This study aimed to describe (1) the learning process with the use of the environment in social studies learning, (2) the performance of teachers in the use of the environment as a source of learning in social studies learning, and (3) barriers and difficulties of teachers in the use of the environment as a source of teaching and learning IPS SDN 1 Pasar Baru Pagatan Tanah Bumbu. The approach in this research is using qualitative descriptive method. The data obtained in this study is derived from information provided by a social studies teacher at the data in the form of primary and secondary data. The technique of collecting data through interviews, observation, and documentation. The results showed that (1) the learning done outside the classroom by making field trips to several places around the school in accordance with the substance of the material to be taught, (2) teachers in the utilization of the environment as the source is through the use of various strategies and methods of learning, such as assignments, field trips, question and answer, and discussion groups so as to create an atmosphere of learning more meaningful, (3) the constraints and difficulties of teachers in the use environment as a learning resource in teaching social studies at SDN 1 New Market Pagatan Tanah Bumbu include limited time, required effort and significant costs while doing filed trip, as well as the lack of support the community around the school.Keywords: Use of Environmental, Social Learning

AbstractTeacher as the spearhead and one of the components that play a role in determining the quality of education, must always improve his knowledge and skills through the help of orther professionals, namely supervisors. The purpose of this study is to determine the efforts of supervisors in development of social studies teacher is profesionalism in MIN Banjarmasin and the factors that influence it. This research uses qualitative descriptive method. Data are obtained through interview, observation, and documentation. The results of this study indicate that (1) Supervisors efforts in fostering social studies teacher profesionalsm in MIN Banjarmasin based on programs that were prepared with other supervisors. Coaching efforts are still focused on class visits, interviews and meetings by using a collaborative approach. (2) These influencing factors are that supervisors rarely get training in supervision, that teacher is still reluctant to solve the problem and does not want to be supervised in class, the lack of teacher responsibility even though he has passed the teacher certification and lack technical skills and limited means.Keywords: Suopervisor, Coaching, Profesionalism, Social studies teacherAbstrakGuru sebagai ujung tombak dan satu komponen yang berperan dalam menentukan kualitas pendidikan, harus selalu meningkatkan pengetahuan dan keterampilannya melalui bantuan orang lain yang profesional, yakni Pengawas. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui upaya-upaya yang dilakukan pengawas dalam pembinaan profesional guru IPS pada MIN kota Banjarmasin serta faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhinya. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif. Data diperoleh melalui wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukakan bahwa (1) upaya pengawas dalam membina profesional guru IPS pada MIN Kota Banjarmasin didasarkan pada program yang disusun bersama pengawas lainnya. Upaya pembinaan masih terfokus kepada kunjungan kelas, wawancara dan rapat dengan menggunakan pendekatan kolaboratif. (2) Faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhinya, yaitu pengawas jarang mendapatkan diklat dan pelatihan tentang kepengawasan, guru masih kurang mau menyelesaikan masalahnya dan tidak mau disupervisi kelas, rendahnya tanggung jawab meskipun lulus sertifikasi guru, serta kurang penguasaan skill teknologi dan sarana terbatas.Kata Kunci: Pengawas, Pembinaan, Profesional, Guru IPS

AbstrakMasalah dalam penelitian ini yaitu pentingnya strategi produk dalam menjalankan sebuah usaha agar mampu bertahan dan bersaing  dengan perusahaan lain yang sejenis dalam kondisi persaingan yang ketat dan perkembangan zaman yang sangat cepat. Strategi produk sangat diperlukan dalam mememenuhi tuntutan konsumen seperti meningkatkan kualitas, menciptakan merek, pelayanan serta jaminan terhadap produk yang ditawarkan agar usaha mampu berkembang. Limpapeh”s Kebaya adalah usaha yang sedang berkembang dan telah mampu memasarkan produk bordirnya hingga menembus pasar ekspor. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan strategi produk bordir di Limpapeh”s Kebaya, Kapalo Koto, Koto Tangah Simalanggang, Kota Payakumbuh. Metode penelitian menggunakan metode deskriftif kualitatif, jenis data berupa data primer dan  sekunder. Teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data dilakukan dengan teknik analisa model interaktif yang berkaitan dengan pokok permasalahan yaitu dengan model reduksi data, penyajian data dan pengambilan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian yaitu strategi produk yang dilakukan di Limpapeh”s Kebaya adalah dimulai dari menciptakan produk bordir yang berkualitas, desain motif bordir yang up to date dan kreatif, menyediakan ukuran yang special, memberi merek pada produk bordir, memberi kemasan yang menarik (paperbag) dan serbaguna, pelayanan yang cepat, tepat dan ramah serta pemberian jaminan terhadap produk border.Kata Kunci: strategi produk, pelayanan, bordir. AbstractThe problem in this study is the importance of product strategy in running a business in order to be able to survive and compete with other similar companies in conditions of intense competition and very rapid development of the times. Product strategy is very necessary in fulfilling consumer demands such as improving quality, creating brands, services and guarantees for products offered so that businesses are able to grow. Limpapeh's Kebaya is a growing business and has been able to market its embroidery products to penetrate the export market. This study aims to describe the strategy of embroidery products in Limpapeh's Kebaya, Kapalo Koto, Koto Tangah Simalanggang, Payakumbuh City. The research method uses qualitative descriptive method, the type of data in the form of primary and secondary data. The technique of collecting data through observation, interviews and documentation. Data analysis techniques are carried out with interactive model analysis techniques that are related to the subject matter, namely with a model of data reduction, data presentation and conclusion. The results of the research, namely the product strategy carried out at Limpapeh's Kebaya, are started from creating quality embroidery products, up-to-date and creative embroidery motifs, providing special sizes, giving brands to embroidery products, giving attractive packaging (paperbag) and versatile, fast, precise and friendly service and guarantee of embroidery products. This study was conducted to determine the imposition of a progressive tax rate on motor vehicle taxes based on The Four Maxims in Pasaman Barat Regency, Sumatra Barat. The method used in this study was a qualitative descriptive method. The type of data used in this study was primary and secondary data. Data collection techniques in this study were interviews, observations, and documentation. The purpose of this study was to determine how to impose a progressive tax rate on motorized vehicle tax based on four principles of tax collection. The results show that the tax principle as still appropriate and relevant to be applied, namely the principles of tax collection proposed by Adam Smith, which are equality, legal certainty, the convenience of payment, and principles efficiency (economic of collection).

The high selling price of coffee paid by consumers (importers) has not been felt by farmers. The development of Gayo Arabica Coffee marketing then emerged Cooperative and CV in Bener Meriah Regency in accommodating the production of farmers one of them. CV.Gayo Mandiri Coffee (GMC) located in District Bandar, Bener Meriah Regency. CV Gayo Mandiri Coffee is engaged in Gayo Arabica coffee marketing activities. This study aims to identify the marketing channel and the Gayo Arabica coffee production process. The research was conducted using qualitative descriptive method to analyze the primary and secondary data obtained. Primary data obtained through interviews and observations, while secondary data obtained through the literature associated with this research. Gayo Arabica coffee marketing in CV.Gayo Mandiri Coffee in marketing its products there are two channels, from collectors to producers to consumers, from producers directly to consumers and from producers to retailers as well as through intermediaries then to the hands of consumers. The most dominant channels contained in CV.Gayo Mandiri is channel I because this channel is the most effective and efficient in the marketing of green bean coffee Arabica Gayo.

Traditional Indonesian martial art called Pencak Silat , as one of the nation's cultural assets, pencak silat is increasingly developing in Indonesian society, both from the sports and from the socio-cultural. The purposed of this research was conducted to determine the potential development of pencak silat at Merpati Putih as a cultural tourism attraction. The research was conducted on active and passive members (who had been members) of the Merpati Putih Pencak Silat  (with total 612 of respondents). pencak silat  “Merpati Putih” (known as PPS Betako Merpati Putih) was formed around the 1550s BC. This research used a qualitative descriptive method, with primary data from the results of the questionnaire, and enriched with secondary data obtained from the internet and several other sources to complement this research. This research used a qualitative descriptive method, explaining the situation and facts found in the field. To explore members' perceptions of the potential development of pencak silat “Merpati Putih” as a cultural tourism attraction, questionnaires, online observations and interview conducted on the members of PPS Betako Merpati Putih. Pencak silat “Merpati Putih” has the potential to be developed as a cultural tourism attraction, by developing and managing it more professional so that it becomes a cultural tourism asset in term of tourists interest.

Tourism in Indonesia has recently grown rapidly in one of them in the city of Bali. Bali has a very beautiful natural potential, one of the natural potentials developed is coastal tourism. Dream Island Mertasari Sanur Beach is one of the beaches that is still new but has a lot of potentials. Therefore, this study was conducted to determine the existing conditions and marketing strategies that exist on Dream Island the Mertasari Beach Sanur Kauh City of Denpasar. The method used in this study is a qualitative descriptive method with data sources in the form of primary data and secondary data. The primary data in this study are data sourced from direct observation to the location of the study and by interviewing informants. While secondary data in this study are data obtained from documentation and literature to complete the primary data. The technique of determining the informants used was purposive sampling. The results showed that the existing conditions on Dream Island Beach based on Concept 4a were still lacking. The condition of the attraction is very good but for access and facilities still, have some disadvantages that need to be improved in the future. The reality that is on Dream Island Beach only consists of private parties and village institutions. The marketing strategy at Dream Island Beach has not been optimal due to several problems such as business license constraints and lack of cooperation with promotional media.   Keywords:  Marketing Strategic, attraction, Dream Island Beach

This article aims to describe the barriers to student learning during the Covid-19 pandemic at MA Maarif 06 Pasir Sakti, East Lampung. The research used a qualitative descriptive method with data sources of teachers, homeroom teachers, students and parents. The result of this determination is that there are several obstacles faced by students, teachers and parents in teaching and learning activities in the Covid-19 Pandemic Era, namely the addition of internet quota costs, communication and socialization between students, teachers and parents is reduced and working hours which becomes unlimited for teachers because they have to communicate and coordinate with parents, other teachers, and principals. The positive contribution of the results of this study is the spread of information regarding the urgency of mastery of technology to support every activity carried out by humans, one of which is in the realm of education to be able to compete globally.

The research aims to find out how the implementation of the home visit program and what are the inhibiting factors as well as supporting factors. This type of research is a qualitative descriptive method of collecting data observations, interviews, and documentation. The process of data analysis through data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of the study are: (1) The application of a home visit program in growing awareness of the law on school rules is one of the activities that are very helpful for schools in dealing with problematic students, both in student behavior and in teaching and learning activities. (2) Implementation of a home visit program in growing awareness of the law in the code of conduct also has supporting factors and inhibiting factors. Supporting factors are the administration of correspondence or assignment letters that are complete and easy, and the time for student affairs is also easy for us to take home visits. While the inhibiting factors are very much the student's house which is far away, then the minimal transportation costs and the time when visiting the parents of students is not at home.

Lots of local wisdom with local people. In other words, local wisdom can be implemented as ideas, values, local views that are wise, full of wisdom, good value, which are embedded and followed by members of the community. Therefore, local wisdom can be defined as noble values contained in local cultural assets, in the form of traditions, ideas, and life motto. The Baduy community in Kanekes Village, Leuwidamar Subdistrict, is one of the tribes in Indonesia which until now still maintains the values of local wisdom that they have and believe in, amidst the advancement of civilization around them. Research on the local wisdom of the Baduy Tribe in Kanekes Village, Leuwidamar Subdistrict, Lebak Regency, Banten Province aims to see the local wisdom of the Baduy Tribe in utilizing forest resources by the Baduy tribe for the sustainable use of non-timber forest products in the form of forest honey. The types of data taken in this study are primary data and secondary data. Primary data was obtained from the results of interviews with the community in the Baduy Tribe, Kanekes Village, Leuwidamar District, Lebak Regency, Banten Province, Banten Province. Secondary data were complementary data obtained from references which included general conditions of the location, socio-cultural conditions, activities and others. The research was conducted using the snowball sampling method and also using a qualitative descriptive method fpr compiling the result of the research on local wisdom of the baduy tribe.Keyword: Baduy Tribal, Forest Honey, Local Wisdom
