years and 54.5% were female. The majority (78%) never had received information about oral cancer. Only 27.9% had cognizance about self-examination of the oral cavity. With regard to knowledge, 87.5% classified as unsatisfactory. For most issues the cognitive field did not identify a significant correlation between knowledge and the variables gender and education. When asked if they would like to participate in educational and preventive activitiesabout oral cancer and other issues related to health, 72.6% expressed interest. Conclusion: The group did not have adequate knowledge on the subject of oral cancer. Facing this reality, and the positive attitude of respondents, the researchers designed and offered an educational program to the research subjects.

Background: Anxiety is a feeling felt by respondents regarding disturbing mental tension, which as a general reaction with the inability to overcome a problem or there is no sense of security, which later leads to a physiological and psychological change. The level of family anxiety can be assessed by using a questionnaire with each respondent's characteristics and level of anxiety can be divided into several parts, namely: normal anxiety levels, mild anxiety levels, moderate anxiety levels, severe anxiety levels and panic. Objective: Knowing the description of the level of family anxiety in caring for patients with schizophrenia at the Mental Poliklinik UPTD. Rumah Sakit Jiwa Provinsi Bali and the characteristics of families caring for patients with schizophrenia based on education, age, and type of work. Methods: The research method that used in this study was descriptive research. This study used a cross sectional study, which was a study in which the subjects were evaluated only once and the measurement of each only one variable at the same time that using sampling consecutive sampling technique. The sample used was 32 people consisting of family members of hallucinations patients. Results: Based on research conducted at the Poliklinik UPTD. Rumah Sakit Jiwa Provinsi Bali toward 32 family members who was caring for patients by schizophrenia, most family members did not experience anxiety or anxiety in the normal range which was 29 family members of 32 family members and 3 families who experienced mild anxiety levels. Conclusion: That most family members who treated patients by schizophrenia at the Poliklinik UPTD. Rumah sakit Jiwa Provinsi Bali does not experience anxiety or anxiety still within normal limits. Latar Belakang: Kecemasan adalah suatu perasaan yang dirasakan oleh responden mengenai ketegangan mental yang menggelisahkan, dimana sebagai reaksi umum dengan ketidakmampuan dalam mengatasi suatu masalah atau tidak ada rasa aman, yang nantinya menimbulkan suatu perubahan fisiologis dan psikologis. Keluarga yang memiliki anggota keluarga dengan  gangguan jiwa dapat mengalami kecemasan Tingkat kecemasan keluarga dengan skizofrenia yaitu cemas ringan (80,49%) dan 8 keluarga mengalami cemas sedang (19,51%). Tujuan: Mengetahui gambaran tingkat kecemasan keluarga dalam merawat pasien dengan skizofrenia di Poliklinik Jiwa UPTD Rumah Sakit Jiwa Provinsi Bali dan karakteristik keluarga yang merawat pasien dengan skizofrenia berdasarkan pendidikan, umur, dan jenis pekerjaan. Metode: Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian bersifat deskriptif. Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian cross sectional yaitu suatu penelitian dimana subjek diobsevasi hanya satu kali saja dan pengukurannya masing-masing satu variabel pada waktu yang sama yang menggunakan teknik sampling consecutive sampling. Sampel yang digunakan berjumlah 32 orang terdiri dari anggota keluarga pasien Halusinasi. Hasil: Berdasarkan penelitian yang dilakukan di Poliklinik Jiwa UPTD. Rumah Sakit Jiwa Provinsi Bali terhadap 32 anggota keluarga yang merawat pasien dengan skizofrenia, sebagian besar anggota keluarga tidak mengalami kecemasan atau kecemasan masih dalam batas normal jumlah 29 anggota keluarga dari 32 anggota keluarga dan 3 keluarga yang mengalami tingkat kecemasan ringan. Kesimpulan: Sebagian besar anggota keluarga yang merawat pasien dengan skizofrenia di Poliklinik Jiwa UPTD. Rumah Sakit Jiwa Provinsi Bali tidak mengalami kecemasan atau kecemasan masih dalam batas normal.

Musculoskeletal problems are problematic in Indonesia because manual work activities such as lifting, transporting, pulling and pushing are still being done. Pottery-making workers in the Kasongan are still doing those moves traditionally such as lifting, transporting, pulling and pushing manually. The purpose of this study was to analyze the risk of MSDs in the pottery making workers in Kasongan. This research was cross sectional design. The sample amounted to 78 workers selected using accidental sampling techniques. The instruments used Nordic Body Map questionnaire and Rapid Entire Body Assessment. Data analysis was using the chi fisher test. The results showed that the variables associated were age (sig= 0.000) and variables that had no relationship were gender (sig= 0.341) and work posture (sig= 0.352). The risk factor associated with complaints of MSDs is age, so to reduce the risk of the occurrence of MSDs, they can do physical activity or stretch muscles.

Purpose: The purpose of the study was to assess the awareness of nurses regarding hemodialysis complication in Lahore, Pakistan. Methodology: Descriptive research design was used to conduct this study. The study was conducted at the Hemodialysis Unit at tertiary Care Hospital Lahore, Pakistan. The sample of the study consisted of 110 nurses (female) working in the hemodialysis unit, aged between 18 and 55 years has agreed to participate in this study. The self-administered questionnaire sheet was used to collect study-related data with the following sections. Part 1: ''Nurse's socio-demographic characteristics'', Part 2: "Nurses 'Awareness of Hemodialysis Practices", Part 3: "Nurses' Awareness of Hemodialysis Complications" Findings: Most of the nurses had a good level of knowledge about the complications of hemodialysis and very few of them had little knowledge. Most of the nurses were females and were aged 18-27. Unique contribution to theory, practice and policy: Further research should be done on a larger sample of them which focuses on their practice and should make the results of their study regarding their knowledge and its reflection on their practice

Background and Objective Hypertension is a Leading cause of Morbidity and Mortality in developing nations. This study aims to Find the Association between Work related risk factors and Hypertension among transport Bus Drivers Method This study was a Cross Sectional Study carried out in Bus Depot and Bus Stand, Chidambaram, in Cuddalore district of Tamilnadu. The approximate prevalence of HTN among Adults in Tamilnadu was 31.5% (5). The estimated sample size for the study was 205. The Study tool included were Risk factor questionnaire and Physical measurement of Height, Weight and Blood pressure. Results Study showed significant Association between work-related factors or variables with Hypertension. Factors like Duration of Service in Present Job, Bus route travelling, Number of Hours at work, Family history of Hypertension are significantly associated with rise in Blood Pressure Conclusion Strong Association between work related factors like Service duration, travelling bus route, Duration of work hours, Shift duties and Hypertension was noted. Study recommends need for Periodic screening and follow up for Early diagnosis and treatment compliance. Lifestyle modifications and Periodic shift in duty patterns is also needed for the benefit of Bus drivers

Abstract Water is a good medium for bacterial growth, so that contamination is happening especially if less attention in terms of hygiene and sanitation. The use of bed water sources can increase the risk of diarrhea. Diarrhea is one of the environmentally based disease is a major cause of morbidity and mortality. Kampung Baru village located around Jagir Kali Surabaya Most people are in the middle to low socioeconomic level.  The lifestyle of them, also pays less attention to environmental hygiene and sanitation, so that it can cause water pollution which can increase the risk of diarrhea. This study was an observational analytic cross sectional study. Entire study population villagers of Kampung Baru. A sample of 75 respondents drawn with simple random sampling technique. The data used is primary data obtained through the distribution of questionnaires, interviews, and observations. Data analysis using the Spearman rank test with a significance level (α = 0.1). The results showed that 53,3% affected diarrhea and 46,7% didn’t affected (P =0.087, r=0.463). The results showed a medium correlation between the source of water with the incidence of diarrhea in Kampung Baru Resident At Ngagelrejo Wonokromo Surabaya. Keyword : Diarrhae, Water Sanitation
