   The purposes of this research are to know motive, motivation, and benefits for climbers and for the surrounding society of the mountaineering activities in the Mount Merbabu National Park. The research was conducted in the Mount Merbabu National Park, Central Java Province. It is a qualitative research which uses phenomenological approach. Data collection techniques used in this research are observation, interview, and documentation.    Results of research Motive, Motivation, and Benefits of Mountaineering Activities of Merbabu As Sports Recreation Society summed up as follows: 1. The motive are : 1) want to take off or surfeit due to a dense except routine 2) want to be fade into the enjoyment of natural scenery 3) try something new, 4) want to be able to interact with nature, 5) as a hobby. 2. The motivation are 1) to obtain satisfaction 2) want to reach high places and see nature 3) want to get a new experience. 3. The benefits of mountaineering for climbers are: 1) trainimg physical or exercising, 2) recreation gaining pleasure, 3) revitalize the mind or refreshing, and physical relaxation, 4) closer with the God, 5) learning to live independently 6) the character building, 7) get new friends, 8) as a means of socializing. The purposes of this study were to identify the gotten benefit of the mountain climbing for climbers. The study was conducted in the Mount Merbabu National Park, Boyolali Regency, Central Java Province. It was a qualitative research by using phenomenological approach, research objectives phenomenology was to comprehend a phenomenon about what happened to the research subject. The results of the study could be concluded as follows benefits for physical activities of mountain climbing to climber; a) benefits for physically: as a sport, maintenance health of the body, physical training, and helpful to lose weight; b) benefits for psychology: revitalizing the mind or refreshing, relaxation and recreation, character building, getting pleasure or satisfaction, learning to live independently, and getting a new experience; c) benefits for socially: adding friends and as a means of socializing; d) benefits for spiritually is closer to God.

This study aims to determine the potential of batik as an attraction for tourist villages. Types of data collected in this study are qualitative data, namely the potential of batik as an attraction for tourist villages in the needle village of Bayat district, Klaten district, Central Java province. Data collection techniques used are interviews, observation, documentation. The results of this study are the potential of batik as an attraction for tourist villages in the needle village of Bayat district, Klaten district, Central Java, the potential of batik produced include canting batik, paid batik motifs, wooden batik.

This study aims to describe the fuction of extracurricular art of dance for students of SD Negeri 01 Kota Bengkulu. Type of qualitative research and descriptive naturalistic research method.the subject of this research is the extracurricular coach of dance art and the student of extracurricular activities of dance art. Data collection techniques use observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis is done by data reduction, data presentation (data display), data verification(coclusion drawing/verification) and withdrawal of conclusion (verification data). Testing the validity of the data using persistence of observation, membercheck and triangulation. The result of the research show the extracurricular function of dance which includes 1) development fuction, 2) sosialfuction, 3) rekreativefuction, the three fuctions have been done, but there are some indicators in the function of extracurricular art of dance that has not been done, that is development function in indicator the formation in indicator the formation of the character of discipline. In this indicator the formation of the character of students who follow extracurricular activities of dance art came too late because before the extracurricularschedule of dance art there are students who are still in the canteen and rest. Therefore, there should be a break between classroom hygiene activities and extracurricular activities of dance, so that the indicators of character building discipline are done.

Abstract: the objective of this research are to know: 1) correlation between leadership of school principal with teacher performance; 2) correlation between achievement motivation with teacher performance; correlation between compensation with teacher performance; 4) correlation between leadership of school principal, achievement motivation, and compensation with teacher performance. Population cover 215 teachers and 42 elementary school principal at Sub-district Bonang, District Demak, Central Java Province. Sample consist of 133 teacher and 23 school principal selected randomly with standard error of 5 %. Data collection is questioner. The research shows that: there is positive and significant correlation between leadership of school principal with teacher performance with significant value of = 0,000 < 0,05, t observation = 7,834 > t table = 1,657, dan F observation = 61,337 > F table 3,916; there is positive and significant correlation between achievement motivation with teacher performance with significant value of = 0,025 < 0,05, t observation = 2,270 > t table = 1,657, dan F observation = 5,155 > F tabl2 3,916; there is positive and significant correlation betweencompensation with teacher performance with significant value of = 0,000 < 0,05, t observation = 5,428 > t table = 1,657, dan F observation= 29,458 > F table 3,916; there is positive and significant correlation betweenleadership of school principal, achievement motivation, and compensation with teacher performance with significant value of = 0,000 < 0,05, dan F observation = 25, 057 > F table 3,916. Determination coeficient (R2) is 0,614 showing that three of independent variable give contribution to teacher performance 61,4 %, while 38,6 % come from other variables.Abstrak. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar: 1) hubungan kepemimpinan kepala sekolah dengan kinerja guru; 2) hubungan motivasi berprestasi dengan kinerja guru; 3) hubungan kompensasi dengan kinerja guru; 4) hubungan kepemimpinan kepala sekolah, motivasi berprestasi, dan kompensasi secara bersama-sama dengan kinerja guru.Populasi penelitian ini adalah 215 guru dan 42 kepala sekolah sekolah dasar (SD) di Kecamatan Bonang, Kabupaten Demak, Jawa Tengah, sedangkan sampel penelitian adalah 133 guru dan 23 kepala sekolah yang ditentukan dengan teknik random sampling dengan tingkat kesalahan 5 %. Alatpengumpuldata adalah angket. This article specifically discusses the participation of local communities in tourism development in Karimunjawa National Park, which is administratively a part of Jepara Regency, Central Java Province. This research uses a qualitative approach, the research findings show that the participation of local communities in Karimunjawa is realized through the formation of the Tourism Local Transportation Association, the Lodging Association, the Tourism Ship Association, the Culinary Association, and the Tour Guides Association which are members of the Indonesian Tour Guides Association. also encouraged to offer local Karimunjawa superior products in the form of food, beverages, and handicraft products to tourists visiting Karimunjawa to support the economic development and empowerment of the Karimunjawa community.

The purpose of the research was to know deeper about the concept of Madrasah tahfidz based Pesantren with 30 chapters of tahfidz al-Qur’an system and to know how the implementation of curriculum development of madrasah tahfidz based Pesantren (school boarding) in MITQ TBS Kudus, Central Java. The research was a descriptive-qualitative with phenomenological approach with data collection techniques: in-depth interviews, non-participant observation, and documentation. The analysis of the data was by reduction, display, and provided conclusions. The results showed (1) the concept of madrasah tahfidz based pesantren in MITQ TB Kudus, Central Java emphasized on the time allocation of tahfidz al-Qur’an with more portion such as 48 hours per week to reach tahfidz al-Qur'an 30 chapters, and (2) curriculum development of madrasah tahfidz  based Pesantren (school boarding) in TBS MITQ Kudus, Central Java included: diagnosis of needs, development of education purposes, curriculum of KTSP, curriculumof  Religion Ministry and the local curriculum (pesantren), learning experiences, and the development of curriculum evaluation.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui lebih mendalam mengenai konsep madrasah  tahfidz berbasis pesantren dengan sistem tahfidz al-Qur’an 30 juz serta mengetahui bagaimana pelaksanaan pengembangan kurikulum madrasah tahfidz berbasis pesantren di MITQ TBS Kudus Jawa Tengah. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif-kualitatif dengan pendekatan fenomenologi dengan teknik pengumpulan data: wawancara mendalam, observasi non partisipan, dan dokumentasi. Analisis data melalui reduksi, display, dan memberikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan (1) konsep madrasah tahfidz berbasis pesantren di MITQ TBS Kudus Jawa Tengah menekankan pada alokasi waktu tahfidz al-Qur’an dengan porsi lebih yaitu 48 jam perminggu untuk mencapai tahfidz al-Qur’an 30 juz, dan (2) pengembangan kurikulum madrasah tahfidz berbasis pesantren di MITQ TBS Kudus Jawa Tengah meliputi: diagnosis kebutuhan, pengembangan tujuan pendidikan, kurikulum KTSP, kurikulum Kementerian Agama dan kurikulum muatan lokal (pesantren), pengalaman belajar, dan pengembangan evaluasi kurikulum.

Every citizen has the same rights to obtain the education, including for children with disabilities. However, from the current researchers there are several problems faced with the implementation of Extraordinary School (SLB) education in Central Java Province, which is the limitation of human resources policy, budget and infrastructure facilities. This research aims to observe and conduct analysis of the policy reform of Sekolah Luar Biasa (Extraordinary School) of Education management in Central Java Province and supporting factors and inhibitors of SLB education management policy conducted by the government of Central Java Province. The research method used by researchers is qualitative, with data collection using triangulation techniques. The results showed that the policy reform of SLB Education management in Central Java Province in the field of apparatus resources still need to be addressed because still many who have not been literate with technology. However, it does not affect them in the service given to the community. These recommendations given improving the quality and quantity are human resources apparatus through the technology and training. The addition of personnel, development of infrastructure adapted to disabled, master data collection and budget adjustments. Preparation of Standard Operational Procedure (SOP) sustained to the LAW No 8 in 2016 about the disabled. Background: Autism is a developmental disorder in children that affects their social and imaginative lifes. Parents’ acceptance on their children’s autism will have impact on how they treat their children. Objective: The aim of this study was to determine the parental acceptance of children with autism in the Autism Services Center (ASC), Yogyakarta. Methods: This study was a qualitative research with a phenomenological approach. The data collection was conducted by in-depth interviews with three informans. Results: All the informants accepted their children’s conditions, after getting information about autism. Acceptance of parents indicated their satisfaction with the children’s talent. Parents provide facilities to support the children's talents. In addition, the acceptance of parents indicated by the acceptance of the cildren’s limitations. Conclusion: Participants accepted their children’s conditions, talents and limitations. Keywords: Autism, Parental Acceptance.

In responding to the corona virus outbreak, each region has a different way. Aceh, which is identical to Islamic law, also has a different way of dealing with the Corona Virus Outbreak. One of the ways that the Acehnese people do is to revive the Tulak Bala tradition. This study aims to examine how an outbreak is in the historical perspective of the Acehnese people and how the Tulak Bala Tradition is carried out by the people of Aceh in dealing with the Corona Virus. This type of research is qualitative research with a phenomenological approach. Data collection was carried out by means of observation, documentation and interviews and data presentation was carried out descriptively. The results showed that an epidemic was not something new for the people of Aceh. The epidemic has occurred since the 2nd Dutch aggression with the spread of a cholera epidemic that killed many people. The Tulak Bala tradition carried out by the people of Aceh is a tradition that has been passed down from generation to generation to its predecessors. This tradition does not believe that it can prevent and eliminate all forms of plague and calamity. The people of Aceh believe that the plague is an offering of Allah SWT so that to be able to deal with it, they must ask for help from the Creator.Keywords: Aceh Community, Tradition, Tulak Bala, and Corona Virus.

<em>The purpose of this study is to provide insight into how the management pattern of CSR programs that can improve the competitiveness of SMEs. The method used is qualitative research with phenomenological approach. The informants were chosen based on purposive, consisting of the Social Fund Management Team of Central Java Bank, the recipients of the UMKM program, and the intellectuals who will be represented by the academics. The results showed that the pattern of CSR leads to the form of partnership with the concept of community development. The form of partnership requires the participation between donors and beneficiaries.
