This study aimed to describe parenting peasant family in the Loklahung village. The method used is qualitative descriptive method. The results showed family upbringing farmers in the Loklahung in education patterns parenting authoritative (democratic), in terms of discipline pattern of parenting authoritarian, the impact of social changes that occur in the family in the Loklahung village not only the mother who is in charge of taking care of children but father also took part in parenting and the mother is also involved in making a living as farm stays and weaving baskets, and parenting peasant family in the village of Loklahung in shaping children's character based on the character values such as the nature respect and respect for others are responsible, fair, and caring social studies can be used as a source of learning that focuses on value (value-based).Keywords: parenting, family farmers, values, social studies learning

<p><em>Pangkalan Jambi Village is </em><em>a village that has experienced high abrasion</em><em>. At present the coastline in the village of Pangkalan Jambi has suffered a setback 115 meters. In an effort to prevent abrasion, CSR PT Pertamnina RU II Sungai Pakning along with the Harapan Bersama group has tried several ways to overcome abrasion, including hybrid engineering, hybrid engineering with modifications and Triangle Mangrove Barier which aims to capture sediments and protect mangroves that are planted. This study aims to determine the impact of the installation of the three tools on abrasion that occurred in the coastal area of Pangkalan Jambi Village. This study was conducted using a qualitative descriptive method. The results of this study indicate that the beach damage that occurred in Pangkalan Jambi Village has stopped due to sedimentation around the equipment installed and increased the success of people  in planting mangroves. Of the three tools installed, only two tools can be used, namely hybrid engineering with modifications and triangle mangrove barrier.</em><strong><em></em></strong></p>

The interaction that arises from the impact of the residence used as a tourist village one of the habits of the community will be affected as the language and behavior of tourists. Cultural values become the guidelines of human life passed down from generation to generation so that the role of heir in this family becomes very important to be applied to the next generation. The purpose of this study to determine the role of families in applying cultural values that exist in the Sasak tribe. This research was conducted in Ende Village, Kecamatan Pujut, Central Lombok. The method of this research is qualitative descriptive, data obtained from observation, interview, documentation and literature review related to research substance. The results of this study provide information that the family tribe Sasak play an active role in presenting cultural values in children from childhood. The local cultural values of the Sasak tribe include the mother educating the girls weave, the father educates the farm boys, the father and mother show by example make us polite clothing in the village that is a sarong for men and women's woven cloth skirt, family religion will decrease to the child, and most of this can be sustained today because of the role of families who continue to apply cultural values from generation to generation. So, to preserve the cultural values of the tribe sasak required the role of the family, especially parents to inherit the habits and behavior in accordance with the norms prevailing in that tribe.

This research started from industrial construction in rural area, which is the construction of a cement company in Bayah that give the impact on the environment and social of society, this study used a qualitative descriptive method, the data of research were obtained through interview and documentation study, with the aim to describe how the power relation took place in the village between the head of village and the cement company. To describe this power relation, this research used Gaventa's Power Cube theory, that look at the power from three dimensions of the power cube. These dimensions are the form of power, power space, and power level. The three dimensions above are seen separately, but each other has relationship like rubik cube, which if one dimension is changed, it will have the impact on the others. From this study, there are several findings, that the power relation based on three dimensions of the power cube, the power relation between the village heads and the cement company is related each other when illustrated in a rubik cube.

<p><strong>Abstract:</strong> A qualitative descriptive study was used for the process of internalizing palawija farmers to watermelon farmers in Wotgalih village, Yosowilangun sub-district, Lumajang regency. Based on the existing phenomena, the impact arising from the internalization process can be seen from the realm of economic education, especially non-formal education. Data and data sources were collected based on observations and interviews with several informants who lived in the Wotgalih Yosowilangun area. The results of the analysis of data collected from the management and members of the <em>Margo Tani</em> group are twofold: first, the process of internalization of palawija farmers and watermelon farmers together through three things, namely learning while working, learning by word of mouth and learning while practicing. The difference is among the three of them on palawija farmers, that is, palawija farmers' profession is obtained from generation to generation from the family. Unlike the farming of watermelons obtained through these three things without having to pay personal expenses. Second, the Impact of Internalization of Economic Education in the "<em>Margo Tani</em>" Watermelon Farmer Group in the village of Wotgalih brought the price of rent and the selling price of land to rise. The income of the watermelon farmers has increased and is living a prosperous life and the local village is well-built and neat.</p><strong>Abstrak:</strong> Penelitian deskriptif kualitatif digunakan untuk proses internalisasi petani palawija ke petani semangka yang ada di desa Wotgalih kecamatan Yosowilangun kabupaten Lumajang. Berdasarkan fenomena yang ada, dampak yang muncul akibat proses internalisasi dapat dilihat dari ranah pendidikan ekonomi, khususnya pendidikan non formal. Data dan sumber data dikumpulkan berdasarkan observasi dan wawancara terhadap beberapa informan yang tinggal di wilayah Wotgalih Yosowilangun. Hasil analisis data yang terkumpul dari pengurus dan anggota kelompok Margo Tani ada dua, yaitu proses internalisasi terhadap petani palawija dan petani semangka sama-sama melalui tiga hal yaitu belajar sambil bekerja, belajar dari mulut ke mulut dan belajar sambil praktik. Bedanya adalah diantara ketiganya pada petani palawija yaitu pofesi petani palawija ada yang diperoleh secara turun temurun dari pihak keluarga. Berbeda dengan bertani buah semangka yang diperoleh melalui tiga hal tersebut tanpa harus mengeluarkan biaya pribadi. Kedua, Dampak Internalisasi Pendidikan Ekonomi Pada Kelompok Petani Semangka “Margo Tani” di desa Wotgalih<strong> </strong>membawa harga sewa dan nilai jual lahan tanah naik. Pendapatan masyarakat petani semangka meningkat dan hidup sejahtera dan desa setempat terbangun serta tertata rapi.

Empowerment derived from the word ‘power’. Therefore, the main idea of empowerment in contact with the concept of power. Meanwhile, the authority itself is often attributed with the ability to make other people do what we want, regardless of their wishes and interests. Empowerment refers to the ability of the people, especially the weak and vulnerable groups so that they have the ability in some respects. This in turn makes the praxis of empowerment of communities on the territory of the literacy movement. The inclusion of community empowerment on the literacy movement to make the movement experienced a transformation from the previous only general movement based on issues that are more specific, one that is in the Pondok Sinau Lentera Anak Nusantara as setting research. The purpose of this research is to know the realization community empowerment-based literacy movement and the impact of socio-economic change in the surrounding communities. By using the theory of community empowerment and literacy theory and qualitative descriptive method, it can be noted that there is a relationship between the empowerment of community-based literacy movement toward socio-economic changes in the surrounding communities. The background and the focus of community empowerment-based literacy movement in Pondok Sinau Lentera Anak Nusantara is as follows: (1) the existence of empowerment-based literacy movement in Pondok Sinau Lentera Anak Nusantara the answer to the problems of social-historical territory of the village; (2) the realization of the empowerment funded based on the principle of volunteerism and independence; (3) the main focus of the activities of empowerment is the transformation of the values of the characters building for the productive age group as well as encourage socio-economic independence based on a series of soft skill thematic activities.

Describe the implementation of the fingerprint electronic absence policy on the discipline and performance of civil servants as well as the impact it has on implementing the fingerprint electronic absence policy. Qualitative descriptive method describes various conditions and situations as the object of research. The data collection techniques used were observation, documentation and interviews. After the implementation of fingerprint electronic attendance, discipline increases and obligations as employees have been carried out in accordance with applicable regulations. The application of sanctions in the regional government of seluma regency is in accordance with the regulations of civil servants and the provision of rewards for employees who excel has been carried out properly, to inspire other employees, so that they can work better.

The impact of the COVID-19 pandemic has limited the space for the community and health workers to provide health services. In this study, we want to see how the role of health workers can minimize health problems that occur in the field. GERMAS (Gerakan Masyarakat Hidup Sehat) which contains to implement the health service programs seeks to provide information through mobile broadcasts on services for preventing Covid-19 activities through vaccination and distributes anthelmintics to children, which is expected to be a forum for the health service to keep interacting with children and societies and also to give some meanings or messages to conveyed the community. This research used a qualitative descriptive method with case study methods and data collection techniques through interviews and observations. The theory used in this research is Coordinated Management of Meaning. For the results, Tanjung Selor Health Center Health Workers and the Tanjung Selor community set a pattern to create meaning in their communication. Health workers and communities create meaning and interpret meaning in their activities through the GERMAS Program.

This research aims to explore the model of financial management tradition Lalabet in the village of Babbalan District Batuan Sumenep. This study is based on the fact that occurred in the community about the implementation of traditions carried out by the heirs to family members who died. Interpretative qualitative research is used and an in-depth understanding of a problem that occurs is emphasized more. Based on the results of this study, the financial management tradition Lalabet can be done based on accounting equations. The accounts contained in the accounting equation is not used in its entirety and are reported as are generally financial statements. In this case, the source of funds in carrying out Lalabet tradition is sourced from personal money, money and donations from the family, money from Muslimat, debt, and money or goods from Lalabet's proceeds. The impact is the onset of debt both short-term and long-term. While the expenditure is in the form of costs in taking care of the body, costs for tahlilan (petto'arean), pa'polo, nyatos, nyataon, nyaebu, mangaji, ngin-tangin, nyalenin mayyid, and ajege makam (kep-sekep).

The aimed of this study was to analyze the management of Boonpring Ecotourism by Village Owned Enterprises (BUMDes) in order to increase income of the village (PADes). This study uses a case study design with a qualitative descriptive method. Qualitative data obtained by conducting in depth interviews, observations and documentation. The informants in this study were the Head of village, the Head of BUMDes, staff and community. Data reduction, data presentation, trianggulation and conclusion are data analysis  used in this study. The results of the study stated that the management of Boonpring Ecotourism had been carried out well by the Village-Owned Enterprises (BUMDes) of Sanan Kerto in accordance with the cooperative, participatory, transparent, accountable, and sustainable principles. Good management of Boonpring Ecotourism is expected to increase Income of village in a sustainable manner by exploring the potential of villages through the tourism sector even though there are obstacles in the application of participatory principles, namely the quality of Human Resources (HR) that need to be trained.Keywords: Management Principles; tourismp; BUMDes; Income of Village. AbstrakTujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengelolaan Ekowisata Boonpring oleh Badan Usaha Milik Desa (BUMDes) dalam rangka meningkatkan pendapatan desa (PADes). Penelitian ini menggunakan desain studi kasus dengan metode deskriptif kualitatif. Data kualitatif diperoleh dengan melakukan wawancara secara mendalam, observasi dan dokumentasi. Informan dalam penelitian ini adalah Kepala Desa, kepala BUMDes, karyawan, dan masyarakat. Reduksi data, penyajian data, trianggulasi dan penarikan kesimpulan merupakan analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini. Hasil penelitian menyatakan pengelolaan Ekowisata Boonpring sudah dilakukan dengan baik oleh Badan Usaha Milik Desa (BUMDes) Sanan kerto sesuai dengan prinsip kooperatif, partisipatif, emansipatif, transparan, akuntable, dan sustainable. Pengelolaan Ekowisata Boonpring yang baik diharapkan dapat meningkatkan Pendapatan Asli Desa secara berkelanjutan dengan menggali potensi desa melalui sektor pariwisata walaupun ada kendala dalam penerapan prinsip partisipatif yaitu kualitas Sumber Daya Manusia (SDM) yang perlu dilatih.Kata Kunci: Prinsip Pengelolaan, wisata, BUMDes, PADes.

This study aimed to describe (1) the learning process with the use of the environment in social studies learning, (2) the performance of teachers in the use of the environment as a source of learning in social studies learning, and (3) barriers and difficulties of teachers in the use of the environment as a source of teaching and learning IPS SDN 1 Pasar Baru Pagatan Tanah Bumbu. The approach in this research is using qualitative descriptive method. The data obtained in this study is derived from information provided by a social studies teacher at the data in the form of primary and secondary data. The technique of collecting data through interviews, observation, and documentation. The results showed that (1) the learning done outside the classroom by making field trips to several places around the school in accordance with the substance of the material to be taught, (2) teachers in the utilization of the environment as the source is through the use of various strategies and methods of learning, such as assignments, field trips, question and answer, and discussion groups so as to create an atmosphere of learning more meaningful, (3) the constraints and difficulties of teachers in the use environment as a learning resource in teaching social studies at SDN 1 New Market Pagatan Tanah Bumbu include limited time, required effort and significant costs while doing filed trip, as well as the lack of support the community around the school.Keywords: Use of Environmental, Social Learning
